I have been using this facility for a year now and its been nothing but a positive experience. Staff and doctors have been helpful, understanding, and have provided top notch care. This facility provides care for everything possible and if they cant fit you in they will refer you out to community care. Only negative thing I can say is after the new system was in place messaging has become a little less effective. Hopefully that will get better after everyone gets better using it. I go every three months now and I would recommend to anybody! The people here are so caring and they are willing to work with your schedule! This place helps so many people live normal lives! Mary Coffman 3 months ago If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. This place is genuinely lifesaving. The PHP/IOP programs are group therapy in a class-like setting where you learn coping/emotional regulation skills. As long as you're willing to put in the effort then this place can really make a positive change. Most of the staff are very caring, and Madi in particular is genuinely one of the best people they could have had for the job here. I get my meds when I need them. Some body usually answers the phone depending on what day it is and time of day. I also like how all the Services all in one building. They Offer a lot of programs that will help you but you have to be willing to put in the work. Case management is amazing those woman that work up there are the best on what they do. The amount of times I was ready to ASA and get outta dodge was insane, but there was one specific constant in my 3 months at Woodhaven. A reminder whenever I doubted myself, and a reason to stay when I didnt value myself as a reason. Destiny, the RA. She never made me feel any less than human for being there, she was always there when I needed a shoulder to lean on, when I needed to talk. Or when I needed to be convinced that leaving was a mistake. I am just under two weeks away from 7 months sober, and I truly have Destiny to thank for believing in my every step of the way. EVERY person working there is amazing and will help you with anything they can. Sad to see Brittany go she was a great counselor. I’ve read the few negative reviews and without question can tell you they aren’t true. I was one of their first clients and they definitely worked with my work schedule and whatever else i had come up in life. Honestly no bs there isn’t a single thing i can say bad about them at all. I am very grateful for everything they have done for me and the big part they played in changing my life. All the nurses, doctor's and counselor's are all loving caring nonjudging and do all they can for you to succeed in your journey of sobriety.. spero is by far the best Suboxone treatment clinic of all places,I would highly recommend going to this place if you need help on becoming sober and changing your line around,they go out of they're way to help you even if you need a place to live, a job medical, mental health and anything else you may need help with... Harry 2 years ago I’m going to make a different kind of review for PC because I personally don’t go there but I know several people who have been in the program for many years & some who are still in the program. Through those people I feel I can make a review especially since I’ve been familiar with it for over 15 years . I have personally gotten to know people myself due to me knowing people going there awhile . I know some of these friendships outside of the program . Some of the same People ride to PC together every morning on the days they go & this to has become a routine . They call to make sure each other is up & ready . They have even become friends with their driver who picks them up. They acknowledge Birthdays , Christmas & sometimes even exchange small gifts because it’s “ the thought that counts.” With the building closing on Daruma Pkwy , Clients have to chose between 2 other locations to go to which means people will not get to see their usual friends or the people they are use to seeing on a daily basis. I seriously feel bad for everyone having to make that decision. I believe part of rehabilitation is having someone to talk to, having a social life & being around others that you have known for years. Not everyone will be able to go to the same location so it’s sad that they have to split up like they are . I thought the bldg on Daruma was a great location & near the bus line as well. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. My previous doctor had abruptly moved to Spain and being stranded without a referral to ensure no lapses in prescription refills was very difficult. They were very empathetic and treated my situation with urgency. They continue to accommodate any scheduling conflicts I have and go out of their way to make sure my medication is sent on time. She made sure not to rush the process (I had this poor woman on the phone FOREVER) and answered every question I had with enthusiasm and kindness and let me speak with Lindsey (who was also amazing) to make sure my specific questions were answered correctly before returning back to her to complete scheduling. She was incredibly professional (they both were) and very personable, incredibly understanding, and extremely helpful. She made a very intimidating process super delightful and less overwhelming.
