Much appreciated Brian Guldan 9 months ago I am extremely pleased with the service and attention I receive.I was transferred to Riverside for an appointment, they were requesting payment information so I called the clinic.Alisa Harman stated the day/time she faxed the information and explained to the financial officer that I was a veteran and should have never been asked for payment.In other words, in a very humiliating situation, ALISA HARMAN went above and beyond by giving the proper information a second time, ONLY AFTER, requesting who she could contact to make sure this didn t happen to a veteran again.When I brought this up to a co-worker of ALISA HARMAN, she stated her job was to simply give Riverside the correct phone number to call BUT ALISA handle it on the spot going ABOVE & BEYONDI m placing this on GOOGLE REVIEW because the phone numbers in this pamphlet would not take my call. James Waltz 1 year ago It's a VA clinic, while it's a bit of a pain to travel so far out of my way. It's still a nice place. The staff is friendly and amazing. They do so much while being constantly hampered by the federal government with you know their incompetence. The staff here is competent, the place is clean and well taken care of. So all I can say is the staff on all levels has been great. Sometimes I wonder if they debrief the staff enough. I mean some of these kids and parents I see while waiting for my appointment drive me crazier than I already am lol. If everyone you meet is a jerk maybe the jerk is you. martin 6 years ago I just left Community Behavioral Health after the inpatient program.
