A very good lawyer got me out of Volusia County Jail after 41 days of incarceration and with the help of my sister got me into Stewart. After an intense 28 day 12 step program I was released. During that time I learned many things that when applied, have helped me in life without drugs and alcohol. I took their suggestions and started going to meetings, got a sponsor and and didn't use for one day at a time. One of the most applicable things I learned in Stewart was to keep e/I. I still go to meetings and am greatful beyond words to their program. I've been clean from all drugs, one of them being alcohol, for over 39 years. If I can do it one day at a time, anyone can.

I have been to SSRC twice in 2/25 and 3/26. After my first stay there I put together 10 months before going to the hospital and getting morphine thru the IV. When that happened I went back and graduated 2 days ago. I currently have 57 days and if I ever relapse that's where I would go again. It is solution based. We spend a significant time in the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous. It is on a beautiful piece of land. There are outings to go bowling, put put, AA speaker meetings and the Beach. The initial phone call is with a gentleman named Ira and he genuinely seems to care. The Recovery Advocates Jeremiah, Mike, Drew and Ryan are incredible gentleman and help guide you thru the steps. The BHTs Thomas and Dakota are great as well. They are always there if your going thru something or just need someone to talk, to they made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. The nursing staff lead by Mille with John, Lisa, Carmon, Jennifer and Blaine are always there to m.ake sure your comfortable. And the Director Jason and office staff Michelle and Elena are 5 star A+++++ Overall it'd just an amazing experience. If your struggling with alcohol or drug addiction this is hands down the best treatment center and I have been to around two dozen Trust Good...Clean House...Help Others!!!!!

I started off at TRV for detox and completed all the way into php (partial hospitalization program) and the staff was nothing short of amazing. Chris my case manager was awesome, always made sure I was safe and never failed to put a smile on my face. I went from new seasons to this clinic, I was at 40 mg from new seasons- I was over sedated at 40 mg so they brought me down to 35 than to 30 and I was still over sedated at 30. So new seasons brought me down to 20mg. I was good at 20mg- I wanted to taper down though. I tapered down at 1mg a day. I was on methadone for a month and a week or two. I was going to dose for the last time- this memorial weekend that past we're my last 3 doses for 3mg,2mg and 1mg. I didn't know that I could get prescribed comfort meds by Jim or I would of done it before the weekend because it was a long weekend. I went into the clinic and cried to Christina than told her I was struggling. She got me prescribed comfort meds that day and so did jim. I got most of the comfort meds filled except one because the pharmacy wanted to speak with Jim first. I went into the office the next day to tell jim and he handled it right away. I went into dosing voluntarily but I was admitted to do IOP. IOP, counseling and the dosing has helped me so much- the dosing is more affordable at aspire as well. The comfort meds have really helped me- if you work the program it'll work. I got good sleep through the night and definitely feel better.

If you can endure the lengthy intake process, everything else is quick and efficient. All the staff, from the front desk to providers were on point, and informative. Yes there are some delays from time to time just from over crowding or should I say a lot of clients all at once. Worth a shot if your trying to change your life and get clean. This place was an absolute God-send and saved my life. From the very start the place with its great employees at every part of the facility were compassionate and caring and made sure that my needs were met. My initial therapist Ashlee was absolutely amazing and helped me through major life crises that were occurring at the moment between my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. During this time I was able to reconnect with my loving parents and become a contributing member to the family as its only child. During the outpatient process, IOP Therapy I met with Dylan Martin And Martin Hawk - Both of these extremely qualified therapists worked out some very complex issues that still remained inside of me and the outpatient setting of being at home with my parents helped solidify our family and teach them about my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. I highly recommend any level of care from ORC Recovery to anyone that is dealing with ANY sort of crisis at the moment - don't sit in the dark with problems, make sure to seek help and help will find you. Treatment is entirely based on “you get out what you put in!” If one chooses to engage in groups, therapy, their own intense work, and allow the process to be abundant, great strides are made! The heartbeat of Harmony Hills are the people. The staff are genuine caregivers who are born nurturers. The clients champion eachother! We listen to one another, truly hear one another, clap for eachother, cry together, share our brutal struggles, and celebrate eachothers triumphs! I arrived unwell and left much better than I came in. The facilitators Tim and Greg are very very good at what they do. If you work the program you will be much better off than when you arrived. It is all up to you to decide what path you want to take. I really appreciated my time here in recovery and I left here feeling much better than when I went in. Thanks so much harmony hills. The program is not perfect but it works if you work it. I was in here for drugs and mental health and I left here sober and clear minded. I am a different person entirely. Love you harmony hills. The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you. The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

