Stop researching treatment centers because this one is hands down the best!! I've been to several treatment centers and The Ridge is in a league of their own- for all the good reasons! Yes, it is a beautiful home like atmosphere with a lot of luxuries and outstanding food but the main reason I found The Ridge so helpful to me was the loving and supportive staff and amazing program. And the support doesn't stop when you leave! I enrolled in IOP and am plugged into the many alumni events they host. My recovery community is filled today with Ridge Alum and I owe my recovery to the tools I learned at The Ridge and all the continue support I get from them.

The Ridge is an incredible place to go to for treatment. They keep you plenty busy with group therapy sessions as well as 1 on 1 sessions with a councilor, and there are lots of things to do during recreation time. I’m grateful I was able to find a treatment center with staff that truly care about me and work to foster a friendly environment among all patients. If you’re looking for help I can think of no better place to go to than the Ridge for residential treatment.

I love this Treatment center. Been here twice. The staff is wonderful. I got exactly what I needed there . Counseling, case management , group therapy, educational groups , sober networking. I love this place! The people there make it feel like home. There is absolutely NO JUDGMENT! I am able to take the meds i need for my brain to heal while I go to therapy and work to be a better person each day. I am thankful for recovery. Hotel California by The Sea is the foundation in which my life of addiction stopped. I am extremely grateful for the staff and lifelong friends that I made during my stay there. Without a doubt would recommend this facility to anyone serious about wanting a change. The three things that have kept me sober and grounded to this day are patience, open mindedness, and willingness and these principles were suggested by my daily reflection, meditations, and group sessions that I had there.

Going to Hotel California by the Sea in Ohio changed my entire life.It's hard to find quality treatment near me. Hotel being located in Ohio made it so much easier to get the help that I needed while still being near my home. Their staff are so friendly and kind, they made me feel safe my entire stay. Their homes were super cozy and nice- better than any hotel I've ever stayed in!I'm so grateful to the staff and doctors who worked with me throughout my time at Hotel. I love this place! The staff are all incredibly sweet. They have snacks & hot chocolate for when you re in the induction room waiting on meds or your first time starting mat. They have either intensive outpatient or regular outpatient. The decision is based on the care they believe you need to succeed in your journey. Everyone is different. If you choose to do mat or come for groups/therapy, that s your choice. As long as you re not here from either jail or court. For me, I come once every week & I will soon go down yo bi weekly & then monthly. You have the option here to see a psychiatrist, which in my opinion is just great. Not all of us can find resources that work in our favor where they re all in the same building. They work with your schedule & needs. Please take the time to give this place a try if it s your first time seeking help for outpatient care. They are genuinely friendly & helpful. I ve been going here for a month & I feel like this time around I ve made transformations. We are all in this together! Get the help you need!

Great place to be now. Doctors,counselors,nurses, etc. Better ran now than before.Just took away a star because of how every time you need something and call and I needed to speak to my counselor for a minute has nothing to do with her but they want to know and ask and get rude if you don't tell them your private information that is supposed to be confidential..... It's understandable that they're trying to see if they can help with anything. But to keep prying to try to find out what it is about etc. Is not okay. Counselors and are the ones that, "need to know", why i need to speak with them. Period.

I now have permanent nerve damage and chronic pain. I m only mentioning this because that really broke something within me mentally. I recently had surgery here for an unrelated reason. I am new to the VA Healthcare system and had my initial primary care visit today at the Clermont County VA Clinic and I was very impressed with the quality of care I received. The doctor was very thorough, listened to my concerns, and performed a detailed medical checkup. The RN and LPN were also very thorough and I felt they did their job great. The Check-in and Check-out staff were friendly and helpful. The "Vampire Team" who drew my blood for the lab work was awesome; I didn't feel a thing. Great job Clermont County VA Clinic! My review would be 5 stars but today I was on my way to see my new counselor and pick up my weekly takehomes beforehand because I was told I could do that, they have bounced me around to several counselors for no reason. I had an appointment at noon and was under impression I could pick my meds up beforehand. But I guess I was supposed to come before twelve is what my new counselor said she told me. Difference of opinion but really my main reason for 2 stars is because I arrived at 12:11 and had my counselor let them know beforehand exactly what time id get there. So I just feel like the 2 nurses that were there , that one could of left their window open for me. I also understand that I should know dosing hours after a year, but since I come so early I had no need to learn them. I was so upset I had tears. I'm over it now but having to skip a dose today seems unjust. I already work 3rd shift and literally had to stay up to come to that noon appointment w new counselor. Because y'all have so many quit. I went from Andrea to Brent to Daniella and have to work around their schedules constantly.P.S. I've been attending for a year now , never been late, I always arrive between 6-8 am. I'm always respectful, so honestly it's very upsetting that I was turned away when I never bother anyone for anything. Thank you.Updating my review. The director kindly explained to me the situation and that's all I wanted. Thank you Kelly.

