Not only are they amazing at their jobs, but we felt they truly cared about our child and his progress. The entire staff was kind, respectful and went out of their way to help our child and our family. He started in an Embark residential program and transitioned to Greenwood Village IOP where he continued his great progress. His emotional stability and improved mental health were maintained and solidified more than we ever thought possible. It has been a month since discharge from IOP. Things aren’t perfect and he still struggles somewhat, but he is able to use the skills he learned to work through the difficult times. We have tried other PHP and IOP programs and have not had the success found at Embark. We will be forever grateful to the staff at Embark Greenwood Village! The therapists are highly skilled, and the support staff is kind and compassionate. The facility itself is new, well-maintained, and bright—an uplifting environment that makes a big difference when your child is staying for an extended period. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points. Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own. The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I've had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I've worked with my primary care and therapist. Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment. Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients. If you are struggling with any substance abuse, I highly recommend seeking help with Footprints. They will absolutely get you back on your feet. Richard Iannazzo 1 month ago I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated in this case 'cause RRC saved my life. I've, unfortunately, been to a number of inpatient rehabs. Of all the places I've been my experience at RRRC was the best. Red Rock's care is superior for a number of reasons. I'm writing this six months after leaving (still sober) so i'll try to mention as many as I can remember. 1) The nursing staff was amazing. So caring. They bend over backwards to get you as comfortable as you can be while still leading you through a successful detox. Extremely patient. Never felt like a number. They looked me in the eye, listened and helped me. 2) The food. Before arriving my diet wasn't great. The chef prepares home cooked meals. It's not cafeteria food. You can tell the chef really cares and takes pride in what they're serving you. Nutrition is extremely important, so to kickstart your reintegration into eating right is huge when first getting sober. This was a godsend. I was grateful for each and every meal. And not only that...the community kitchen is open all day, so you can grab snacks, drinks, make protien shakes etc. 3) The curriculum/therapy. RRRC meets you where you're at. While they certainly promote 12 step programs...they DO NOT proselytize nor present them as the ONLY way by any means. Which is huge. There are a million ways to get and stay sober. RRRC recognizes this and teaches you the things you need to know to help you get and stay that way without falsely preaching that there's only one way to do it. 4) They listen to everyone, but don't put up with silliness. There are a lot of personalities that walk into rehab. Often colorful, always interesting. People conflict in regular everyday life. Rehab...can be a powder keg. The way RRRC dealt with problems, I felt like everyone was listened to and that they always did what was best for the community as a whole. 5) The surroundings. You're in the mountains. Awesome. 6) Facilities. Great gym. Was always comfortable in my room etc. 7) JUST ENOUGH PHONE TIME. Trust me. Not having your phone for certain parts of the day is AMAZING. You start to kinda dread the times you get to have your phone. Sort of. I could go on and on. But i was just impressed by this place. I still talk to 5 people from the crew that was present when i was there and we're all still sober. That's unheard of. But, remember, it's up to you. The only piece of advice I'd give to anyone is to be mindful of the culture you and other patients are cultivating. In close quarter, small group scenarios like rehab ONE person's vibe can change everything. So be the positive tuning fork and you'll be surprised at how good the experience can and will be. Good luck. Getting sober is rough. Until it doesn't. So hang in there (and remember to lean on and trust the nursing staff. Oh...and as nice as the nurses are, if you're a jerk...they're a force to be reckoned with. I saw a couple of dudes pop off for no good reason and it didn't end well. So taking a giant leap I raised my digital hand and began to read to the many in this writing class, I kept me eyes down on my paper, nervously reading my story, using the prompt, at one point I briefly looked up at the laptop screen and saw hearts going up the screen, so I continued to read but my eyes went back and forth from my paper to the screen while the others in the class were posting comments. I was worried, did they not like it, I should not have volunteered to read my story, that I just wrote in a few minutes, these thoughts going through my head as was nearing the end of my story. I saw keeping going, more more, more, what happens at the end? as hearts continued going up the screen.I was Almost done reading my story, and I started to choke up with emotion, I continued with a cracked voice as tears rolled down my cheeks. