Nurse Connie really went the extra mile to help me at a crucial point in my recovery. Mrs. Maxine was a fantastic 1 on 1 counselor and helped me achieve a spiritual awakening of the "educational variety" while working steps with a sponsor. Ms. Bobbie was a ray of sunshine and Mr. Randy was a wise mediator. Despite a rather unfortunate discharge it was overall a good experience. This place gives you a good opportunity. I look forward to staying sober through the Holidays with my family. Thanks!

You got to be ready. And be mature, but if you reached that point and you seriously are ready I recommend this program. It's hard for someone who doesn't quite understand the addiction or just new to their addiction. It's a struggle but it's a great place for someone who is really ready

10/10. Great place , great staff , gives a lot of grace and much understanding. The director is wonderful as well as the counselors , spent 14 or so month in a the MIST program and was cared for , listened to , and helped beyond measure. Thankful for this place and those who helped me through my pregnancy , and sobriety.

I'm grateful for SLA! I came here with 14 months of sobriety. They have helped me to grow closer to God through the Big Book study and the Spiritual meetings daily. I have enjoyed the relationships I am developing with the people here on campus. I thank God for Sober Living America! #SLAROCKS

Westcare is working great for me! A big part of that reason is from my counselor Abrina! She makes me feel that there are people out there that actually want to help me. I know I can talk to her about anything that I’m struggling with and it’s certain she will always have the right answer! Big kudos to Abrina for carrying the whole program on her back!!!

If you ever are ready to get off the drugs you are on, this is the place that will help you get it done. They truly do care and are really trying to help you. Best thing that has happened to me in about 10 years. If you're really ready to get help this is the place to get it. But only if you're ready. Don't waste their time or money. Because if you're not ready I'm sure there's someone else out there who is. So don't take that spot up if you're not serious and ready. Because someone else needs it. Update; It has been about 6 years and still doing great. It's worth it. If your ready make the call and get the help. They make things so much easier. And make it possible. I've been in westcare for about 6 months and I can't say enough great things about the staff starting from the director Janelle, the front office Darby,the counselor lisa ,lee,Naomi n latisha and many more !! They are all here for you as a patient/client and they are awesome at working with you. Thank you to all of them ❤️

Very good place to recover nurses and staff that care

I left a review a couple months ago because I was very upset for having all 6 phases taking away from me... Point was Miss. Georgia did a call back on me and I have never in 11 years had one... But I was on the dialysis machine when she called and she said she did leave a message... Miss.Georgia is a really sweet person and professional nurse,I shouldn't have taking my anger out on her... It was no ones fault but my own... YES I HAVE LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON... I'M SORRY MISS.GEORGIA FOR BEING RUDE TO YOU...

The VA has taken excellent care of me

I'm writing this review because me and my family have received an amazing gift Having recently moved to Interlochen with my four children from the devistation of pinnellas county it was a welcome journey to say the least. One of the things to be done was to get a new doctor and supporting staff with the VA in Palatka Florida. Physical, blood work and refills for my blood pressure. Meeting Tamara was the amazing gift. She navigated me smoothly thru the whole " new person in town " process. There was also an income update form which made me nervous being retired. I also felt like Tamara absolutely cared for me. I really need my benefits and with the increases in everything the SERVICE AND HONOR that people like Tamara show us veterans are more precious than any materialistic thing. Crowded at times but really nice staff

Baycare is the best at what they do. They always treat the children as their top priority and the families as well. I've been coming here for 5 years and I can't say enough of good things about these people.

Having been misdiagnosed with the concerns of my forefathers, I've found that I was a test subject to this place. They are so understanding as they recognize that people are individuals and differ from their predecessors in many ways. I enjoy excelling in my work with them to help others to know that they are not alone. Being perfect isn't easy so this place helps to give you an imperfection or two. 😂

Very kind and helpful staff

Don’t listen to the other reviews MHRC is a great place. The staff are super friendly. They’re great at de-escalating situations and keeping problems to a minimum they understand different kinds of people and they understand how to talk to people. They’re very good at recognizing how you feel in that moment And they know exactly what to say. Everybody is human we all messed up so we can’t expect the staff to be perfect but I will say they are definitely in my top 10 cause I’ve been to a few since I was a child And trust me I’ve been to some bad ones, but MRC is definitely like 4 Especially with the audition of Miss Allison, she’s been Taking care of me since I was like 16 And their doctors & Techs They’re great. I don’t know man I might just be high LOL But I’m leaving for Oregon to do job course soon And I truly believe that if MHRC had Not saved my life in the way they did. I would not be here. I would not be in this situation. I would not be prospering the way I am right now so please If you are considering inpatient outpatient, whatever take me to consideration that their staff is extremely friend And remember everybody’s human, but they do a great job at what they’re supposed to do God bless

I love the whole team and my kids enjoy all them the good with working with my family times and days we have work and school they are sweet

3 of my kids go to their pediatric department. I would give this place 5 stars if it was only based on how warm, welcoming, and wonderful everyone is. All 3 kids see Jen and she is amazing. Miss Erica and Miss Jackie are wonderful case managers. Dr Lepely and his team are very nice. He has ensured my kids have everything they need, even when we have had to make adjustments he knew just what to do. Now for the negatives… The wait time to see the doctor is pretty extreme. They schedule everyone for one like.. 3-4 hour time slot. It’s first come first served and there are always 30+ people waiting. I know not everyone has time to wait like that and it confuses me why they do it. It has been especially hard with 2 adhd girls who are being seen for behavioral issues 😓 I am just lucky I have had the time to wait on days like those. Some times we are there for 30 minutes, other times we are there for hours. I tried to get in to see them, myself, and after months of not having a therapist or doctor, I just had to go find a new one(I dropped my providers to see theirs). I did meet with the case manager and we also spoke over the phone a few months later. I mentioned I hadn’t been assigned anyone yet and nothing changed so I moved on. All in all, the care here is positive. With some ironing out of their scheduling and staffing issues I think this facility would be a whole five stars.
