My husband was brought to the ER after visiting his PCP at Endeavor Health. I am grateful to this ER and their staff for helping us during a critical time. The only complaint is that we waited for around 2 hours for a room, but it was the best option near our home. Our nurse Taylor was very sweet and helped us feel at ease. She answered all our questions and was very prompt in care. My husband was happy that blood was obtained within one try by Nurse Taylor. The nurse assistant Sheril was kind and saw how my husband was so uncomfortable and helped him reposition and gave him a warm sheet. She also helped my husband many times when he called and was caring toward us. Lastly, Dr. Amer Bhardwaj is an excellent physician who has helped us prior with our daughter and was a great help with my husband. He was informative and made us more at ease regarding my husband's results and blood work. He also put everything on his chart and our PCP was able to see all the labs and results we received. Overall, all the staff here was great and made a hard day easier. Thank you Taylor Sheril and Dr. Bhardwaj for your help.
