This facility is just amazing! Truly felt like everyone cared about me, and I can honestly say I trusted everyone in there. Trust is very hard for me, but the adult program and the staff allowed me to be myself with no judgement. I'm trying so hard to follow the rules and not name any staff but will give a broad review. Right when you walk in the staff is friendly, always smiling which in turn made me smile. The supervisor is amazing; the head of the counselors who leads the group therapy is one of the best people I ever met. The staff that lead the groups cared about me, and it was genuine, and they are so smart and fun. From the psychiatrist to my therapist everyone was on the same page. I just want to say thank you to everyone there from the bottom of my heart!

I had a wonderful experience with my program! Everyone was amazing and i truly wouldn’t be in such a good place in my life without the help from this facility! Life feels beautiful again and i couldn’t be more thankful! Brad is a wonderful human and you can really feel how much everyone there cares. Really caring staff that create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for patients. They provide lots of quality education/resources for behavioral health, along with making sure patients feel heard. A great choice for modern mental health services.

I'm fairly new to getting regular healthcare from the VA but from my experiences so far I have had nothing but very good care and positive interactions, especially from the nurses and people at the front desk! Everyone is doing the best they can given how many veterans come and go throughout the hospital every single day. A little patience goes a long way when receiving determining the best care possible for every individual.

I have not had any problems at Hines. They have treated my with courtesy and patience. Had dental work, foot work ( removing toenails) , and other conditions. They have been pretty special to this Vietnam vet.

I feel like VIP when I get my services. This is my first year using my VA medical benefits. I usually go to a private provider. However, my private PCP retired. This gave me an opportunity to try out the VA. I was apprehensive because I would hear negative reviews.

Suncloud has been a life saver. The staff was and is always welcoming and caring. One of the things that has been the most helpful for me has been the aftercare, follow ups and continued connection I get with them. It has become part of my family now and its a lifestyle. One of the things I lost in my life was a sense of being part of my community and having that desire to isolate from people. I dont feel that way anymore because of Suncloud. Now I have friends and people I really trust. Which is huge to me with my trust issues. Suncloud taught me that I cannot do this alone and showed me that I wasnt alone. This is a lifelong journey and my life is better now because I chose to do something about it, and Suncloud gave me the tools I needed. The aftercare is something I look forward to now and I really appreciate all the friends I've made along the way. 🫶❤️

Like many hospitals today, the ER wait was torture. It took 6 hours to get in, and I was admitted and stayed for two days. Even though the ER had no available beds, they kept me moving through the system. Blood tests, medications, necessary scans, etc. Once I got a room, the doctor was able to immediately start treating me. Due to the kindness of the staff and the care I received, I would do that wait again. This is the way medical care used to be 10 years ago, when you felt like the staff cared. The employees from registration, housekeeping, and those wonderful nurses and doctors are top-notch. Their reviews say it all. Most hospitals nowadays barely get 3 stars, let alone 4.5 stars. About a year prior to this ER visit, I switched our family physician to Dr. Cash out of UChicago. Just an outstanding, kind man with wonderful staff who truly care about you. Hats off UChicago for bringing back caring medical teams.

I choose to take part of the Symetria program voluntarily and it was one of the best decisions of my life! Not only are the staff like family, so are the individuals that pick Symetria too. Now days, customer service is pathetic and people are rude and most push you out the door, but not here. This place has the warm feeling like "The door is always open", and "how can we help you", We are here for you, it doesn't matter the time or the day, we care about you. You're a shining star and a success, not a failure. This place is secure, confidential, clean and has several options to help you along your journey. You are able to volunteer your time, make new friends and can help save a life, change a life and feel proud of who you are. Brian and John from Naperville are excellent group leaders (you are lucky if you get to meet them), and (Chris from Vernon Hills is a great counselor, who will make the time to ensure your needs are met). Symetria all the way!

Symetria creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The morning IOP group supported me through the hardest part of my life and I will forever be grateful for the amazing people I met. I think each one of us in the group looked forward to our time together in that healing place. Our counselor Brian is an expert in his field. He led our group through many difficult topics and conversations and did so with enormous compassion. Individual sessions with Brian were always insightful. Brian has a unique way of making each of his clients feel good about themselves. If you struggle with addiction and are looking for a place where you can start to make changes, I highly recommend Naperville's IOP program. Thank you for helping me change my life.

I am beyond impressed with the facility as well as the staff. I want to personally thank Miss Adriana Rodriguez the admissions coordinator she was absolutely delightful, extremely kind & when I say helpful that’s an understatement! The counselors(Cassandra), nurses were incredible. I highly recommend this place for you or your loved ones. The 28 day program has been a success for my son and we are getting our lives back on track. Gateway foundation in Aurora is a blessing for all in need! The Joliet Symetria location saved my life!! What a great bunch of people!! They work with you, and guide you through everything!! Heck Tonette even got me an Uber one time because my car was broke down and I was going to miss my dosing. I know I have heard good and bad about Symetria but this location (Joliet) goes out of their way to make sure patients and good. I love them so much (NO JOKE THESE PEOPLE AT SYMETRIA (Joliet) are amazing. Thank you Tonette, Zoe, Erin, Maria & Debra, Elsa & Kim. You ladies are the light of my life. I love you all!!!

