House of Commons Has a brand new, very clean interior, as well as Environment. The staff are very intellectually and affectionately invested in helping their residents with effective reasoning and tactical coping management skills. I was court ordered, however, I would recommend H.O.C. to anyone that's serious about their recovery and mental healing. The food is good and the environment is very relaxed and accommodating. The facility let's you smoke outside at leisure. And they treat you like a civilized human.

They are wonderful. All you do is show up, participate to your comfort level and things start to help. Everyone goes threw things in life and it's helps to just listen and talk it out with them

I see Josh Fortney for medication management and Viola for therapy and I can say with confidence that I've never had better mental health care. I've struggled with therapy my whole life because of trust issues, and I actually look forward to my appointments with Viola. These people have been so good to me. I can't give them enough praise - I feel like I finally have the tools and support to take my life back from mental health problems and Viola and Josh showed me how. I have all the love for them - they deserve vacations and raises :)

I've had many back surgeries in the past, if I ever have any pain I go see Dr Rogers, he's very caring and takes almost all insurances, he and fixes the issues I am having, and I get right out and feel much better. I highly recommend him!!

Tracy Green is my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner . She is the best I’ve had and Ive had 3 before her. Took me till my 30s to find someone I felt truly cared. She helped me understand mental health trauma etc… the way she took the time and truly cared helped me heal and manage my health. It truly changed my life the way she explained was understandable and I always felt like she actually cared about my well being. She had great communication and quick responsiveness. She took time to answer my questions until I understood. Tracys knowledge was impressive and I felt safe and confident with the health decisions we made together. I will forever be grateful for her time, selflessness, and patience with me. I am truly thankful and highly suggest her!!!!!

Therapist (especially) you pretty much have to go threw a few before u can find one that fits you an your comfortability. This place is were I found mine, For over 10+ years Ive consistently been embraced every visit with a safe space with understanding, no judgement, attentiveness, & helpful genuine feed back always focused on my best interest to better improve my lifestyle an mental health. Im not afraid to say Meridian phycological has been a true "life saver" for me. The guidance I needed to better navigate my mind an emotions; I found it here & I am forever grateful.

I had given up on therapy years ago due to never finding the right one. Last year in May 2024 I met my Therapist through Meridian Professional Phycological Consultants, P.C. She completely changed my life around and is still here through all my struggles. She fits me in when I need her, She listens, She calms me, She gives me advice that I take and it always ends up working. I don't know what I would have done without her!!

If you’re looking for thorough and kind patient care, Total Health Chiropractic is for you. Dr. Rogers is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He listened, explained and answered questions so that I was able to understand the process. He tailored my care to not only remediate my problem and weak areas, but then also gave me things to do to provide long term results. He took time to show me exercises he recommended and watched and critiqued to make sure I was doing them correctly. Highly recommend him for your chiropractic needs! But wait… there’s more! How about a massage after your treatment with Dr. Rogers? Wowza…. Lori gave me the best massage. Very thorough as well and the combination of my adjustment partnered with a massage had me feeling amazing. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll be on your way to feeling better!

If you’re in need of a quick prescription or a PHP/IOP referral fast- this is a good place to go to get seen quickly. You see a nurse, social worker, then psychiatrist. (They used to do inpatient overnight stays but don’t anymore due to funding I believe?) either way most of the staff is very kind- don’t expect therapy here. It’s just a place to get your meds and get resources. There was one psychiatrist who I care not of- but Dr V is extremely sweet and takes concerns seriously. The nurse there is also very sweet. Do not expect therapy here or anything more than just getting referrals- but you can get referral to group therapy here so ask about that if you need it

after reading the reviews i decided not to take my chances and went straight to ER. i was discharged last night with promise that PHP would follow up with me in the evening. PHP says i’m not authorized. i call back the ER who speaks to COPE TWICE to ask them to get the forms changed from outpatient to PHP, both times they said it was changed. i call PHP today and they say that nothing in the system has changed. i understand technology and all of that can put a hindrance in how quickly things get updated. i call COPE and explain what’s going on and they transfer me over to the clinicians office, where the phone rings twice then straight to voicemail. i call again an hour later and it turns out the clinician needs more information to approve the hospitalization, and i have to call back ER. ER reiterates that they should have me down for partial, saying they spoke to Beverly who authorized it for me. but the front desk just said that they need more information. they need more information from a patient who has already been discharged from ER due to being in borderline crisis, left ER under the impression that PHP was sorted (WHEN IT WAS NOT.) and now IM playing phone tag between COPE, St. Joes and New Oakland. i have made at least 10 calls in total since discharge yesterday evening at around 6:30 pm just trying to figure out where the confusion is coming from. COPE continues to tell st joes im authorized, but when i as the patient call, they “have no idea about what im talking about” and then proceed to tell me that they need more information from social work at st. joes. COPE, it is respectfully not my job to play phone tag between 2 hospitals just to figure out why im not authorized despite being discharged under the impression that i was. no matter where you go, if you have state insurance, you’ll be forced to deal with COPE as the middleman for authorizations. as someone who has been (unfortunately) in and out of psych care their whole life, i have only ever experienced one other facility that simply doesn’t care about their patients. if you don’t want to deal with mentally ill people and doing the legwork of writing paperwork to make sure someone doesn’t reach the point of actively trying to commit, maybe you should look for better employment. shout out to ST JOES for having patience with me during this and actively trying to get to the bottom of this (unlike COPE.)

