I ended up at this facility a few years ago, and I finally feel like I’m able to express what went on. I came here fleeing a trafficking situation and struggling with substance abuse. The staff did not treat me like a human being. They mocked me, made patronizing comments, shamed me, they made me feel like I deserved all the trauma I was trying to escape. After 3 days of begging to leave they let me go. Because of this place I do not trust medical professionals or therapists to this day.

I've never had a problem with BHN in the ten plus years I have been here, the only problem I had which was years ago was the constant switching of therapists, mine always seemed to leave after a month or three of working with me.

I have been going here for about a year. My therapist is awesome I have had no problems. Whenever I have had an issue my therapist has been there for me. I would not go back to my former therapist.

Doctor Walvek is an absolute gift from gods in the dental world. He’s is attentive, he educates you in your situation, offered solutions and listens to your concerns. Every second you are being treated by him you feel the professionalism and can tell without a doubt he truly loves his field of work. I hope and beg he never leaves. The hilltowns in my opinion has never had a dentist this great. I hope the office does everything in their power to keep him there.

Bloodwork didn’t get forwarded but everyone was so kind and worked with me to find a way to get it done. I really feel they treated me like a friend not just a number. So glad we have the health center here.

Addiction treatment at it's best! Really great people, super helpful; love the IOP groups and the individual counseling - the counselors are all really great! They also offer Early Recovery support groups, days and evenings, and that is really helpful, to have that available around my work schedule! Overall, and excellent experience!

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here! I have seen many therapists in the past due to my depression, etc but, the therapist I have there actually takes the time to listen and gives me great advice and other ways of coping.

Used to be okay. Nowadays you have to race and cross your fingers to manage to get at least a 5 second call with the front desk to schedule any sort of appointment or conversation. The last 10 times I’ve tried calling I have either been refused service with a covid excuse, been left on hold for an hour until I’m forced to leave, or I have been straight hung up on. I have other options now unfortunately, kind of scummy they had to use the “due to covid” excuse to avoid providing psychiatric help.

The Brightwood staff are wonderful. I found them to be attentive, thorough and I never felt rushed. Thank you.

I'am lucky to have the best physician in the world. Dr Jeff Scavron. I'am 65 years old and have been with him since I was 17. I have always been seen reasonably quick and have received the best care from him and his staff. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I continue to express my gratitude for this practice. In over a decade I am confident I've found a doctor that listens to me and validates my concerns. They're very accommodating and have helped me so much these past three years. I asked for help and they answered. Their customer service is excellent and consistent every time. This hospital has saved my behind many times. The staff are kind, accommodating, and professional. The doctors are knowledgeable and considerate. I believe the 2.6 star rating is inaccurate and due to ppl who are impatient.

I think hospital reviews are bogus, as it's probably all about ER waiting times, which understandably are frustrating. JMH is amazing. I felt well taken care of by my nurses and doctors when brought in for an emergency appendectomy. Great people, great knowledge, great food.

I am so so grateful for all the stuff members in the ED and Geri/adult psych , nurses and doctors , supervisors and other for buying me a breast milk storage bags, cooler, soap and finding a way to store all throughout my stay in there. I cannot say enough good things about the lead doctor here Dr. B he is amazing and so kind and understanding. I’ve been on many different clinics and I’ve never been treated in such a humanizing way by a doctor. The clinic is good and I’ve never had any problems with the nursing or any of the staff.

I'm not on the clinic and have never had a drug problem but a few of my friends are on it and I'm so happy that it's available for them. I thank the people who work here for saving lives!!!

A positive and safe enviornment, where you can learn the fundamentals of living a happy and productive life. Learning how to work together as a team and where everyone comes together to help each other progress; Not only for individual goals, team building and structured learning.

The place saved my life and gave me the opportunity to stop and take 6 months and do what I had to live a new way. I fell down a few times after leaving but Nov 8 will be 6 years clean and I owe alot to the Channing House and my Channing Brothers. RIP JUSTIN

Channing House, which is a Halfway House now operated by Advocates, is probably the most successful men's substance abuse house in Worcester County and probably one of the 5 best or most successful programs in Massachusetts. It is a fully accredited 6 month substance abuse residential program. However, they let me stay for 8 1/2 months because the staff agreed with me that I wasn't ready yet. I've been to well over 25 halfway houses and at least 15 different sober houses...and Channing House is by far the best and most successful program in Worcester County.

Dr Kloster is an excellent dr. Very thorough. Honestly, the nicest man & physician I've ever had!
