Suncloud has been a life saver. The staff was and is always welcoming and caring. One of the things that has been the most helpful for me has been the aftercare, follow ups and continued connection I get with them. It has become part of my family now and its a lifestyle. One of the things I lost in my life was a sense of being part of my community and having that desire to isolate from people. I dont feel that way anymore because of Suncloud. Now I have friends and people I really trust. Which is huge to me with my trust issues. Suncloud taught me that I cannot do this alone and showed me that I wasnt alone. 17Apr2026 Review changed to 5 Stars. Extremely helpful couple working the mid-counter were able Guide me to the secondary eye clinic, Brenda was super friendly getting me checked into the acute Eye clinic. Additionally while I waited the workers at the coffee lounge we're exceedingly helpful and very cheerful. There was a new female who was very cheerful and was thanking the veterans for there service. In ( the main eye clinc) Dr.Dessler was very thorough ask and educating me on the 4 treatments. Both eye clinics were very transparent. And that is something to be stated. I highly recommend the eye clinics here. 11Nov2025 Downgraded to 1 star Review After " Alexis " (Women Clinic) left a voicemail attempting to get me into an appointment. Alexis left me on hold for 10 minutes. Then lied about an open December appointment. Utilizing words like we only have one doctor that can see people "like you". She then stated that they only have openings for late February. I have never asked for services as a female or Transgender. I'm a guy, period. There is no reason for gender stereotyping because I choose to dress or look a certain way. As such the TSP CPT Dr.Jefferies chose to act with violence during one of our sessions. This is very vindictive behavior. Other than the outstanding lab department & Dr.Riz I do not recommend this location for now. ---------------------- 3Jul2025 (5 Five Review) A great man walked these halls. DR.B will be remembered and mark a standard of care that is yet to be seen at this location. No ceremony for a person who did the right thing always. What a joke how you treat a Doctor who served Veterans for 10 + years. Go to the back where the staff & doctors are sleeping sprawled out on all benches ( like hobos) specifically built gazebos for veterans. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking a space designed for veterans especially ones that are homeless. ----------------------------- Old Review LGBTQ + Communities are out of this world. Had oral surgery at Hines yesterday. While it still hurts some my experience was positive. Dr. Shahbazian is just fantastic. The procedure was painless and went a lot faster then I thought it would. The people working in the Dental clinic really care and treated me wonderfully. Unfortunately, after the procedure I had gauze in my mouth so I couldn't thank them as much as I wanted to.

I choose to take part of the Symetria program voluntarily and it was one of the best decisions of my life! Not only are the staff like family, so are the individuals that pick Symetria too. Now days, customer service is pathetic and people are rude and most push you out the door, but not here. This place has the warm feeling like "The door is always open", and "how can we help you", We are here for you, it doesn't matter the time or the day, we care about you. You're a shining star and a success, not a failure. This place is secure, confidential, clean and has several options to help you along your journey. You are able to volunteer your time, make new friends and can help save a life, change a life and feel proud of who you are. Brian and John from Naperville are excellent group leaders (you are lucky if you get to meet them), and (Chris from Vernon Hills is a great counselor, who will make the time to ensure your needs are met). Symetria creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The morning IOP group supported me through the hardest part of my life and I will forever be grateful for the amazing people I met. I think each one of us in the group looked forward to our time together in that healing place. Our counselor Brian is an expert in his field. He led our group through many difficult topics and conversations and did so with enormous compassion. Individual sessions with Brian were always insightful. Brian has a unique way of making each of his clients feel good about themselves. If you struggle with addiction and are looking for a place where you can start to make changes, I highly recommend Naperville's IOP program. Thank you for helping me change my life.

This place is major help for anyone needing any treatment they need. The people that work here are like family and wait times are extremely short. Do be careful with some of the outside nurses that dont work for this location, they can be quiet judgemental. 5 Star none the less.

I really enjoyed the program here at Banyan Chicago. The staff here was very helpful with assisting me in my new recovery journey as well as my goals. I am about to complete PHP and continue my treatment with telehealth IOP. I recommend Banyan Chicago for anyone looking for help that is struggling. They were a great support.

