The clinical directors are great, the therapists have a lot of helpful insights and their Nurse Practitioner was a lot better at managing medications than all the MDs I’ve known. The PHP program as well as the IOP program have made a tremendous difference in how our family functions. The staff here are genuine and caring, and skilled professionals. It is my understanding that they are relatively new to the state of Colorado.This group of professionals has made the entire difference for our family so don’t hesitate due to their newness to CO. We have been in and out of countless psychiatrists, psychologist, counselors, the list goes on, and this is the only place that we have found hope for a better future for our son. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points. Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own. The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I've had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I've worked with my primary care and therapist. Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment. Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients. If you are struggling with any substance abuse, I highly recommend seeking help with Footprints. They will absolutely get you back on your feet. I have been in recovery for years, and Aspen Ridge is my favorite facility out there. Unlike many others, Aspens Ridge does NOT force any specific modality on folks, such as AA or NA. Many other rehab facilities are 12 step-based, which I haven’t found to be helpful. Aspend Ridge helps folks find the program that works before for each individual, such as SMART recovery, Dharma Recovery, or 12 steps. I finally hit rock bottom and knew it was time to stop getting my ass kicked by alcohol and fight back. My nephew went to Healing Pines for rehab and I decided to do the same even though I live in NC. My support system did comprehensive research on the best place to detox in the vicinity before going to rehab and found this place. I checked in for a 7 day rehab with extreme anxiety and apprehensiveness but within the first few hours of being there I felt so welcomed and knew this was the right place to be. The next 7 days will always be a week I will never forget and one of the best of my life. Gallus only cares for a maximum of 7 individuals at a time and during my visit the most patients there were 3 so the care you get is constant and they will provide you anything you need to heal before moving on to rehab. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and truly care about the well being of their patients. I became close friends with them all and will always be grateful for how they helped me to move on with the next and best phase of my life. Prior to my visit I had dozens of hours of therapy, none of which helped. I can unequivocally say I was given over $3K worth of effective therapy in the short time I was there. When I left it was bittersweet and I cried half way to rehab knowing I will not see the staff again, whom I consider some of my new closest friends. If you are researching facilities that make a difference look no further than Embark. The PHP program as well as the IOP program have made a tremendous difference in how our family functions. The staff here are genuine and caring, and skilled professionals. It is my understanding that they are relatively new to the state of Colorado.This group of professionals has made the entire difference for our family so don’t hesitate due to their newness to CO. The staff truly cares about their patients and provided care that met my needs. The whole program exceeded my expectations and I can't thank everyone enough for the impact they made on my life and mental health. Deciding to seek treatment was not an easy thing for me but I am so glad I chose Footprints to Recovery. Footprints was an absolutely stellar facility to go to after completing inpatient addiction treatment. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points. Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own. The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I've had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I've worked with my primary care and therapist. Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment. Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients. I went to the IOP program and had a very uplifting experience. Councilors are top notch. I believe this because I have been a part of other programs and the group settings here are all inclusive where I felt everyone had ample time to express feelings and issues safely. Well run meetings and varied topics. Another wonderful aspect is the on going on line family member meetings where loved ones have great opportunity to share and learn! Also all recovery meetings weekly on line meetings for us as patients/ clients. My own recovery is going well with 70 sober days now giving me a renewed sense of inner peace and joy. God bless.

I highly recommend Aspen Ridge to anyone who needs help with recovery. I have been in recovery for years, and Aspen Ridge is my favorite facility out there. Unlike many others, Aspens Ridge does NOT force any specific modality on folks, such as AA or NA. Many other rehab facilities are 12 step-based, which I haven’t found to be helpful. Aspend Ridge helps folks find the program that works before for each individual, such as SMART recovery, Dharma Recovery, or 12 steps. The therapists and instructors at Aspen Ridge are also all tremendously helpful and motivated. Highly recommended to anyone in need!

