Stepping stones has really been a blessing to me and my life …the people I have met there have truly impacted my life for the greater good and are a major part of my life and my support system. Truly grateful for them especially at the main office !

In all honesty people may talk down on greendale staff and the place that gave them a place to lay there head because they don't like rules which if they can't handle the rules and feed back that would help them out in life then that's on them and I wasn't too crazy about coming here seven months ago and I'm going on my 8th month and wanted to leave on my 2nd month but if you give the staff a chance to talk to them and interact with them then you would think twice about listening to others how horrible it is here which it isn't at all. I actually learned a lot here. I learned patience which I had none at all well very little when I got here now I can stand in line at a gas station for a hour and don't mind but what I'm trying to say is greendale helped me a lot and the staff does listen to your needs and concerns and everyone handles things differently in a positive way of course. Also they made me look at everyone isn't all bad people and everyone does things differently it's just that you want to change or be stuck at the bottom and they honestly opened my eyes and made me see the glass is always full and ever half full anywhere u go there's going to be that person who doesn't like something or someone well guess what that's life and if you want to change and I was very stubborn person words goes in one ear out the other and as time went on isnt like that for me anymore here not to kiss butt well put this if you want the help and want to stay clean and sober greendale and greendale staff is here 24/7 for who ever also the residents is pretty cool too.

I moved into greendale after a 30 day inpatient stay at rosecranse. Greendale helped guide me! The structure and accountability was detrimental to my life.The staff was amazing and were always there to help me! I'm extremely grateful for this program!

At Rockford, they have always treated promptly with courtesy and respect. I value their nice attitude and their promptitude to help me in every situation. They are wonderful when it comes to listening and give exceptional care and treatment to everyone.

The staff here are very Kindhearted, Respectful and much more! I always look forward to my appointments at the clinic. This place feels like if it were my second home. They DEFINITELY know how to treat Veterans right!

Registration staff are great. Nurses are caring and professional. The doctors I’ve had are awful. Dr D T. Does not listen when I explain why I have come in she literally waves me off and says stop worrying, you’re ok. And I’m on my way. I have met with Dr. V. R. About severe pain in my left shoulder. She listens very kindly. Never looks at the site of pain where there is large lump. I got second opinion at UW and neurologist referred me to physical therapist because of swelling and pressure on nerve. This is starting to help and give me relief.

I felt super comfortable here because they took their time to get to know me, they treated me with respect and helped me without judging mt for my past mistakes.

Rosecrance is a great place for learning survival copying, skills and techniques, including life lessons for all addictions. Thank you for being amazing I'm a fan and I have nothing to say but positive things about rosecrance and all that they offer and do.

Overall I felt that it was a good experience. At first I didn't understand why they called an ambulance for me. But I complied with them and I went to the hospital. I assumed that they knew what was best for me and them because earlier I had informed them that I have been thinking about checking out of this life. Also I hadn't taken my medication for that last 3 days. I am now taking my medication on time daily. I believe that Rosecrance is a very good place for anyone who needs help and hopefully they will accept me now that I am medication compliant.

They are by far the Bestest around… Mike & Kim take pride in their work and are so friendly and down to earth!!! You learn something new every time you go!!!

Kim has such an amazing personality. This is the perfect place to go when needing help!

The treatment provided by both Mike and Kim is beyond incredible, they have differing dynamics of counseling that complement eachother in ways that have helped me with so much more than alcoholism rehabilitation. From my experience, if you take the classes seriously and be honest with them, you can learn more about yourself and achieve a level of personal growth greater than a counselor or medication could ever provide.

The doctors and medical professionals at the Sycamore office are compassionate and thorough meeting the needs and concerns of patients.

My son has been going there since his was born and is now 5. Dr. M Morker is amazing. Her nurse (Kelly I do believe her name is) is always so kind and so good with my son. Today I called to receive a copy of his physical from last year and Ruby helped me on the phone and she was just the most pleasant person I've had the pleasure of dealing with! She was so positive and really a genuinely kind person. Keep up the good work I'm so pleased with my services.

Everyone has been very friendly and supportive here, and it really does feel like a judgement-free place.

I am understanding a bit more context that they don't bring forth immediately, but it is something that I sense. The facility needs more funding so they can grow and provide better support for people. It's not the people that work at the facilities fault it really isn't but rather they really need funding. Please be patient with the staff and emphasize with them. I implore people who attend there to be patient and understand their perspective They will not openly address it because of professional reasons... They are trying. Please be mindful of their needs as well. It's going to be difficult for everyone. 🖤

Staff are dedicated and professional. The Ben Gordon Center "living room" is a highly-accessible safe space. It is a refuge from societal turmoil and uncertainty. These respite services are provided free of charge. Highly reccomend.

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY! They told me I was covered, then billed me anyway. I thought it must be a mistake. Then, when I drove 50 miles for my second appointment, they told me to get lost when I couldn't pay the bill for my first visit. I'm 60 years old. I have never in my life had a worse experience at a mental health clinic. PLEASE NOTE: all any of the negative reviews here get, is a canned response which tells you, "We do to care." If they cared, they wouldn't be treating their patients like piggy banks and responding to complaints with impersonal, canned garbage.

Hard to navigate and find your way around. Not easily wheelchair accessible

All the staff from the check in process to my primary care treat me well. I never feel like I am a burden to the nurses and to my doctor. They take the time to listen and find the best treatment for me. I recommend them highly when I am asked about who to go see for general health care .

Always a good time. The ladies in the lab are a hoot!

I was here in the 80's when it was a place to hold all the children DCFS didn't give back to their parents. I was a different case. My father didn't want me so I was thrown away. These 3 staff were my favorite Teresa and Tony Farrow and Ceola lablanc. I'm 48 now and I still remember the love I felt at 11/ and 12.
