I came into this facility in bad shape with no hope as an alcoholic. After being there for 28 days I came out a new man. A different person. A better person. The staff there is unbelievable and have lots of knowledge to share! I could not have done it on my own. The food there is amazing also. I would recommend Focus Treatment Center to anyone that I can reach out to that needs help.

I am only 13 years old, but joining this facility was one of the best decisions I've made. I have made so much progress that I'm thankful for and I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it weren't for them. Thank you so much, Iris and if I know someone else who might need help, I'll definitely recommend it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. I can't thank them enough for everything that they have done and how they have changed our lives (my son's, mine and our family as a whole). I would recommended Iris to anyone with a struggling teen.

Harmony Oaks has restored hope in my family's hearts and souls!!!! It is evident they TRULY care about the individuals who come there. My son (age 20) has been in and out of mental health treatment and treatment facilities for the past 11 months. He was diagnosed with ASD some time ago, and with bipolar disorder 11 months ago, and has attempted suicide 3 times in that span of time. During that time, I've also dealt with crisis centers, ER's, inpatient m.h. facilities, residential m.h. treatment, outpatient treatment and medication management. Right from the start Harmony Oaks has stood out from the rest! The level of communication they've provided to me/his family has been outstanding! ...Thank you, Olivia, Abby, Destiny, James, and Doug...for reaching out at different stages of the process, keeping me informed, letting me know my boy was okay, and for identifying the need for some additional care my son needed, and making all of those arrangements! You...the staff...are the family's lifeline when our loved one is being cared for by others. I can't begin to express the level of anxiety & stress I've experienced during times my son was at other facilities and I couldn't get anyone to communicate with me for about 5 days, even though my son had signed a release. And Greg...I think you might have quite literally saved my son's life. He called last night and told us that on the drive to the airport, you spoke to him and told him about assistance for persons on the spectrum, and that you would work with him when he returned to your facility after first receiving a higher level of care. Last night my son said he had planned to take his life (hence the need for a higher level of care before actually entering Harmony Oaks' IOP residential program), but that you made him promise he wouldn't harm himself. He said that you were a good guy...he expressed in his own way...that you actually cared about him, as an individual, and his particular challenges. My son has always felt invisible. But you made him feel seen, and I mean truly seen, like he's not just a number in a long list of names. Greg...my son is now saying he will try. He actually said that you changed his perspective. And nobody has been able to do that in the past 11 months, until you Greg! Thank you to all of you for what you do every day. A hard, hard job. But you change peoples' lives...not only the persons you work with directly, but their families as well. I pray God blesses each and every one of you. You have restored hope in my son, and given us/his family and friends hope as well.

I've been at RW for a year and just graduated last week. RW is a smaller clinical facility than most which allows for a more individualized treatment experience. The BHT, Sam, is a wonderful person who always has a great attitude and a smile. Lydia is the case manager for RW and she's always ready to assist in any way possible. She helped me navigate some legal issues in another state, even. The skills I honed at RW have undoubtedly secured a promising future where I had thought that was never possible.

I could never sing enough praises for this hospital. Every staff member was kind, compassionate, helpful, and gentle. Debbie, Ron, Bonnie, Meggan, Sheila, James, Corinne, the night MH Tech (sorry I didn't ask your name), and anyone else on unit 100 thank you so much for creating such a safe and comfortable environment. You really went above and beyond the call to service. To the two art and music therapists, thank you both, wonderful work. Thoroughly enjoyed your sessions. Elaine, Andrea truly above and beyond work you did couldn't ask for better social workers. You made my transition in and out of the hospital so easy. Greg and Jake at intake you immediately eliminated any fears I had. Greg was honestly the light of the whole experience. Incredible. I could not be where I'm at on my healing journey without each and every one or you. The doctors/NP were all very kind and helpful as well but I only saw them for maybe 15 minutes total combined. But Dr. Oliver was fantastic discussing my treatment options and getting me settled into meds.

New to the facility. Counselor Janet is great. Very professional and caring. NP karen brazzle seems to be a good nurse practitioner. Seemed to really want to help. For people like me who are seriously struggling with life, she seemed to care. And wants to help. EDIT 8-14-24 I've been seeing Karen Brazzle for approx 3 years now. I have nothing but good things to say. I don't know how to explain her in a few words, so I'll do my best. Kind, caring, knowledge, passionate, and will take the time needed. Im not the type to visit a place like this, much less stay. But I'm over 3 years. The staff is nice and hospitable, as much as they can be. Scheduling has never been an issue. I use the in house pharmacy Genoa. I've decided to come off most, but they were always ready for pick up and we're offered to be shipped. I can't promise you'll get assigned Karen, and I have t encountered any other practicioners. They do exclusively telehealth, so if that's a problem for you. I believe their counseling is done in house, and can't comment on those staff. If you're struggling and need help, the low rating that is shown hasn't at all been my experience. Hope this finds you well.

