I was ordered to attended Solutions in Springboro through Warren County Court. The group session I attended lasted approx. 2 to 3 months just depending on attendence in the Tuesday night (Google Meet) class (1 1/2hrs). Class participants were also required to attend 1 individual meeting (1 hour) on Google meet once a month. Anqi was my counselor at Solutions. As much as I did not want to be involved with Solutions or Google meets, Anqi was able to keep me connected with the program and made it somewhat enjoyable. Anqi was very accommodating to contact with any questions or concerns. Anqi is an asset to Solutions and the the industry as a whole. It comes to the point if you are honest with your counselor and staying on the right path the class should not be an issue. Overall if someone I know was ordered to take the classes Solutions offers, I would have no problem referring them to Anqi and Solutions of Springboro. Thank you, Joe Williams

Brightview in Wilmington, Ohio has truly been a lifesaver for me. The staff there is truly compassionate and caring. I was an emotional mess when I first stopped there. I didn’t even have an appointment, but I knew I had to get help right away. I’ll be forever grateful to the nurse, Linda, who came to my aid. She welcomed me and my tears with open arms. All of the other staff are truly amazing as well. My Dr. Don truly has a heart of gold and my counselor Lisa is Heaven Sent! I’ve never felt judged or uncomfortable in any way. Everyone that works there is amazing! My thanks goes out to Paula, Lola, Amanda and ALL the staff that have been there to help me through the struggles life has thrown at me this last year. I can’t recall all the names of the other smiling faces that greet me each time I go there, but they all have a way of making me feel like I’m seeing a friend. Awesome job, Brightview! I really feel like God guided my way to you! Thank you!

The staff is amazing and caring. They truly want to help people and you can tell that they do. 100 out of 10 would recommend. Brightview is by far the best treatment center I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few. If you truly want to stay sober and have a great life then you should go and check them out. They work with everyone's schedules bc they know that life situations happen. I love this place and its one of the biggest helps in my recovery. Thank you Brightview for being such an amazing center!!!

I've struggled with alcohol and cocaine since I was a young kid. When my rock bottom hit rock bottom, I knew I needed help. While looking for rehabs, I found one in Tennessee. I took the 8 hour drive only to turn around and come home. I didn't like the vibe. I kept seeing cedar oaks come up on my searches. So I decided to call. BEST decision I've ever made. The staff saved my life!! Shout out to Dee Dee. I can't even describe the bond that we had from the get go! And I miss her terribly.I could never put into words what the staff did for me. I am 47 days sober and that is the longest period I've ever gone. Quiet atmosphere. Amazing staff. In the middle of nowhere. I give this place 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are struggling, I highly recommend it!!

I recently completed a 30-day stay at this residential alcohol rehab facility, and I can honestly say it was a life-changing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for by the entire staff. The nursing support staff was absolutely incredible — compassionate, empathetic, attentive, and always willing to listen. They made a difficult process feel much more manageable, and their kindness truly stood out. The BHT staff was equally wonderful: friendly, engaging, supportive, and always encouraging throughout my stay. The group sessions were one of the most impactful parts of the program. They provided deep personal insight, practical tools for long-term success, and created a strong sense of connection and support among peers. I left with a much greater sense of self-awareness and confidence moving forward in recovery. The environment itself was peaceful and healing. The facility sits on 112 acres of beautiful wooded surroundings that created a serene, calm, and tranquil atmosphere perfect for recovery and reflection. The activities offered were thoughtful, relaxing, and helped promote both mental and emotional wellness. The accommodations were comfortable, with adequate living space, private bathrooms, and comfortable beds that made the stay feel safe and relaxing. The food was another unexpected highlight — meals prepared by the executive chefs were consistently amazing and far exceeded expectations. Overall, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking help with recovery. The combination of caring staff, meaningful programming, beautiful surroundings, and supportive community made this an experience I will always be grateful for. Truly a 5-star program.

If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. In my opinion and experience, Eastway is the place to go get help. Thank you Eastway for your help and this "journey" I'm on with y'all.

Staff too work with great doctors.and I'm just not saying that just too be saying that it's true I've always been able too get my meds which is one of the important reason too go to eastway other than the nurse staff and Doctors.If you need help I highly recommend eastway.ps I'm doing very well on my meds and help from my case manager. Remember everything doesn't go your way . But the Doctors know thier job. You just have too do your part also.

The inpatient and out patient services are truly amazing and life saving. As someone who had done both and still uses the outpatient I’m beyond satisfied with how my treatment is going. This is the best clinic I have been to so far and I've been in treatment for over 10 years. Highly recommend this place to anyone look to start.The dr and counselors are very nice and willing to help you with your problems and really care. I switched because they offer split dosing because I was getting sick later in the day and all the other place didn't want to help but it is really going to be a big improvement for me.

Been going to the VA in Dayton for over 10 years. I have not had a bad experience there. I have been part of their smokers lung screening group for the last 5 years. They recently alerted me to a nodule that started growing fast. Since that discovery I've had pulmonaryscreening, PET scan and a biopsy. All in less than 3 weeks . They have been very attentive , honest and professional. The technology there is state of the art. In addition to all of this, everyone there treats me with absolute respect and honor. They always thank me for my service and I tell them that they are more deserving of thanks than me. A great hospital and organization.

