I liked Hudson when I was there it helped me they cared about me and they were genuine Marvin was definitely one of the best there he really cares and Michelle was very helpful she don’t run it no more also Mrs Pat she is no longer there and Jermaine he was helpful and was there I definitely have a lot of respect for Marvin this place is what you make it i was there 3yrs ago but it was a game changer for me

I must say, I was very impressed by the Tidalhealth team today. And when something is done right and with great care, it needs to be recognized. The ED team was great today taking care of my 12 year old daughter who had an unfortunate minor accident. The care provided and the fast response were recognizable, and definitely the best experience that we ever had at Tidalhealth. Please keep this up, as we need you to keep our community healthy. I wanna start the review by letting everyone know that it is no longer Connections it is now Coras.... So I gave 4 stars because I love my counselor. She has helped me work on myself and other issues I have been through. She is also head of the Women's Trauma Group which has been so informative, helpful, and like gaining family that is supportive, none judging, and an amazing group of women.. Sometimes the wait to get in, urines, Doctors Appt., and your number in the queue for your meds can be long. However I hate when people complain about the wait when if they just went earlier but they wait and make themselves late and then blame it on the clinic. You should be there for treatment because you want help to make yourselves a better person not because you need to feel better or a free fix.

I had been trying to obtain certain documents for two months. With one phone call I was able to find out how and where to obtain them. It really helped me out!

It is an excellent place, with very spacious, neat facilities and staff willing to help you 24 hours a day.

I’ve been coming here since 2014. The nursing staff and counselors have improved so much over the years. The front desk receptionist Heather is warm and welcoming. The nursing staff is quick, professional & thorough. My counselor Jamie is the best I’ve had in all of my years of recovery up to this point. She always points out the positives in any situation and has a soft & loving way of talking through anything negative. Aside from her loving & professional style of counsel, she has degrees and certificates that make her more than qualified for the job. Out of all the facilities in the area that assist with medicated outpatient addiction treatment, AMS is the cleanest, most qualified and most professional.

I love this clinic, my counselor is awesome (Brian) so is the new director, she's cool as a fan and the dosing nurses are awesome Hattie and Corey, Corey's is new but she picked the dosing aspect up literally her first day now she's as quick and polite and beautiful as ever. This clinic has changed my life for the better without a doubt and for that I am forever in the debt of those who played a role, even the secretary Heather is freaking awesome. I'm a bonafide success story that originated in DBH. My clothes were stolen while being treated in DBH,and the advocate, Jamal, was the most helpful individual that I could've hoped for. Ashley was a rockstar, who made my days bearable. I wanted to make sure they get their recognition because they were vital to my recovery.

My experience in handling all matters concerning my mom are done professionally and always in a friendly manner. The fact that we can no longer care for my mom at home, we are comforted to know that she is in such a safe, secure and loving environment.