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. People liked my story and how I wrote it. Once I stoped and Laura began to give great feedback I realized that the emotion that came through was validation that I can write, and I am smart enough to write. I didn’t expect such a good response from Laura, a published author, I just read a story, I wrote in a few minutes with no time to proof read, Laura said she loved how I didn’t reveal the persons name till halfway through the story and tears just came again. Rolling down my cheeks. Happy tears. Validation that even though I was told growing up I wasn’t smart enough, etc, I just believed that until I got counseling, at ERC, for an eating disorder I didn’t know I had and why. This work shop is so fantastic. It is as if it was a “continued” class from ERC. No judgment, a safe space, for anyone to tell their stories and by writing and reading your story to many others in that safe space is so therapeutic. We do follow the rules just as it was when I was in treatment 2 years in a row, nothing was to be talked about that could trigger someone. And even though those rules are followed to the T, the writers attending and sharing as I did for the very first time, we manage to put in words, on paper, what we are feeling and what might have happened in our lives wether it is good or sad. So with “unspoken words” and learning from Laura about writing styles we can still tell “our unspoken story” , without breaking the rules or triggering anyone. I come away with a refreshing sense of confidence and my heart I can tell over the years, healing. I would love this to be more then 4 times a year. I look forward to it a lot. Laura and Cara are fantastic. And anyone else that helps in putting this class together I want to say thank you to also. Thank you for the time everyone puts into preparing and giving the class, a safe place to learn, heal, and grow in all aspects of our lives, all the while we are learning how to make our writing better from these classes that Laura teaches. She gives us different ways of approaching a story without us knowing she did until after the class ends and as I am climbing in bed. The light bulb goes off in my head, and I say to myself , that is what Laura was saying and teaching us, as I smile and shut out the lights for bed. I cannot sleep without my APAP and it took hours and repeated requests to get a simple tube to connect hospital oxygen to my APAP machine. Additionally, the personnel at this facility really struggled to find my veins for IV which caused me concern for the experience of the staff. I've had two bariatric surgeries with Dr. Chae's office, one was a Rose Hospital in Denver and the most recent was at Sky Ridge. It is obvious to me Sky Ridge is a new hospital with young and perhaps lesser experienced staff or a staff which is constantly learning or teaching. If I had to choose between the two facilities, at this moment in time, I'd choose Rose even though it's further from my home in Colorado Springs. All that being said, I woke up (always a bonus!), a week into recuperation the surgery appears to have been successful and I know that took a good team of trained people, so with only a few hiccups, all is right with the world. I was pretty sick going in and terrified of how difficult detox might be, their approach to make it as smooth and comfortable as possible honestly made it feel quite easy. The staff is consistently monitoring your comfort and symptoms and makes adjustments as needed along the way. The therapists and medical staff treated me like a person vs a number or billing opportunity, which so many in this industry don’t. Additionally, the facility is extremely comfortable. A well stocked kitchen with tons of drinks and snacks, comfortable places to relax, and plenty of options for entertainment (games, movies, books, puzzles, etc). Cannot recommend Gallus enough for those that need the best care possible in a really difficult situation. Bottom line. Valiant saved my life. The entire team at this place cares about each and every individual. It’s hard work, but they will get the most out of you. The brotherhood I have received in the house was like no other. If you really want the help, and willing to put in the work, you will change. Mark was my therapist, the man knows his stuff. He’s incredible at his job and loves doing it. Every employee in this facility(Mark, Dan, JR, JD, Melissa, Gitit, Jewels, and Micah) have a special gift to get the best out of you. The entire staff at Greenwood Village was dedicated to the success of our child. Not only are they amazing at their jobs, but we felt they truly cared about our child and his progress. The entire staff was kind, respectful and went out of their way to help our child and our family. He started in an Embark residential program and transitioned to Greenwood Village IOP where he continued his great progress. His emotional stability and improved mental health were maintained and solidified more than we ever thought possible. It has been a month since discharge from IOP. Things aren’t perfect and he still struggles somewhat, but he is able to use the skills he learned to work through the difficult times. We have tried other PHP and IOP programs and have not had the success found at Embark. We will be forever grateful to the staff at Embark Greenwood Village!

