I have been seeing Chris Galloway for all my care for years and I would never change it! Chris goes above and beyond and always makes me feel like I’m as important as if Chris was treating his own family members 🥴 I’m never left wondering or feeling confused about my treatment. Care Addiction Center, located in Chicago, Illinois is a private alcohol and drug rehab that offers treatment for a variety of substance abuse addictions including alcoholism and opiate addiction. They offer residential care providing long term support for addiction recovery, as well as flexible outpatient addiction therapy allowing patients to liv | Treatments Programs Payment Options | When I first came to Care Addiction Center, I’ll be honest, I arrived pretty much kicking, screaming and non compliant. I was in a very dark place, but what I found was an organization filled with people who truly care from my counslers Alice and Tori, to my fellow Group members . From the moment I walked in, everyone was accepting, kind, and understanding.
Even when circumstances were working against me, like my insurance trying to force me to go elsewhere despite the clear progress I was making, the staff never gave up on me. Matt, who is genuinely dedicated to helping people heal, reassured me not to worry and even offered me a scholarship to continue. His only concern was that I continued to get better.
The compassion and support I experienced at Care made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful. The care addiction center is a Life changing, Life saving orginization.

A wonderful place filled with compassionate, professional and sincere supportive staff. A balanced and structured program that offers an excellent opportunity and experience for anyone interested and willing. A true place to call ‘home’. If you’re in need for this structure, I could not recommend this place enough - from the first phone call you will also feel that instant connection (I have heard this experience from several others as well). Hope begins here!

This was my first attempt at asking for help for my alcoholism
after 5 decades of drinking. This program is excellent , the counselors are the best at explaining our disease and giving us the tools and knowledge to live a life of sobriety. The manager of Care Addiction is always their to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I definitely suggest this program if you are having issues with addiction to drugs or alcohol. They will
sincerely help you and if I can do it there is definite hope for you.
I must add the key to becoming sober is listen to the counselors ,
do what they ask of you and I promise you will be on the road to sobriety! And it is a wonderful feeling and life is awesome!

My son has been struggling for years and has been to several rehabs. Some bad some great. He's currently at this one and I have seen such a huge difference in him! He is making healthy plans for the future and is full of hope again! He loves that they get to go outside for basketball and the other clients act like family. I like that it's separated with men on one unit and ladies on the other. Having been through treatments myself, I know this is crucial. It took a little over a week for them to first get in touch, but genuine apology was expressed and it seemed like unique circumstances.
The evaluation process with Shelley was along the lines of what I expected. Having given thorough histories for other reasons before, I did not find it to be overly invasive. Thorough, not overly time- consuming. Fact- focused, not judgmental.
At the end of the evaluation, I was told it may take a week to hear anything. It took longer, but I've my attorney reached out to remind Tools For Life, the response was prompt.
Can't give five stars yet because I am still waiting for the last phase of this process to be completed, but so far good people to work with.

From day one I’ve had issues with the school. Not having my girls in the same classroom. They never were separated until they started there. I voiced my concerns and always got the run around and how it’s their policy to separate siblings. On their very first day both my children had gotten hurt from another child... mind you they are in separate classrooms. I didn’t hear if they corrected the children or spoke with the parents of the children who bite/clawed my girls and in both classrooms the teachers did not see it happen. If two teachers are in the classroom how did not one of them see my children being bitten or clawed on the neck. I believe there are too many children for the directors to keep an eye on. Before my children went there they were potty trained and we had taken nap time out of our schedule so they could go to bed at a decent time. They have the kids take naps late in the day which in turn makes my kids super hyper when I pick them up after work and they refuse to go to bed at the time I had instilled. Both my children have been having accidents at the school and the directors said my children did not tell them they had to go. I never had/have any issues with them at home. One of my daughters told me she did tell the director and they didn’t take her which led to her peeing in her pants. Children at that age cannot hold it like an adult can. I feel they need extra directors in the classrooms to care for the amount of children they have, keep the 3/4 year olds together and the younger ones with the younger ones. I will say both my children have learned some things from the directors with the short amount of time they have been there and they do great educational activities with the children.
