Everyone here has been great to me even before I arrived at the clinic but I really want to give a shout out to Krystal for taking time out of her usual Friday schedule to draw my blood and being more concerned about my health and situation than upset the blood couldn't be drawn as planned.

This place saved my life almost 10 years ago. Through my many ups and downs in life i could always rely on staff to help me get back on track. Compared to any other clinic i've been to this one is clean, the staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make it a positive place. I'm grateful for this place everyday i wake up another day sober. I would recommend any addict that's currently struggling to walk through those doors and ask for help because they saved my life and could save yours too...

Wonderful people! I've been to 3 clinics total & thos is one by FAR the best!👌 Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt.. NO the staff will NOT put up with your BS & not attending groups, using etc. WILL eventually get you discharged! Why would they want people around that aren't trying at all?? So of they were in it for the money then don't you think they'd keep EVERYONE no matter what! 🤔 I think us addicts forget that WE GOT OURSELVES THERE! It's not supposed to be all peaches & cream, otherwise we'd NEVER want to get off Methadone! It's NOT ment for "lifetime" use! Take from me get to where you're comfortable & slowly, SLOWLY come down! The longer you are on this medication the Worse it'll be to get off later! WE DO RECOVER! 2/21/19 clean date

My honest opinion is that the staff is friendly and actually receptive to clients opinions and wants/ needs. I have had a somewhat rough experience at another clinic. The EA comprehensive treatment center has not given me any issues.

Wonderful, caring staff that go out of their way to help out in every way possible. couldn't find better staff anywhere else.

The therapists, the nurses all the staff are truly angels who help save lives. 5 stars all around.

We've had our son in a handful of rehabs, but this is the first time we feel hopeful. It's the education on addiction that is taught to not only the one suffering but the family members.The staff has shown us that they truly care about our child, and every guest in the facility.They ACTUALLY CARE what happens to one suffering, and will do everything possible to set you up with after care to have a life free of addiction. I can't thank them enough for saving my son, and educating him on how to live a better life.Yes, you can get better.

I really love it here and don't know why it has any negative reviews. I mean like other people say, detox kind of sucks in general. It isn't supposed to be a relaxing spa retreat. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are the best. I have been a few times unfortunately, but haven't had a bad experience. I always feel safe. Its a comfortable and relaxing vibe all around. The morning groups can be a little preachy and pushy on views for my liking, but the afternoon groups are good. I find it really helpful to be around, and hear from, others going through the same thing as you. The food is amazing!! You will definitely not go hungry. There is also a lot of freedom for a detox. You can always spend time outside which is really nice. I always leave feeling beter and having a positive outlook. Special shout out Yoyo and counselor Matt! 🙂

This place played a huge role in saving my life. 7 time attendee due to being a cronic relapser. 13 years in recovery now. Not the only place that saved me but it did help alot. ❤️

Best place in Hyannis for family resources

Have always loved the royal company. But this building is by far my favorite with the loving staff and super helpful open door policy. I walked in lost but the administrator and nursing director office are right next to the door so I had help right as I walked in. Definitely recommend this place to people looking for nursing homes.

Amazing staff, as soon as I walked in the door the communication was amazing. The administrator helped me so much and was so welcoming. Absolutely loved the open door policy is so cool and helpful. Love everything about this place.

This facility is very clean and professionally run. The administrator is top notch . She has an open door policy, any problem you have she will handle it until you are satisfied . Outstanding!!

Been on liquid handcuffs for 3+ years finally starting to decrease my dose, this place saved my life they’re awesome and don’t treat you like an addict. My only complaint is they should make it easier for take homes. I don’t understand why they don’t give everyone 1 weeks worth and if the patient messes up then take them off. I feel like if I git take homes right away I could have winged myself off. Because yes Dr’s know a lot and a lot more than me but I know for a fact I know my body better than any doctor. Other than that. Ty habit opco you have been a life changer I love you guys

Just wanted to take a min or 2 outta my Sunday afternoon to let ppl know wat a life saving program hptc Plymouth is,in Aug 21,I had just entered prgm for 7 th time in last 2.5 months,every time I left AMA,they wud allow me back wen I called looking for a bed,never judging me and allowing me my process,I was sick as a dawg and totally defeated, there was a beautiful pregnant nurse there that touched my heart,even tho I was physically unable to go stand up in med line,cuz I physically cud not get out of my bed,time after time she wud come to my room to dose me,it was my 4 th day there and w/d’s were peaking,I hadn’t ate in 4 days and that nurse and the staff ,thru their compassion gave me a slight glimmer of hope, after a positive covid test I was quarantined to a room for 10 days and at that point I knew if I left again I wuda been screwed so I stayed til the miracle happened,not only did I make it thru w/ds ,I got thru the covid virus and made it the 10 days,not long after clinician got me placed into halfway house in east bos and I haven’t looked back since that day,for sum reason I will always remember that pregant nurse caring enuff with her compassion and understanding and at that point I set forth a path of recovery and once again becoming a productive member of society,and most importantly a father to my loving son ty hptc and all of there workers who assist in making miracle everyday

