I was recently a patient at this facility, and despite the difficult circumstances, I left feeling genuinely cared for by some truly exceptional staff members. Bobbie (nurse) stood out the most. She brought warmth and humanity to what could have been a cold, frightening experience. She talked with us, listened, and even taught me practical tools for redirecting attention away from trauma. Her kindness made a real difference. Kelly (nurse) also deserves recognition. When other staff declined to explain medications in detail, Kelly took the time to answer all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I also witnessed her gently helping another patient untangle and fix her hair when that patient didn’t have the energy to do it herself. That small act of compassion said everything about who she is. Thank you Bobbie and Kelly for reminding patients that they are seen and valued. You made a hard time a little easier.

I think i wrote my review under the wrong hospital but everyone was awesome for the most part. My name is Cameron Atwood and im still taking my medicine by some miracle. I went into this facility so psychotic i didnt know up from down. I had real people help me see the real lies i was telling myself. I thought everybody was the enemy and somehow people like Stephanie (The Goat) and even those who didnt believe what i believed like Peter broke through to me. The chapman there are amazing and i cant complement the Techs more doing gods work. I was nursed back to a stable point not from medicine but from the grace and compassion of the nurses and most of the techs! People like ASH, Sydney, Shy, and Patrick made me feel safe and comfortable in a foreign place. I cannot thank this facility enough and pray everyone gets the grace and compassion they showed me back in 10 fold. I can literally type for hours about how they helped me but my fingers might get tired. Oh and Richard and Gavin got me to trust medicine which im still having a hard time with but without this entire team i believe id still be unstable to this day. Again just to mention Nurse Stephanie is probably the nicest person I've ever met and the first person i fully trusted in Lutz. What I'm trying to say is the People working nursed me back to health not any medicine even though i will admit the drugs helped. Thank you guys for your kindness

From a negative situation, I was able to get a lot of beneficial information to turn it into a positive one. The meetings with Dr. Renee Michaels were fun and engaging as she was very good about making sure our time spent was light, but impactful. Hannah house is very unique.. there's some good guys on top that run this place, but the specialness comes from the brotherhood of the people in the house. Barry allowed me to come in this past June and I can't even express with words or written words how much it's done for my life. Let's start with this. It's a beautiful home and I do mean a home not just a place where other recovering addicts sleep. This house is all about the brotherhood. Do your chores go to your meetings? Pay your rent. Be respectful to your roommates. Be a part of our community. Don't just sleep there. Get to know your brother to find out what he's going through. Allow them to know what you're going through. That's recovery right there... I moved out today. I'm a little bit sad about it, but even more so I'm excited. I am forever grateful to this place. The staff is incredible, they truly care and put their heart and soul in everything they do. Donald was my therapist, Brandy was my case manager; they were both wonderful. The other therapists and case managers that weren’t even mine were a vital part in my recovery. I suggest utilizing all the staff you can, including the BHT’s. They want to help, and they definitely did. The reviews talking about “only an hour a day in the pool,” or the “gym isn’t good enough,” if that’s what you’re taking away with you in your recovery, then good luck. We had groups every day of the week, which is a necessary part in our recovery. They had activities for us every night, so we could build connections while having fun. The pool and the gym were extra gifts when we had the opportunity to use them. I would have loved it without. If you’re considering taking the steps to recovery, 100% recommend.

I honestly can’t even put into words how life changing 7SP has been for me. Before coming here, I was scared to get treatment, even though I desperately needed it, & I avoided other places for a long time. After my very first time speaking with them, they gave me the courage to finally take the step I needed. The dedication & care that they offer is nothing I would have ever expected. Everyone, being Dr. Wilson, Heather, therapists, coaches, techs, all management, are all monumental in how much they give.They didn’t just help me get sober yet they helped me learn how to live my life. My journey hasn’t been perfectly smooth, but they’ve been there every step of the way with nothing but love, guidance, & support. As someone who works in the behavioral health field, I feel obligated to be honest: my experience at this treatment center was negative and, at times, felt emotionally unsafe. I did not feel supported in therapy. Instead, I often felt judged and singled out. Being labeled as “attention seeking” in a clinical setting was not only dismissive, but damaging—especially in a place where people are supposed to feel safe enough to be vulnerable. The overall environment felt unprofessional. There was a lack of respect and, at times, a noticeable tension that made it difficult to trust the staff or the process. Rather than feeling like I was in a space focused on healing, I often felt uncomfortable and on guard. In my opinion, this is not the standard of care people should expect from a residential treatment center. When someone is seeking help, they deserve professionalism, compassion, and a sense of safety—none of which I consistently experienced here. I would not return, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility—especially for women who are early in recovery and need a genuinely supportive environment. The BHT’s, chef Lesa, and supervisor were amazing. This review is more towards clinical and admin staff and their unprofessionalism.

