Amazing place, you will be treated by a small staff that is friendly and you are treated like a person.
In the short time I have been here I feel like family. Doctor and staff are all super laid back and nice and you are not labeled an addict like other places you are labeled by your name and treat same if not better than your family doctor.
Please keep doing what your doing, you have helped me so much after an awful experience at st Elizabeth Journeys’; that place is a joke to mental health.

Great place to learn and find others alike to create strong bonds and prepare for your new future. This place can get overwhelming, but it’s where you need to be if you want to keep moving forward. Life’s a garden, dig it. Shout out to nurse Skylar, I know you’re still running those crazy 8 mile mornings in under a hour 😑. The staff here is great especially for what they have to do everyday.

SUN staff provided excellent, and thoughtful care to my son as he was struggling with THC triggered schizophrenia and were generous in patching our calls through to him The only reason I didn't make it a full 5 stars is because I only wish there were more visiting hours. He missed his family terribly and we missed him! I am sure because of SUN's dedication to the well-being their patients visiting hours will be gradually expanding relatively soon.

The counselors and the MAT program are really great at this place. They have to deal with a lot of patients, some of them court-ordered, so they do the best they can. But due to some of these clients there are a lot of bad situations, like people shooting up in the parking lot. But if you are serious about recovery you will achieve great things here.

Well for one my husband goes there and I feel it is very effective program if you choose to be clean and sober into outpatient yes there are ways that you can do your little drugs or get high or whatever but if that's the case then you're not wanting recovery yourself and if you're getting high and going to court and pulling the judge know that that's on you obviously you don't want to help but there are people who are in this program that are there for the help and they get the help they need and they recover and they recovered for a long time my husband has 37 months under his belt and still counting so it works if you work it not if you don't no one can change you only you so if you don't like what I have to say that's my opinion but obviously at the if it didn't work for you you didn't want it to work

Talbert House has truly helped me. The staff there are amazing, and always try their best to help us. There are staff who will spend their money and make us breakfast some mornings. Christmas, although sad, was truly fun. One of the clinical staff came in and played some games with us. Although the program can be hard, I believe it can truly help you. The program can be stressful at times, but the staff are there to try and help you. My favorite staff, Ms. Beth, always had the newest shoes on. She, along with all the staff, truly helped me. I am forever thankful for them.

The initial experience I’ve had with Brightview so far was a pleasant one. The staff member name Michelle had a take charge attitude without it feeling disrespectful but it feeling like she really cared about me as a person. I was hesitant because I’ve in the pass experienced treatment centers where it’s a hassle getting the process started. This was not the case with Brightview. Michelle made all the arrangements which allows me to only have to show up. They provided transportation and she also gave me advice. I appreciate Brightview thank you.

I love this place! The staff are all incredibly sweet. They have snacks & hot chocolate for when you’re in the induction room waiting on meds or your first time starting mat. They have either intensive outpatient or regular outpatient. The decision is based on the care they believe you need to succeed in your journey. Everyone is different. If you choose to do mat or come for groups/therapy, that’s your choice. As long as you’re not here from either jail or court. For me, I come once every week & I will soon go down yo bi weekly & then monthly. You have the option here to see a psychiatrist, which in my opinion is just great. Not all of us can find resources that work in our favor where they’re all in the same building. They work with your schedule & needs. Please take the time to give this place a try if it’s your first time seeking help for outpatient care. They are genuinely friendly & helpful. I’ve been going here for a month & I feel like this time around I’ve made transformations. We are all in this together! Get the help you need!

Just took away a star because of how every time you need something and call and I needed to speak to my counselor for a minute has nothing to do with her but they want to know and ask and get rude if you don't tell them your private information that is supposed to be confidential..... It's understandable that they're trying to see if they can help with anything. But to keep prying to try to find out what it is about etc. Is not okay. Counselors and are the ones that, "need to know", why i need to speak with them. Period.

