I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was very professional, kind, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The therapists were knowledgeable and took the time to explain my treatment and make sure I was comfortable. I noticed real improvement in my condition after my sessions, and I always felt well cared for during my visits. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs on time. I truly appreciate the support I received and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy. Especially thanks to Evan funny and very professional person .

My experience at this treatment facility has been exceptional. From day one, I was treated with compassion, respect, and genuine care. The staff, therapists, and counselors created a safe and supportive environment that encouraged healing, growth, and accountability. What stood out most was the dedication of the staff and their commitment to helping each person succeed. I learned of The Summit Wellness Group in Atlanta, as I researched places suitable for my loved one to receive the needed care. I was tired and beaten down but hopeful to find the perfect fit, and boy did I find it! Firstly, it is staffed with the most knowledgeable and compassionate people an institution of this nature could provide. The staff was warm and inviting on day one; a day that a very anxious young person needed this type of reception. While I wasn’t privy to the treatment provided, not hearing one complaint says a lot! In fact, I only heard positive things and saw excitement, which to me equates to trust and commitment to treatment. I don’t know how they do it but they are very successful in what they do. They’ve helped my loved one see her full potential, love herself again, and gain the renewed confidence necessary to survive this crazy world. If you are looking for the perfect place and group of professionals to help you cope with those demons, give The Summit a chance. I’m betting that you will not regret it. Tell Theo, Ms. Kathy, Angela, and Kara that I said hi.

I really appreciate the workers at this hospital. They are kind, accomodating and respectful. I didn't feel condescended to, nor treated like less of a human being. I felt that the workers set a tone of respect and dignity and support on the unit. The groups were awesome and very well facilitated. I felt like they weren't just there for a paycheck, that they actually cared about doing a good job. I would definitely go back there if I ever need mental health inpatient care.

It was a safe place during my most suicidal years. I really appreciated the ability to isolate in my room, unlike other facilities that lock the rooms during the day. That was a necessity for me as an autistic person, in order to prevent overwhelm and truly feel safe. Therapy groups could be stressful, but I wasn't forced to attend which I really appreciate. When life feels so out of control, small things like that can go a long way

Georgia Addiction Center played a huge role in helping me turn things around. From the beginning, I felt supported by staff who were both compassionate and straightforward, which I needed. The program is well-structured and keeps you accountable, but it never feels cold or impersonal. Group sessions could be challenging at times, but they ended up being some of the most impactful parts of my experience. I built a strong foundation for recovery here and left feeling more confident in my ability to stay on track. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone serious about making a real change.

I went here when I was a minor, and it helped me. I was an inpatient, then I transitioned to their day program. The inpatient program was a solid 9/10. The food was good, most of the staff were good. There were a few staff members who went above and beyond to be kind. When I was younger and different than how I am now, I went to several facilities overall. The staff at most of those other facilities were burnt out, negative, and clearly didnt like their job. The staff at Hillside were more positive. Hillside had some good food. I'm not sure why there are reviews saying the food was bad. It was warm, balanced, and they had chocolate milk. They have some sort of a vegetarian option too. There were activities that were done outside. That is a huge deal. In the 3 other non-acute inpatient facilities I've been to, 2 of them had a small outside area encircled within the building where we were allowed to stay during a decent period of time once per day. The 1 other facility had a large outside area also encircled within the building, and we were allowed to be there a decent amount of time as well. But while being inside Hillsides inpatient program, we got to be outside MANY times a day. And the outside area is outside of the 'cabin'. Meaning I could actually see a long distance outside and walk(under supervision) around area more than 40x40ft without meeting a wall. Hillside doesn't have that boxed in feeling. The sweet gardening lady made us icedtea, and I got to pick flowers and actually be outside in a space that wasnt boxed in . Also, Hillside has the least amount of fighting and dangerous bahavior amoung my past peers that I've seen. Fights started at all of the other inpatient non-acute facilities, and there was a lot more yelling and screaming in those places. Though most of those places had a lot more patients in one room. Overall, I'd consider Hillside to be a safer facility, with more supervision. Hillside, when I was a patient, alllowed in-person visits from family. Though I don't remember the details. No other place I have even been to had that privledge. Hillside also gave us access to VIDEO calls with family. NO other place I have ever been to has given me that privledge. It was corded phone calls only, and at least one of the places I previously went to didn't allow any sort of calls at all. Changing from inpatient to outpatient - The outpatient experience at Hillside was amazing. All the staff in the outpatient program were incredible kind, helpful, and understanding. It was a very calming environment. Overall, don't believe a lot of the reviews here. Serious Mental Health Treatment isn't going to feel happy or nice in the process. Hillside is a much better choice of inpatient treatment compared to anything else I have ever experienced. For me, I just needed something to guide me in the right direction, and Hillside did that for me.

