I came here last month because I was having really bad mental health issues that needed to be addressed. I was really nervous and scared to go in for help but the two intake nurses (one was name Kristina I believe) she cared for me and talked to me while I waited for a bed. Going into the unit I was greeted by Jason and he was the ONLY one to call me by the name i wanted, not my full name. Some of the Techs are very nice and some are a bit to much to handle. Dr Brach was great. She listened to me and was willing to hear my story and my trauma. It does get a bit boring in the unit, there was only one group therapy session a day and we get to either go to the gym or outside. You get access to the wireless phones from 9am-10pm but phones get taken during group time. Food wasn’t that bad. Beds were old and mine wasn’t very comfortable but Jason was able to get me an extra blanket to help me even out my bed. Overall I was happy with this place and I HIGHLY recommend if you need help, go here!

Sabal Palms recovery was an amazing place to attend. There’s Was a tight knit community. The facility only holds 32 clients at max but when I was there, there were only about 16 to 20 people. So our groups were small and comfortable. The counselors, nurses, BHAs, and kitchen (food really good) were amazing. Tripp the CEO was very friendly and took care of things that needed to be taken care of. Overall, the facility and the staff were amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Westcare is working great for me! A big part of that reason is from my counselor Abrina! She makes me feel that there are people out there that actually want to help me. I know I can talk to her about anything that I’m struggling with and it’s certain she will always have the right answer! Big kudos to Abrina for carrying the whole program on her back!!!

If you ever are ready to get off the drugs you are on, this is the place that will help you get it done. They truly do care and are really trying to help you. Best thing that has happened to me in about 10 years. If you're really ready to get help this is the place to get it. But only if you're ready. Don't waste their time or money. Because if you're not ready I'm sure there's someone else out there who is. So don't take that spot up if you're not serious and ready. Because someone else needs it. Update; It has been about 6 years and still doing great. It's worth it. If your ready make the call and get the help. They make things so much easier. And make it possible. I've been in westcare for about 6 months and I can't say enough great things about the staff starting from the director Janelle, the front office Darby,the counselor lisa ,lee,Naomi n latisha and many more !! Going to doctor is not usually a good experience, however my experiences have been pleasant. Greeted with kindness in a timely manner. My doctor is knowledgeable and concerned with my health. Thank you for all supporting veterans!!!

The veterans medical outpatient facility located in Zephyrhills has a very large and important responsibility of taking care of many many veterans that are disabled retired and the list goes on and on speaking for myself I can only say I am amazed that the staff have always provided myself with the best of medical care and treatment and trust me I have had some serious medical treatment provided on my behalf by the VA and I am so proud to be a Navy veteran and to have served my country honorably and now 49 years have passed by after my first visit to a doctor at the James a Haley veterans hospital in Tampa Florida located on Bruce b downs back in those days that hospital was not as large as this satellite clinic here in Zephyrhills and every time I need to go to Tampa for specialty clinics I am so amazed and proud to be able to say now my country serves me by taking care of my medical needs as they promise upon my horrible discharge in 1975. The growth of the James has become so large and modernized with only the best care provided to our veterans by highly trained doctors and the nursing staff is unmeasurable and I can honestly say I cannot recall one veteran complaining of the care they received and I have met many many veterans from the highest rank to the lowest and not ever been disrespected by another veteran and I am proud to say I have witnessed love and respect when these men and women go beyond being just a neighbor as they jump up to help another veteran that is struggling in a wheelchair a cane or a walker that gets assured no man is ever left behind and always delivered to the proper specialty clinic. Every time I have an appointment I can see the love that leaves me with a feeling of Hope for humanity showing just how great and wonderful it is to be an American in this great United States. Now I am looking forward to watch the process of a new medical facility that will be built here in Zephyrhills just behind the CVS drugstore on Gall Blvd and it is a assuring and worthwhile project to spend federal money as everyone realizes that a military veteran gives up so much of his person so that others may live in freedom and happiness 😊

As soon as you walk into the lobby, it is clean and inviting. It has a TV viewing area and a play area set up for children. The staff is very helpful and all your questions are answered in a timely and caring manner. I have been going to the office for twelve years and I highly recommend them.

From a negative situation, I was able to get a lot of beneficial information to turn it into a positive one. The meetings with Dr. Renee Michaels were fun and engaging as she was very good about making sure our time spent was light, but impactful. The more you get involved, the more you will receive out of the meetings in return. I am very happy I chose this company for counseling.

Chris is a great guy and really good at his job he helped me get threw some really tough times and actually care for the people he’s trying to help. He does it for the right reason and that is so you can BEE HAPPY!! Preciate everything you’ve done and continue to do for me Chris your a great guy

I was very hesitant on going to mental health therapy but Chris made it comfortable. It's never easy but it's 100% worth it. He guided me along my journey. He is always there when you need him and he's extremely helpful. If there's a day I feel I need to go back, I will always go back to Beehappy.

I’ve very much enjoyed meeting with Chris. He is both helpful and relatable, and I’ve always felt comfortable speaking with him.
