I tell everyone I know to go to Bright view . I've been to a lot of treatment programs and this one in Centerville is by far the best I have been to . They also call me out on my bullshit but don't make me feel bad about myself or that I can't get back on track . They don't give up on you even if you e given up on yourself

Brightview has been my recovery home for six years now, and out of all the places I have received treatment, its by far the best. I started going there because someone told me they dont care about THC. This is true, they're chill about it. But I stayed because a) it actually felt like a doctor's office, instead of an apartment or house that had been rented to use as a treatment facility, and b) i felt and still feel like im actually cared for; they aren't just after my insurance claim. Last year I would have rated five stars. However, a change made last year has really stuck in my craw and upset me, and despite the feedback they've received from me and countless others, it's yet to be rolled back. Used to be, if you needed to speak to someone to find out what time your appt is, or get a message to your care team, you could call 24/7. NOW, only new patients can call and receive assistance after business hours. They contract their calls out to people who work from home, and they no longer have access to existing patient records after business hours. Maybe it's the industry standard, I wouldn't know. But it was and is still very disheartening, for people who work odd hours or sleep a lot due to depression 🙋‍♀️and cant always call during business hours. That's the ONLY reason I'm not giving 5*. I'm a patient at the Centerville office, and my girls there are truly like family to me. I've had several different doctors but its nothing like other facilities, with their revolving door of staff coming in and barely getting settled before theyre gone again. I got placed with a counselor who's been with brightview over 10 years, because i was tired of telling my life story over and over. I realized I had gotten everything I could out of a group setting, and they put me in a ghost group so I don't have to attend one anymore. Susan, my provider, is literally like the mom I always dreamed of having. She's so good at her job and she makes sure you know how much she cares for you. One last thing, since i know who is most likely reading these reviews. if youre on suboxone and tired of being ruled by a daily dose, consider the sublocade shot. They got me on it hwre. I was terrified because the withdrawal has always been so bad. With sublocade there was ZERO withdrawal as I made the switch, and ZERO withdrawal when tapering off. It takes about three months, and you're just OFF of it, without having to deal with any of the BS of withdrawal symptoms.

I’ve been going here since the beginning of my recovery and still going and I’m now 4 years clean of methamphetamines, but I really have to give all the glory to god and everything else to my counselor Sabrina Stiles!!! She has made all the difference in my recovery because she has been there and done that and learned her lesson the hard way, the very painful way and therefore she can relate and that itself makes a world of difference. Thank you Sabrina for being yourself all these years and also making yourself available no matter what for all of your patients. We are NOT just a number to you and you are very personable to each and very one of us that see you… thank you for everything you have given to your “counselor” position and to each and everyone of your patients. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way and I’m sure others can even add more to what I’ve said. But thank you again and we all love you!!!

This is the best clinic I have been to so far and I've been in treatment for over 10 years. Highly recommend this place to anyone look to start.The dr and counselors are very nice and willing to help you with your problems and really care. I switched because they offer split dosing because I was getting sick later in the day and all the other place didn't want to help but it is really going to be a big improvement for me.

They saved me when I was at my lowest. I think I paid close to 100k grand or so with the help of my insurance but all in all it was totally worth it. Hotel by the Sea Cincinnati is a life-changing facility with world class facilities, amenities, and staff. You’ll get the whole nine yards here, they’ll take great care of you.

The program itself is great. Some of the peer support could use a little more professionalism and training but overall the experience was great and helped me tremendously.

I honestly can’t speak enough in regards to the positivity that I personally received during my tenure in this facility. The staff there was second to none in terms of optimism, great attitude and a cheery nature of sorts, but at the same time, very much realistic. From the behavioral therapists, to the nurses station, right down to lunch ladies, an absolutely amazing group of individuals who walk with one while on their journey. Every individual that I encountered along the way was truly there with the purpose of guiding us on our path, and seeing us through just the same. Thank you so very much to all of the staff!!

