My name is “Ashley Ha”. I just recently graduated from White Sands 9 days ago. Unfortunately, I didn’t leave on the best note, because I originally agreed to leave at a certain time at midnight and decided it was best for me to leave a little earlier due to driving so late in the night. However, I can’t deny that they were the most accommodating and polite staff I have ever met in any treatment. Any issues that arose, they took care of immediately with dignity and grace. They weren’t the happiest with me for wanting to leave a little earlier in the night, as I know there’s a business to be ran, and I went against our agreement. But what I can say is that I’ve never been to such an amazing and soul fulfilling place. Many come to treatment to just dry out and most don’t take the curriculum serious. But I’ve been to a few others, and I’ve never had intense, deep, soul searching curriculum like I had at White Sands. Not only that, they went above and beyond to make sure in the evening and night times that we had fun activities to do after a long day of deep inner work. The head BHT, Shannon especially always made sure we had things to do and always ordered delicious late nights snacks from Publix subs to wings to many more things…as well as Michael (events coordinator) always printed out flyers for all the nights activities, including trick or treating on campus with a really neat haunted house for Halloween. Zach, Trevor, Danny (all head BHT’s during their shifts) were always extremely accommodating to any need that we needed. As far as the rest of the staff, Amanda, my case-manager, was absolutely amazing and once again with anything concern I had, she was right on top of it and I’m so grateful for that. My therapist, Maria…what a beautiful light and soul! I will be forever grateful to the work she did with me there. She helped me dig out repressed childhood traumatic memories that helped heal such deep parts of me that I will never forget her. One of the psych NP’s, Rachel…what a gem!! She is so personable and was able to connect with me and make me feel so comfortable opening up to her. Some of the other therapists and counselors who ran group, a few especially were my favorites; Don ran amazing groups that helped us dig deep; Bradley was my MRT coach/teacher and he helped really challenge and put the curriculum into practice into my life. Joel and Eric were absolutely amazing in their groups as well…as well as my therapist Maria who ran some of them. These groups were not kindergarten bs groups. If you want to come and really heal, I know this place was it for me. Lastly, 99% of the nursing LPN’s at the nurses stations were so accommodating and sweet and compassionate about their work and were so kind to all the patients. The food was always amazing…and if I wasn’t in the mood for one of their home cooked meals, they had an amazing smoothie bar and latte bar to choose from. Last but not least, Neisha (if that’s how you spell it) was my absolutely favorite BHT….. she was the funniest and such a joy to be around…as well as the others. She was my favorite. On my last note, I want to make a personal and public amends to any and all staff members I may have offended with my bougie pre-Madonna attitude at times. I am so sorry and I know I was detoxing half those 3 weeks I was there and was doing my best to work through it. But each and every one of you was amazing…and I truly miss being there. I wish I had stayed 30-36 days rather than the allotted 21 by insurance, because I realize now how special it is there. Hopefully there’s a time soon I can come back and finish what I started. My experience is that the team at WhiteSands truly goes above and beyond for your safety and well-being. I was able to share my faith and not be treated unfairly, which is a big deal for me. I’m currently in school, and they made sure I had the time and support I needed to stay on top of my assignments. They didn’t just treat me like another patient—they genuinely cared and checked in to see how I was doing. The program itself is amazing because it focuses on more than just addiction; it helps heal your mind, body, and spirit. Shout out to the Group 1 Counselors, BHTs, Med Runners, Nurses, and Culinary staff for all they do. The list of people who impacted my life is longer than I ever expected. If you get Sammi as your case worker, consider yourself blessed. She is honest, genuine, and caring. She constantly checked in on me, listened when I was struggling, and offered golden nuggets of wisdom. You can tell she truly loves what she does and believes in the people she helps. I’ll always be grateful for her support and the compassion she showed me. I'm going to miss everyone and wish them all wellness and prosperity. <3

Amanda and Brandy went above and beyond for me! They really saved my life and pointed me in the right direction for after care and for the lifestyle of sobriety!

Great place

Heather the counselors and the doctor run a wonderful facility here. They offer freedom from active addiction a promise of renewed hope and a purposeful driven life free from addiction. My stay here a year ago also provided me the opportunity to live in their sober living home. The art, equine, yoga and reki thrapy sessions are incredible. I really liked the bio bed as well as my free time on the patio. 7 Summit Pathways reintroduced me to mindful meditation, grounding techniques and journaling. My counselor Doug was very encouraging. I was able to get a job near to their sober living house in Valrico and protect my anonymity. They had a nice dinner for the holidays and other clients families would join us. The van was always a safe drive and i always felt reassured and comfortable. They offer a native American Wellbriety meeting on Wednesday at 7pm i look forward to returning to again soon. Alot of these examples have helped me as i was able to keep my sponsor and take steps in the 12 step Narcotics Anonymous program. 7 Summit Pathways helped me keep living a productive good and healthy life. I just wanted to say how incredibly helpful and amazing Heather was tonight during a crisis. I reached out at midnight about a family member and was blown away by her kindness, willingness to talk/help, etc. I have worked in the substance abuse field for over 15 years and been a patient as well. I know that parts of the system can be broken at times. Heather went above and beyond what I have ever seen anyone do. She really cares and is a true angel.

