I ve been going to this clinic for over a decade for severe mental illness and as my primary care provider. As a long term patient there, I know most of the staff by name. I have a lot of love and respect for the staff especially my doctor Deborah Katz, they treat you like family. They care about your health and wellbeing. The negative comments on here are just Karen s and Kevin s complaining because they have nothing else to do with their lives. I recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone I know. I refuse to see another clinic.

I love this place! The people there make it feel like home. There is absolutely NO JUDGMENT! I am able to take the meds i need for my brain to heal while I go to therapy and work to be a better person each day. I am thankful for recovery. I have been helped in a very difficult situation when crisis services were utilized. I have been attending therapy sessions with Dr. Alicia Moran. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful she is. I will say that our sessions are not always easy - she consistently challenges me to think differently, alas, allowing room for growth.... if I so choose to rise to the challenge and not allow myself to wallow in a victimized mindset. My marriage was a wreck. I had been to other counselors in the area. I just didn’t see any positive results from the level of care that I was receiving. I felt hopeless and that my marriage was over. A friend of mine could see my struggles and asked me to give New Hope counselors a try. I had never heard of them before. With nothing to lose, I made an appointment and am so thankful that I did. I have been going for a while now and life is getting better. There is still work to do, but I am getting better. My marriage is getting better. The kids are not as distant from me as they were before. My counselor really connected with me. They explained hard truths to me so that I could understand them and accept them to begin healing myself and my family. I really felt a personal connection at New Hope and I believe that is what helped me the most. I felt like my counselor was really interested in me and my situation. Not just treating me the same as everyone coming in their door.

Stop researching treatment centers because this one is hands down the best!! I've been to several treatment centers and The Ridge is in a league of their own- for all the good reasons! Yes, it is a beautiful home like atmosphere with a lot of luxuries and outstanding food but the main reason I found The Ridge so helpful to me was the loving and supportive staff and amazing program. And the support doesn't stop when you leave! I enrolled in IOP and am plugged into the many alumni events they host. My recovery community is filled today with Ridge Alum and I owe my recovery to the tools I learned at The Ridge and all the continue support I get from them.

The Ridge is an incredible place to go to for treatment. They keep you plenty busy with group therapy sessions as well as 1 on 1 sessions with a councilor, and there are lots of things to do during recreation time. I’m grateful I was able to find a treatment center with staff that truly care about me and work to foster a friendly environment among all patients. If you’re looking for help I can think of no better place to go to than the Ridge for residential treatment.

I love this place! The staff are all incredibly sweet. They have snacks & hot chocolate for when you re in the induction room waiting on meds or your first time starting mat. They have either intensive outpatient or regular outpatient. The decision is based on the care they believe you need to succeed in your journey. Everyone is different. If you choose to do mat or come for groups/therapy, that s your choice. As long as you re not here from either jail or court. For me, I come once every week & I will soon go down yo bi weekly & then monthly. You have the option here to see a psychiatrist, which in my opinion is just great. Not all of us can find resources that work in our favor where they re all in the same building. They work with your schedule & needs. Please take the time to give this place a try if it s your first time seeking help for outpatient care. They are genuinely friendly & helpful. Great place to be now. Doctors,counselors,nurses, etc. Better ran now than before.Just took away a star because of how every time you need something and call and I needed to speak to my counselor for a minute has nothing to do with her but they want to know and ask and get rude if you don't tell them your private information that is supposed to be confidential..... It's understandable that they're trying to see if they can help with anything. But to keep prying to try to find out what it is about etc. Is not okay. Counselors and are the ones that, "need to know", why i need to speak with them. Period.

I am new to the VA Healthcare system and had my initial primary care visit today at the Clermont County VA Clinic and I was very impressed with the quality of care I received. The doctor was very thorough, listened to my concerns, and performed a detailed medical checkup. The RN and LPN were also very thorough and I felt they did their job great. The Check-in and Check-out staff were friendly and helpful. The "Vampire Team" who drew my blood for the lab work was awesome; I didn't feel a thing. Great job Clermont County VA Clinic! Keep up the great work!

I completed here. Then went to transitional housing. They provide and help with multiple services and so much help. and I am still helping myself and getting help and still I remain sober and clean as a whistle. You have to sit still and be patient. God bless Thank you TCC

It is what it is, a methadone clinic. If you want to get sober it will work for you. If you don't want to get sober and want to play with methadone, we'll you'll get what's coming to you. All places have good and bad people but this program will work if you work it.