I highly recommend Embark. The entire staff is excellent—caring, professional, and genuinely invested in each child’s well-being. The therapists are highly skilled, and the support staff is kind and compassionate. The facility itself is new, well-maintained, and bright—an uplifting environment that makes a big difference when your child is staying for an extended period. The staff truly cares about their patients and provided care that met my needs. The whole program exceeded my expectations and I can't thank everyone enough for the impact they made on my life and mental health. Deciding to seek treatment was not an easy thing for me but I am so glad I chose Footprints to Recovery. It wasn't all just sitting around doing therapy all day and we got the chance to do yoga, art and music therapy, and also go outdoors with Adventure Recovery. Footprints was an absolutely stellar facility to go to after completing inpatient addiction treatment. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points. Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own. The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I've had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I've worked with my primary care and therapist. Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment. Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients. If you are struggling with any substance abuse, I highly recommend seeking help with Footprints. They will absolutely get you back on your feet.

The staff at AspenRidge put a lot of effort into their groups and really try to teach a variety of topics that are relevant to a diverse population. You can tell that they really care about people. AspenRidge does some fun climbing groups and hikes. There is also case management that will help you with a lot of resources and just take you our for coffee or something to talk and get to know you. You can't make everyone happy. I would encourage people to pay attention to all of the good reviews about this place.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated in this case 'cause RRC saved my life. I've, unfortunately, been to a number of inpatient rehabs. Of all the places I've been my experience at RRRC was the best. Red Rock's care is superior for a number of reasons. I'm writing this six months after leaving (still sober) so i'll try to mention as many as I can remember. 1) The nursing staff was amazing. So caring. They bend over backwards to get you as comfortable as you can be while still leading you through a successful detox. Extremely patient. Never felt like a number. They looked me in the eye, listened and helped me. 2) The food. Before arriving my diet wasn't great. The chef prepares home cooked meals. It's not cafeteria food. You can tell the chef really cares and takes pride in what they're serving you. Nutrition is extremely important, so to kickstart your reintegration into eating right is huge when first getting sober. This was a godsend. I was grateful for each and every meal. And not only that...the community kitchen is open all day, so you can grab snacks, drinks, make protien shakes etc. 3) The curriculum/therapy. RRRC meets you where you're at. While they certainly promote 12 step programs...they DO NOT proselytize nor present them as the ONLY way by any means. Which is huge. There are a million ways to get and stay sober. RRRC recognizes this and teaches you the things you need to know to help you get and stay that way without falsely preaching that there's only one way to do it. 4) They listen to everyone, but don't put up with silliness. There are a lot of personalities that walk into rehab. Often colorful, always interesting. People conflict in regular everyday life. Rehab...can be a powder keg. The way RRRC dealt with problems, I felt like everyone was listened to and that they always did what was best for the community as a whole. 5) The surroundings. You're in the mountains. Awesome. 6) Facilities. Great gym. Was always comfortable in my room etc. 7) JUST ENOUGH PHONE TIME. Trust me. Not having your phone for certain parts of the day is AMAZING. You start to kinda dread the times you get to have your phone. Sort of. I could go on and on. But i was just impressed by this place. I still talk to 5 people from the crew that was present when i was there and we're all still sober. That's unheard of. But, remember, it's up to you. The only piece of advice I'd give to anyone is to be mindful of the culture you and other patients are cultivating. In close quarter, small group scenarios like rehab ONE person's vibe can change everything. So be the positive tuning fork and you'll be surprised at how good the experience can and will be. Good luck. Getting sober is rough. Until it doesn't. So hang in there (and remember to *lean on* and trust the nursing staff. Oh...and as nice as the nurses are, if you're a jerk...they're a force to be reckoned with. I saw a couple of dudes pop off for no good reason and it didn't end well. Don't mistake their sweetness for weakness hahaha.)

