So I Went through Edgewater Which is now ARIA same staff it is a phenomenal program with phenomenal people. They introduced me to narcotics anonymous which is a program. I never had tried before and just recently got two years clean. They sent me up for the beginning to stay clean. It is the only place I’ve ever seen where when you get to go to meetings you’ll see the staff there and they treat you like family not a number. I also used to work for the same program, which is ARIA and both experiences were phenomenal. I highly recommend this if you want to change your life it changed mine. I went in broken with a backpack of dirty clothes and no options. They gave me resources and taught me a new way to live within that two years of me being clean, I’ve got my own place on car own tags on insurance living like an adult and it’s all thanks to the beginning from what you taught me

This place has saved my life. Not just my life but the lives of my daughters as well. Without the staff and my clean sisters here, they wouldn’t have a mother anymore. Before coming here, I was just an empty shell of a person; existing only to stay high everyday. Today I’m so grateful to say 171 days clean and it’s because I get to be a part of their lives. What can I say.. Roaring Brook Recovery has been absolutely instrumental in my journey. This facility and the people in its employ are extraordinarily top notch. They offer help in every aspect that one could possibly need to aid them in their success and the staff are exceptional. They truly do care. I’m not sure what else to say. The staff here including the entire treatment team, has taken a personal interest in my development in a way that no other organization ever has. The services here are outstanding, and the curriculum is second to none. It’s rare that you find an organization that LIVES & BREATHES its mission statement, in every single thing that they do. After years of struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorder, I now feel more free than ever, and best of all, I have the skills, knowledge, and positive habits to STAY free. A very special thank you to Allison for helping pair me with the best possible program for my SPECIFIC NEEDS; Hacky for making sure I was brought into Roaring Brook with dignity, care, encouragement, and for always being a positive force and a smiling face; Keith for being the best peer support anyone could ask for; Kara the case manager for taking a genuine interest in helping me jump hurdles that I couldn’t jump alone; Hillary for paying attention to my needs and helping tailor my program in a way that’s both best for me and sustainable, and for regularly using my input to affirm these choices; and my therapist Jarrod, who is a psychological wizard and is by for the best mental health and wellness practitioner I have ever encountered. This place has been LITERALLY life-changing in every way. I owe my life, happiness, success, and inner peace, to Roaring Brook.

This is my second time at Roaring Brook, and honestly, when I relapsed after two years of sobriety, I refused to go anywhere else. I’m from Michigan, so choosing to come all the way back to Kentucky says a lot about how much I trust this place and the people here. I knew that if I was going to get serious about my recovery again, Roaring Brook was where I wanted to be. Coming back a second time has only reinforced how grateful I am for this program. Relapse was incredibly difficult for me to accept after having two years of sobriety, but Roaring Brook gave me a place where I could be honest about where I was at, work through what happened, and actually focus on rebuilding my recovery instead of feeling judged for it. This time around, I was also able to participate in TRP (Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program), and it has made such a huge difference in my recovery. TRP has given me the opportunity to work through traumas that I hadn’t fully dealt with and understand how those experiences have affected me and my recovery. I’ve also learned actual coping skills that I can use when things get difficult instead of turning back to old behaviors. It has been a really important part of my healing and has helped me understand myself on a much deeper level. My experience with my therapist, Jarrod, has been one of the biggest reasons I’ve gotten so much out of treatment. He is genuinely one of the smartest and most thorough therapists I’ve ever worked with. He doesn’t just listen to respond — he really takes the time to understand what I’m saying, asks questions that make me think, and helps me connect the dots in ways I wouldn’t have been able to on my own. I’ve learned so much from working with him, and I’m incredibly grateful for the work he’s done with me. I’m also incredibly grateful for Alison, who manages the sober living I’m in. She is absolutely amazing. She genuinely cares about the people in the house and goes above and beyond to make sure we have the support, structure, and accountability we need. Having that continued support outside of treatment has made a huge difference for me. What stands out most about Roaring Brook is that I never feel like I’m just another person going through a program. There are people here who genuinely care about my recovery and want to see me succeed. Being willing to travel from Michigan back to Kentucky for treatment, especially after a relapse, was a huge decision, but I know I made the right one. I’ll always be grateful that Roaring Brook was there for me not only the first time I got sober, but also when I needed help finding my way back. Recovery isn’t always a straight line, and I’m thankful to have found a place where I can keep growing, healing, learning, and becoming a better version of myself. I truly wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

Iam a big pain and I always have some problems going on but Briteview has always and I mean always had my back , all the staff are amazing. Each and everyone has helped me in one way or another from the front window to getting my medication at the last window! Each and every person there actually cares , I wouldn’t switch my place if I was paid to , This place and the people in it has absolutely saved my life , I love this place . They treat me with respect and kindness and at same time respect my privacy! The Doctor I see there has went above and beyond for me and always done anything and everything to accommodate me ! I recommend this place with 5 stars , thanks Briteview and everyone in it you all helped me save my life. I appreciate all the staff and what they do for me ! Love all you guys !

The staff is sencere and truly cares about the client.From the time I checked in every one I came in contact with were kind and genuine about how I was feeling and if I needed anything or if I did need something they would go to great lengths to get me my answers or help.I have been coming here for 8yrs, and every time I have come to my appointments, I have learned something new that has helped me to stay clean or they helped me through several funerals and thought I was going crazy and they still loved me and didn't judge me, they just helped me through it.Please Brightview always stay the same, and thank you so much for saving my life.

They are very helpful and there is no judgement, the one on one counseling are great and the group sessions are educational and teachable learning experiences, the nurses are caring, the Drs are considerably gracious and knowledgeable, the ladies at the reception are friendly and caring, I would recommend BriteView to anyone looking forward to getting help and their life back on Track...

Ive been going to briteveiw for awhile i really wasnt taking it serious till back in april we got pulled over coming back from a city trip i went in to tara and lisa and the rest of them and said im ready there like ready for what i said to quit so lisa got me a trip to a place i really didnt know much about at first i was ready to come home after my first week but i stayed and put my all into it so now thanks to them at briteveiw for believeing in me now im clean thank you all

They are very understanding and caring... If it wasn't for this program I believe I wouldn't be here alive living life instead of dead or worse just existing.... They helped me find my purpose

The nicest counselors and work staff I have ever been a part of. Very clean facilities, a great 30 day program that teaches everything u need to know and how to deal with over this time. They do a great job with so little amount of time.

The schwartz center was the second treatment center that I've been to, and despite some of the negative reviews here, I found it to be nothing but love. All of the staff really cares about you and your recovery, like all rehabs there are some. Rules and structure that not all clients will agree with. But it's just how it goes, they are very simple. Rules. They feed you well while there too. And the case manager is amazing, she helped me out big time with some court stuff that I was dealing with. It's also a smaller more intimate setting. Not one of these massive rehabs where you can't learn anything or get individualized treatment from a therapist. Definitely recommend the team at Schwartz if you're wanting to better your life

My experience with this clinic has been nothing but fantastic. The staff here are very patient, respectful and friendly. I have had a few counselors. I would complain but I have really liked each one, and look forward to my sessions. This IS the only clinic I have personally attended but, I have had friends attend other clinics and it has mostly been negative feedback. I would definitely recommend!!

I've tried several different ways in MAT and honestly this place has helped save my life. The staff is wonderful they actually care and try to help you out w you ask for help and they have people who come and spend one on one time with us and provide the information we need to find housing......help w bills.
