If I could leave a negative review I absolutely would. My mom was sick the whole time she was there. She would do rehab and she had to keep explaining how much she was in pain. We took her home for 9hrs and she had to have 911called. Her health was so bad her bladder swelled to the size of someone pregnant 9 months . The hospital said they don't send people there and she had RSVP. The other issue is i would leave and people would be screaming for help I would walk over to the nursing home side because all nurses and aides left and for 15mins I was just walking around looking for help. These are rehab people they were not just yelling for help . They truly didn't want to pee on themselves and one lady was almost off the side of her bed. I was scared to get anyone but I ran. They were going to let me out( after hrs someone has to unlock a door) but I told them please help these people first. In total I was 45mins waiting and watching and no nurse no aides. Don't take ur family there.

This place is quite confusing to deal with. Medicare said I could return the brace I got from here for my leg and they are refusing to take it back. I signed up for outpatient treatment and the staff was very friendly very helpful and my therapistMr. Derek) a good dude, very understanding never looked down on me because of my alcohol and powdered cocaine addiction. Unfortunately, my addictions got the best of me and I relapsed and didn't return.I was so ashamed of myself I didn't want to show my face and went back to boozing and now thankfully I'm finally getting help that I need. I was admitted to Jefferson Hospital suffering from severe alcohol withdrawal syndrome, borderline experiencing auditory hallucinations. I was also suffering from gait abnormality and balance and coordination issues so they transferred me to Wyndmoor Hills for Physical therapy and once I'm discharged well before I'm discharged, I'll pick a rehab facility for inpatient treatment.Wish me luck.

I myself had an amazing experience at Gaudenzia from the moment I walked in the door everyone was very welcoming and extremely concerned for my overall well being not just my detox but also my mental state seeing that detoxing from Fentanyl and opiates takes a definite toll on my mental health as well. I found ALL the nurses to be extremely efficient and very well trained and the nurses at Gaudenzia actually really cared about how I was feeling mentally, emotionally and physically and took the time to talk to me about how I was feeling and if I was feeling safe and cared for in their family setting. My Social worker was Ms. Carnita Washington and when I was asked NOT TOLD to go and speak with her I was still experiencing withdrawal seeing it was only my second day and after sitting and talking with her I felt emotionally and physically SO much better! I've sat with many Social workers and have never felt that even one cared at all about what I was going through until a few seconds into speaking with Ms. Washington, she really cared and was very encouraging about my detox and my recovery.. The house managers were amazing as well! Each one took the time to make sure I was eating and getting on well and when I wasn't feeling confident about myself and my recovery they could just tell and took their time to talk with me and to remind me that I do have the strength to continue with what I started. I felt not only cared for but actually loved, yes I said loved! When no other facility would take me they did and all I had to do was ring the bell at the front door, oh and it was 3 am when they welcomed me in and fed me and made sure I had everything that I needed ❤️ made me very well aware of my rights as a client (which had never happened before) and after my completion staff personally walked me out, hugged me and told me that they're there if I needed them again and again ❤️ Between their professionalism and real concern and care I give Gaudenzia a five star review! I've had a rough go through addiction and have been to many detox facilities throughout the last 20 plus years and can honestly say that I found Gaudenzia to be the absolute best! If it's either you or a loved one who wants to detox and get their life back this is the place to find firm grounding into recovery! YOU can do it, you'd be very surprised to find out just how strong you really are when you have amazing people in your life. All you need to do is dig deep and find yourself again, you're still in there, I promise you ❤️ Gaudenzia will personally help you in every way, just go and do it! I cannot thank them all enough for helping me reclaim my life❤️

I Finally Found The Right Place! I spent 2 years going from one Prosthetics and Orthotics center to another trying to find a prosthesis that I could actually walk with without having to endure so much pain. The two places I tried before, (I won’t mention their names) used a system that wasn’t right for my needs, but was perfect for theirs! I came across this place after doing some research, and decided to give them a try. It was the best decision I made in the last two years! Brittany Mott CPO,MSPO, came up with the best solutions for my unique situation. She really took the time to explain why the previous prosthesis was not the right fit for me. She fit me with a new, awesome system and now I’m walking for the first time, pain free! From the very first time that I walked in and met Olga at the front desk who is so welcoming and courteous, and Brittany who is so knowledgeable and professional, I knew that I was in the right place! They really do care about the patients here and It feels so good to finally be able to walk again! I highly recommend this prosthetist.

