The employees at the recovery center are always pleasant, helpful and caring of your situation

The counselors and the MAT program are really great at this place. They have to deal with a lot of patients, some of them court-ordered, so they do the best they can. But due to some of these clients there are a lot of bad situations, like people shooting up in the parking lot. But if you are serious about recovery you will achieve great things here.

Well for one my husband goes there and I feel it is very effective program if you choose to be clean and sober into outpatient yes there are ways that you can do your little drugs or get high or whatever but if that's the case then you're not wanting recovery yourself and if you're getting high and going to court and pulling the judge know that that's on you obviously you don't want to help but there are people who are in this program that are there for the help and they get the help they need and they recover and they recovered for a long time my husband has 37 months under his belt and still counting so it works if you work it not if you don't no one can change you only you so if you don't like what I have to say that's my opinion but obviously at the if it didn't work for you you didn't want it to work

This place is just amazing, wonderful staff that actually cares about you, got me to get clean, I'm so thankful that I found this place! It truly saved my life!

I love this place! The staff are all incredibly sweet. They have snacks & hot chocolate for when you’re in the induction room waiting on meds or your first time starting mat. They have either intensive outpatient or regular outpatient. The decision is based on the care they believe you need to succeed in your journey. Everyone is different. If you choose to do mat or come for groups/therapy, that’s your choice. As long as you’re not here from either jail or court. For me, I come once every week & I will soon go down yo bi weekly & then monthly. You have the option here to see a psychiatrist, which in my opinion is just great. Not all of us can find resources that work in our favor where they’re all in the same building. They work with your schedule & needs. Please take the time to give this place a try if it’s your first time seeking help for outpatient care. They are genuinely friendly & helpful. I’ve been going here for a month & I feel like this time around I’ve made transformations. We are all in this together! Get the help you need!

Great place to be now. Doctors,counselors,nurses, etc. Better ran now than before. Just took away a star because of how every time you need something and call and I needed to speak to my counselor for a minute has nothing to do with her but they want to know and ask and get rude if you don't tell them your private information that is supposed to be confidential..... It's understandable that they're trying to see if they can help with anything. But to keep prying to try to find out what it is about etc. Is not okay. Counselors and are the ones that, "need to know", why i need to speak with them. Period.

Wonderful and practical treatment that touches on life areas and application. Donna is welcoming and sincere but not afraid to tell you hard truths. Her ability to share her knowledge and provide anecdotal stories truly helps to put topics in perspective. A very positive environment where I found myself engaged and interested. Group therapy also helps to remove the shame stigma. Nearly everyone can benefit and I wholeheartedly recommend Thankyou for caring.

Sharing AGAIN that this facility is amazing and the owner/employees go far above the average to help the clients. It is where I learned anger management and impulse control. Donna also helped me in other ways and I appreciate it always.

Prospect House was a blessing in disguise, I found them when I needed guidance and hope, and they were willing to help me. They saved my life, I always felt welcomed and comfortable here, I thought of them as my second family because here everyone would look after each other to support others. The counselors were all fantastic and attentive. I got sober, and I have a new chance at life thanks to them.

The Prospect House staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, experienced and honest. They taught me to how to begin the journey of finding out who I really am. They have shown thousands of men how to overcome the desperation and hopelessness of addiction and helped them to develop a foundation that supports actual long-term, sustained recovery. They gave me everything I needed to recover and to build a life worth living.

Every person that I have come into contact at the V A have always treated w3 with the upmost care and respect. I’ve found that all of the doctors and nurses go out of their way to explain what my problems are and they explain what and how they will resolve my issues.I’ve always had great care at the V A.. My suggestion fir the folks that complain about wait times that they should go to a private doctor and or hospital..Of course that will means they’ll have to have use their own insurance and pay all out of pocket expenses. Try to be thankful that your getting treated by a group group of people that have your best interest at heart..

I have been coming here since 2019. VA hospitals get allot of bad rep but I have never had long waits for appointments. All the staff are polite and professional. My follow up appointments are always scheduled within reason. When ever they believe I might have a medical issue they have always been quick to recognize that and schedule tests same day or next day. Even though I live closer to the Louisville, KY hospital I will continue to choose this as my primary care facility.

I was in this program in 2013 and even though it was not an immediate cure the people there gave you a wonderful start for healing. They were very caring and providing in every aspect.. Even at this late date, not cured but so much better off and grateful for having been there in that program.

Everything was awesome but we’re I went after rehab

This clinic had my back all the way now people that talk bad about a clinic is because they were probably using while being in treatment I used most of my time there because I myself did not hit rock bottom until it almost killed me but they stood behind me all the way it’s the reason I am alive today they also do Suboxone so if methadone is something you don’t want but Dr.soria is an awesome doctor and the director Margaret is a very caring person. Also, our obviously the better you do the better your time will be, but that’s anywhere, so whoever is reading this if you’re considering it, I would do it get clean, save your life and live a good life.good luck

This is a wonderful place, and doctor Soria is one of the most caring and passionate doctors I've ever met. Those who don't like it are the ones who couldn't get with the simple program and got kicked out or otherwise removed from the program.

So if you are serious about your Recovery, and being honest with Self 1st, The Clinic is what you Make it!!! Councilor's in my opinion Really do Care about you!!! Very Friendly. And There is a Staff Member for whatever your struggling with. Also If your in Need of Resources, they got you covered!!! Closed Mouths don't Get Fed!!! And take Responsibility for your actions!!! The Help is there if you Really WANT IT!!! 💯💯💯

Great place only clinic I’ve been to that has long hours

This is the best Methadone clinic that I have ever been to and I highly recommend going to Covedale instead of other clients. The staff here is really great and they care about their patients and they offer a whole lot more of care than other clinics. Going to the clinic is one of the best decisions I have ever made cause, the Methadone keeps me from craving for opioids, and I have not felt any need in using opioids, but it doesn't take care of other drugs, such as benzodiazepines, stimulants,etc., only opioids,but it is up to the patient if they are willing to stay clean and sober. Drug addiction cannot be cured only treated and it's up to the patient if they really want to stay clean or not.

My son is presently going through the program and I am so VERY VERY thankful. There’s no question it saved his life. This holiday our family has much to be thankful for