I spent some time at this facility, and ultimately I had to leave due to a situation that I’d rather not get into. I’m choosing to let that part go and focus on what I feel is important to share. What I will say is that there were techs on the floor who truly showed up every day with consistency and heart. There’s one in particular I’m thinking of — I can’t recall his name, it wasn’t the easiest to pronounce — but he carried himself with a level of presence and care that didn’t go unnoticed. The kind of energy you hope to find in a place where people are trying to heal. At the same time, there was an undercurrent that didn’t sit right with me. I experienced what felt like retaliation and a strong sense of control in the dynamics behind the scenes. As someone seeking peace and clarity, that kind of energy can be unsettling. I also noticed a lot of internal tension being spoken about openly around clients. In my view, people in treatment shouldn’t be exposed to staff conflicts or internal issues. That space should feel grounded, safe, and focused on recovery — not influenced by things happening behind the curtain. It’s also worth mentioning that for a place that presents itself in a more holistic light, there seemed to be a strong reliance on medication. That may work for some, but it didn’t align with what I personally expected walking in. I share this not out of anger, but from a place of reflection. I hope the environment continues to grow in a way that truly supports the people who walk through those doors looking for something better.

My experience at Spring Gardens Recovery was completely transformed because of one person — Amilcar. Calling him a staff member honestly doesn’t do justice to what he is or what he does. He was the foundation that held everything together, the steady presence that made one of the most vulnerable times in my life feel safe, supported, and even hopeful. While others clocked in and out, Amilcar showed up with his whole heart every single day. He cooked meals that felt like comfort when people needed it most, kept the house running flawlessly, cleaned without ever being asked, monitored everything to make sure we were safe, and somehow still found time to check on each of us like we truly mattered. Nothing slipped past him, and no one ever felt invisible when he was around. Rehab is supposed to feel heavy — overwhelming, emotional, and difficult. But because of Amilcar, it didn’t feel institutional or cold. He created an atmosphere that felt alive, human, and genuinely caring. On the hardest days, his presence alone made things feel manageable. He didn’t just maintain the house; he lifted the entire spirit of it. There were moments when giving up would have been easier, but people kept going because Amilcar made you believe you could. That kind of dedication can’t be trained — it comes from someone who truly cares about the people he’s helping. Spring Gardens Recovery may be the facility, but Amilcar is the reason it feels like a place where real healing happens. His impact goes far beyond his role, and I will carry the gratitude for what he did for me for the rest of my life.

My aunt has been a patient here for almost 2 weeks. She has been provided excellent care here by the entire clinical, rehab and administrative team. The nurses and CNA's have provided the care and compassion well above our familiy's expectation. We are shocked at how much she has thrived at this facility. Laura, my therapist was awesome. She was very patient with me, I asked so many questions. She helped me to understand my problems and gave me tools for the future. She prepared me for a successful recovery. I've never tried yoga before but I took those classes and I learned how to stretch. I have a handicap with my hip and it really helped me with my pain and flexibility. I highly recommend coalition.

White sands treatment center is an amazing place I have never felt more at home the staff is so welcoming the staff is very helpful therapists are awesome bht's Rock medical rocks the therapists are so informative and helpful and resourceful the discharge coordinators are amazing at helping you find the next place for your sobriety as far as PHP sober living anything like that. This place really helps a lot if you just stick with it and want it for yourself everyone is super nice and compassionate and super helpful, and they are just there that do their job and they're all professionals, and they do very well at the job and they're very kind and they just want to see people do better, that struggle with addiction, but you also have to want it for yourself. The program works. It's definitely a great program. I definitely recommend it if you're struggling with an addiction. It helped me and I helped other people I know friends and family i rate it a 5 star and the staff you guys are awesome work very hard.

