I was treated today at Silver Cross Hospital and I have to say it was such a pleasant experience. This hospital staff was so accommodating to me as well as my husband throughout my procedure. Everyone was so nice and thoughtful yet very professional during my procedure. I’m so glad that I chose this hospital. This is not the first time I’ve been a patient at this hospital and I always feel the same way. Great staff and a good place if you have to be in the hospital.

This place saved my friends life. He was addicted to crack and suicidal. Now only a few months later he's employed, has a vehicle and is helping others get their lives back and stay on the right track. Thank God for this place.

After 10 years of battling addiction to various drugs I went to ECS for 28 days of rehab. It was a life changing experience that started on 11/29/2018. I have been in recovery for nearly 2 years now. I’ve become close with my family and opened a personal training business helping men in rehab and employing men in recovery. I have also gotten my position as a general foreman back at my regular Job as well as my freedom in my life and am a better man than I have ever been thanks to the counselors, staff and Dr Sharma at ECS. A 6 year sober and in recovery update. I am now making over a quarter million a year with a Fortune 500 company, have kids who love and respect me again, 2 homes in 2 states, real friendships and a life beyond my wildest dreams. I was homeless 6.5 years ago. It all started with E.C.S. and im still a part of the community they have there that Doc started. Grateful

I love this lil gem that's been a Godsend in my life. I never knew this Dr's ofc was inside as I drove many times past. It's an AWESOME place for those who suffer from depression or any mental illness. I love it bcuz it's one stop shop w/psychiatry Dr's & therapists together in a small, intimate, private setting. The Dr's are phenomenal & the therapists are excellent. I've been suffering w/depression for awhile now going from Dr. to Dr. on the same meds that weren't helping, looking for someone long term to help me. I've been here nearly 5 weeks & feel a million times better than when I orginally walked in. The medication (if needed) & therapy together work wonders. I'm so relieved to have found this place & finally am seeing a light at the end of a very dark tunnel.

Prescibers here vary. Dr. Cutler and Susan M are good. I've been very happy with Britany Bisailion as a therapist in the past. I can not attest to the outpatient program at this location but was very impressed with Hinsdale's program back in 2023. (Before it became the endeavor brand) the merger slightly diminished the quality of care for Edward's and Linden Oaks in my opinion. Advice to patients: I recommend avoiding benzos as much as possible and to stick with older tried and true meds.

I've attended Linden Oaks Outpatient twice now for alcohol/substance use and mental health concerns. Both times the staff were beyond incredible and helpful in my journey in recovery. Although I was extremely hesitant and nervous to return he second time, feeling like a failure, the staff were absolutely welcoming, judgement free, and supportive. They went above and beyond to help me work through what was working, what wasn't, and made a strong effort to help me help myself even better this time around. I'm writing this after a bit of time leaving the PHP/IOP program and although I wouldn't say things are amazing, things are so much better than before and I am actively looking forward to the future. I remain active in the Linden Oaks Outpatient community through their ongoing addiction recovery services (O.A.R.S.) as well as the various support meetings hosted in the building (not directly affiliated however many familiar faces). I'd like to give a special shoutout to Hope and Anneliese specifically for everything they have, and continue to do for me. If you happen to encounter either of these two individuals, know you are in great care from some of the most caring and supportive people I have ever met.

I had an incredible experience here during an inpatient stay. I was terrified due to horrific experiences I had in other Mental Health Hospitals. The staff on my unit was phenomenal and gave us so many resources and were so helpful. The groups we had were helpful, and I felt like I was actually cared for properly for the first time in my life. For all the negative reviews: I recommend going to Streamwood Behavioral Hospital, and then come back and let me know how that goes. Linden oaks is like the 4 seasons resort compared to that place. The facility itself was very clean, the food was good, and the MHTs were responsive and actually cared about us patients. There were plenty of snacks which was a nice amenity, since other hospitals starve you and barely give out snacks. This facility also brought in AA volunteers to talk about the program, and it was amazing. I was also there for a detox, and I was given my medication around the clock and really appreciated the AA volunteers coming in to speak with those of us who needed the extra support. They had tons of puzzles, books, and coloring pages to work on during downtime. There was a community television which was nice to have. Not many other places offer that. There was a nice courtyard that the staff would take us outside to, and it made a huge difference. Normally I would be packed in a mental health facility and never had the opportunity or basic right to go outside and get fresh air. This place literally saved my life. The staff will always have a special place in my heart for being there for me during some of the lowest moments of my life. I am forever grateful for this experience and highly recommend it. I wish I could remember the staffs names, but I only recall RN Bella who took amazing care of me. She is a gem! Thank you Linden Oaks in Naperville! You are all angels 💕

I went to silver oaks in 2024 for a suicide attempt. I was in the women’s unit and it was horrible. I was on the AIU unit here and it was men and women. I had the best experience. The staff was very kind and preferred to talk to patients instead of giving them a Haldol shot to calm down. They also didn’t push anti anxiety meds on anyone. They asked if you were anxious before giving meds. The nurses were also being very careful what they gave people because they knew people had issues with substance. I want to highlight Kelly!! She was absolutely amazing and so sweet!!

They were very caring, gentle, understanding, comforting all of the above. I would love to have both of them as my nurses again in the future .

The staff was kind, pleasant, understanding, very helpful. I will even change my insurance to come to this hospital. The best facility I've been in a many years. No matter what time a day it was. I stand was over there with a pleasant and helpful smile. Go bless you all.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office. I have seen 3 doctors and now currently see Emily Jensen NP. All have been wonderful and actually care about getting to the root cause. The reason for my review is actually for someone from their administrative team. I had an issue this week and Barbara went way above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I have never had a negative experience with this office! Thank you to the entire team!

I cant believe this place is still around. I was here almost 20 years ago. I am now a sober member of Alcoholics anonymous and life is wonderful. I wish I could go back and talk to myself during this time in my life. Recovery is a life second to none!

I had never been to rehab before. I told Myself I would be able to get Myself better by Myself. It doesn't work that way. I went to Branden House and they helped me so much more than I thought I needed. It's hard at first... Discipline and withdrawal. I had a hard time everyday at first trying to not cry but they all welcomed my healing tears. I feel so much better about society today knowing that there is places like this with caring people out there for struggling people such as myself. God bless Branden House.
