Absolutely blown away by this facility. Detoxing IS intimidating!I was not ready for what I was walking into, in a good way! The staff is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I felt welcomed, never judged, cared for and about! The staff was AMAZING... (in the order of appearance because I loved them all so much!) Wanda, Darian, Tess, Sadie, Paige, Shante, Frances & Kiki!! LOVE THEM! They made sure I had everything I needed to come down comfortably! The pictures of the rooms, that's what you get! A queen sized bed with a TV in your private room. Beds are comfy and the great lighting for whatever mood you're in! The entire facility is clean, really clean! The staff here really takes pride in what they do! The food, was amazing! They order in Door Dash for lunch and dinner from good places! Plus, they have things to eat in the kitchen as well as coffee, hot tea, Gold Peak teas, Gatorade, and way more! Fruits, toast, bagels! I could go on! I appreciated that they kept everything stocked. While there, they also helped me to line up what my next steps were, provided me resources on places/providers/therapists that were in network for me. I didn't expect that, but really appreciate not having to leave without a plan! Thank you lovely therapist Ali for all your hard work on that! I can't forget Dr. Welcher, she clearly knows what she's doing and how to handle this process! To barely feel any symptoms is unheard of! This is the way to go! No reason to be scared anymore! One more shout out to the staff! I wouldn't be where I am today without all of them! I've been going through it pretty bad (like most people), but they were so kind, compassionate, attentive and truly have the biggest hearts! They also were fun to be around which made the time there so much easier! Thank you so much!!! I'm gonna send a card when I'm a year clean and enjoying life! Not sure I need to say this, but I 10/10 recommend this place!

The staff couldn't have been better. Every Behavioral Health Technician was kind, professional, attentive, and...THEY LISTEN!! THEY TRULY WANT TO HELP! and it shows.I've been out of the facility for almost a year now. I'm doing much, much, better. My life is starting to have meaning again. Rather, it never "lost" meaning; I just couldn't see that.I don't know where I'd be without Highlands. I don't know if I'd be alive. I try not to think about that too much.Thank you all. I was in PHP. It's set up as 6 hour a day group therapy 5 days a week for 4 to 6 weeks. I've never participated in any in/out patient mental health treatment before, so I don't have any prior experience to compare my time here to. Given my experience here, I think this program is worth every minute of your time that it demands.I could tell that all the staff care deeply about what they do and try their best to hold space for everyone in the room. There's a wide variety of personalities that you're bound to find someone you connect well with. There's an understanding that everyone is free to take the information we discuss and open up about individual issues at their own pace. There were dificult things I thought that I would rather take to my grave that I was able to open up about, whether they be in group or confided in one on one. They also helped us better understand the therapeutic process and mental health system. I'm grateful I took the chance to come here. The only part I did not like was that virtual and in-person therapy was held in the same room. It's impossible for any therapist, no matter how mindful and talented they may be, to manage both at the same time. It was a disservice to both the people online and the people who came in person to have both held in the same room. This is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. You might feel afraid and at times childish, but the program is well worth your time. Take a leap of faith

Let's face it, nobody *wants* to be in a Mental Health Facility, but when you need to be in one, I would suggest here ten times out of ten.I was voluntarily admitted here and was expecting 3-5 days max. Welp, ended up I caught the start of a "breakdown." Not gonna lie, I was horrified when I first came in and the first few days. I became more comfortable, and all of my needs were always met. Sometimes, it took a little bit (when the unit was full or more complex and immediate attention was required for tense situations), but I always felt like I was cared for. Talking with a psychiatrist every day to fine-tune my meds was a lifesaver. The councilors and therapists were phenomenal. The other staff was all great. I can't think of one person who was rude to me or didn't want to help. The unit is amazingly clean (I came from a very very dirty and rundown MHF that it was borderline scary), and the main janitor actually cleans things and not just "wipe down" and spot clean. The bathrooms stayed clean almost 100% of the time! Much higher than all the fast food places I've had to use the facilities.I'm sorry I can't name staff... I know a few of them, but I would feel bad mentioning just the few when it wasEverySinglePerson.Thank you all, and I hope this review helps someone decide in their time of need to come here. I'm getting released on my 11th day here and feel good about the extended stay for my well-being.-D

I voluntarily checked myself in when life became too overwhelming and aside from being cold all the time, they were amazing! The check-in process takes time and is intimidating, but once you are in, the staff is beyond welcoming and they helped make it an easy comfortable transition. I do feel like more transparency would have helped with checking in because after speaking with them via phone when I arrived with personal belongings, some items weren't allowed after all and they said family can bring outside food to you but that wasn't allowed either. They allow you the free space to do as you please - meaning they don't force you to attend groups, but they have the days scheduled to keep you busy if you want to participate in group or social activities. They encourage you and your needs even if it is just a day of laying in bed or keeping to yourself. Everything is voluntary and the techs there made me feel accepted and more so that my feelings were valid. I felt safe and listened to. I finally felt human again. I was provided with A LOT of helpful information that I was able to take with me that will make coping with life more easy and was given the tools to best help my personal mental/emotional needs. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need - I was not suicidal and did not feel the need to hurt myself or others and they welcomed me with open arms while reassuring me that I was able to leave at any time. They are next to a beautiful green space with a nearby creek and we were allowed outside time which was huge for me. If I ever feel the need to take a timeout from life again, this will always be my first choice to go to for the help I need. They even helped me get appointments scheduled for follow-up after I had left their facility to ensure a smooth transition back into the real world. They went above and beyond for me when I needed it the most and I can't thank them enough for it.From what I saw while visiting, people feel negatively about these facilities when they aren't taking ownership of their own care. As the saying goes, you can lead a horse to the water but you can't make it drink. If you need help, tell them what it is you need to succeed - they aren't mind readers and can only help you with what they are made aware of! Even if you need more than they are able to help with, they can at least point you in the right direction.