Started when I found out I was pregnant. I listened to my counselor and The Pediatrician they had offering classes advice and my baby girl was born full term average weight (7.4) and zero.... im talking not even 1 tremor or score over 4 withdrawal symptoms. Very much someone who had an immediate aversion to recovery. Super grateful for this program. Offering services for so many different addictions. It was eye opening and humbling to be among other people who were going through a totally different experience than me, yet we related in so many unexpected ways. I can say I am a healthier and happier person because of the ED program. I often find myself even missing the time I was there, and I sit in nostalgia in recollection of all the things I’d learned. Forever grateful for the friends I’ve met, the knowledge I gathered, and the staff at TPOT. Highly recommend.

I cannot express how deeply grateful I am for my time at TPOT. Walking through the doors on my first day, I was terrified, hopeless, and unsure whether real change was even possible for me. I'm just curious does this work well for opiates like methadone because I am reading about people who were on buprenorphine but methadone has a very long and unpredictable half life and have you had successful patients who were on high doses of methadone and still not have ridiculous cravings post procedure?

I used the ANR Clinic to get off of Opiates that I had been taking for close to 10 years due to a back injury which led to 3 back surgeries. I was really skeptical about the procedure and believing that I would have no cravings afterwards, I did a lot of research and found someone on Facebook that had gone through the procedure and they reaffirmed everything that the ANR Clinic stated. From the first phone call to my intake at the Hospital as well as my aftercare I was treated with care and compassion by each and every member of the ANR Clinic. I had my procedure done on March 24th 2026 and it was the best decision I have ever made, I have never experienced any cravings and each and every day I am feeling one step closer to the man I was before ever taking opiates. I cannot recommend the ANR Clinic enough, if you are struggling like I was take the first step and call them, they will help and guide you every step of the way.

ANR may have saved my life. In fact, it most likely did. I battled with pain medication on and off for the past 20 years of my life. Just recently, I got addicted to 7 OH. I tried to replace pain meds with 7 OH. That is the most evil drug I've ever taken. It had me in its grips. I had to carry it around with me 24/7 and kept it in my nightstand. I was scared for my life for the first time. I tried weaning myself off, but could not. I was taking way too much and was heading down a scary path. I did not know what to do. At this point I was only taking it to help me feel normal. I had to confess to my wife as at this point, I did not know what to do. I could always wean myself off of pain meds. This was a totally different beast. My wife did some research and found ANR. I was a little skeptical because of some of the things I've red online, none of which were true. I've been through a couple of rehab programs and that did not help. The procedure was not easy, but well worth it, no regrets. Like I said, ANR most likely saved my life. The folks at ANR are amazing. These people truly want to help you. And boy did they help me. Months later, I am off everything and enjoying my life again. I am a living testament of this program. I don't know where I would be today had it not been for ANR and their wonderful people. If you can relate to this story at all, please give ANR a call. You will not regret it. End the nightmare. I could not be more happy.

If you ever are ready to get off the drugs you are on, this is the place that will help you get it done. They truly do care and are really trying to help you. Best thing that has happened to me in about 10 years. If you're really ready to get help this is the place to get it. But only if you're ready. Don't waste their time or money. Because if you're not ready I'm sure there's someone else out there who is. So don't take that spot up if you're not serious and ready. Because someone else needs it. Update; It has been about 6 years and still doing great. It's worth it. If your ready make the call and get the help. They make things so much easier. And make it possible. Both patients I bring express that they’ve connected well with their therapist and Dr. They are benefiting from services, which are offered on a sliding scale for those without insurance. May be $0 for people with no income and no insurance. I’m grateful these services are available in our community!! If I ever need to, I will go here. Honestly can't say enough good things about this place. I learned so much in just 30 days there. My case worker Sammy n my therapist Joel went way out of their way to get me the help I needed. If you apply yourself there you can really retain a lot. There's a bunch of amazing counselors that run groups that you can get a lot out of. An also a great amount of extra circular activities. Par was a great place overall but when your six months are up you are scrambling to find somewhere to go. They DO NOT help in that area. To be completely honest it was the best rehab I've been to. It's the only one that I've stayed out of trouble since leaving.
