It has been my intention to update my review for a while now, however I would get caught up in one thing or another and forget. I am absolutely pleased with the level of respect and professionalism that my family has received here. From the moment that we step foot inside, we are greated with pleasant smiles and warm welcomes. The staff is amazing and the same impression I have received in person carries over through phone conversations. I am so thankful that I decided to give them a real chance and not let one bad apple spoil this experience for my family. To anyone who may be looking for a place to go for help, I would highly encourage you to give Health Care Living at Lord Baltimore Dr a chance. I recommend them whenever I can. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the people who call you on the phone, to the doctors, the mentors, and the therapist are awesome! Everyone here works with you to assure that your family receives the quality of care that is needed. I wish every business operated in the same manner. To the Health Care Living staff, I want to apologize for not updating my review sooner. A bad review could equal disaster for a business, and I realize that. Tranquility woods has been transformative for me. The Clinicians were awesome. The grounds serene. I met with my Therapist 4 times a week. I had a weekly massage, acupuncture, great food and met friends for life. It was a emotional rollercoaster, but I was able to start healing from my trauma. Im grateful I gave myself this gift of recovery. Now the real work begins.

Came here for 30 days and got the help I needed. The property is beautiful with lots of wildlife. Tucked away so it's very quiet and peaceful. The house are very nice and cozy. The staff was great as well. My fave PAs were Ryan and Chris. My clinicians were Doug and Edwin who were wonderful and really helped me work thru my issues. I would "100%" recommend.

Im thankful for going from prison to Gaudenzia. The first day Guy said we got you just do your part. Thankful for having Miss Kristen as a counselor before she moved on. Very grateful and thankful for Mrs Amy who became my counselor who showed how much she cares for her clients to succeed. Im thankful for Ms Rene who held me down at court and was always there when I had a question. Thankful for Mrs Chantel with the unlimited life skills information, can’t forget Mr Anthony, Mr George, Miss Stacey and all their positive insight and meaningful information. Im thankful for Mrs Brooks who holds down the front desk and always stepped in to help with my passes. I can’t forget the RSP’s they been in our shoes and want us to get it right. Catrina had done a great job with me, when I got out of jail the judge ordered me to this program, it wasn't my first go around with them, but luckily it is my last , not in a bad way. Looking into IOP can be a daunting task, because the process is intense and can make you feel anxious. But dealing with Kolmac from the people who walk you through the process on the phone in the beginning, to the counselors (shout out to Lisa and Katelynn) in group and individual sessions, everyone was absolutely wonderful. All the folks I met in group were the best and in large part due the people I met there I completed the program in such a better place mentally and spiritually I still can’t come up with the words of appreciation to thank them enough! The process is the the payoff! Kolmac was great! Thank you for everything! Highly recommend!

Kolmac will save your life, literally. They are great at creating a treatment plan to meet every individual person, and the medication certainly makes it easy to quit drinking. My facilitator, Lisa Stalnaker, is the absolute best. She is so caring and attentive to each and every patient, and really makes the meetings enjoyable, fun, and engaging. I can't say enough great things about her. I highly recommend Kolmac to anyone struggling with addiction.

Lisa and Katelynn are rockstars and have helped tremendously with my addiction by providing applicable (real life) coping skills and techniques, and for just being incredibly people both professionally and personally! I will rate Chrysalis House based on when I was there and when it was being ran by different staff and Mrs Carisaa was there. Other than that I can not speak for the program after Mrs. Carissa left. When I was there it was tough but it is what i needed. I have never been to a program that actually cared and literally internally got to me dug up some buried issues and I worked on them. Mrs. MELVINA was my counselor, she was amazing. Most of the staff had went through addiction. Mrs Denise was amazzziiinnggg i never felt uncomfortable, leaving my son with them during the day. The whole staff at that time was amazing. Yes, it was very strict, but they did it in a loving way because they did not want us to die. I know countless women That graduated the Chrysalis House and are still clean. I have ten fifteen, close lifelong friends that I had met at Chrysalis and that are still clean to this day. I have never went to a treatment that had this much success. Like I said, I cannot speak for the new staff, but it sounds like it is still a great program.While I was there and before I left, they were building on the new addition which was beautiful.It was finished before I left but was not open yet. A woman and children's program is needed and I hope that this one is ran as good as it was when I was there.I'm sure it is. I felt so safe with my children. I'll forever be grateful for Mrs. Carissa and all the staff.