This was my first time trying sobriety and this was the first place I came to!!! The clinicians and the groups are amazing! It's not like any other program. They help you to find yourself. They give you the tools to become someone that you made. They aren't people who tell you what you need to do but people who help you along the way of your own growth! Alex and Allison are amazing! The group interactions are spectacular! Everyone is so engaging and come from all walks of life! The way they tie your addiction into psychological and scientific understanding gives you so much more prospective within yourself. If you hit that bottom in your life, This is the place to find yourself. It is a spiritual program with staff that been through the same experiences in life that are there with open arms. No one is better than anyone there. We're all in this together. I'm not from here so I didn't know what to expect but I was welcomed with open arms. DWR has been amazing for my mental health healing. This place saved my life. It truly is a home away from home where they help women by welcoming them without judgement and with such kindness. I would not be the woman I am today without the support from Alex, Rachel, Lilly, and Crystal. You women are absolutely amazing and I thank you so much for all your love and support … and allowing me to cry, laugh, crash out, and be myself… and of course hold me accountable in my recovery. And let’s not forget also allowing me take over the couches and floors when I wanted to sleep.. lol. The therapists are amazing and the approach to healing with group therapy, individual therapy, learning and practicing coping skills, educational learning about trauma and our brains and bodies, and psych doctors on site is absolutely invaluable to any woman who is struggling with mental health or addiction. I will forever be connected to DWR and will forever remain an Alumni who is so grateful for the opportunity I was given to be a part of this program. The friendships and community I have grown from here will remain in my heart forever.

In July 2025, I started IOP at DWR which was the best decision I ever made. Their staff are supportive and extremely knowledgeable; special shoutout to Rachel, Amanda, and Crystal for all of their endless support! During IOP, I relapsed more than once and was never treated differently because of it. Instead of criticizing my decisions, DWR provided me with the support and safe space to work through my relapses while still holding me accountable. I have now been sober just over one year and even though I am the one who makes the decision to continue my sobriety everyday, I owe DWR for giving me the tools and confidence to do so. Thank you DWR for saving my life when I had almost given up and helping me create a life worth living.

From a parent perspective- I am so incredibly grateful to Supervisor Kevin Cullen for his compassion, understanding and expertise in the field. I really appreciate the time Kevin took to gather all the detailed information needed in order for authorization for admittance. His understanding of the complexities that were present in our specific situation shows his ability to provide the best possible support and services that UC Health is known for in Colorado. Kevin Cullen is a great representation of CeDar and UC Health as a whole. I am hopeful that this is the beginning of an amazing journey to a healthy path for my adult child. Adding to this review….as a family we went to watch our loved one get their 6 month chip at a meeting. I had a great experience at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about providing excellent patient care. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were attentive, compassionate, and took the time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The level of care and support I received was exceptional, and it was clear that patient well-being is a top priority here. The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained. One thing that really stood out was the convenience of having a great cafeteria and a Starbucks right inside the building. It made a stressful situation much more comfortable for both patients and visitors. I highly recommend HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge to anyone looking for high-quality healthcare and outstanding customer service.

I could write a novel about how amazing my experience was at Gallus but instead I will provide the cliffnotes. I have been drinking every day (a lot) for the past 25 years. I finally hit rock bottom and knew it was time to stop getting my ass kicked by alcohol and fight back. My nephew went to Healing Pines for rehab and I decided to do the same even though I live in NC. My support system did comprehensive research on the best place to detox in the vicinity before going to rehab and found this place. I checked in for a 7 day rehab with extreme anxiety and apprehensiveness but within the first few hours of being there I felt so welcomed and knew this was the right place to be. The next 7 days will always be a week I will never forget and one of the best of my life. Gallus only cares for a maximum of 7 individuals at a time and during my visit the most patients there were 3 so the care you get is constant and they will provide you anything you need to heal before moving on to rehab. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and truly care about the well being of their patients. I became close friends with them all and will always be grateful for how they helped me to move on with the next and best phase of my life. Prior to my visit I had dozens of hours of therapy, none of which helped. I can unequivocally say I was given over $3K worth of effective therapy in the short time I was there. When I left it was bittersweet and I cried half way to rehab knowing I will not see the staff again, whom I consider some of my new closest friends. Obviously I highly recommend this place and guarantee you won't find somewhere better. Thank you to everyone at Gallus for giving me another chance in life.
