I wanna start the review by letting everyone know that it is no longer Connections it is now Coras.... So I gave 4 stars because I love my counselor. She has helped me work on myself and other issues I have been through. She is also head of the Women's Trauma Group which has been so informative, helpful, and like gaining family that is supportive, none judging, and an amazing group of women.. Sometimes the wait to get in, urines, Doctors Appt., and your number in the queue for your meds can be long. However I hate when people complain about the wait when if they just went earlier but they wait and make themselves late and then blame it on the clinic. You should be there for treatment because you want help to make yourselves a better person not because you need to feel better or a free fix.

This place was not meant for people with severe mental illness. Patient was over medicated and fell the first night going to the bathroom. They sent him to the ER for a fracture with no support person. Then refused to take him back. Rules are rules you know! 💁♀️

I’ve been coming here since 2014. The nursing staff and counselors have improved so much over the years. The front desk receptionist Heather is warm and welcoming. The nursing staff is quick, professional & thorough. My counselor Jamie is the best I’ve had in all of my years of recovery up to this point. She always points out the positives in any situation and has a soft & loving way of talking through anything negative. Aside from her loving & professional style of counsel, she has degrees and certificates that make her more than qualified for the job. I love this clinic, my counselor is awesome (Brian) so is the new director, she's cool as a fan and the dosing nurses are awesome Hattie and Corey, Corey's is new but she picked the dosing aspect up literally her first day now she's as quick and polite and beautiful as ever. Low turn-over of clothing, physical media (tapes, CDs, records), etc. They use to be a great alternative to the ever-rising prices at Goodwill, but lately their prices have been eye watering. $75 for a kids bike at a thrift store? $1000 for a game table!? Hard pass. There were even some vintage gaming console rereleases (made in 2010+) that the store was charging eBay prices for the vintage models.
Thrift stores need to come back down to earth with the prices.