This place and their wonderful staff saved my life. A excellent place to go to get your life back. They not only treat the addiction, but also the cause. Using CBT and DBT therapies and providing reason for the root cause of the addiction. helping you learn how to cope using various therapies.

This place gave me HOPE something I didn’t know about. When I walked into them doors they told me that they were going to LOVE ME UNTIL I LOVED MYSELF & that’s exactly what they did. I am forever grateful for each one of the staff members for helping me & no matter what believing in me. Recovery is not easy either is life. Life happens on life’s terms & alls I know is they gave me the tools, experience, friendships & bond. They became my family & I know I was NOT easy but trust me they will NEVER give up on you SO just make sure you NEVER give up on yourself. HONESTLY IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER that place will always be a part of me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED love my Hope House family thanks for saving me xoxo

The staff were patient, kind, funny, respectable and caring. Personally i would have preferred an 8 hour day but then again i am an older female who rather spend my day resting, eating and watching movies! I was quite fond of Marrow even though i am sure i am spelling her name wrong. The other lady who did so much in activity wise was a super encourager. Sorry i dont remember her name. She may have come from Germany but anywhoo Hope House and the dancing staffer who taught a lot about gardening and painting were a great inspiration. Keep up the good work. Hope House, YOU ROCK!!!

As I sit outside waiting for 10a I realize that’s why these clothes have been in my car for months. 10a only and if clothes left outside they will be thrown away, is crazy. Then I saw a family walk out and one of the children shouted donations. In that moment 10a didnt matter. It’s not families fault I have to wait so waiting is what I’ll do. Patience gotta be practiced and now is the perfect time.

This place is wonderful the staff are amazing and very helpful they take pride in their jobs and are there when you truly need a hand up. They have changed my life in so many ways. A new chapter of my life has opened and I am excited to see where it goes.

This is a wonderful program, truly making a difference in many lives. The WLRP staff are there for the ladies in the program, and become the family many of them need. This is also such a a great place to work, all the staff are passionate about what they do and it's an opportunity to really make a difference to those who need it.

Lisa has been an absolute pleasure to work with since my first appointment back in March of this year. Her knowledge and understanding of addiction and the struggles of daily life as a woman in an alcohol-saturated society has been such a comfort. I am 6 months sober today and I do not believe I’d be where I am today if not for having found revival recovery in early sobriety. I cannot say enough good things about her, truly. If you are seeking help, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Lisa as soon as possible.

My daughter recently was admitted to this hospital after a suicide attempt. This place was amazing. She got the help that she needed. She felt seen & heard. And also got on some much needed medications. Well done Pine Rest.

One of the activity therapists definitely does chatterbate

I completed 8 days at their outpatient program back in March. The psychiatrist, Doctor McFarren, was absolutely amazing and I wish I could bring her into the outside world with me. She listened to how I was feeling and didn’t resort to putting me on some hard core addictive pill right away. The program was nice as well, they had different classes you could choose from so if something didn’t apply to you, you didn’t have to attend. They also had activity classes which were really nice. Group therapy was great and it was nice to be with other people who understood what you were going through. Micah (my group leader), was absolutely amazing. I’m so thankful for them and how comfortable they made group. The only complaint I have which I put on my outtake form was that the group leader Rachel, really should not be leading classes. She might do better with 1-1 or something like that but every class I had that she led, she was not interactive and acted like it was an inconvenience to be there. I even tried to walk out of one of the classes once I realized she was the instructor. One day when Micah was out, Rachel filled our class and we had multiple new people in group and multiple of them said that they were not coming back the next day. A couple girls and I talked to them and explained Rachel was not our normal counselor and Micah was great so they should come back the next day. Thankfully they did, but when I mentioned how much I was struggling with Rachel, over half of my group agreed and said they didn’t not want to take any of her classes and that they wished they knew who the instructor was before we signed up. Maybe for the future- adding the instructors names to the list would be helpful so we can choose accordingly :) Derrick at the front desk was absolutely amazing as well!! And so is Ethan!! So thankful for most of the team there that made a difficult time in my life, seem not so difficult. I made life time friends from this program and I will forever be thankful for that.

This place was amazing, Rita was my psychology nurse practitioner, and was extremely thorough, understanding, and helpful, she gave me a plan for care, and gave me back up plans if what we decided upon together for the original plan did not work out for me. I walked in slightly skeptical because of my one and only interaction with psychology before this, and left feeling so relieved, and feel excited to follow up with her, and am confident my mental health will only improve as long as I stick with our plan. Also excited to see the therapist there because psychology is only half the battle. Thank you Still Waters for making me feel welcome, safe, and secure from the moment I walked in the door.

Reliable staff, good location. I saw Ron Hindbaugh for about two years. I've had depression and anxiety my entire life. I don't anymore, and have been in good mental health for almost three years using the strategies he taught me. The guy is a true miracle worker.

I had fun here and leaned alot about living on my own I think is a good place you would think the rules would be more lacks seen how u can just leave at any time but beats jail

The new management in the facility and the personality of therapists and security are the best parts of this program. The contracts that the state writes with the KPEP facilities is almost enough to make you want to commit suicide. Underfunded and given very little permission to actually make improvements to the place makes creating positive changes in this place almost impossible. Despite all of this positive things do happen and I would credit this to the new management and the personality of the therapists and security who in my opinion entered the job for the correct reason.

It is a rehab facility. It is not a prison. Residents are treated fairly. It's a great way to get into a federal job atmosphere. Just know it's a lot of hours but a lot of pay as well. Residents get three meals a day. Smoke breaks store and comisarie. It is a male only facility.
