I felt as comfortable as one could be in a situation discussing issues/why I want help. The staff were very friendly and able to provide same day and next day solutions to my particular case. The group session I attended lasted approx. 2 to 3 months just depending on attendence in the Tuesday night (Google Meet) class (1 1/2hrs). Class participants were also required to attend 1 individual meeting (1 hour) on Google meet once a month. Anqi was my counselor at Solutions. As much as I did not want to be involved with Solutions or Google meets, Anqi was able to keep me connected with the program and made it somewhat enjoyable. Anqi was very accommodating to contact with any questions or concerns. Anqi is an asset to Solutions and the the industry as a whole. It comes to the point if you are honest with your counselor and staying on the right path the class should not be an issue. Overall if someone I know was ordered to take the classes Solutions offers, I would have no problem referring them to Anqi and Solutions of Springboro. I feel the need to leave a new review. this week I am moving from one state to another. top of the list for concerns; how do I continue with my MAT? how about there is a Brightview clinic less than 10 mi from my new home? another concern; how do I continue with my treatment until I can get my insurance transferred from one state to the other, how about Brightview will continue seeing me in the new state until my insurance is transferred and then they will bill them. in other words, there is absolutely no excuse to give up my sobriety because I am moving to a different state. if you have any questions or concerns the staff at every Brightview clinic have the answers! if you are really ready to leave your addiction in the past (where it belongs) moving is no excuse to let it take hold of you. love yourself, care for yourself, find a Brightview clinic and let them help you get on the road to the rest of your life. it is there for you to grab and move on. when you hear the words trust the process, you can really trust it with Brightview! i have been in so many recovery centers, and consider myself an "old timer". I went in disgruntled, agitated and depressed. By the time my discharge date arrived I had done a 180°. The staff at this facility not only saved my life but fueled a new passion in me. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. I have been using this facility for a year now and its been nothing but a positive experience. Staff and doctors have been helpful, understanding, and have provided top notch care. This facility provides care for everything possible and if they cant fit you in they will refer you out to community care. Only negative thing I can say is after the new system was in place messaging has become a little less effective. Hopefully that will get better after everyone gets better using it. The nursing education sessions were highly informative, and the psychiatric staff was incredibly understanding and helpful in identifying my specific needs. They provide fantastic strategies and tools that (when put into practice) have transformed by how I go about my life. My only concern involves some of the front desk and auxiliary staff. Interactions with them sometimes made it feel like patient needs were being disregarded. This was never personally; but anecdotally I noticed issues around accessibility needs not being met. Ultimately, the core program and clinical team are outstanding and deliver an experience that creates lasting, positive change.
