So I Went through Edgewater Which is now ARIA same staff it is a phenomenal program with phenomenal people. They introduced me to narcotics anonymous which is a program. I never had tried before and just recently got two years clean. They sent me up for the beginning to stay clean. It is the only place I’ve ever seen where when you get to go to meetings you’ll see the staff there and they treat you like family not a number. I also used to work for the same program, which is ARIA and both experiences were phenomenal. I highly recommend this if you want to change your life it changed mine. I went in broken with a backpack of dirty clothes and no options. They gave me resources and taught me a new way to live within that two years of me being clean, I’ve got my own place on car own tags on insurance living like an adult and it’s all thanks to the beginning from what you taught me

This place has saved my life. Not just my life but the lives of my daughters as well. Without the staff and my clean sisters here, they wouldn’t have a mother anymore. I have been helped in a very difficult situation when crisis services were utilized. I really appreciate the way Justa and Tara handled the hard conversations with my family member and for the understanding my husband and I felt directed toward us at that time. Moving forward, I am definitely going to establish ongoing counseling and medication management services with Comprehend. No system is perfect, but so far so good.

Everything went great. Staff was very nice. Only tissues: 1, who changed/screwed up The Patient Portal??? I can't find anything now! 2. Look at the picture of the form letter sent to me. I salute pastor Ross absolute sister Ross they went out of the way to help me I had a horrible benzo addiction severe seizure and disorder and also have a crazy dietary regimen is where I can't meet and just rough after all that's why I went out of her way to make sure I had special protein shakes to get me through and then lose my sleeping they want to know me the greatest to do it respect on a level that I came to get into describe I love them all and it's family!

For many years my little cousin Michael struggled with addiction so bad. Watching a loved one struggle as many in my family has, is heartbreaking. Michael is a miracle & God has put the right people in his path. People that didn’t discard him for his struggle, but people that shined the light of Jesus so bright that showed him the way. I am so thankful for the love of Christ this place has illuminated. I am so proud of the overcomer through Christ that he has become. Brightview offers a alternative to opioid dependency! They have amazing staff an don't pass judgement. They don't criticize you if you fall down an will stand beside you to help you get back up. They offer help with resources an have counselors to guide you. Their doctors really listen to you an medicate you as you need. There is no longer a long wait to get your medication. You can be in an out quickly now. They was very understanding when my insurance got messed up through my job an I had no way to pay for my medication. They still gave me my medication for several days until I fixed my insurance. Brightview isn't just a clinic it's a support team!

I have some issues with primary care since I was onboarded to a new primary care doctor in 2021. However, the rest of the hospital has been beyond exceptional. During covid in 2022, I spent two weeks recovering in the Lex VA hospital and really got to see exceptional care. Last year I spent a total of a month (two weeks each time) in the Lex VA hospital and was reminded why I stay in the Lex VA region. From nursing assistants, nurses, doctors, physical rehabilitation, nutritionist and everyone that took care of me on a daily basis showed beyond exceptional care. Ive been through a few VA care systems. Some were... dangerous for patient care and you felt that going in. Ive never felt uncared for or like I was in a truly dangerous situation out of my control at the Lex VA.

The whole staff is great and my counselor ( Terri ) she is phenomenal they will help anyway that they can without any judgement. I would definitely recommend this doctor's office. They are accommodating, kind, efficient, and aren't judgemental. My only complaint would be the doctor turnover rate can make it difficult to get comfortable with a doctor. But, the doctors are always above par. The staff is wonderful and always eager to help. The Office is also clean and easy to get to. Terri and TJ have been working there from the start and I would trust them with my life. I'm grateful for a a good place I can trust with my recovery. I would recommend if you feel like you are at bottom.

My experience with this clinic has been nothing but fantastic. The staff here are very patient, respectful and friendly. I have had a few counselors. I would complain but I have really liked each one, and look forward to my sessions. This IS the only clinic I have personally attended but, I have had friends attend other clinics and it has mostly been negative feedback. I would definitely recommend!!

2nd Chance Clinic is, by far, the best experience I have ever had during my tumultuous recovery journey. The doctors, nurses, and staff are truly caring, compassionate, and make patient care their top priority. The Medication Assisted Treatment (MRT) program at 2nd Chance is hassle-free, convenient and completely intuitive for new patients to navigate. My only complaint here is that I wish I could rate 10 stars versus 5. This is the best place everyone treats me like family and it’s saved my life I never thought I would say that I used to use every excuse in the world has to good night get on maintenance I would say I was allergic etc.. It’s definitely saved my life and I’m grateful I’m grateful for all the doctors they take their time if you need them to answer anything you ask them the staff are absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond I’ve had to reschedule appointments and they’re very helpful when it comes to that just a great place I would definitely suggest it to anyone and do and I would give him more than five stars. If I could try it, you might like it.
