It can be a scary and painful process going through any program I suspect. But The Ridge staff and their support program made it a very compassionate, Informative, and a truly helpful process. The accommodations were excellent. From counseling through the course work and group work, the program Is a fine balance of healing, education and preparation. Every member of the staff from the cooks and the counselors to the doctors and administration, all were genuinely concerned with my overall well-being and recovery. I highly recommend The Ridge for anyone seriously considering changing their future for the better.

There is alot more freedom here than other places. I think more personal counseling would be beneficial with trauma. No caffeine and no sugar took some getting used to but i got so healthy while being there, I felt great when I left! I had a medical emergency while in residential treatment and the input i got from Dr.Soto was completely wrong, i can count on one hand how many times i interacted her, she had no idea what she was talking about but the rest of the staff made up for that. Overall I had a great experience at the Ridge. I would recommend this to everyone. The staff is amazing and they genuinely care about what's going on in your life ❤️

This place saved my life after 13 years of severe addiction! They truly care. I highly recommend. My appointments always run on time and they are always working with me to accommodate my schedule.Everyone I have take care of me there have always showed me respect and never made me feel less than. If you want to get your life back this is where you start!

I'm going to brightview for 6 years they saved my life went there straight out of the hospital after having endocarditis and a stroke that's a great place to get clean the people there are so nice it saved my life

This place helped me get my life together. Just go for an appointment. All you have to do is try and it works

They saved me when I was at my lowest. I think I paid close to 100k grand or so with the help of my insurance but all in all it was totally worth it. Hotel by the Sea Cincinnati is a life-changing facility with world class facilities, amenities, and staff. You’ll get the whole nine yards here, they’ll take great care of you.

Definitely a place to give yourself a chance to live life!! They will come and get you !! It’s literally like a top notch resort and gives you the time you need in so much peace and tranquillity!

I was very nervous in the beginning, but the staff and other patients made me feel so welcome. I got a lot of help in the community of individuals that to this day. I call friends..

Decent place that contributes to my sobriety and continues to work with me and my schedule, however the only thing I would change or work on is keeping staff members happy and employed so they don't leave and go to other facilities...

Amazing, caring people that work here. Great group sessions! They don't make you feel like you're the scum of the Earth like other treatment centers do. They are most considerant of your feelings but they are 💯 percent real of what's expected to stay sober. I love my one on one councilor, she's great. They don't make you feel like you are just another addict. Been coming here for awhile now and I wouldn't advise anyone to go any place else for an addiction problems. The staff is amazing and caring. They really care about all of the patients. Thanks

It is an awesome place to go if you have a problem with any kind of addiction all the staff are extremely helpful and nice I would definitely recommend everyone I know that should have an addiction problem or does have an addiction problem to go to brightview in Batavia.. i love every one there the counselor's are easy to talk to and they listen they don't try to tell you what to do I love them all but Cora has to be my favorite she has been there for me since day One

I have been with Brightview since 2012, and it was the best decision I made ever. My counselor Nikki is the best counselor I've ever had and she deserves to be recognized which I'm sure she already is I go to the Batavia location and probably would have stopped by now if it wasn't for Nikki.

Ive been going to briteveiw for awhile i really wasnt taking it serious till back in april we got pulled over coming back from a city trip i went in to tara and lisa and the rest of them and said im ready there like ready for what i said to quit so lisa got me a trip to a place i really didnt know much about at first i was ready to come home after my first week but i stayed and put my all into it so now thanks to them at briteveiw for believeing in me now im clean thank you all

They are very understanding and caring... If it wasn't for this program I believe I wouldn't be here alive living life instead of dead or worse just existing.... They helped me find my purpose

I can’t say enough about CAT! The simple facts are that this place and all of the kind souls who make it operate have helped me through the darkest times of my life. With a host of resources I was not only able to work on my recovery, court services worked by my side every step of the way to resolve my legal obligations as well. Recovery is a challenge no doubt, However! I wholeheartedly believe that if not for said people I would not be nowhere close to where I am today and for that I’m eternally grateful. Thank you all

I went through PH in 1988 after numerous failed attempts at recovery. The year + I spent there was the best investment I could have ever made in my recovery! The years I later worked as a counselor there are some of the highlights of my career. Love and gratitude always for the PH!

I went through Prospect House as a client in 2012, and it was the first place where I was able to begin connecting the dots about what was going on inside of me. That experience became foundational — not just for my recovery, but for the direction my life ultimately took. I later built a career in behavioral health, and I often say I learned more during my time at Prospect House than in all my years of schooling. That’s not meant to diminish my education — it was valuable in its own right — but the insight and growth I gained there were unmatched. I wasn’t ready when I arrived, but they helped me become ready. I’m deeply grateful for the role they played in my journey.

I've been a prospector for a long time, it's something special that works in this house, I don't know if it's the residence the staff the structure of the program, it's full of care and love it's spiritual and it forces you to change. Today I'm proud to be a prospector and a member of alcoholics anonymous. Thanks to God and the prospect house for 11 months clean and sober and headed towards sobriety. Prospect House gets an A in .my book

Doctors are very intimate towards your needs. I applaud everyone for their efforts.

Talbert House on Gelnway Ave has been taking care of me since 2012. I was in a really bad way and they go above and beyond for my care. It's easy getting in with a therapist and their psychiatrist Dr. Pelnick is the best doctor I've ever had. They listen to you here and find what can help you most. If you have mental health issues, this is the place to go!

I went into the emergency room mental health center at the VA in Georgia I told them the truth about what I was feeling. I had suicidal thoughts it was like I wanted to give up. The VA and the therapist have helped me focus on the present not the pass trauma like I was doing every day. Focusing on today and the present moment is important and what you give your attention too is also vital in this process. I know the VA ain’t perfect but this score goes to my team of doctors and everyone at VA Ft.Thomas. I appreciate the help. I’m still waiting for a disability rating but until then I’ll keep in touch with my team.

Staff is amazing

I was in this program in 2013 and even though it was not an immediate cure the people there gave you a wonderful start for healing. They were very caring and providing in every aspect.. Even at this late date, not cured but so much better off and grateful for having been there in that program.

I've been to several northkeys I'll say here they have always been nice at front desk . My son has seen Shelby for a while now but today was told it's her last day . I'm very sad , shes always went above and beyond her job to help my boy who deals with schizophrenia/ bipolar . He doesn't care for most therapist / counselors but he really likes her . He feels safe talking to her . Since we have been going there I see a huge difference in my son . She actually listens to what his father and I have to say. She genuinely cares for her patients .. I'm not sure that we will continue going to Northkey because she was the main reason we stayed I'm also not sure why she's leaving but I hope Northkey didn't let one of the better ones go . You can't fake empathy . She's a kind soul and she'll be missed . Five stars for Shelby