Being at Banyan has been an absolutely transformative experience to say the least. My recovery journey from where I started before Banyan to where I am now after Banyan has been a complete 360, and I owe it to the staff and the knowledge that Banyan provided me. Amanda, Payton, Maggie, Alexis, and Mike are the best recovery counselors I've ever worked with before, and its been a privilege to work with and learn from such state of the art individuals. I'm actually heartbroken to be leaving this program, because their help has been so impactful. I look forward to going to Banyan Alumi meetings in the future, and I want to say a big thank you to all those who helped me along my journey to recovery.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here and my experience might have been different due to my age (late 30s). I wanted to be at TK. I didn't have someone make the decision for me, although my husband was very supportive. Out of all the staff, there were only 2 I didn't like. Not that they were bad, just a clash with our personalities. I have epilepsy, it's chronic and active. I had to go home to have surgery (a replacement battery for the device that helps control my seizures). I was gone for about 36 hours. The staff was great with my seizures and with my surgery. I thought I was going to need to go back when my husband passed away, but I made it through. A lot of that I can credit TK with for giving me the tools to work with. The only problem I really had was leaving. Leaving was terrifying because that safety net just vanished. That is one thing I think the staff needs to prepare you a bit better for. I've been healthy since leaving. Sure, I still get the feelings/urges on occasion but I created my own safety net. I can control the urges. I'm actually rather proud of myself. PS - If any of the former staff ever reads this "Meany Mo-Mo" you know who you are. Thank you, for all you did. Your patience, your help, and just being there when I needed it. You literally are the best. <3

I've been to several rehabs. ECS had a different outlook on recovery than the previous rehabs. The staff in the facilities is probably the best part. Most of the staff are also in recovery and provide advice based on experience. The aftercare available and the sense of community is a big reason I'm sober today. ECS showed me that recovery is much more than just getting sober.

There's just something different about the approach, the care for the patients and the appeal to recovery here. Ive been through a lot of recovery and the facilities at ECS are awesome, the counselors and the staff are absolutely relatable and knowledgeable. Ive found a home in RECOVERY with ECS.

I must say, during a time when a person is going through an awful situation and trying to get back to normal, it is important to know that there are still people out there who genuinely do the hard work to help others to get back on track. Patience, understanding, and true effort are given by this team! I am grateful for the real diligence and authentic car of the Care Clinics of Naperville! I’m a resident of Oxford sober living in Darien for the women’s house. Ten minutes away from Abraxas. I went to Abraxas and loved the staff. I had been to 35 rehabs in total and couldn’t grasp the concept of sobriety. But something clicked for me in there. Now I’m two years sober and giving back to my community. The inpatient facility for detox from alcohol and other substances is the first step to recovery. The staff was understanding and accommodating. The first few days are made much easier with their care and support. Afterwards, the transfer to an outpatient program on Mill St. for a PHP(Partial Hospitalization Program) and an IOP(Intensive Outpatient Program) is necessary to continue recovery. You'll be met with an amazing staff who will provide extremely helpful skills and techniques to help overcome addiction and assist with mental health issues. Great positive and effective energy here. Doctors, Nurses, Therapists and all Staff were friendly and professional.

I went through PHP/IOP at Linden oaks and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I was in the Adolescent Dual program for substance abuse and mental health. I tried to make to most of my time there, since I had never been through PHP/IOP. I had a wonderful time and Kris and Linda were very sweet and always advocated for me and every other patient. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone looking for help.

I love this lil gem that's been a Godsend in my life. I never knew this Dr's ofc was inside as I drove many times past. It's an AWESOME place for those who suffer from depression or any mental illness. I love it bcuz it's one stop shop w/psychiatry Dr's & therapists together in a small, intimate, private setting. The Dr's are phenomenal & the therapists are excellent. I've been suffering w/depression for awhile now going from Dr. to Dr. on the same meds that weren't helping, looking for someone long term to help me. I've been here nearly 5 weeks & feel a million times better than when I orginally walked in. The medication (if needed) & therapy together work wonders. I'm so relieved to have found this place & finally am seeing a light at the end of a very dark tunnel.

We brought our son here to the Naperville Linden oaks back in December I was leery reading the reviews. I want to give a shout out to all the staff Dr kolowski therapist Jillian nurse Sean, but Mason Pablo Christian and Frank those are the names my son still speaks of weeks later as he says helped him get through he mentioned Mason yesterday even bought a pair of converse like Mason wears.. My first time here at Linden Oaks. I stayed at the inpatient facility, I truly feel I gained new skills and learned how to apply them in different situations. The staff was very nice and accommodating and listened to the patients and myself when needed. After reading some of the other reviews I feel like there is more positive than what was being written. I felt at home and was very comfortable being myself and highly recommend this place.

The stay staff all are hand picked the greatest. Counselors are all one of a kind especially if u get Mrs cora ball of energy and motivation that she and others do care or Steve called my probation officer and help you get off probation concerned checking in on me the staff there want to see everyone who there that it possible to overcome anything we may have faced let it go and don't give up on our selves . Rated the 100 miss my fgc family even pres me prince understanding and encouraging nurses are the best ever also. Saving lives and keeping families together is what this place has done for many years people I knew personally and abroad. The number one thing is mental health. That includes substance abuse disorders. If you're not gonna be honest and aren't ready to get clean they ain't gonna put up with your crap. I'm so grateful they were tough. They've seen it all yall. Staff has been there for years. They actually care and they’re not for straight profits like other local places. Still the best in the area 3 years later.
