I wanna start the review by letting everyone know that it is no longer Connections it is now Coras.... So I gave 4 stars because I love my counselor. She has helped me work on myself and other issues I have been through. She is also head of the Women's Trauma Group which has been so informative, helpful, and like gaining family that is supportive, none judging, and an amazing group of women.. Sometimes the wait to get in, urines, Doctors Appt., and your number in the queue for your meds can be long. However I hate when people complain about the wait when if they just went earlier but they wait and make themselves late and then blame it on the clinic. You should be there for treatment because you want help to make yourselves a better person not because you need to feel better or a free fix.

I’ve been coming here since 2014. The nursing staff and counselors have improved so much over the years. The front desk receptionist Heather is warm and welcoming. The nursing staff is quick, professional & thorough. My counselor Jamie is the best I’ve had in all of my years of recovery up to this point. She always points out the positives in any situation and has a soft & loving way of talking through anything negative. Aside from her loving & professional style of counsel, she has degrees and certificates that make her more than qualified for the job. Out of all the facilities in the area that assist with medicated outpatient addiction treatment, AMS is the cleanest, most qualified and most professional.

I love this clinic, my counselor is awesome (Brian) so is the new director, she's cool as a fan and the dosing nurses are awesome Hattie and Corey, Corey's is new but she picked the dosing aspect up literally her first day now she's as quick and polite and beautiful as ever. I am extremely pleased with the service and attention I receive.I was transferred to Riverside for an appointment, they were requesting payment information so I called the clinic.Alisa Harman stated the day/time she faxed the information and explained to the financial officer that I was a veteran and should have never been asked for payment.In other words, in a very humiliating situation, ALISA HARMAN went above and beyond by giving the proper information a second time, ONLY AFTER, requesting who she could contact to make sure this didn t happen to a veteran again.When I brought this up to a co-worker of ALISA HARMAN, she stated her job was to simply give Riverside the correct phone number to call BUT ALISA handle it on the spot going ABOVE & BEYONDI m placing this on GOOGLE REVIEW because the phone numbers in this pamphlet would not take my call.

It's a VA clinic, while it's a bit of a pain to travel so far out of my way. It's still a nice place. The staff is friendly and amazing. They do so much while being constantly hampered by the federal government with you know their incompetence. The staff here is competent, the place is clean and well taken care of. If you need help and are a veteran it's the only place around that can and will help you.

Orthopedic surgery 4/24/26. Admitted.5th floor nurses, Pauline rn ns CNA Mariana amazing. I had problems they were knowledgeable and kind. Charge nurse Ms Bonita professional checking for issues. Giving a 4 star because I have had my share of bad experiences here in the past. But last night/extremely early this morning was one of the best experiences I’ve had there and wanted others to know as well as them. I took my daughter there around midnight for vomiting (suspected acid reflux). I felt terrible for taking her to the ER for that, because it’s truly not an emergency. We have a pediatrician appointment Monday to address this, but the past week until I could put together that it was probably reflux, we have had countless night of very minimal sleep and last night I had enough. We were all extremely tired and I just wanted to help relieve it and help her sleep better until we could see her pediatrician Monday. I was worried that I would feel judged or dramatic for bringing her in for something so “little” and truly not something that she should be seen in the ER for. Absolutely no one in the ED (reception, triage, nurse, doctor) ever made me feel that way and made me feel validated for how I was feeling and why we were there. One of the quickest trips to the ER I’ve ever had there, which I know isn’t always their fault! They went looking for stickers after my daughter asked if they had any, and if they did if she could get an extra one for her brother at home. They found some and were able to grab her an extra one for her brother! I just can’t say thank you enough for listening to me and understanding I was just a very over tired mom trying to get my daughter some relief so we could all get some sleep.

The staff here is amazing. I’ve been to all the clinics from Dover to Seaford and this is by far the best place I’ve ever been. The methadone is eight, the staff cares actually cares! They have hot food and coffee every morning in the community center side. They advocate for the unhhoused! They help with everything and anything you can imagine. Kristi goes above and beyond for me as a counselor and Jessica is an incredible person and does the same. If any staff member sees that I’m in need. I am offered help in some form or fashion. They check on me daily to make sure I’m alright. The iop leader ma Edith is kind and full of guidance. I could not recommend a maintenance clinic more than this one. They provide.

Only times I have had issues here in the four five years is when I wasn’t making appointments or things that I could have done better . Now I’m working on my detox an got to 7mg got little too rough for me and they helped me out with what worked for me an I just think it’s been a good experience for me overall
