Everything move smoothly from the check-in at the Surgery pavilion, to the surgery rooms, and for my case, onto hospital room for 4 nights recovery. The room is private, very big with large sofa like chair at the end and a huge bathroom. I liked the food, you can even special order from a menu. My Dr had a difficult surgery and altho it was Thanksgiving day, he checked in on me every day. The team of nurses working around the clock are excellent, caring, helpful, will do anything you ask. All in all, excellent hospital care.

I really appreciate the help with sobriety and the clinical team and my therapist Leanna. I am very comfortable sharing what I have on my mind and don’t feel judged for it. The only bad thing I have to say is that the contracts we sign have no meaning and people are free to act how they want with no reprimand because it seems to me that they want to keep the people here for the insurance money and don’t want to address any issues that would cause drama here. I was told to sweep conflict under the rug and to ignore something that happened to me. CAM has by far been the best program I’ve been on. I was at another program (Cherryhill) for years & that place Hod change your whole energy. I would go in happy, come out in a horrible mood! There were a few good people there like Mrs. Hope & Nurse Michelle & a few good counselors, but at CAM, everyone has been amazing! From the beautiful woman at the front to the nurses & counselors, I am grateful for each one of them. I’ve been clean for 14 years & continue to be clean because of CAM.

I learned a lot of valuable skills at Relevance. Gracie was a phenomenal counselor who was empathetic with great boundaries. Latifah helped me so much with guidance, med management and life skills. Chelsea was incredible at teaching and explaining DBT. The only pressing issue I had during treatment was difficulty receiving case management needs. Amatus Health as a company and organization is top notch in my experience. My personal story began at ADC(Atlanta Detox Center) where I was greeted by friendly faces and warm welcomes-I was treated like a human being and comforted through my detox. Then I went on to GATC(Georgia Addiction Treatment Center) for my next level of care-where the same warm welcome was extended.
I always felt safe and cared for. Groups helped me develop insight and awareness. The clinical staff remained vigilant and available for my recovery planning and stayed willing to help.
I am now 9 months clean and I owe a huge part of my new life to Amatus Health-ADC&GATC.

I go here, I have since December so it's been 6 months now. And while I like it here and everyone is so nice and kind. Everything moves slow. I understand they have other people and other paperwork being pushed through, I've just personally never been to a clinic that is this slow with process paperwork. Like every 30 days you're eligible for phasing up if you're doing good and everything looks good clean urines etc I've had clean Urines for almost 2 1/2 years and been here 6 months and STILL coming in twice a week. The last clinic I was at I had already gotten 2 weeks take homes by the time I was going on my 3rd month! So if paperwork could get processed faster this place would be great! So for that reason I'm only giving 4 starts!

I've been a client here for awhile....I just read some of the reviews left by former clients & employees... most if not all of the problems they listed either have been dealt with.... or did not occur in suite 201....now suite 101....I don't go there so I can't say... but wait times have improved significantly upstairs, I'm very happy with my current counselor, Ms Betty...and hope things stay this way.

My husband (a veteran) went to the ER this morning. Come to find out, he has to get his gallbladder removed! When we got home he went straight to sleep and I went ahead and was trying to get everything set up for him (surgery, consult appointment, etc). I had so much trouble and unhelpful people on the phone through the general VA line. On a whim, I came into this clinic needing help on a situation regarding his surgery. I was met with a very, very nice lady named Miesha. She went above and beyond to help me. She gave me tips and advice on what to do next time this would happen (my husband hasn’t been to the ER under VA insurance until today). She went out of her way to show me things that she didn’t need to, and even provided me a Manila envelope and a binder clip for all my documents! From there, Kim (a nurse) took over and also went above and beyond to help me! I let her know how much pain my husband was in and got the head nurse to help! While waiting, she was so nice to converse with and I enjoyed getting to know her. Christine was amazing in ensuring we would get into a surgery consult ASAP. She’s very kind and straight to the point! She was very eager to help me. I am not a veteran myself, so the fact that I spent at least an hour there getting information from everyone and they didn’t make a DIME off of me is something that’s unheard of nowadays. Thank you Miesha, Kim, and Christine for helping me! I wish I could have you all as MY primary care. ( :

Well- very good methadone program. You are assigned a counselor. You attend groups to help keep you sober. They do drug test with surprise drug test weekly monthly depending on how long you have been with the program and if your urine are clean. They understand relapses happen. My favorite part is if you give clean urines-see your counselor-go to groups-report to recalls- you do earn take homes. You start out coming to medmark 6 days a week. But you can earn take homes after a few months and only have to come in every 2 weeks or once a month. Best decision of my life.