Look I'm going to keep it 100 right I don't get how anyone that has been there more than once would give any less than five stars. For real this is the first time I've done a review and I did it cuz I seen some haters and I ain't with that especially when I know it's real. All right so I want to highlight a few things and people that should give you a clear picture if you ain't never been there. Angie and Vic stand out to me because they're the first people you see when you get there and they make you feel welcome and they are really on point when it comes to making things happen quickly. I got ADD that one way and I'm terrible with names and I wanted to put everybody in here but I'm about to leave some people out and I apologize. I've been to a few other treatment places and none of them can compare to the service and flexibility along with the way you feel like everybody really has an interest in your well-being. Trish is like a counselor now so it looks like she is in an even better role to personally affect people's lives and it's easy to see that her interest in your success is genuine. I've been going there since 2020 and they've always done their thing but here lately they really on top of their game. If you in a tight spot financially they gon work with you and now there even little things like free snacks and other things. They are involved every area of your life that you feel needs improvement. Mental and physical health services are part of the package and even tho the stigma of substance abuse has been declining they ensure your confidentiality and will help you with your legal matters or parole/probation which is a big deal if you got to deal with the system. There's a couple ladies I wanted to mention just cuz they of important role they play in the whole experience so I'm hoping I can edit this after I see them next week. Angie isn't there all the time but when she is she keeps things moving and I have to give the boss a shout out cuz every time I needed something that he could help with he didn't hesitate to make it happen. What's crazy is that even with all the requirements that you go through to get your meds (which they provide right there on site so you don't even have to go to a pharmacy) they get you in and out of there so much quicker than they used to. If it's your first day going there so I can say is be prepared for a long day and a thorough examination which is necessary to get you started the right way. But after that it's usually pretty quick and easy. Last thing I want to say is how awesome the providers are. They never rush you through and don't judge you or chastise you if you slip up. I've been clean of opiates since 6-17-2013 because of Suboxone and back when I started it was super expensive and hard to get. I'm glad times have changed and a place like Brightview in Fairfield, Ohio exists. 💯

Im a Big Fan of Brightview. I have been since day one. I would recommend it to anyone who was serious about getting help. If you just need an excuse it's not the right fit but if you are earnest it's the best place you could put your trust in. Only complaint I have is each Brightview location should have their own number so when an addict needs to talk to someone they have a number to reach their councler or Dr... I realize it's not ideal to be available 24/7 but it could save someone's life and wouldn't that make it all worthwhile. Thank you Brightview

This hospital is very caring and most of the staff cares as well. They try and help everyone they encounter but you have to use the tools they give you to succeed. They have an excellent mix of therapists, case managers, doctors, and nurses who makes sure your stay is not too unbearable. No one wants to be in a psych hospital but if you do have to go this place should be your choice compared to some other inpatient places in Cincinnati.

I was torn, but ultimately decide I would wait a month to post this to ensure my progress was sustainable, rather than just a temporary, positive boost from just finishing the program. The care in PHP is exceptional. I worked with a phenomenal, deeply passionate therapist, and the content we learned was genuinely revolutionary for me. The nursing education sessions were highly informative, and the psychiatric staff was incredibly understanding and helpful in identifying my specific needs. They provide fantastic strategies and tools that (when put into practice) have transformed by how I go about my life. My only concern involves some of the front desk and auxiliary staff. Interactions with them sometimes made it feel like patient needs were being disregarded. This was never personally; but anecdotally I noticed issues around accessibility needs not being met. Ultimately, the core program and clinical team are outstanding and deliver an experience that creates lasting, positive change. If you are seeking help, Beckett Springs is the place to support you in changing for the better.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND I cannot say enough wonderful things about Skylight Recovery in Dayton, Ohio. From intake to departure, they exceeded every expectation I had as a mother navigating one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the very beginning, the staff kept me informed every step of the way with my son’s approval, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. They guided both of us through the process with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. They even arranged an Uber pickup for my son, which was extremely convenient and helped make the transition into treatment much less stressful. They handled the FMLA and short-term disability paperwork professionally and efficiently, and even worked directly with his HR department to ensure everything was communicated properly. That level of support removed so much stress during an already emotional time. Christiana, the case manager, was absolutely amazing. She guided my son through the process, kept him informed, and reassured both of us that everything would be managed so we did not have to carry the burden alone. Her kindness, organization, and communication meant more than words can express. Mike was also incredibly supportive. He worked directly with my son in a way that was compassionate, open-minded, and understanding. It was clear he truly listened and cared about his recovery journey. And Kyle, I truly cannot say enough about this man. His support, compassion, and willingness to take the time to talk through concerns at any hour made such a difference for our family. He always made my son’s needs and best interests the priority, while also helping me feel supported and informed as a parent. The personal care and dedication he showed will never be forgotten. My son also shared how comfortable and safe he felt throughout his stay. The staff made him feel welcomed and supported from day one. He enjoyed the walks, the variety of group sessions, and even commented that the food was very good. Knowing he felt secure, cared for, and genuinely comfortable meant everything to me as a parent. I also want to specifically recognize Lorin, who was exceptional when working with insurance and managing the financial side of everything. I think this is my kids account but oh well. this is the best place for recovery. The front staff are so nice and they don't judge. They watch my son if he comes with me while I see the doc. but oh MAN Dr B is amazing. She has this office that is relaxing and cool, and she sees me. She really understands what my life has been like. I never had adoctor like her before. I wish she was my family doctor. She just makes it seem better when I tell her what is going on and how stressed out I am. Go to Clean Slate!

Idk I feel like this place does way better than any other place in dayton. I get my meds when I need them. Some body usually answers the phone depending on what day it is and time of day. I also like how all the Services all in one building. They Offer a lot of programs that will help you but you have to be willing to put in the work. Case management is amazing those woman that work up there are the best on what they do. Counseling is also really nice as well. I highly recommend this place to new and old Ohioans that want to work on them selfs.

I see a lot of mixed reviews and this is a personal preference. But my experience here has been more than satisfactory. Everyone has been more than helpful. Also not have I gone in and seen anyone in a bad mood. Personally a great place.
