Been to the ER here many times. Always had very courteous, prompt service. Staff are some of the most kind, gentle people we've met, and the doctors have listened and given very helpful and professional assistance without hassle or unnecessary testing. Can get in + out of here much faster than a walk-in clinic, with far better care. We drive extra distance to get to this facility because it's worth it for the prompt service and level of care we receive.

Hopefully you don t have to go to the ER on Sunday, not because it s busy but apparently they forget to staff the hospitals on Sundays. Brought my dad in around 10:45 am, they ran 3 tests and said they are going to admit him to give him the urgent treatment he needs. As I type this it s 10:30pm still waiting to be admitted this is stupid. The ER had a few other patients for most the day. Staff has been friendly and professional but watching someone sit in a bed and suffer for 12 hours knowing we are at the place that is designed to help is kind of ridiculous.Edited this the next Sunday because my father is still here:I changed it from 1 to 4 stars. Once admitted the staff at the hospital was amazing. The nurses, nurses assistants and the doctors were all amazing. Nobody was rushed and they took amazing care of him.

I haven't used their services in person yet. Though I just spent a half an hour speaking with Tabbin doing a phone intake. He followed up with me after I called interested To go a few hours before. At this time I have called several places and went to one in real life. Tabbins customer's service skills put them all to shame including his resolve to follow up and even manipulate the situation in a positive maner to make sure I'm coming in the morning. It was a good conversation and he should be recognized for it. If the rest of Midwest experience is anything like the one I just had then I'm in good hands. Good luck everyone and it dose get better.

This place GAVE me the opportunity at a SOBER NEW CHANCE AT LIFE. THEY have SOME wonderful staff Abbi and Raven on first shift were ABSOLUTELY amazing and ALWAYS gave an ear to listen. DAVE on second shift is WALKING PROOF anyone can do what they set their minds to. He has a HUGE CARING, COMPASSIONATE HEART and WORKING IN RECOVERY IS HIS NICHE. I was admitted to TCED in July 2024, I was at my lowest of rock bottoms. Suffering with an eating disorder and a few other mental health diagnosis. I was more than ready to give up the fight. From all the staff at TCED: Clinical staff, Nursing, Kitchen staff, RC's, etc they all are compassionate, transparent, encouraging and open minded. Not one of them gave up on me and for that I am forever grateful. I have developed many healthy coping skills and accepted a new way of thinking that has been beneficial to my recovery journey and my life. Not only did TCED help me to find my reasons to live they also saved my life. I'm forever grateful for being admitted to TCED.After I left TCED, the alumi coordinator Kim, reaches out to see how I am doing and she always is sure to remind me she is here to support me.

I did both residential and PHP at TCED, and can confidently say that all I ve learned has vastly improved my approach to recovery for the better. My first couple of weeks were rocky and I was planning on discharging early but I m glad I stayed, as they diligently worked to resolve issues in the milieu. I spent the holiday season there and they honestly made it one of the best I ve had in years and am grateful for all they did for us. Compared to places I ve been in the past, TCED does well at including and talking about all types of eating disorders and recognizing individual differences. I felt seen and understood for the first time, Kam is a terrific therapist and I got a lot out of our sessions. The dieticians are both amazing, and are there to support you when transitioning from residential to php (such as going grocery shopping with you, meal outings, challenge snacks etc.). I am from Michigan, so I stayed at the php house that they offer as an option for those who live outside of the area. Staff would pick up/drop off each day which was nice. Overall, TCED is an amazing facility and if I ever need help again I would go back in a heartbeat.