Visits went well. Good clean office and outside areas clean Bathrooms clean. Friendly staff. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star is telehealth. There is nothing like having a human actually talking to you instead of a computer screen. My little one has downs syndrome and can not understand why we have to talk to a tv. 3-2023 Visits are going better, getting used to her Dr. not being in person. Opening up more. I am a client at this clinic and I can say there r some good people on the staff not only r they good counselors/nurses they r almost friends. The doc is a good dude that knows his stuff and even when u might bomb a drug screen they have been quite understanding and have always worked with me. When being on MAT one can find that it can b frustrating having to take the meds every day and having to pay money for it. but I have discovered this place is not about just making a profit off of one it really is to offer a good service or services at the cheapest possible price in the area. Ik it was a personal mission for the person who founded this place to really try to find a way for a person who is low income to b able to afford the services they offer and even much further more than that! These people have worked with me many times. It is far better to have access to the meds they offer than to rely on or be involved w opioids on the st. I was once a patient at crossroads and I can say I was not treated anywhere near as well as I have been treated as this firm. If u r candid honest and work w the staff they will tenfold do the same back. If u r dealing w addiction and dependence on the street I personally would recommend u come see these people. Ty

I mostly loved my experience here I got out on day 4 of my psychiatric stay. I have to say the communication for my family was a bit on the iffy side. I loved Kelly and Nurse Adam they were great at answering the phone and making arrangements to meet my mom and husband to have visitation. It’s basically a school run schedule the doctors listened to my concerns and reduced my medication. Great place to get help when you need it the most but there is miscommunication for patients due to not knowing and understanding on my part but Mrs. Tayler took time to sit down and explain everything to me her and her crew are amazing. But the bad is they are truly under staffed the people there don't get a brake but they push through and put every patient before themselves In my opinion I don't know what they make but every single staff there deserves a pay raise. Thank all y'all for everything y'all have done for me.

Erlanger is great for kids with autism and mental health problems. They were kind and helpful! They gave me more information about my son and his behavior in one phone call than another inpatient treatment center did in a month! I'm so sorry to hear how negative some have felt about the environment here but I have had quite the opposite experience, of course everyone is not friendly and people get jods that they do not like, are rude etc, but I have been client here for maybe 10+ years and the overall experience has been a great one.. The staff are engaging treats me with dignity and respect as well as respects my privacy. Every experience may not be a good one but for the most part it's a positive one.

Today I'm celebrating another year clean, which I know would not be possible without the help I received from CADAS through The Scholze Center. On January 20, 2011, I found my rock bottom. 13 days later, I entered the The Scholze Center and the course of my life was forever altered. I will always consider this facility the place where a seed was planted in me. It's where I developed the desire to try something different. Take the drugs away, and I was still stuck with me. I was manipulative, pessimistic, co-dependant, amongst several other traits that made me difficult to deal with. And for the first time, I found adults who saw me for what I was, and treated me with dignity and respect regardless, while I sorted through the mess I had made of my life. I was greeted every morning and told goodnight every evening by adults who actually wanted to see us succeed, having been through similar struggles themselves. The Scholze Center was where I learned what it felt like to laugh again after years of trying to feel nothing at all. It's where I fell in love with sports again. It's where I confided in other girls for the first time on things I swore I would never tell another soul, just to find they held onto the same secrets. The Scholze Center is what you make of it. Just like anything in life, if you look for the negative, you'll find it. But for anyone searching through reviews as a parent or potential client, if you want a better life, The Scholze Center can help you start that journey. In 2014, I came back to The Scholze Center assisting with H&I (Hospitals and Institutions) bringing meetings to the facility. I returned again in 2021 and served as a technician. I've always found my way back to The Scholze Center because I believe in all the potential it has to offer. I was fortunate enough to be employed at the time Melanie Berg stepped into the role as program director. I have no doubt, the center is continuing to thrive in her hands. CADAS, thank you for continuing to invest in our youth. I wouldn't be here today without having experienced your program that planted the seed in me of a radical belief system that maybe I was still worth investing in and that maybe there was a bigger purpose for my life than what I had been settling for. -Erin Graves

I miss yall so much! i wish i still had contact with my therapist so she can see she truly saved my life. I took for granted the time i did have there and i really wish i could go back to that time. The people went beyond for the kids. you can tell who was doing it because they cared.