There are moments when being both a family member and a professional in the field of substance use disorder makes you see things from a perspective that is difficult to put into words. This is one of those moments. My sister completes treatment tomorrow, and I cannot let this milestone pass without expressing my deepest gratitude to the entire team who cared for her. After more than 30 years of substance use and countless experiences with treatment, this is the first time my sister has successfully completed a treatment program. That alone makes tomorrow incredibly meaningful for our family. But what means even more to me is knowing that she was not simply treated for her substance use disorder she was cared for as a whole person. She entered treatment with serious and critical health concerns that required attention, advocacy, and compassionate care. Those concerns were recognized and addressed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure her health and safety were not overlooked, and that her needs were treated with the dignity and seriousness they deserved. As someone who works professionally in the SUD field, I know how much goes into helping someone reach this point. I understand the importance of consistency, compassion, boundaries, clinical skill, medical attention, and perhaps most importantly having people who continue to see the person underneath the addiction. But as her sister, I experienced something even more personal... relief and hope. For the first time in a very long time, my family could breathe a little easier knowing she was somewhere safe, seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Recovery is not easy. Thirty years of addiction does not disappear in a month. Completing treatment does not mean the journey is over. But completing treatment after decades of struggle is a tremendous accomplishment, and she should be incredibly proud of herself. The encouragement and coordinated care for her discharge planning was imperative. This was executed with precision as well. To every person who played a part in her care, thank you. Thank you for showing up for her. Thank you for taking her health concerns seriously. Thank you for seeing beyond her history and recognizing the person she still was underneath all of it. Thank you for giving her the opportunity to experience treatment differently this time. As a professional, I appreciate the quality of care you provided. As her sister, I will never forget it. I have been a patient at the Lindner Center of Hope since 2020. In that time, I have received many of the services that Lindner has to offer, from rapid access, to inpatient, to residential, to PHP, to outpatient therapy and psychiatry. I wanted to leave a review in case anyone is in a place where they really need help, to highly recommend the Lindner Center. It has been completely transformational for me and a large part of the reason I have been able to recover from and now maintain my mental health since my diagnosis. The providers I have seen genuinely care about me and are extremely knowledgeable. The organization as a whole also truly cares about the health and wellbeing of its patients and community, frequently putting on free events to educate people on mental health. They’ve even had a patient advisory committee to seek patient input on their decisions. I have always been helped quickly, whether that’s with admission or getting on someone’s schedule rapidly to get the care I need in the moment I need it. I have even received financial assistance that one of the providers helped secure for me. Providers at LCOH throughly assessed and confirmed a confusing and difficult diagnosis for me, and worked with me over the years to find the right medication regimen for where I was at during each phase since my initial episode(s). The individual counseling and group DBT/other group work I participated in allowed me to work through a lot of damage and acquire skills to rebuild my life. Has every employee I’ve interacted with or every day/single activity of a service I ever received been 100% perfect? Of course not, but mental health is extremely difficult to treat, and the staff certainly deals with a lot each day. The VAST majority of my experiences have been OVERWHELMINGLY positive and I would expect-as with anything else in life-to have some moments where I am a little disappointed. I have no doubt that every provider I’ve worked with has had my best interest in mind, and I trust the care plans laid out for me. My therapist has truly been a life saver for me and I plan to keep my medication management and counseling with the Lindner Center indefinitely. Please try this place out if you are struggling!

I personally went here when I got sick and this place saved my life! I go every three months now and I would recommend to anybody! The people here are so caring and they are willing to work with your schedule! This place helps so many people live normal lives!

If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. In my opinion and experience, Eastway is the place to go get help. Thank you Eastway for your help and this "journey" I'm on with y'all.

Not sure why VA Health gets a bad reputation with facilities like the Dayton VA Medical Center around. I have been using this facility for a year now and its been nothing but a positive experience. Staff and doctors have been helpful, understanding, and have provided top notch care. This facility provides care for everything possible and if they cant fit you in they will refer you out to community care. Only negative thing I can say is after the new system was in place messaging has become a little less effective. Hopefully that will get better after everyone gets better using it.

I've been going here for over 5 years and when i say that everyone is above and beyond that is an understatement!!! The MA is so nice, and she draws blood so quickly and easy! the nurses are fast with dosing, and my counselor is top tier! i will recommend this to a few of my friends. This place has changed my life i couldn't have been happier starting here!

Ive been going on methadone since oct 2021 and it saved my life i started here left 4 a yr but came back and honestly it has its problems but what program dont overall if your willing to put the effort in its def the place to go

I don't really understand where all of the negative reviews are coming from. This place is genuinely lifesaving. The PHP/IOP programs are group therapy in a class-like setting where you learn coping/emotional regulation skills. As long as you're willing to put in the effort then this place can really make a positive change. Most of the staff are very caring, and Madi in particular is genuinely one of the best people they could have had for the job here. I'd really recommend Beckett if you need a higher level of care than individual therapy, I have had a lot of success here.

This hospital is very caring and most of the staff cares as well. They try and help everyone they encounter but you have to use the tools they give you to succeed. They have an excellent mix of therapists, case managers, doctors, and nurses who makes sure your stay is not too unbearable. No one wants to be in a psych hospital but if you do have to go this place should be your choice compared to some other inpatient places in Cincinnati.

I was torn, but ultimately decide I would wait a month to post this to ensure my progress was sustainable, rather than just a temporary, positive boost from just finishing the program. The care in PHP is exceptional. I worked with a phenomenal, deeply passionate therapist, and the content we learned was genuinely revolutionary for me. The nursing education sessions were highly informative, and the psychiatric staff was incredibly understanding and helpful in identifying my specific needs. They provide fantastic strategies and tools that (when put into practice) have transformed by how I go about my life. My only concern involves some of the front desk and auxiliary staff. Interactions with them sometimes made it feel like patient needs were being disregarded. This was never personally; but anecdotally I noticed issues around accessibility needs not being met. Ultimately, the core program and clinical team are outstanding and deliver an experience that creates lasting, positive change. If you are seeking help, Beckett Springs is the place to support you in changing for the better.