I will never stop recommending this place to my friends and Colleagues! This place has helped me not only with my eating disorder but gave me the tools and skills to be able to help me with the feelings that come with taking this journey. I was surrounded with so much support 24/7 and the staff is absolutely amazing and incredible! Even after I left I have been reached out to by the leader of the alumni group asking me how I am doing. I have been going to AACTC for MAT for 8 years of almost the whole time I've had the same amazing counselor Named Dr Harrison Igwe PHDI've been with him over 7 years he has worked here. We had 2 awesome Drs that left idk why. But they were great I hear our new Dr is wonderful but I normally see Amanda the PA as she is in on my day I come once every 28 days. I have remained Clean thru this tough time of moving here, personal mental issues CPTSD GAD depression and ya know normal alphabet soup you get diagnosed with. Only difference is mine is all mostly from prior to starting IV Heroin at 26. I am from deep Eastside detroit up to State Fair between Schoeneer & Gratiot. Started at French & Gratiot. Now I have battle grade CPTSD on top.of the PTSD/Trauma from childhood. It's rough. Taking a medicine to keep your disease properly controlled is NOT wrong. Wish I'd have learned that 4 yrs before I have in and tried the Detroit clinics which are a WHOLE NOTHER ANIMAL compared to AACTC. They respect you if you respect them which is all anyone.wants in life. Please come join us and live!!!! It does work if you do the program right and not just as a back up if you're dope sick or your dudes out. Work the counseling you'll never stop til you're ready. Not for anyone or thing. I am alive because the Grace and mercy of Jesus. Also MAT therapy. A nurse named Mrs Jamie today was going over a paper list layed down by the computer and she even checked to make sure she had enough methadone I her bottle before she started and she had more than enough. All the sudden she stopped and said hold on she noticed without measuring it that two of my bottles were short in like two seconds. If she wasn't watching as good as that no one wouldn't have believed me. I have painful multiple Sclerosis and she is really good. This place saves our family in so many ways too. Mrs Terry, Mr. Ryan, the doctor she is amazing. I've never been treated so good and respectful at a clinic

I went to the farm and stayed for a little over 3 months. The treatment duration is determined by the therapists. The shortest duration I saw was 2 1/2 months. Longest I saw was 4 months but most do around 90 days. I had moments I really loved the farm, and others where I felt like I hated it. Their rules are really strict and you re there for a while. However, it did work for me. It was a long journey. I got yelled at for breaking rules, for sleeping in, and absolutely resented waking up early every morning to do work duties. Definitely cried a few times. By day 50 I was like get me the heck out of here but had months to go. But every time I got upset, I d sleep on it and always decided to stay. Now I m much better. I can wake up for an actual job early without a problem. I have more self control, more friends, more support, I try to follow the rules in real life situations, try to be a good person, and have a much more rewarding life overall. The Farm is really challenging but it does actually work if you listen to them and do what they tell you to do and don t fight it. It s hard to follow their schedule and rules every day for so long, but it just might change your life.

We really want to thank everyone at this clinic for taking care of patients and their families in the best way possible. Current times especially have been tough and you guys are doing great.On that note, we would also like to share that our most recent experience with the doctor was not the best. We noticed some impatience as if she had to leave. And sarcasm in answering our questions rather than appropriateness in making sure we have a good understanding. I had the pleasure of recieving services from Coty, Darren and Heather and are forever greatful to have experienced their professional demeaner and the respect they bestowed upon me. I came here around 2 weeks ago because of an injury at basketball practice which was a dislocation in my finger because the urgent care couldn t do anything about it . When I came here I was treated kindly by nurses and Orthopedic surgeon which told told me his plan step by step to get my finger back in to place his team was gentle and understanding of the pain overall 10/10 I recommend . This location is beautifully laid out. The landscaping is first rate. On site are training locations for teachers as well as for students. The buildings are kept in good shape. The bathrooms and facilities are kept clean.The cafeterias are in good working order. Their sports fields are maintained well. The school is in a quiet setting away from major manufacturing, thoroughfares and commercial shopping.The only drawback I see is the sheer size of the place. Otherwise with proper monitoring of the school setting and the children themselves this school should provide a good, over all education and preparation for higher learner or skilled trades. It is a pleasure to see the wooded area close by.Some of the parking lots need work but they are not quite that deteriorated at this time. The site is well lit in the evening. It is deserted, as you would expect, at night.

A couple of months ago I received assistance from one of the counselors and found the experience very helpful. I was in the middle of a full-on mental breakdown and they were able to help me in the short-term while also referring me to additional services beyond that. I can't recommend them enough.

Really enjoyed working with Alex Martinez at Huron Valley! Worked with him virtually and it was always easy to communicate and schedule with him. He was helpful in talking through varieties of stress and figuring out ways to be proactive with stress management.

I think it's safe to assume they've changed hands based on some of the older reviews. Everyone I've spoken to has been incredibly kind and helpful. The office manager, Leigh, has always gotten back to me very quickly whenever I've had to leave a message (same day or next day) and is very personable. I do agree that the intake form is almost egregiously long (took me a little over 2hrs) and many of the questions are redundant, so it does need to be revised. However, it was worth it for the care I am receiving. My therapist is really good fit for me and is incredibly knowledgeable. I really like that I was given a bit of time to grow comfortable and develop trust and coping skills before getting into trauma work. I hope everyone seeking help can find as good of a fit :)