This is my first time experiencing an addiction recovery program. But I can honestly say I've never been part of any program (of any kind) that has counselors and leaders with bigger hearts! I was recommended this place by my therapist, and can honestly say it was not only the best decision I've ever made but the most life-changing decision I've ever gotten to experience. As soon as I started, I could instantly tell that the counselors and leaders weren't just there to do a job but genuinely cared about every patient who entered their program. It was amazing to not only get education and tools on how to go through recovery but also how to cope with life outside of recovery with a tailored made schedules for each individual. This program also has amazing outside events for its patients in recovery, such as game nights, movie/book club nights, and more. Care Addiction Center is more than a program; it's a beating heart that saves & changes lives! I can honestly say it saved mine! If you're looking for a program that can get you to that next step when every other programs or every other solution has not worked, I promise you if you follow their advice and tips, you definitely will. I'm grateful to have met every single person a part of this program! I don't think there is a better recovery program that really exists; especially for its affordability. I know I'm biased, but there are many who would back that! I'm genuinely so grateful for these counselors and leaders and the many I've met who joined me in the program along the way!

BEST EXPERIENCE!!! This center was perfect for me because I am not a very social person and the small group sessions were perfect. Also, the small group allowed for me to learn more and get the most from the program. The instructors are very well versed and knowledgeable about addiction. I looked forward to going every day. Our group became very close knit and we do activities together outside of class. If you do not want to be just a seat filler and actually get something out of your recovery journey, this is the place.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here and my experience might have been different due to my age (late 30s). I wanted to be at TK. I didn't have someone make the decision for me, although my husband was very supportive. Out of all the staff, there were only 2 I didn't like. Not that they were bad, just a clash with our personalities. I have epilepsy, it's chronic and active. I had to go home to have surgery (a replacement battery for the device that helps control my seizures). I was gone for about 36 hours. The staff was great with my seizures and with my surgery. I thought I was going to need to go back when my husband passed away, but I made it through. A lot of that I can credit TK with for giving me the tools to work with. The only problem I really had was leaving. Leaving was terrifying because that safety net just vanished. That is one thing I think the staff needs to prepare you a bit better for. I've been healthy since leaving. Sure, I still get the feelings/urges on occasion but I created my own safety net. I can control the urges. I'm actually rather proud of myself. PS - If any of the former staff ever reads this "Meany Mo-Mo" you know who you are. Thank you, for all you did. Your patience, your help, and just being there when I needed it. You literally are the best. <3

Before I walked through their doors, I felt completely lost, consumed by my addiction, and convinced that a healthy, happy life was out of reach. This center didn't just help me get sober and off of hard drugs; they gave me the tools, support, and hope I needed to rebuild my entire life from the ground up. ​ What sets this place apart is the incredible human connection. The staff, counselors, and medical team treat you with unwavering respect, dignity, and empathy from day one. In my darkest moments, when I couldn't see a way forward, they held the belief in my recovery until I was strong enough to hold it for myself. With that being said, It's unsettling to read some of these negative reviews knowing that they are the farthest thing from the truth. Unfortunately it's all too common a trait for someone like myself - to make everything else the problem except me. It's sad to know that these people leaving bad reviews didn't give themselves a chance by accepting what is so simply laid out in front of you the moment you walk through the doors of ECS ~ A WAY OUT! A better life. Better relationships. A comfort with myself that I didn't know was possible being sober/drug free. A desire to participate in society as a functioning human being! These were all things that did not exist less than a year ago but do now. But if I didn't make the decision that I wanted things to change the moment I walked in the door, then I'm almost certain that I would not be here today. ECS never lied to me or sugarcoated my problems. They never mistreated me. They simply expected me to respect my peers and the staff just as they did to me the moment I walked through the door. And I thank God I did! Some of us just simply aren't ready. And when that's the case we find them unable to accept accountability and work hard to change. I did find it hilarious how one of the "negative" reviews unintentionally said something positive by saying "these reviews are by people who work here" By saying that he admitted just one more way that Dr. Sharma helps us out! (I have never worked at ECS but I read through them all. And out of the 100 plus reviews only a handful are from employees but their voice counts just as much, if not more). But it is very cool that some people go through ECS and then are trusted enough to be employed by the very people who know their darkest days. Kudos ECS!

I'm very great full for this place it brought me hope and helped me get my life back in order I more than likely be dead if it wasn't for this place it.also brought me hope and a better way of living i would very likely recommend this place to people that need help

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office. I have seen 3 doctors and now currently see Emily Jensen NP. All have been wonderful and actually care about getting to the root cause. The reason for my review is actually for someone from their administrative team. I had an issue this week and Barbara went way above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I have never had a negative experience with this office! Thank you to the entire team!

The office staff can be pleasant, the setting is confidential, & the payment/billing process is streamlined & simplified for your convenience. When I first went there I was quite nervous & inquired about a few things I was unsure of. Sarah explained them all in full which is something I’ve never received at any other medical facility. The staff there are always on top of things when I arrive. They know what my care entails & are quick to assist in anyway possible. I’d recommend this site, this provider, & this staff without reservation to anyone in need of the services they offer. Give them a try & I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I wasn’t & I’m hard to please.

After dealing with the loss of a dear friend, I couldn't cope. I had hit my rock bottom mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I was admitted into the dual diagnosis program and it truly saved my life. I have tried for years to heal myself and nothing has worked until my time at Linden Oaks. My care team was fantastic. Everyone was invested in my growth and was more than willing to work with my needs/time off from work. This is a powerful place of healing and I could not be anymore grateful for my time there. ❤️

I usually get seen at the Hoffman estates location but recently moved. I got blood drawn today at Aurora and I couldn’t be more thankful. The phlebotomist was incredibly efficient and also helped me get switched over to this clinic. She spoke so highly of everyone. The front desk staff was kind, personable, and got me set up with an appointment and new pcm. It was a quick experience but I was so impressed with them!