I was someone who stayed here for so time almost a year. I know you can't please everyone but they did try to. Most of the residential staff was wonderful very attentive to the clients needs. The two that I felt that went beyond their job was Simone and Melissa I felt very safe and comfortable w them and they are some of the most compassionate, caring staff I have come across I truly believe they are at their job not only for a paycheck but to help. Thank you to all the residential staff. The clinical team here is beyond amazing I am actually lost for words how much the team does. They are all very passionate about their job and they make u feel welcomed and safe . I honestly believe if you are willing to chose recovery Chrysalis House will and can help 💯

From the moment I got on the phone with them, I felt like someone actually heard me . They didn’t push me or judge me—just straight up helped me figure out what I needed. The place had a super chill energy, kind of like a breath of fresh air after all the chaos I’d been through .What hit different was the way they blended structure with real understanding. It wasn’t just "do this, follow that"—they actually asked what worked for me. Big win. I got my head clear, my heart a little lighter, and finally feel like I’m not stuck anymore 🎧.

My experience from day one, has been extremely positive. I have had support presently and in the past. All the Staff are very positive, supporting and fight for you, when you might need a little more extra help, due to some mental issues or physical, or emotional. They are there for you 100% . I want to mention My Counselor, Ms. D. Herrera... She is the Best, Most, Supportive, Positive, Strong and Caring Counselor-(Drug).... I have ever had. The care team assigned to my father’s care the day shift & night shift staffs are very quick to respond, whenever the bed alarm goes off in couple seconds the staffs are there to make sure that my father is alright the team work is awesome, both of them when they arrived gloves on already swiftly assitsing me while I’m assisting my dather as well. The people at this facility are amazing, and simply are saving lives. I would ignore the anon person below, they are likely incompetent or fail to understand the true nature of SUD treatment. The cops and the local hospital are incompetent as well, and often are extremely unprofessional. I would do your due diligence and take in many points of data - my child left the facility changed and for the better

A family member attended Sandstone for mental health and addiction treatment. After numerous attempts at other facilities, Sandstone was truly the catalyst for change. My family member is doing well and I'm deeply grateful that Sandstone was able to open their eyes in a way no other program was able to. CAM has by far been the best program I’ve been on. I was at another program (Cherryhill) for years & that place Hod change your whole energy. I would go in happy, come out in a horrible mood! There were a few good people there like Mrs. Hope & Nurse Michelle & a few good counselors, but at CAM, everyone has been amazing! From the beautiful woman at the front to the nurses & counselors, I am grateful for each one of them. I’ve been clean for 14 years & continue to be clean because of CAM.

Would HIGHLY recommend exploring treatment options with Kolmac if you’re ready to step into your recovery. ❤️‍🩹 I completed the 90(ish) day IOP program attending online group sessions three times a week for three hours in addition to individual medical appts/medication management and individual treatment plan planning. I had the incredible pleasure of working with Lisa S as my group counselor. She was professional, compassionate and understanding of the needs of her group members. She maintained a healthy and safe environment for us to all lean into the process at our own pace and found ways to relate to everyone regardless of situation. My medical/medication management was also all handled via telehealth. I felt heard when discussing my apprehension to some medications and was made to feel like the process to improve my health and the decisions being made around it were collaborative. Katelyn was my individual counselor and assisted me with developing my treatment plan. She is an absolute sweetheart and though early in her career was able to provide guidance and encouragement that felt beyond her years. I am actively transitioning to their continuing care program and look forward to seeing how far I can go with such a strong team behind me. 97 days!!!