Yesterday was my first time visiting the VA and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the Doctor took her time with my visit and explained all the different benefits the VA has to offer. Look I'm going to keep it 100 right I don't get how anyone that has been there more than once would give any less than five stars. For real this is the first time I've done a review and I did it cuz I seen some haters and I ain't with that especially when I know it's real. All right so I want to highlight a few things and people that should give you a clear picture if you ain't never been there. Angie and Vic stand out to me because they're the first people you see when you get there and they make you feel welcome and they are really on point when it comes to making things happen quickly. I got ADD that one way and I'm terrible with names and I wanted to put everybody in here but I'm about to leave some people out and I apologize. I've been to a few other treatment places and none of them can compare to the service and flexibility along with the way you feel like everybody really has an interest in your well-being. Trish is like a counselor now so it looks like she is in an even better role to personally affect people's lives and it's easy to see that her interest in your success is genuine. I've been going there since 2020 and they've always done their thing but here lately they really on top of their game. If you in a tight spot financially they gon work with you and now there even little things like free snacks and other things. They are involved every area of your life that you feel needs improvement. Mental and physical health services are part of the package and even tho the stigma of substance abuse has been declining they ensure your confidentiality and will help you with your legal matters or parole/probation which is a big deal if you got to deal with the system. There's a couple ladies I wanted to mention just cuz they of important role they play in the whole experience so I'm hoping I can edit this after I see them next week. Angie isn't there all the time but when she is she keeps things moving and I have to give the boss a shout out cuz every time I needed something that he could help with he didn't hesitate to make it happen. What's crazy is that even with all the requirements that you go through to get your meds (which they provide right there on site so you don't even have to go to a pharmacy) they get you in and out of there so much quicker than they used to. If it's your first day going there so I can say is be prepared for a long day and a thorough examination which is necessary to get you started the right way. But after that it's usually pretty quick and easy. Last thing I want to say is how awesome the providers are. They never rush you through and don't judge you or chastise you if you slip up. I've been clean of opiates since 6-17-2013 because of Suboxone and back when I started it was super expensive and hard to get. I'm glad times have changed and a place like Brightview in Fairfield, Ohio exists. 💯

Im a Big Fan of Brightview. I have been since day one. I would recommend it to anyone who was serious about getting help. If you just need an excuse it's not the right fit but if you are earnest it's the best place you could put your trust in. Only complaint I have is each Brightview location should have their own number so when an addict needs to talk to someone they have a number to reach their councler or Dr... I realize it's not ideal to be available 24/7 but it could save someone's life and wouldn't that make it all worthwhile. Thank you Brightview

Prospect House was a blessing in disguise, I found them when I needed guidance and hope, and they were willing to help me. They saved my life, I always felt welcomed and comfortable here, I thought of them as my second family because here everyone would look after each other to support others. The counselors were all fantastic and attentive. I got sober, and I have a new chance at life thanks to them.

Every person that I have come into contact at the V A have always treated w3 with the upmost care and respect. I’ve found that all of the doctors and nurses go out of their way to explain what my problems are and they explain what and how they will resolve my issues.I’ve always had great care at the V A.. My suggestion fir the folks that complain about wait times that they should go to a private doctor and or hospital..Of course that will means they’ll have to have use their own insurance and pay all out of pocket expenses. Try to be thankful that your getting treated by a group group of people that have your best interest at heart..

I have been coming here since 2019. VA hospitals get allot of bad rep but I have never had long waits for appointments. All the staff are polite and professional. My follow up appointments are always scheduled within reason. When ever they believe I might have a medical issue they have always been quick to recognize that and schedule tests same day or next day. Even though I live closer to the Louisville, KY hospital I will continue to choose this as my primary care facility.

I spent 10 days in the Willows wing for alcohol and was really nervous about the whole thing. Nurses, PCA's, and therapist were absolutely professional and caring my whole stay. Making my transition to PHP was treated the same way. Mr.James and PHP nurse Heather E. made my outpatient therapy go really well also. Thank you Beckett Springs. Heather's nursing group taught me a lot about my body and brain and recovery. Great program all around!

Stayed my time in the Willows Wing. PCA's, nurses, and therapist were caring and very professional in my treatment. I thought I would have a hard time adjusting to the after program but I didnt. One R.N., Heather E., really helped me out with all of my admission and other questions. Really recommend this place

I was in this program in 2013 and even though it was not an immediate cure the people there gave you a wonderful start for healing. They were very caring and providing in every aspect.. Even at this late date, not cured but so much better off and grateful for having been there in that program.

This clinic had my back all the way now people that talk bad about a clinic is because they were probably using while being in treatment I used most of my time there because I myself did not hit rock bottom until it almost killed me but they stood behind me all the way it’s the reason I am alive today they also do Suboxone so if methadone is something you don’t want but Dr.soria is an awesome doctor and the director Margaret is a very caring person. Also, our obviously the better you do the better your time will be, but that’s anywhere, so whoever is reading this if you’re considering it, I would do it get clean, save your life and live a good life.good luck

This is a wonderful place, and doctor Soria is one of the most caring and passionate doctors I've ever met. Those who don't like it are the ones who couldn't get with the simple program and got kicked out or otherwise removed from the program.

This is the best Methadone clinic that I have ever been to and I highly recommend going to Covedale instead of other clients. The staff here is really great and they care about their patients and they offer a whole lot more of care than other clinics. Going to the clinic is one of the best decisions I have ever made cause, the Methadone keeps me from craving for opioids, and I have not felt any need in using opioids, but it doesn't take care of other drugs, such as benzodiazepines, stimulants,etc., only opioids,but it is up to the patient if they are willing to stay clean and sober. Drug addiction cannot be cured only treated and it's up to the patient if they really want to stay clean or not.
