It has been my intention to update my review for a while now, however I would get caught up in one thing or another and forget. I am absolutely pleased with the level of respect and professionalism that my family has received here. From the moment that we step foot inside, we are greated with pleasant smiles and warm welcomes. The staff is amazing and the same impression I have received in person carries over through phone conversations. I am so thankful that I decided to give them a real chance and not let one bad apple spoil this experience for my family. To anyone who may be looking for a place to go for help, I would highly encourage you to give Health Care Living at Lord Baltimore Dr a chance. I recommend them whenever I can.