So I recently went through treatment here for the 2nd time. I left a review but I’m not the brightest and deleted the first one trying to write another one. Just have to say to anyone thinking about getting sober this is where it’s at. Staff the facility and other people is 💯. I don’t plan to ever need to but I’ll never go anywhere else for treatment than here.

Hopefully you get Brooke She Hass to be the nicest and most helpful worker they have over there it would be a real shame if they have a lost her and the best counselor there is Janet by far Janet Constantino that’s what you want to get

Best place for mental health staff are great

A couple of weeks ago, my father was transported from UMass Marlboro Hospital for observation and medication management. I am extremely grateful for Alissa, Dr Findley, Naomi, Barbara, and Troy, along with many others who simply listened to my thoughts and safely detoxed my father off of the UMass Marlboro ER mistakes in their documents that inaccurately recorded wrong medication s and dosages. Alissa works with family and case management, Dr Findley is a key psychiatrist , Naomi is a forefront at admissions with a welcoming voice, and Barbara and Troy are part of healthcare nursing team. In short, it takes a village to run a behavioral health facility; this village is a n A+ team. Thank for all you do in a challenging population that requires a high skillset team! This review is from a former licensed mental health counselor. I know what it takes and Southcoast has it:)

My Dad was at Lifecare of Raynham for 3 years. We were very happy with the care he received in The Copley long term unit. We were there often. Louise, Ann, Coleen and many others. CNA’s and Elsa in housekeeping just wonderful. You made the best of a tough situation for my Dad. Compassionate Hospice was there the last year inside Lifecare and helped me a lot. Nikki at Compassionate was fabulous. Jackie (social worker ) was excellent . We had previously been in 2 other nursing home/rehabs. Lifecare, by far, the best. Thank you!

I feel compelled to write ANOTHER positive review of Lifecare in Raynham, MA. Things are never easy when it comes to dealing with pushy doctors, scheduling appointments/transports, and managing a daunting medical documentation system, but Karen makes handling this kind of stress look easy. Karen stepped up and made sure my father had all of his ducks in a row for his upcoming hip replacement surgery and when she says "don't worry, I've got this" she MEANS IT! What may have seemed like an ordinary task for her, was a true miracle for my father. I was so relieved by her efforts and my father was so happy he cried tears of joy. The employees at Lifecare as a whole don't just do a good job, they GENUINELY care about their patients. They treat my father with love, compassion, and dignity every single day. They keep us informed and they are so welcoming when we go to see my dad for visits. When he arrives back on the unit after his appointments he is greeted by name and given high fives :). Special shout out to the nurses John Reams, Samantha Jaruse, Nicole Farrar, Amelia Hoard, Renee Menard, and Tiffany Smith for always keeping my family informed and keeping my father comfortable and happy. Also, special shout out to the CNAs Lori Souza, Tanya Keyser, Vania Kelley, Lindsey Miller, and Ava Bettencourt for always going above and beyond the "room calls" of duty. I cannot stress enough how incredible the team at Life Care has been for my dad. They have been our safety net throughout this complicated medical mess as we await surgery for my Dad’s hip. Skilled Nursing facilities are tough places to work, but the staff show up every day with compassion and genuine care for all of their patients. I rest easy knowing my father is there. The nurses, CNAs, rehab therapists, doctors, business office, social work, and welcome desk greeters have all helped us navigate the medical system and made Life Care a beacon of hope and safe place to be during ups and downs. When my dad got back from appointments, people greeted him by name and gave him a warm smile. When I had questions, they answered them right away. When we needed to wait for something or they had to inform us of a policy, they did it with kindness. When my family was fighting with medical offices for appointments and transportation, Robin (our guardian angel) and her team of nurses took that pressure on so we could focus more on being present with our father. When insurance issues popped up, solutions were brought to us right away. When my dad needed help with ADLs they respected his dignity and helped manage his pain. Skilled Nursing facilities usually feel cold and unwelcoming, but walking through the automatic doors of Life Care felt like a warm hug. I truly have so much respect for everyone who works for this facility.

Nobody cares more for immigrant community than Helena and the center. So helpful, friendly There are too many resources to name and so much tangible good work and lives being saved.