All In Solutions is a special place that sets itself apart from other treatment centers in the industry. I gained a wealth of benefits from working with my counselor awesome Rashini, who always kept a positive attitude and encouraged real growth in many aspects of my life. Groups with Mark, Chris, Kristen, Tom, Haylee (my incredible case manager) were all extremely beneficial and truly made All-In Solutions stand apart from other drug and alcohol treatments I've been to. My medical team, Ross and Leslie were amazing, they attentively listened to me and got me hooked up with a mental health regimen that has literally changed my life for the better. From housing Abe, Justin, Ray, Johnny, Jeff, Schmitty, Nick, Edwin, Ash all went out of their way to make my home away from home as comfortable as possible. Erica T. And Kristen greeted me with a smile on their faces and were shoulders to lean during times of stress. Kristen's nutrition classes were eye opening and have made a huge difference in the way I take care of myself (lost 25 pounds of fat since my intake and generally eat healthier and am more active). Lauren G and Miranda S coordinated activities that kept my time here fun and fresh. Kat made my intake a breeze and her caring attitude and love for our people made me feel welcome! Mark and Chris's 12 Step groups are the meat and potosi of what sets this place apart. Because of them i have a new perspective on recovery that I never received from any facility I've been to in the past. The people who work here are all made this experience extremely special and I will never forget them. You can truly tell that they care. I could go on but I think its important to convey what Ive gained through this program, a new relationship with my family and loved ones, including my daughter. I have a program of recovery that I work daily, a sponsor, a recovery support network and most importantly a relationship with a loving and caring higher power who guides me in this new life. None of these things would be possible without the help of those mentioned above and more, they held my hand through some of the darkest times and I cannot wait to experience what this new life has in store for me. Thank you All In Solutions, you helped me salvage this wonderful adventure we call life from the gutter, you will forever be in my heart 🖤🖤🖤

I cannot speak highly enough of Ms. Karen and the positive impact she has had on my life. From our very first session, she created a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space that allowed me to open up and truly begin the process of healing. Her empathy, insight, and professionalism are unmatched. Ms. Karen listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and provides guidance that feels both compassionate and practical. She’s helped me gain clarity, build healthier coping strategies, and better understand myself on a deeper level. I always leave our sessions feeling heard, empowered, and supported. If you’re looking for a therapist who is genuinely invested in your well-being and personal growth, I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Karen. She’s a truly gifted professional who brings warmth, wisdom, and care into every session.

I can't express in words, how much of a great and compassionate person the owner Pete is. He's a very stand up guy, when I had a problem that conflicted with my hours of school (I'm doing remote from 9:30am-4:30pm). Pete went out of his way to make sure, I could still attend my groups virtually from their IOP residential home during the evenings. When the house manager said I couldn't do this, Pete went and made some calls to accommodate me, so I could get the help I needed while also being able to pursue my dreams in getting a job in IT support. Thanks Pete 😊 🫂 🙏. If you're in need of assistance they are very welcoming at the office aswell. The front desk assistant Hunter was very supportive and understanding of my situation any questions I had she answered promptly and kindly. They offered drinks and food to us while we did our intake an everything. I truly appreciate 🙏 and recommend them to anyone in need of stability while trying to get clean or stay sober. They will provide transportation also to and from there office. Hope's Horizon and their sister company Atom is one of the best rehabilitation centers out there 💯👍. Just go and find out for yourself 🚕🏃‍♂️

I definitely recommend Hopes Horizon if you've finally decided that you're done living the same hell every day. They'll help you every step of the way, but you have to want it and you have to work for it. IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN (EVEN YOU!) Thank you Hope's Horizon! I would have never made it home to Cali with my family without you all!
