Our father was in extended care on the third floor from Dec. 26th until he passed away on Dec.30th. He received excellent care from the entire staff and our family was continually asked if we were ok and if we needed anything. Everyone on the staff was kind and caring and did their best to make sure our Father was comfortable. Losing family is never easy but HDH allowed all of our family to be with him. Our experience was excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I gave HDH a bad rating on a previous review because of what I was billed for blood labs, and I'm still unhappy about that.
This 5 star is for the ladies in registration. In these times it's very hard to find good customer service.
I can say for a fact you'll find it when you sign in at HDH. They'll definitely go out of their way to track down whatever info they need to get you signed in. We were helped by Abby, who worked hard to find the department where the needed information was sent. And one of the other ladies walked to that office to find what was needed. I was very impressed with them and HDH is lucky to have good employees like that. A++++

Been going there for Years. I would of be in jail if it wasn't for my family and the caring people of SPVM. I have a lot of anger problems. They taught me a lot of coping skills that I still use today. Thank you so much to the people at SPVM.