This clinic had my back all the way now people that talk bad about a clinic is because they were probably using while being in treatment I used most of my time there because I myself did not hit rock bottom until it almost killed me but they stood behind me all the way it s the reason I am alive today they also do Suboxone so if methadone is something you don t want but Dr.soria is an awesome doctor and the director Margaret is a very caring person. Also, our obviously the better you do the better your time will be, but that s anywhere, so whoever is reading this if you re considering it, I would do it get clean, save your life and live a good life.good luck

This is a wonderful place, and doctor Soria is one of the most caring and passionate doctors I've ever met. Those who don't like it are the ones who couldn't get with the simple program and got kicked out or otherwise removed from the program.

I attend the MAT program at Crossroads. The building has numerous programs geared at assisting individuals with substance abuse issues from smoking cessesstion to heroin addiction. I have had interactions with numerous staff at multiple programs. I have been attending groups and individuals counseling as far back as 2013. I would highly recommend this place for people who are convinced they have a problem to people who believe they just need a little support to get over it. Give them a call. What could it hurt. This is the best Methadone clinic that I have ever been to and I highly recommend going to Covedale instead of other clients. The staff here is really great and they care about their patients and they offer a whole lot more of care than other clinics. Going to the clinic is one of the best decisions I have ever made cause, the Methadone keeps me from craving for opioids, and I have not felt any need in using opioids, but it doesn't take care of other drugs, such as benzodiazepines, stimulants,etc., only opioids,but it is up to the patient if they are willing to stay clean and sober. Drug addiction cannot be cured only treated and it's up to the patient if they really want to stay clean or not.

First let me start by saying I know a lot of people have different opinions about Covedale Treatment Services. And some may hate it as others may love it!! But that's with everything in life. Since I got that out the way, let me go on to tell the world that I know this is one of the best place's to start your recovery journey. The counselors/counseling is on point their counselors are truly there for you. They have amazing nurses and other staff that are there for you through it all as well. With no judgment, just open arms. You just have to want it as bad as you wanted the streets just saying. See March of 2018 is when I started my journey @Covedale Treatment Services which changed my life for the better I now am a phase6 and living my best life! Which I Never knew i could have until recovery! which recovery isn't easy or everyone would be in recovery. But neither is being addict which is worse. But this place teaches you the tools and helps you find your inner self again to be able to say no. And to know your triggers. So please if you or a loved one needs recovery I urge you to go to Covedale Treatment Services! ASAP is an amazing facility. The staff is outstanding and communicate with the families often. They treat the teen in need as a whole instead of focusing on only one issue. I love the support given to the families because it helps to know you re not alone in the battle to help your child. Speaking with the other parents during group helps with learning different ways to support your child. Tools are taught to teach coping skills that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend ASAP to anyone with a teen struggling with addiction and mental illness!

Talbert House has truly helped me. The staff there are amazing, and always try their best to help us. There are staff who will spend their money and make us breakfast some mornings. Christmas, although sad, was truly fun. One of the clinical staff came in and played some games with us. Although the program can be hard, I believe it can truly help you. The program can be stressful at times, but the staff are there to try and help you. My favorite staff, Ms. Beth, always had the newest shoes on. She, along with all the staff, truly helped me. I am forever thankful for them.
