While the services rendered were excellent, the physical therapist charges well over $400 per hour for manual therapy, almost four times the national average, due to their contract with the hospital. Be exceedingly careful with knowing what you are agreeing to, and demand a written quote up front, otherwise you will end up with a bill significantly higher than what you would expect. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, this year I got to experience the tearing of the ACL. To say I was devastated would be an understatement, but when I started physical therapy at this location really gave me hope in a full recovery. Cheryl at the front desk took time out of her day to clearly explain how my insurance works in this specific situation and how the deductible works and what my insurance will cover and what I should budget out for out of pocket cost instead of just breezing over it. This being my first time having a serious injury, I do need all the help I can get navigating the complex health insurance plans. My physical therapist, Sarah, has been absolutely amazing and continues to go above and beyond to ensure that I have a full recovery. She is allways positive and makes the PT sessions an enjoyable experience. All the staff at this location are extremely positive, uplifting and really do their best to answer all your questions. I honestly look forward to my PT appointments because all the people there are so wonderful and an absolute joy to work with!!!

I was recently released from prison and went there looking for help. They did give me a 50 dollar Walmart card and a pair of shoes which I am grateful for. But I was told if I took a flaggers class they would pay 600 dollars towards my rent. I took the class and have a full time job which is another requirement. But then when I asked for the money to help with my rent they said they needed a copy of the lease and a w-9 from the landlord. The lease was no problem but I got the paperwork for the w-9 and they want the landlords social security number and birth date. And I've never heard of an organization needing that kind of information. I was embarrassed to ask my landlord but I did anyway because the caes workers at servicios tried to make it sound like it was normal. My landlord didn't feel comfortable giving them his ssn and birth date. I feel like they offer this knowing that not many people would be comfortable handing over that kind of information. It feels like they scammed me out of my time with false promises. If you guys want to get the landlords SSN# then maybe you should explain why. It don't make sense he would have to give me the information for me to then provide that to you. Not many people are going to be willing to do that. I'm not sure why you guys didn't explain that you were going to need that kind of sensitive information before you had me do all the requirements to get the money for rent. I could really use the help but my landlord don't feel comfortable giving out that kind of personal information. He's not a business organization. He's a private owner

There are some great programs out there, but none quite like insight. If you are looking to be seen for who you are, and not just for your insurance, insight recovery is the place for you. Their client-centered mindset garuntees you won’t slip through the cracks and get lost in the grey. These people will fight for you. They’ll advocate for you. They’ll pick you up and give you the tools to fly. They’re still here for you even when they’re off the clock. I’ve seen them go to great lengths to support so many individuals recoveries. Also they make recovery fun! They give you new ways to think about yourself and the world. As clients, we all become one big family. At the start of your first day, you’ll enter the doors on your own. When you leave, you’ll be leaving as part of a community. Also they have good snacks and they feed you an awesome lunch.

Going in I was skeptical. The VA gets a bad rap. After getting the physical and paperwork the nurse came to the waiting room, sat down and explained the results. My private doctor does not do this. Appointments made and taken care of in a very timely manor. I was pretty impressed with the VA and this location.

I have never seen a va clinic so utterly disorganized. Appointments have been made, and not held to. I have driven a goodly number of miles for a scheduled appointment only to arrive to a locked door, and a staff member ignoring my presence. If you are in need of medical care I suggest you forget about the La Junta facility, and drive the extra distance to the clinic in Pueblo. It is a waste of tax payer funds to keep this La Junta facility open.

Impeccable service through the phone, great therapists, really welcoming! They helped me get the care I needed and supported me with my decision to switch to a more specialized program. Very people oriented! Edit: After going to a different program, I have to knock off a star. I learned more coping skills and about my mental health in 3 days compared to the 2 weeks I was at sandstone. Sandstone is still an excellent place, I think they just need to work on eduction and skills practice!!