This AMAZING place is honestly the best of all, hands down. From the doctor, director Jennifer, miss Holly amazing nurses especially Yolanda, and many more especially when you are recovering in recovery the amazing counselor's , such as sweet, caring, and supportive while REALLY LISTENING AND KEEPING IT REAL and making you feel comfortable and in a safe place is just a big perk in recovery. Counselor/therapist Ames. Adrienne has really helped me with so much. But I do want anyone who is reading this that knows someone or if you are struggling with addiction and ready to live a good life if you are scared to do it cold turkey or don't have the support or financial to pay for rehab or detox and all that this is the best place to do it and recovery can happen in all different forms cold turkey clinics Suboxone and it doesn't matter what you do as long as you do it and make a difference in your life and better yourself but this is the place to go and is a great option if you're open to it and ready to do it just make sure you're open ready and you want it and I encourage you that this clinic is the clinic for you or anyone if you know anyone struggling . And they also take health insurance and offer a new health insurance called ambetter that will cover all costs as well so reach out if you need to and make a change start it today. Thanks you to everyone Your clinic really has great team in every department.

I recently stayed on the Acute Women's Unit at Anchor, and I am incredibly grateful for the care I received during one of the hardest times in my life. I came to Anchor to have my medications adjusted, heal from past trauma, process the death of my NA sponsor, and continue my recovery from an eating disorder. As a person of faith, it meant a lot to me that gospel music was played on the unit. It brought comfort and peace during a difficult season. I especially want to recognize Laura and Silver, who were by far the best techs on the unit. Their kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine concern for patients made a huge difference in my recovery. I also appreciated the support from the other Lauras on the unit—there are three of them, and each contributed to making the environment feel more caring and supportive. The all-women's unit was exactly what I needed. Because I was experiencing significant mania at the time, being in a women's-only environment helped me feel safer and more focused on healing. Most importantly, the team at Anchor was able to figure out my medications and get me stabilized again. I had previously struggled to find the right medication balance elsewhere, and Anchor succeeded where other facilities had not. One thing I would recommend is that patients with food allergies or dietary restrictions be prepared to advocate for themselves to ensure their needs are met. Overall, Anchor helped me through a crisis and gave me the opportunity to begin healing. I am thankful for the staff, especially Laura and Silver, and for the care I received during my stay.

Anchor hospital provided great care for my son during his stay. The staff communicated with me regularly and treated us with respect. After the visit, Lashun returned my call for a billing inquiry and handled it with the upmost professionalism and care.

I just wanna start off by saying Ms. Laura, Ms. Sherry, Mr. Emmanuel, Ms. Vorona, and Ms. Kimberley- basically all the techs over the compass unit were so nice and compassionate. They deserve all the kudos for their job well done. This was my first time having to do inpatient as an adult and it made me feel relieved that I seeked help. All wonderful and loving people who want to see the best in you. The food was above expectations for a mental institution, actual hot and filling meals. The group therapy sessions by Ms. Racquel and Ms. K were awesome and very well oriented. I was treated as a normal person, not someone with a myriad of issues. My social worker, Ms. Jasmine, handled me and a whole lot with the same tenderness and firm care even when she was overbooked with patients. The nurses, Ms. Unique and Ms. Karla(or karly ?) were speedy and careful, two things you don’t get at once with many nurses. They were careful and detail oriented when explaining medicines. All the love and support in the world for the week I spent there, and if I have another crisis I won’t be afraid to go back. Thank you guys!!

Five stars. Five for effort. Five for intent. Five for execution. Five for the people. Namely, Mr. Ulysses Johnson, Ms. Gheri, Mr. Washington, Mr. Baker, Mr. Daniel, Ms. Sonondra, Miss K, Mr. Brian Moore, Chef Moore, Chef James and Chef Jimmy are all hallmark individuals and as a unit they facilitate a transformative and incredibly supportive community that is doing amazing work addressing homelessness in Atlanta. I utilized every service for several months as I recovered from circumstances that rendered me homeless in August. They received me on the 8th, and from that day forward I didn't miss a meal, I attended programming that was engaging and developmental towards successful community re-entry. All the staff genuinely lean in every aspect of their roles to help myself and my peers. I am truly grateful because I don't know where I'd be without you all. Thank you all so much! You too JD! Almost forgot! Tim you my guy! The CLA team, thank you. Avery 🕺, you know 😂.

As an alumni of the breakthru house I can speak on them for days. This place taught me to crawl after I fell flat on my face in life. The love and support from the staff there is beyond amazing. There is an anointing on everyone that works there! You can feel it in the air the second you arrive. I was mandated there by the court so the officers delivered me to them. They would not allow me to enter still in shackles. That moment changed everything for me. I was finally free! The staff there taught me how to remain free of those shackles and I am forever grateful for the help they freely gave with no expectations in return other than my success. Everything I have now is because they took a chance on me. Thank you breakthru for being there for me!!