3 years ago I was introduced to 2xtreme as a resource to help my son who, at the time, was self-medicating with anything he could get his hands on. My son was lost and I wanted him back. I was referred to 2xtreme by a vice principal at my son's school. Upon my research, I found that they work with at risk young men and families who are in a crisis. During our first appointment, the approach taken by John Davis of 2xtreme, was extraordinarily different as he was able to pinpoint my sons struggles and name them. Taken back by what we had encountered that day, I knew and my son knew that this was the place for him to find himself and to begin to heal. Over these 3 years, not only was my son cared for, but my family was as well. A relationship that consisted of thoughtfulness, communication, experientials, care, integrity, humility, vulnerability and love is what brought not only my son, but my family closer. My son and I are both stronger mentally, physically and spiritually, and we are still evolving. I owe so much to 2xtreme and John Davis, the words Thank You just don't seem to match what they have done, sacrificially, for me and my family.

Zinnia overall was a great experience! I encountered many strengths and a few faults. The faults came under scrutiny in the upper management role. I completely understand that Zinnia is a wellness facility and a business. The personal experience, to me was wellness was priority one, in the case of facilitators, techs and nurses. This was not the case in the roll of Director of Operations at the Singer Island facility. This individual showed little compassion and it was obvious that business outranked wellness.Regards,Bob S. Continuum was able to help me break through to the heart of my addiction and trauma by connecting with others in my IOP group that I now consider family. George is the best therapist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He has shown me ways to cope with not just daily struggles, but the deeper issues that have had long term effects that sometimes I am not aware of. By creating a place of safety and comfort, I am now able to say I do not fear recovery or connection with others anymore - and that is 100% due to George and Continuum. He truly cares about the people he serves, and I have never felt so much love from someone outside of family (which I now consider him). If there ever was a place to discover connection and healing, it is Continuum.

I went through sandstone twice. Once when I was 18 and again when I was 19. At the time I was not willing to admit that I had a problem with substances. I thought I had everything figured out. The years after I had graduated the program I was able to prove to myself that I still knew nothing about my alcoholism. I am grateful for sandstone since I wouldn t have even been able to have any type of knowledge about my own substance use if it wasn t for the amazing staff over at sandstone. They helped me get my foot through the door into the world of recovery. I don t know where I would be without sandstone and I am beyond grateful for the effort the staff puts in to help people with their mental health/substance abuse. I now have a great relationship with my family, a true connection with my friends and most important I have a life worth living now. That is just the surface of what recovery has brought into my life. I have sandstone to thank for that!

AspenRidge has been an absolute game changer in my recovery journey. Straight out of residential treatment, I was able to start a 5-day a week IOP group. Over about 5.5 months, I slowly went down from 5 days, to 3 days, to 1 day a week. I benefited from the groups everyday I attended, and still today, more than half a year later. I am now 14 months sober as of August 28th, and loving every part of life. The skills, relationships, and knowledge I gained and continue to gain from AspenRidge have been invaluable. I will forever be grateful for them as a resource. I continue to stay connected via the Alumni program, and highly recommend this Treatment Center to all needing help.

This business is impressively educational concerning one's own mental and physical health! CAUTION: Please, for your own wellbeing, DO NOT interact with JEREMY, who is a new therapist at AspenRidge...based on my experience with him, this man has PLENTY of his own mental health issues to deal with before he can reach out to help others Other than him, the clinicians who work there are all quite compassionate and empathetic!

I came to summer house when I was at the lowest point of my life. I couldn t string together more than a few days of sobriety and my family, work, and social life had all fallen apart. Through the help of the amazing staff (and even the owner who visited multiple times) I am happily moving onto my next step in my journey of sobriety. Thank you summer house for all of your help.

Stout street has done so many things for me and I`m so proud of myself for putting in the work. Before SSF I was living on the streets. I was addicted to crack cocaine and I never knew there was a life other than using substances. I am proud to say that I have been sober for 2 years and a week because I never gave up on myself and I always went the extra mile. I have completed the program and will be graduating in March 2025. Now I`m an Admission Coordinator for the 28 day Serenity program. I have learned the definition of people helping people help themselves.

I am grateful for Red Rock Recovery Center. My experience into the world of recovery was with much apprehension. The staff at the inpatient facility, though PHP and IOP were extremely understanding and helpful while I came to a real understanding of what addiction is and how it has affected my life.If you are reading this for yourself or a loved one I can relate. I looked for every reason why I didn't need recovery. I thought I could manage addiction on my own. With every reason I could imagine why I didn't belong there were 10 reasons why I did.The community of friends I have met through therapy and groups that RRRC supports outside of therapy are incredible. The pressure of coming back to life after addiction has been low stress with so many fun activities.I highly rate RRRC as a friendly, helpful and effective treatment center.

This program saved my life and every day gives me the tools and resources to make it a life I want to live. Words fall far too short of the gratitude I have for this program and everything they have done for me. So many resources, spectacular staff, refreshingly authentic care and love in this program. I've never felt so supported and secure and safe. From my first phone call on through to the present, it's been nothing but exceptional. My sanctuary, my recovery cocoon and somewhere I'll feel at home throughout my recovery journey and life. I feel confident now that my recovery and future has begun. A life of freedom and opportunity. I was hopeless, discouraged and desperate. I never have to feel that way again. Thank you RRRC~ FOREVER GRATEFUL

This pharmacy and staff are absolutely amazing. If you have medications and you haven't tried this place I would suggest to give it a try. Every time I've called the pharmacist she has responded or calls me back, which is extremely rare or not at all in some cases with other pharmacies. I will be switching all my medications to this place in the future.
