SunCloud is fantastic! From intake to graduation the team is there to support you in whatever type of recover you need. Staff is kind, caring and adaptive to your needs. Dedicated doctors on site. Post treatment support and groups. Would and have recommended to family and friends.

I was scared and unsure going into this process but after the Community welcomed me with open arms I knew I was in the right place. Staff went above and beyond my expectations with how devoted their are to taking care of us. I felt safe and comfortable to start my healing process. The psychiatrist is the best doctor I have ever worked with. I am forever thankful for this wonderful place in giving me a second chance at life.

I found SunCloud by Googling different outpatient treatment centers Per the request of my therapist and went with them because of their ratings. I did not know what to expect when coming into SunCloud, but as soon as I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. I was in the Naperville location, and they have both an adolescent and adult side, which includes all ages. SunCloud provides food M, W, and F for lunch, which is highly convenient as it removes the stress of figuring out what you will eat and saves you money. The therapists, front desk, and RN staff are exceptionally kind and supportive. They all want the best for every person there and recognize even the most minor accomplishments. There is a daily 1.5-hour process group where it truly feels so safe and comfortable to share whatever is on your mind/you are going through.Peers provide feedback or listen if that is what you need. The therapists are good at prompting if you need them and always allow patients to choose whether they want to share. There are psych. Ed. Groups after lunch where we learn different DBT skills or play games to engage in mindfulness. You also meet with a therapist and psychiatrist once a week one-on-one in addition to groups. I have met some of the best people at SunCloud. There is nothing like being in a place full of people to recover or better themselves and accept each other with non-judgment and love. I created lifelong friendships, and being there even inspired me to get my masters in social work. I never wanted to leave. Whether you are struggling with substance abuse, grief, eating disorders, or complex trauma, the community is SO important. The support is unmatched. Once you graduate from the program, there is an alum and outpatient group, so the support never stops. I miss coming in every day! Thank you so much SunCloud!

Care was truly an eye opening experience! Everyone from the staff to the other patients were amazing people.

This is my second time at Care Addiction Center, I wasn t ready to change the first time back in 2019. This time I made the decision that I was going to do whatever was recommended of me, which is why I reached out.Matt Goff who runs the facility, welcomed me back with open arms after messaging him this second time around when I needed help. He didn't message me back he picked up the phone and called me! Their wasn't an ounce of judgement in his voice, just pure concern for my well-being, and he remembered details of my time there from 6 years ago. 100's of people have come through that facility in that timeframe, and he picked up from 6 years ago remembering me without missing a beat. Not only that, but I got in to meet with him the next day, and I was in a seat at the facility for IOP the next night. Which was a huge relief, and a large weight had been lifted off my shoulders knowing that I was in great hands.Alice is another amazing person at this facility. She has been my guide through this very difficult process of recovery, and is one of the finest therapist s I have had the pleasure to work with. She leads groups on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and does family groups on Saturday, along with her individual sessions as well. She figured me out the first day I met her, which was refreshing and much needed. She understands how confusing and overwhelming addiction can be, but breaks it down in a way that makes sense, and keeps things simple for a brain that is healing itself. It was meant to be for me to cross paths with Alice.Torri is another phenomenal person at the facility, and a therapist at the facility that leads the groups on Mondays and Thursdays along with her individual sessions with clientele here. Her infectious laugh, and incredible intelligence in all modalities of the recovery process will make you want to click your pen and take as many notes as possible to learn how to overcome this disease of addiction. She will tell it how it is, but give you a hug when you need it.Nurse Jerry is one of the kindest down to earth people you will also meet during your time here. During the medical assessment he not only performed all the necessary medical exams with pure professionalism, and integrity. But he also had a heart to heart conversation with me, that made me feel welcome, and let me know that I was not alone in this process. There was no rush, just cared about my overall well-being which to me is huge.I don't take these reviews lightly, especially for something as serious as addiction. But if you want to take the first step, or whatever step you are on in order to change your life, then this is place for you. This is truly a spectacular program!!! Matt, Alice, and Tory are there to help and definitely there for you to succeed. Dedication leads to graduation. The Staff at Symetria Recovery ( Deborah, Anna , Maria, Elsa , etc..) all treat their patients like family. They are all so Caring, Loving and Supportive. Absolutely love this place and all of the staff- Maria, Debbie & Debbie the receptionist as well, Bianca, Zoey, Elsa - everyone. This placed saved my life and my sobriety. The therapy, knowledge, empathy & atmosphere- all amazing. So grateful to for all of it.

Great app very positive VIBES

Symetria creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The morning IOP group supported me through the hardest part of my life and I will forever be grateful for the amazing people I met. I think each one of us in the group looked forward to our time together in that healing place. Our counselor Brian is an expert in his field. He led our group through many difficult topics and conversations and did so with enormous compassion. Individual sessions with Brian were always insightful. Brian has a unique way of making each of his clients feel good about themselves. If you struggle with addiction and are looking for a place where you can start to make changes, I highly recommend Naperville's IOP program. Thank you for helping me change my life.