They give you the tools to become someone that you made. They aren't people who tell you what you need to do but people who help you along the way of your own growth! Alex and Allison are amazing! My first time at New directions for families Valley hope was a safe secure program that supported me through the rough time of my recovery and allowing me recovery with my son and helped me build myself individually as well as a parent. I have never spoke publicly, about anything personal I wrote about. Writing a book was not something I shared anymore. So taking a giant leap I raised my digital hand and began to read to the many in this writing class, I kept me eyes down on my paper, nervously reading my story, using the prompt, at one point I briefly looked up at the laptop screen and saw hearts going up the screen, so I continued to read but my eyes went back and forth from my paper to the screen while the others in the class were posting comments. I was worried, did they not like it, I should not have volunteered to read my story, that I just wrote in a few minutes, these thoughts going through my head as was nearing the end of my story. I saw keeping going, more more, more, what happens at the end? as hearts continued going up the screen.I was Almost done reading my story, and I started to choke up with emotion, I continued with a cracked voice as tears rolled down my cheeks. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. People liked my story and how I wrote it. Once I stoped and Laura began to give great feedback I realized that the emotion that came through was validation that I can write, and I am smart enough to write. I didn’t expect such a good response from Laura, a published author, I just read a story, I wrote in a few minutes with no time to proof read, Laura said she loved how I didn’t reveal the persons name till halfway through the story and tears just came again. Rolling down my cheeks. Happy tears. Validation that even though I was told growing up I wasn’t smart enough, etc, I just believed that until I got counseling, at ERC, for an eating disorder I didn’t know I had and why. This work shop is so fantastic. It is as if it was a “continued” class from ERC. No judgment, a safe space, for anyone to tell their stories and by writing and reading your story to many others in that safe space is so therapeutic. We do follow the rules just as it was when I was in treatment 2 years in a row, nothing was to be talked about that could trigger someone. And even though those rules are followed to the T, the writers attending and sharing as I did for the very first time, we manage to put in words, on paper, what we are feeling and what might have happened in our lives wether it is good or sad. So with “unspoken words” and learning from Laura about writing styles we can still tell “our unspoken story” , without breaking the rules or triggering anyone. I come away with a refreshing sense of confidence and my heart I can tell over the years, healing. I would love this to be more then 4 times a year. I look forward to it a lot. Laura and Cara are fantastic. And anyone else that helps in putting this class together I want to say thank you to also. Thank you for the time everyone puts into preparing and giving the class, a safe place to learn, heal, and grow in all aspects of our lives, all the while we are learning how to make our writing better from these classes that Laura teaches. She gives us different ways of approaching a story without us knowing she did until after the class ends and as I am climbing in bed. The light bulb goes off in my head, and I say to myself , that is what Laura was saying and teaching us, as I smile and shut out the lights for bed. I will continue to attend these classes as long as they continue and I hope that will be forever.

