I wanna start the review by letting everyone know that it is no longer Connections it is now Coras.... So I gave 4 stars because I love my counselor. She has helped me work on myself and other issues I have been through. She is also head of the Women's Trauma Group which has been so informative, helpful, and like gaining family that is supportive, none judging, and an amazing group of women.. Sometimes the wait to get in, urines, Doctors Appt., and your number in the queue for your meds can be long. However I hate when people complain about the wait when if they just went earlier but they wait and make themselves late and then blame it on the clinic. You should be there for treatment because you want help to make yourselves a better person not because you need to feel better or a free fix.

I just left Banyan today, and I can't possibly say enough to express how wonderful everyone there was!! My therapist, Sabrina, was amazingly kind, understanding and knowledgeable and truly helped me a lot, especially with my anxiety and coping with past trauma. My case manager, Matt, was there whenever I needed something from him and was also incredibly kind. The techs are beyond awesome, Rose especially, all of them always going the extra mile for me and everyone else. The group facilitators I can't thank enough, like Liz, Cali and Pat, truly helping me to recognize my self-worth and learn how to actually execute healthy coping mechanisms, not just know about them. The nurses, like Megan and Anna and Christina are so kind, patient and helpful. Even my driver, Andy, was instrumental in my recovery there, being incredibly insightful and helpful. Please, please, ANYONE who is struggling with any sort of addiction, give Banyan at least a try. They will help you turn around and save your life more than you could ever expect. I’ve been coming here since 2014. The nursing staff and counselors have improved so much over the years. The front desk receptionist Heather is warm and welcoming. The nursing staff is quick, professional & thorough. My counselor Jamie is the best I’ve had in all of my years of recovery up to this point. I love this clinic, my counselor is awesome (Brian) so is the new director, she's cool as a fan and the dosing nurses are awesome Hattie and Corey, Corey's is new but she picked the dosing aspect up literally her first day now she's as quick and polite and beautiful as ever. It's a VA clinic, while it's a bit of a pain to travel so far out of my way. It's still a nice place.
The staff is friendly and amazing. They do so much while being constantly hampered by the federal government with you know their incompetence.
The staff here is competent, the place is clean and well taken care of. If you need help and are a veteran it's the only place around that can and will help you.

My wife and I have always found the Teen Challenge thrift store staff to be friendly, helpful and welcoming. The doctors,nurses and other professionals there really care about their patients,my late husband has cancer really bad and we had just moved to the area .Doctor Gonzalez got us right in and made a difficult time a little easier ,he even waited after hour to give my husband a prescription he really needed.Then I started seeing Doctor Alarcon and he is great ,very caring and concerned ,always answers questions with respect and concern.They are an important part of our community and have several locations .The nurses and staff are always pleasant and they have nice waiting rooms and dentist ,mental health ,and pediatric ,general care ,they have it all .
