I came through this facility twice. Back in 2022 I did 28 days when that was still apart of the program and completed. I came back Jan 8th, 2023 with the intentions of leaving the next day to go to a sober living because of transportation issues the day before and had no where to go. The staff greeted me with open arms and convinced me that I was right where God intended for me to be, not to mention I had a warrant. Within a week, the case department got my warrant revoked and got me back on the docket with a new court date. So I decided to do the short term again. After a couple of weeks, my brothers in the program had me really take a look at what God was doing for me and how far id come in such a short time and convinced me to sign up for long term. Life finally started to look up for me at this point. I trudged thru, learned to life skills on how to stay sober, and made some life long friends. Now... I get to give back to the program who gave some much to me. Im at their Chaplin Facility working House Management as Lead 2nd Shift Client Support. But God...

I came to Isaiah House main campus in July of 2024 hurt, broken and totally at the end of the road. I have used alcohol and drugs the past 45 years of my life trying to stop on my own lots of times but couldn't do it. When I walked through the doors I was amazed by the staff how they welcomed me. Now 8 months later after they literally loved me back to life I am proud to say that I am sober which my family thought would be impossible and very proud to be a staff member and will graduate in June of the long term program. I found God there which I had never had in my life and the tools they gave me and God's blessings I am alive now and the happiest that I have ever been in my life.
If you are struggling as I was I would recommend you call Isaiah House and let us change your life like they have mine.

Avenues Recovery Center in Clarksville, Indiana, is an inpatient drug and alcohol detox and rehab center. They strive to provide individuals receiving treatment with a loving environment and attentive medical care. You’ll be away from toxic environments and triggers and have the opportunity to focus on developing life skills that will support you | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I came to Avenues in Clarksville, Indiana, coming off a cocaine bender — and the love and support I received from the staff truly helped me begin rebuilding my life.
Jessica and Shelby, the intake coordinators, were exceptional. They supported me every single step of the way with genuine care and compassion.
Chantel is my favorite BHT — I love her! She has such a kind heart and always shows up with consistency and grace. She’s a valuable asset to the recovery center.
Starr is a powerhouse. She busts her tail every shift she works and gives 100% to her job and the clients. She’s one of the hardest workers in the building, and it shows.
Joe is exceptional as well — supportive, dependable, and real.
Sunshine, my case manager (for the second time!), is amazing. She supports you through everything but still holds you accountable, and that balance is exactly what recovery requires.
Jordan and Samantha bring life and light into the facility. Jordan brings the peace and presence of the Lord that so many of us in recovery need — I personally value every conversation I’ve had with her.
Stefany is wonderful too — she knows how to lighten the mood and make people smile, even on the tough days.
Jenna works hard every single day making sure clients get to group and stay on track — her dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.
Gonza is the most valuable asset in group facilitation. He taught me to truly understand the problem and how to face it. He’s cool as a fan and knows how to connect with people.
Crystal and the entire nursing staff, including Danielle, are exceptional. They keep everything running smoothly and make you feel cared for — their energy keeps everyone grounded.
If I could give one suggestion, it would be to review the leadership on second shift — there are other staff members who show real diligence and could make a strong impact in that role.
Overall, I’m deeply grateful to Avenues Recovery for bringing me closer to my family, my higher power, and my sobriety. This place — and these people — have truly changed my life. Starr will always stand out in my mind as one of the best.

I love STEPWORKS in Nicholasville, KY. My therapist was Alaina and she was such an amazing, caring, listener when I needed her. She is highly compassionate and intelligent in her field. She knew everything I needed her for and never let me down. Jen, the Facility Administrator, is such a sweetie. She listened and gave me great advice. The staff is truly emphatic. They have various addiction backgrounds and knew all the right things to say. They gave me advice I will keep with me forever. Duke, the amazing Duke. I will miss that little guy with all my heart. "Puppy!" is such an outgoing ESA dog. He loves everyone he meets and for being 9ish years old is still the king of his castle. He is so loving and a great fit to keep love in the air there. Having Duke there to lend his 4 legged care and compassion makes StepWorks such a loving place. Some might say they wanted to leave or they didn't like being there. Those people didn't finish the program or take it seriously. I wanted to leave numerous times, but after a while it wasn't because of the program, but issues I was having mentally. After talking with the staff and doing the much needed changes to myself mentally, I realized it was me and not them. You have to take the program seriously to benefit from it. You have to follow the rules, be involved with the classes, do your chores appropriately... All to gain what is needed to live the sober life. Don't use the program as a way to have shelter, food, utilities, to meet a lover. You will not gain what you need to keep from being a statistic. Do as your supposed to, and you will leave there a new person and a changed sober person. I did and I'm not looking back. Thank you StepWorks for all you did for me. I'm glad I didn't leave, I'm glad I followed the program and rules, and I know I'll be successful in life when I wouldn't have made it without your help. Love you all!!! Rehab Chick for life!! You’ll benefit from a safe, stable environment with ongoing emotional and medical support, c | Treatments Programs Payment Options | UPDATE***. You see the original comment, they stood over my shoulder as I typed it. Landmark recovery on fern valley rd is a JOKE!!! The comments you see about the CEO not giving a crap about what goes on in her facility is true!! Let’s just say there was a survey that went around and baby I filled it from front to back, corners and all! I had so much to say that I got to sit down with the CEO & Co-CEO to get a fill for the new things & better opportunities that were getting ready to be put into place. As I read the comments I see that was a lie. Also the whole paper thing was suppose to be anonymous but they matched my hand writing to the daily check ins we did. YOU WILL BE TAKING COLD SHOWERS WITH SEWER FLIES!!! The water supply is a 5-gallon igloo bucket thing with the spout at the bottom which is very important bc when it’s time to be refilled, guess what, it’s rolled into the bathroom & filled with sink water. For the amount of money spent here, things could go be sooooo much better & still be the bare minimum experience. They’ll answer the phone to get you in the door, sell you a bunch of lies about the “the state of art facility” and it’ll sound good. & look good to upon first entry and where the family meetings and public eyes can see. But once you cross that wooden door, it’s a all a lie. Welcome to hell! I would never recommend anyone to go here. I will say, the names mentioned were definitely great people, I would reconnect with again. But that place, is one of the reason I have remained sober. I refuse to go back, please go with a different facility if you can. This place will definitely be investigated one day!! Best wishes to you all.