The Raleigh House has helped in so many ways. The therapist Riley at the ranch was amazing and helped me work through so many problems that I had a difficult time talking about before. Kiristen the therapist at DTC is great at getting me to open up and helping me collect my thoughts and feelings to get to the root of my troubles. All of the BHTs are amazing at connecting with clients and making us feel welcomed and safe. Rico is the best alumni coordinator we could ask for! I’m probably one of DWR’s biggest fans at this point, and for good reason. From day one, I was met with compassion and a community of women who understood what I was going through. Shout out to the incredible therapists and staff, including Crystal, Amanda, Alex, Katie, Dr. Bader, Skylar, Macie, Lily, and MJ. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me to grow, have a different perspective, and putting up with my sarcasm along the way 😉. The therapists and staff encouraged me to do the hard work of looking beneath the surface. They helped me rebuild my self-worth and reminded me that recovery is more about holistic healing, learning to trust yourself again, finding hope, and building a life worth protecting, and living! Today, I show up in the world differently, because of the staff at DWR that taught me how. I’m far from perfect, but I’m more aware of the patterns that brought me here, more willing to have the hard conversations, a rooted knowledge and sense of who I am, and a whole toolkit I can pick up and practice. I don’t have it all figured out, but I have hope, a support system, and a life that I genuinely enjoy today. The relationships I built there continue to be some of the most meaningful I’ve found. I found genuine friendship, hope, and a support system that has stayed with me long after treatment ended. What has meant the most is knowing that DWR will be there long after you leave. They made it clear they would be there if I needed them, and they’ve continued to live out that promise. Knowing I always have DWR in my corner is something I won’t take for granted. If you’re scared to take the first step, my advice is simple: just jump in. Choosing Denver Women’s Recovery was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m forever grateful for the role they played in helping me reclaim my life- I truly believe they helped save it.

I thought everyone at Sky Ridge was very courteous and helpful to me during my surgery stay, however, I needed tubing for my APAP machine. I cannot sleep without my APAP and it took hours and repeated requests to get a simple tube to connect hospital oxygen to my APAP machine. Additionally, the personnel at this facility really struggled to find my veins for IV which caused me concern for the experience of the staff. I've had two bariatric surgeries with Dr. Chae's office, one was a Rose Hospital in Denver and the most recent was at Sky Ridge. It is obvious to me Sky Ridge is a new hospital with young and perhaps lesser experienced staff or a staff which is constantly learning or teaching. If I had to choose between the two facilities, at this moment in time, I'd choose Rose even though it's further from my home in Colorado Springs. All that being said, I woke up (always a bonus!), a week into recuperation the surgery appears to have been successful and I know that took a good team of trained people, so with only a few hiccups, all is right with the world. I thank everyone at Sky Ridge.

Entry into the facility was easy and welcoming. The medical doctors, nurses, techs, and other staff are very watchful to make sure you are on your best path to detox. At no point did I feel they were overbearing, nor was I under cared for. The detox process was very well administered and at the end of the care they were so helpful in discussing my options for post care. If you are looking for or looking to send your child for detox care I highly suggest. Food, bathing facilities, and private rooms were all very high quality.

My experience at Gallus was better than I could ever have imagined and truly life changing / saving. I felt genuinely cared for by a highly professional staff. I was pretty sick going in and terrified of how difficult detox might be, their approach to make it as smooth and comfortable as possible honestly made it feel quite easy. The staff is consistently monitoring your comfort and symptoms and makes adjustments as needed along the way. The therapists and medical staff treated me like a person vs a number or billing opportunity, which so many in this industry don’t. Additionally, the facility is extremely comfortable. A well stocked kitchen with tons of drinks and snacks, comfortable places to relax, and plenty of options for entertainment (games, movies, books, puzzles, etc). Cannot recommend Gallus enough for those that need the best care possible in a really difficult situation.

My dad recently completed treatment at Gallus Detox Center, and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. From the moment he arrived, the staff treated him with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. They made a difficult time much easier by providing a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. A special thank you to Christian, the Clinical Director, whose leadership and dedication to patient care are evident throughout the facility. Diana, the Director of Nursing, was incredibly compassionate and ensured my dad received exceptional care. Stormy, the Office Manager, was always welcoming, organized, and helpful, making the entire process seamless. I also want to recognize Ramil, who went above and beyond as a tech. His encouragement, positive attitude, and genuine care made a lasting impact on my dad’s experience. And thank you to Izzy, RN, for providing outstanding nursing care with professionalism, patience, and compassion. The entire team works together to create an environment where patients feel valued, supported, and respected. Our family is incredibly thankful for everything they did for my dad. If you’re looking for a detox center that truly cares about its patients, I highly recommend Gallus Detox Center. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!
