InnerBalance Health Center is an alcohol and drug rehab in Loveland, Colorado. They treat people in a residential setting over 28 days. In this way, they’re similar to other drug rehabs, but what differentiates them is their approach. They’re looking to address the root causes of addiction and not just the symptoms. Their approach encompasses b
The entire InnerBalance team is incredibly well versed in treatment regarding addiction, the mind, body, and spirituality. They are genuinely invested in each client's total wellbeing and recovery, both during and after completion of the program. Their ongoing support and education offered on a myriad of topics, along with mental health support, biochemical repair, functional medicine, supplementation, and nutrition program, have greatly impacted my continued recovery efforts. I felt safe, secure, comfortable, and supported throughout the duration of the program. I will forever be incredibly grateful to each and every member of the team, from administration, counselors, and residential staff, for making InnerBalance the best and most wholesome treatment center around.

NEUROBIOLOGY, GUT BRAIN AXIS, LABS, EPIGENTICS… This functional medicine holistic rehab uniquely blends functional medicine with evidence-based biology and modern science. They focus on root causes, nervous system regulation, and whole-body healing rather than symptom management. The care is highly personalized, thoughtful, and grounded in both ancient wisdom and clinical data. I felt truly seen, educated, and supported. If you want a science-backed, holistic approach that actually makes sense, this is exceptional. This place helped me be the best version of myself mentally and physically. I promise, if you are needing help with addiction, this is the best place to go in my opinion. I’ve spent over 350,000$ on rehabs throughout and this is the best place AND THE BEST VALUE!! The residence all rooms are private with their own bath (I think 2 rooms might be double) only 14 people MAX at a time. You are welcomed with your own stainless steel water bottle, loofah, and a wall full of medicinal and herbal teas (just to name a few things in the welcome gift package. Each room is professionally decorated. The chef prepares healthy meals. 4-5 INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SESSIONS AND ACTUAL FUNCTIONAL DR EVERY WEEK!!!!! I can’t thank these people enough- each and every caring staff member for saving my life . My children also thank them because they finally have their mother back🫶

Receiving treatment at Inner Balance was a trans formative experience. I experienced healing from all perspectives and was given the tools to create a sober life. They offer my mind body and spirit healing to understand why I was using drinking as a primary coping mechanism. I have been able to use the tools I learned everyday. I have created a journey of inward love for myself. The staff was so inspirational, so relate able, and facilitated my ability to open my eyes to my innate wisdom. My biggest nugget was from the spiritual neurologist "90% of the thoughts we have are the same ones we had yesterday". The only person I am responsible for is myself, and I am proud to be 13 years sober. Thank you Inner Balance I couldn't have done it without your help with such eases and grace.

I graduated my 28 days in resident treatment program at North Point. My experience was truly amazing. The food was great, nice warm beds and plenty of activities. But most impressive was the staff. The kitchen, the techs, case managers, nurses, counselors, etc. made everything worth it. They truly care about your wellbeing and provide the knowledge so you can succeed in your sobriety journey. 10/10 would recommend!

North Point was a great experience for me. they do a great job of curating a community centered environment. The people here cared about getting better and the staff was great, the counselors were amazing. There were some hiccups and annoyances, but oh well; we’re here for rehabilitation, not a vacation. Amenities were solid and from what i heard, far above many other rehab facilities. I would recommend North Point 10/10 times.

I’ve had a great deal of exposure to recovery-focused businesses/programs and this was by far my best experience. Betty Jo, Alisha, and Ceana at the Fort Collins office truly understand the assignment, and treat everyone with respect and genuine care. They create an atmosphere that is both comfortable and solution-focused, which is a very difficult thing to do - a labor of love to say the least. I’m so grateful for my Narconon family. This program helped me find myself again and gave me the tools I need to live a happy sober life. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to for Narconon Colorado. This place genuinely helped change my life. Even though I didn’t complete the full program and ended up leaving early, the time I spent there still had a huge impact on me. The staff actually cared and treated me like a person, not just another case. They gave me tools and a different mindset that I still carry with me today. I came in at a really low point in my life, and even in the short time I was there, I started to see things differently and believe that I could do better for myself. No program is perfect, and leaving early was my own decision, but I can honestly say this place helped save my life. It gave me a foundation I didn’t have before, and for that I’m grateful. If you’re serious about wanting to change, this is a place that can help you take those first steps.

