I must say, I was very impressed by the Tidalhealth team today. And when something is done right and with great care, it needs to be recognized.
The ED team was great today taking care of my 12 year old daughter who had an unfortunate minor accident. The care provided and the fast response were recognizable, and definitely the best experience that we ever had at Tidalhealth. Please keep this up, as we need you to keep our community healthy. If you want to get sober, then go here. It was free since I had Maryland insurance. They do not mess around. Mary was a huge support as a therapist.
When you're on your 4th week, knock on room 301 to arrange for your discharge plans. Otherwise, you may get an extension. Also, go to Frank if you have any issues. They'll help you out.

I wanna start the review by letting everyone know that it is no longer Connections it is now Coras.... So I gave 4 stars because I love my counselor. She has helped me work on myself and other issues I have been through. She is also head of the Women's Trauma Group which has been so informative, helpful, and like gaining family that is supportive, none judging, and an amazing group of women.. Sometimes the wait to get in, urines, Doctors Appt., and your number in the queue for your meds can be long. However I hate when people complain about the wait when if they just went earlier but they wait and make themselves late and then blame it on the clinic. You should be there for treatment because you want help to make yourselves a better person not because you need to feel better or a free fix.

The advocates here are very helpful and caring about what it is that you need help with. They are almost like a second family to you. They help with practically almost everything that you could possibly need help with. The housing is good and they even help with appointments, meds, and even help you to get a job if you want one. Ms Wanda and Ms Li are the best. They helped me create a treatment plan for my issues and helped me get better. People complain about this place because they do not do they work they need to.