La Amistad has saved my life. Literally. The staff are well versed in human behavior and always willing to listen. The program has turned non-serving behaviors into components to building a happier, healthy, and more fulfilling life. The facility was welcoming as were the other patients. The food was great and the coffee plentiful. While no place or program is perfect, I would highly recommend La Amistad.

Edit: i have to say this place turned around 🙏🏼 Waited 3hrs in waiting room in excruciating pain. Never offered wheelchair when I barely could walk. When I finally got a room although the nurse was super sweet. The hospital didn't tend to my symptoms. They also took an xray of my chest told me it was healthy and I'm fine. Even through I had fever chest head and stomach pain. the only thing they gave me was for my stomach. Yesterday I felt even worse so I decided to go to another hospital recommend by a friend (oviedo er). They told me I had pneumonia and suspected covid. After they gave me meds for all my symptoms I feel way better (still very sick) then I did a few days ago please don't go here

I have been to SSRC twice in 2/25 and 3/26. After my first stay there I put together 10 months before going to the hospital and getting morphine thru the IV. When that happened I went back and graduated 2 days ago. I currently have 57 days and if I ever relapse that's where I would go again. It is solution based. We spend a significant time in the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous. It is on a beautiful piece of land. There are outings to go bowling, put put, AA speaker meetings and the Beach. The initial phone call is with a gentleman named Ira and he genuinely seems to care. The Recovery Advocates Jeremiah, Mike, Drew and Ryan are incredible gentleman and help guide you thru the steps. The BHTs Thomas and Dakota are great as well. They are always there if your going thru something or just need someone to talk, to they made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. The nursing staff lead by Mille with John, Lisa, Carmon, Jennifer and Blaine are always there to m.ake sure your comfortable. And the Director Jason and office staff Michelle and Elena are 5 star A+++++ Overall it'd just an amazing experience. If your struggling with alcohol or drug addiction this is hands down the best treatment center and I have been to around two dozen Trust Good...Clean House...Help Others!!!!!

I was referred to Pamela a couple of weeks after my wife of 33 years passed away unexpectedly in January of this year. Pamela was a Godsend. This place genuinely cares about helping people on their paths to recovery. The staff goes way above and beyond to make sure everyone's needs are met and in a timely manner. I've been to a handful of different treatment centers but none like La Amistad. Thank you to the whole staff for everything you guys did for me during my stay!

This place changed my life. I am grateful that I landed at La Amistad Residential. From day 1-30, the journey I went on is one that equipped me with tools that I will use for the rest of my life. I found myself here. Staff was available anytime i needed to talk. My favorite part was the daily meditation led by Corey, it always was grounding and set my mind on the right path. Becca’s support in some of my hardest moments shifted my trajectory as well. I completed the Residential program and am now enrolled in La Amistads PHP program. I have seen substantial progress internally and externally and am so grateful that I get to continue treatment here!

I feel five stars is not nearly enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff and doctor's treated me with genuine compassion and respect , not just as a patient, but as a person. The medical team was knowledgeable, attentive, and never made me feel judged. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I felt safe throughout the entire process. The support staff,Especially Miss Tania and Miss Emma went above and beyond to help me out through the whole process where healing actually felt possible. This treatment center above all is absolutely amazing. If you need help with opioid addiction and have this rope hold you down this is where you need to be. The nurses,counseling staff all that work here and we can’t forget Miss Emma are all amazing. This facility is well run and have many different programs and except many different forms of insurance they will do whatever it takes to help. The facility and surrounding area is very clean and monitored. So if you want to start down a new path and be free of the nonsense,looking over your shoulder,and all that comes with it. THIS IS WHERE IT STARTS. Stop in see for yourself ask for Miss Emma.
