I think the service and staff is top notch. I have built a great relationship with my counselor and the staff, who has the experience and knowledge to assist me with the issues I need assistance with. My insurance has changed, they will work with you as long as you show you are making progress on your account. I was given the opportunity to switch to another provider due to insurance, but the trust and relationship is worth the price than starting with another provider. If you are honest with your self and open to the ideas and tools being offered, I am sure you will get the help and assistance you need with Compass.

Commenting as a family member to a patient of PFH, currently! *I had a friend who also went to pfh to get clean about 7 years ago and the change in this place (from 7 years ago to now) is nothing but amazing! The staff are ALL caring, loving, people who want nothing but the best for everyone who steps foot inside this building!* I would suggest before arriving for your stay that you call and verify what items you are able to bring and what items aren't accepted. Ask about possible medications and scripts your doctor may have you on - they do give some medications and you are even allowed to have some items such as hygiene and OTC meds such as Tylenol. I'd recommend having some cash or change as well, they have a vending machine you'll get access to. You might also get to go on a day trip to Walmart, so if you'd like to spend some money at Walmart - you'll need to bring some! 🤍The last thing I can truly suggest is.... arrive with an open mind and an open heart to allow these loving people to help you become a better/healthier version of yourself. Your loved one deserves their love/help to get clean and live a life they are proud of! Get your loved ones back - get with PFH to secure their bed! It'll be worth it 🫶🏼

Incompetent Dr. Smith, who simply says all your issues are because you're fat (even though all issues were present before weight gain) and doesn't listen and doesn't care and doesn't make you feel AT ALL comfortable or safe, refuses to fill medication if you haven't been in office and then you can't get an appointment anyway cause it's a 20 minute hold every time you call or she isn't available and you can't see anyone else according to them. So days without medication I need that is causing severe side effects and having to take off work. And they don't care. Holding it hostage. I thought it was "do no harm" yet here we are. I'm sure she will blame me, but there's a strong reason I avoid going into that clinic. And it's her. I should sue for causing illness due to withheld medication.

I went to see a dentist there and the receptionist was very nice, polite, helpful. I went back and right away they did a full mouth x-ray. Dr came in and looked at the X-ray of the tooth that was giving me problems she said that it needed to be taken out. I agreed. She gave me 4 rounds of numbing medicine before they were able to pull it out. She had told me that it was infected and that's why it took so much numbing medicine. Overall I had a good experience with them. No complaints from me.