Staff here treats you with respect and you arent just a number

Symetria is unlike any other clinic. They are kind, considerate and actually listen. It's also very clean. Great staff and the Physician's assistant is the best! Highly recommend.

Heather who works in the Pharmacy at Hines has been absolutely incredible! I had 2 prescriptions scheduled to be delivered, I only received one. Per my doctor, I should call the pharmacy to find out what happened. I am SO thankful to Heather for her diligence to keep me updated every single day (sometimes multiple times a day. And even if the news wasn't great, she communicated with me every step of the way) none of the lost prescription was Hines' fault, responsibility falls solely on the USPS. Thank you Heather

Take good care of Vets and making improvements

Everyone here is doing their level best under all circumstances.

This was a great place to clean up, and make positive changes. It was a safe clean place, which is more than I can say for other similar institutions. Special shoutouts to Rachael my therapist, and Maggie my caseworker. Loved Megan the nurse, she was instrumental in helping with making sure I had a good plan for discharge. I ve read a couple reviews, from people that seem to have unrealistic expectations for what happens at treatment. Clean safe and people who really do there best to help make sure you are setup for success. 10/10 would recommend if you or a loved one are looking to make a change.

After 10 years of battling addiction to various drugs I went to ECS for 28 days of rehab. It was a life changing experience that started on 11/29/2018. I have been in recovery for nearly 2 years now. I ve become close with my family and opened a personal training business helping men in rehab and employing men in recovery. I have also gotten my position as a general foreman back at my regular Job as well as my freedom in my life and am a better man than I have ever been thanks to the counselors, staff and Dr Sharma at ECS.A 6 year sober and in recovery update. I am now making over a quarter million a year with a Fortune 500 company, have kids who love and respect me again, 2 homes in 2 states, real friendships and a life beyond my wildest dreams. I was homeless 6.5 years ago. It all started with E.C.S. and im still a part of the community they have there that Doc started. Grateful

Being someone that has been to multiple treatment facilities in this sobriety journey of mine I can confidently say that ECS has been by far the best and most effective treatment I know of I highly recommend it. It s been a few months since I ve been out and I m now working at a great job with some others that also went through the program and could not be happier with my sobriety!

Ecs has not only guided me to a path of sobriety but has taught me how to become the man I want to be. They lay it all out for you in ways you never thought. The network of people to help you get to the place you want to be in life is at your fingertips. Ecs goes beyond just being sober, but creates better humans. They truly care about each and every one of the people that walk through their doors seeking a better future.. a better life.

I was here inpatient from September 16-22 and aside from some of the staff thinking me elevating my arm was somehow me vaping when I came in naked and was transferred from 2 different hospitals.. that and some mornings are slow with meds but don t call patient advocate cus they might move your unit . Other than that and some lack of communication on the staffs part (also my part because I wasn t cooperative my last few days), this entire entity turned my life around. I know this isn t recommended but I met the love of my entire life in a music group you know how you find a safe person while being in a scary place? We re talking about marriage.. and I ve never felt more safe in my entire life. If you take the groups seriously, and participate, and consider their PHP and IOP step down care, it s an extremely successful unit to be sad about life on.Megan W- all time low lover and has a healing boo boo armUPDATE: we re engaged

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office. I have seen 3 doctors and now currently see Emily Jensen NP. All have been wonderful and actually care about getting to the root cause. The reason for my review is actually for someone from their administrative team. I had an issue this week and Barbara went way above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I have never had a negative experience with this office! Thank you to the entire team!

I see a lot of negative reviews on here and my experience might have been different due to my age (late 30s). I wanted to be at TK. I didn't have someone make the decision for me, although my husband was very supportive.Out of all the staff, there were only 2 I didn't like. Not that they were bad, just a clash with our personalities.I have epilepsy, it's chronic and active. I had to go home to have surgery (a replacement battery for the device that helps control my seizures). I was gone for about 36 hours. The staff was great with my seizures and with my surgery.I thought I was going to need to go back when my husband passed away, but I made it through. A lot of that I can credit TK with for giving me the tools to work with.The only problem I really had was leaving. Leaving was terrifying because that safety net just vanished. That is one thing I think the staff needs to prepare you a bit better for.I've been healthy since leaving. Sure, I still get the feelings/urges on occasion but I created my own safety net. I can control the urges. I'm actually rather proud of myself.PS - If any of the former staff ever reads this "Meany Mo-Mo" you know who you are. Thank you, for all you did. Your patience, your help, and just being there when I needed it. You literally are the best. <3

Timberline knolls residential has an amazing staff and my on boarding was a breeze .

Very communicative, helpful, and friendly staff. Very responsive and positive experience overall.

There they treated my 3 children due to different circumstances and they were all very kind and thank God everything was done very quickly, thank you all for your help. It's a shame they closed the mental health thing, I had one of my children there and everything was excellent treatment

They were very caring, gentle, understanding, comforting all of the above. I would love to have both of them as my nurses again in the future .

The staff was kind, pleasant, understanding, very helpful. I will even change my insurance to come to this hospital. The best facility I've been in a many years. No matter what time a day it was. I stand was over there with a pleasant and helpful smile. Go bless you all.