Serenity House is set at a key location in Loveland, CO. It's a great place to begin to rebuild with the balance of enough structure to keep centered and enough freedom to still experience a relatively normal life. I've been very comfortable since my arrival. The surrounding 12 step communities have arms wide open and are very close for those without transportation...very much recommended.

Set me with the foundation I needed for my new life. The Serenity house is a safe place for those looking to build a new life in recovery. Sobriety and recovery is so much more than leaving the substance behind. Community, building healthy relationships, and learning basic life skills are critical to sustained recovery. Serenity house is a home where you can begin to build these keys to a new life, one worth living. Sober living can be an intimidating choice, it was for me, but from the moment of arrival Serenity House felt like home. Give yourself a chance and consider the Serenity House for your transitional living needs.
Vance Hansen
I first arrived at Serenity House in 2010 and had 4 previous Sober Living House experiences with which to compare it to, and Serenity House won. I ended up staying there for 6 months when I decided that I was fit for reentering normal society, but I relapsed quickly and hightailed it back to a sober room there. It’s easy to blame everyone and everything for a relapse except yourself, and I started to blame Serenity House for drinking again, but as my mind cleared I realized that the blame lies exclusively with the disease and me. During the numerous times I’ve enthusiastically moved back to the Serenity House after making my life an alcoholic mess, I’ve always found it to be a safe, clean, and very tolerable place to begin or continue my recovery. The rules and responsibilities are sensible and reasonable. Presiding over a couple dozen addicts and/or alcoholics is like herding cats – it’s not always easy. Yes, it is a for-profit business, and yes, kudos to the owners for having a safe and comfortable place for us to get our act together.

I received info about connections from my PCP, looking for a way to find a counselor or therapist in my post-partum phase that accepted my insurance. I called and spoke to Kathy: she was warm and empathic and it truly felt like she cared about my well-being. I gave her my info, preferences of what kind of therapist I was looking for, and then that day or the next she sent me a list of providers that were in my insurance network. She did ALL the hard work. I picked one and began therapy. It’s one of the best things that’s ever happened to me. She even followed up a week or so later to make sure I was alright and able to connect with a therapist. This was almost a year ago. I tell anyone I’m able to about it because I truly believe this is such an incredible resource. Thank you!!!

Not sure why people are rating so poorly. I had a great therapist who helped me a lot, and on a sliding scale. Sure, the front-desk staff isn’t the friendliest, but I feel like it’s hard to stay optimistic when you’re in a Medicaid-supported counseling office.

My son has been coming here since October and he has made such amazing progress since then. Before coming, life was really hard to manage with the new diagnosis of autism for my son. He is nonverbal and was very hard to teach or maintain his attention. Since coming here, he is starting to Find ways to communicate, we are able to engage with him, He is generally excited to come every morning and see all his therapist. They all have a passion for their job and their patience is exceptional. Thank you for everything you have done for our family. It is truly appreciated.

So I was sent here after 2 DUIs. My husband died and I couldn't handle it! I did the first round of classes but they never helped me. Then they finally gave me a therapist. She was awesome. I went to the alcohol classes but it was Jessica that saved me! I felt suicidal and nothing to live for..I just didn't care after my husband died. This place saved my life! Im sorry for anyone who didn't get the help I got.

I have read all of the reviews and I would like to leave a different perspective than the 1 star reviews. I have been a patient somewhere around 6 years of North Range. In that time they have always treated me with care and respect. I too have had issues with prescriptions being filled on time here and there. However, I want to put this into perspective. Some patients have requirements that need to be met in order to continue to refill medications: keeping up with their regularly scheduled appointments or maybe it is a type of mmedication (narcotic) that requires a monthly review. That is not a failure of the staff. It is a behavioral health organization. They have rules and regulations to follow in order to protect their patients, especially the ones on medication. In my own experience, it was almost always some failure on my part when meds weren't filled on time. I have always been treated extremely well, even a couple times I was a little short over meds not bring filled on time. My best advice: if they set up a treatment plan with you, DO THE WORK. KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS. FOLLOW UP...and you will have a great experience just like I did!!!