Even thpugh i got exited over a phone, i still give kudos to this program for helping me to sustain some level of sobriety and clean time. I did relapse after exiting the program but my relapse only occured for 9 months this last time and thats the shortest tome period for me. I came back to recovery after and have since got vispdat completed and have housing currently due to the voucher which i received. I was pleasently surprised to find out recently that they have now taken over the management of the voucher system!!! I cant thank Ray Klein (Stone Bridge Counseling Center) enough for the tremendous help he has given my husband and I through our intense Marriage counseling with him in Colorado Springs. My husband booked this counseling session for us after hearing about it through his life couch & someone who has been through the same struggles we were currently going through. My world was crushed & I knew for sure that i wanted a divorce. It was done for me but my husband was not prepared to lose his family. He took full responsibility for his actions on his addictions and was prepared to do whatever it takes to have us back & get help. He convinced me to go with him to Colorado to meet Ray. I did not want to go but agreed for the sake of our kids. I saw this as our last chance. I was very nervous meeting Ray and having to relive all of this all over again but when we got there we both felt very comfortable. The session started with my husband taking a polygraph so we can get everything out in the open and have no secrets. Throughout the next couple days being in intense counseling Ray helped us both understand what happens to the human brain when there is addiction & past family dysfunction is involved. Especially the effects of feeling worthlessness. He gave us neurological, scientifically proven facts but also quote scripture and lessons from the Bible that Jesus taught throughout his life on earth. This was very eye opening for both of us. It helped me see my husband in a different light even though he has crushed me in the worst way possible it allowed my heart to soften & see a side of him I have not yet seen. Ray helped my husband deal with his past struggles, the guilt, the shame, alcohol, feelings of worthlessness. Ray helped me to see my worth again through Jesus Christ and knowing who God created me to be as a wife, mother and woman. Ray helped us as a couple on how to communicate in a way to really get to know each other at a deeper level emotionally, spiritually and ultimately helps create a deeper intimacy. We are not yet where we need to be but we now have many tools and will continue counseling with Ray over the phone. We are extremely thankful for him and wished we knew about Ray before life got this messy. Thank you so much for all the work you do and for using your faith to minister and guide so many couples. I will strongly recommend Ray for anyone with any marital, addiction, abuse or infidelity problems. Not only do you learn allot but you also find ways to laugh and feel comfortable in the sessions. Rays personality is very welcoming, firm, strong boundaries, loving, kind with a wealth of wisdom on all levels Thank you for everything

Ray took time to understand the issues between us, he was very professional, thorough and careful to try to get to the bottom of the issues. I was not truthful about all my actions towards my wife initially and he was very direct in dealing with that. After I was truthful with everyone it really got better. Suzanne and I are really working good as a couple now, and it's 100% Ray who got us going in the right direction.

An important part of the healing journey out of addiction can be finding new ways to experience joy and fulfillment in your life so your sobriety doesn’t leave a hole that you used to fill with drugs and alcohol. This is a good place to work. We’ve had some turn over, yes, but the staff I have been working with for the last 8 months is very caring and all of us work hard to ensure proper patient care and safety. Most of the patients have a very positive experience here. I am proud of our nurses, and we all respect one another. I have not heard of anyone talking badly about anyone who works here. Every place has their challenges as I have worked at a few addiction treatment centers, and Banyan is one of the best places to work. I am responding to an inaccurate review that was left on here by a scorned nurse who was let go for being confrontational with a patient, and it was so unprofessional and incorrect. We have never had lice or bed bugs and that’s 100% a lie left on here by one nurse. I have referred other nurses and they’ve all been happy to be here.

I had my first surgery at AdventHealth Porter this week and it was a positive experience. All of the medical team made sure I was taken care of and answered all my questions. I was nervous but they helped me stay comfortable and had good humor through the whole experience. If I ever need surgery in the future, I would definitely try to schedule it here! Thank you for doing what you do!

Raleigh House Denver is a great place to get treatment. For mental health or addiction. The staff is very kind, caring and attentive to patient needs. If you need a safe space to get started on your next steps The Raleigh House is the place to go. Also the food is great! And an hour for gym time everyday really helps!

My experience at The Raleigh House in Denver has been nothing short of life-changing. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. The staff goes above and beyond to create an environment where healing and growth feel possible every single day. I especially want to highlight how incredible the alumni support is—Rico in particular. Rico is truly awesome. His dedication, compassion, and real-world insight make a huge impact. He relates to people in a way that’s honest and motivating, and his presence makes the alumni program feel strong, welcoming, and inspiring. You can tell he genuinely cares about everyone’s success long after they leave treatment. The rest of the staff is equally remarkable. They are knowledgeable, patient, and committed to helping each person find the tools and confidence they need to move forward. The blend of professionalism and heart is something you don’t find everywhere, and it’s a big reason why The Raleigh House stands out. If you or someone you love is seeking a place that combines expert treatment with true human connection, I can’t recommend The Raleigh House enough. Their team—and people like Rico—make all the difference.