Whew! Where to even start - I’m so grateful and honored - After completing a 10-day inpatient rehab for alcohol, I entered Sophros Recovery’s IOP and OP programs — and I can honestly say it completely turned my life around. I came into the program with a heavy heart, still grieving the losses of my father and younger brother, and burdened by years of personal struggles and past relationship hardships. Both Rajon and Michelle even showed up to court for me — it was Rajon’s first time, and knowing that they stood by my side during such a vulnerable moment meant the world to me. Their effort reminded me how deeply they care about each person’s recovery and success. To the entire Sophros faculty and the amazing people I met during my time there — thank you. The community and connections I found through Sophros continue to support me even beyond graduation. If you’re at a point where you feel like giving up, don’t. I've been through 7 or 8 treatment facilities and successfully completed two prior PHP programs. This program has given me the most individual attention, comfortability and feelings towards being cared for properly. The staff genuinely cares and although I am a Christian, I like that Buddhism is incorporated as an overall message of peace. Thank you Sophros.

I admitted myself to Spring Gardens 17 months ago. It was the best experience ever. The accommodations were great, the staff were amazing, and the treatment I received was class A! I was in pretty bad shape when I arrived. With the care I received, I have begun the rebuilding process.

One of the best facilities I’ve ever been to. All of the staff were great especially the techs and the therapists. My aunt has been a patient here for almost 2 weeks. She has been provided excellent care here by the entire clinical, rehab and administrative team. The nurses and CNA's have provided the care and compassion well above our familiy's expectation. We are shocked at how much she has thrived at this facility. My therapist Laura was very helpful. She taught me coping skills and helped me to overcome my past and to focus on the future and move forward. Ms Gigi was very down to earth and she's an inspiration; she has 12 years clean and if she can do it then I know that I can too!

Laura, my therapist was awesome. She was very patient with me, I asked so many questions. She helped me to understand my problems and gave me tools for the future. She prepared me for a successful recovery. I've never tried yoga before but I took those classes and I learned how to stretch. I have a handicap with my hip and it really helped me with my pain and flexibility. I highly recommend coalition.

Saved my life actually a resident here and I see a huge change

This place really helps a lot if you just stick with it and want it for yourself everyone is super nice and compassionate and super helpful, and they are just there that do their job and they're all professionals, and they do very well at the job and they're very kind and they just want to see people do better, that struggle with addiction, but you also have to want it for yourself. The program works. It's definitely a great program. I definitely recommend it if you're struggling with an addiction. It helped me and I helped other people I know friends and family i rate it a 5 star and the staff you guys are awesome work very hard.

Started when I found out I was pregnant. I listened to my counselor and The Pediatrician they had offering classes advice and my baby girl was born full term average weight (7.4) and zero.... im talking not even 1 tremor or score over 4 withdrawal symptoms. She was a little jaundice but we welcomed her home at 5 days old! Amazing and now she's 6 and brilliant 👏 👌 😀 👍 🙌. PAR changed my life ❤️‍🩹💯💫🤟🫶🙏🏻

I was a suicidal user, this is what the doctors would call My style of drug use with opiates. When I talked to Dr. Wiseman and he told me about the A&R Protocol I was absolutely flabbergasted that there was an answer for my opiate addiction. When I went to go get the protocol done, I was in full kidney and liver failure, as well as congestive heart failure. Due to my fragile state They took their time during the procedure and saved my life. I have Been off of opiates ever since and never went back. If I did not do this I would 100% be dead today. I recommend this to anyone who has ever used opiates and needs help. This is the answer. I have 0 desire for opiates and I was slamming fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine to stay awake For years. My life is so great now I can’t even explain All thanks to ANR AND THEY’RE AMAZING TEAM

My experience was excellent, the care and warmth shared at the center put my concerns at rest, aftercare is exception with constant follow up to ensure all is well. After a few days of recovery I am back to my normal routine and healthy living, do not hesitate this program truly works. I am alive because of this treatment plan. Thank you again Team.

This place has truly been a blessing. Before I came here I was in a really bad place and this place helped show me there was a better way of living. Staff is excellent, food is great. Housing was comfortable and above expectations. Evening was very helpful. My therapist Beianna was very understanding and patient. Brian and Jordan always do their best to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Meetings are amazing

BoardPrep Recovery really changed my life! I was broken and not in a good place going into treatment. I had a lot thrown at me while in treatment and the staff helped me get through it.
