I have been on the clinic 2015 & it has helped me on my road to recovery. I am addicted to opiates(pills) & have not abused them since I've been on clinic, I also gave up drinking alcohol when got on clinic. The "dosing" nurses are great nurses,. They're very friendly, care n have lots of patience to deal with addicts everyday. The receptionist(s),doctor & councilors are awesome too. I've had many councilors since been here & always been happy them. The hours are good during the week but during the wknd rhey should stay open longer(some of us come a long way & durning bad weather it hard to get there before 10am)

Everyone here is so kind and knowledgeable. From the lady at the front desk, to the ER tech, nurse, and doctor- every single person i encountered was nothing but absolutely wonderful. I was admitted last week after a trip to the ER and the care I received from the doctors and nurses in the ER as well as during my 4 day stay was the best. My care plan was explained to me daily, my medications, vitals, and treatments all done in a timely manner by staff who work long hours and still somehow remain upbeat and friendly. I’m thankful to them all!

I have had several experiences in the ER over 15 years, and all were great. Didn't have to wait much at all, liked the nurses, doctors good, especially one on 4/4 emergency. He listened to me, he addressed an important issue and it was life-changing in a positive way. Every colonoscopy, excellent from start to finish. Involved with surgery services now (top quality staff!) appts in lab (excellent) & cardiology for EKG (friendly, efficient) - every single place I go I feel I'm well cared for by good professionals. And it means so much & I'm grateful.

On July 1st I was admitted to AJH with shortness of breath. I was on the second floor and The heat was difficult but the wonderful employees got me fans and helped me as I withdrew from medications. July 6th it was decided that I needed a pacemaker and I was taken to the Cath lab to be prepped. My heart had other ides and I went into VT and was successfully resuscitated by CPR and shock. Taken to ICU, I once again coded and was brought back. I’m grateful to nurses Joanne, Megan, Ken, Meg, Eryn and the other angels that were instrumental in saving my life. I was told it was Torsades de pointes, something rare. I hope they all know how much I appreciate their care. But I must absolutely shout out to Dr. Pourati and his team who carried me through with humor and compassion. John (who I called bumpers), Brian, who kept me calm throughout, Kevin and his banter, and Heather at my left shoulder reassuring me that all would be well. And of course my cardiologist, Issac Pourati. He is my hero. I’m sure there are others that were involved and to all of you, thank you for your dedication and professionalism. I was always treated with respect and made to feel safe. AJH is extremely fortunate to have all of you as employees. I’m at rehab now and feeling good. Groups is AWESOME, I've been coming here for about 2 years I think. They are MORE than just a place to get your medicine and run, they are understanding and you can ALWAYS ALWAYS be honest with them. They will help you and be there for you to the best of their ability as long as you show up and participate. If you really want this, if you show that you care about your recovery, they show they care maybe more than you do!. The Group setting is a little nerve racking at first, but everyone is open and wants to listen and help, you just have to let people into your heart, its the only way ❤

My wife was patient here for over a month. She was hit by another patient which concerned me and I wanted to press charges. I was calling the main number to get more information and nobody answers. This was concerning. I finally got someone and they said they could not conform or deny my wife was there. Took my number and hung up. The supervisor Lauri called me back and explained what happened to me. She apologized profusely. Her willingness to spend time on the phone with me late at night and offered for me to come to the facility to see my wife past visiting hours reassured me. I spent over 1 hour on the phone and spoke to my wife and I didn't need to come so late at night. My wife told me Lauir stayed outside of her room for hours to ensure she was safe, and could sleep. Security stayed there also. I came to visit my wife and was able to meet with her. I think it's risk to stay in psych wards, but staff are trained and respond in the best manner. During visit, a male patient pushed Lauri and other staff. Lauri and phung came back to ensure we wanted to resume visit and felt safe. The worst possible circumstances, but still felt my wife was protected and staff were available to intervene. If my wife needs help again I would feel good sending her here. Ask for supervisor Lauiri if you ever need help.

(the username is not my name, obvs) I've been going to SMHC since 2013, and have been through a handful of therapist in that time. There was only one that I tried and didn't work too well with - but it was also the pandemic at the time, and we were doing phone sessions. I was easily referred to another therapist. This is an office where you are expected to do the work to feel better. I have found the therapists, billing, and psych. nurses to be very willing to listen to your needs, and provide a few options, including medication, attaining insurance help, and therapy direction input. I know all this sounds funny from a person who has been in sessions for over a decade, but I have grown more in that time than any other. We found a perfect medication a few years ago, and I'm now learning what to do with my life now that I want to live. It takes time, and effort. It's difficult fighting yourself to better yourself, but it's a good fight, and the therapists here have helped me through it. The only consistent issue is parking! It has gotten slightly better this past year, but the parking lot is far too small for the volume of folks coming in for different reasons (classes, etc.). One star off for that. Sorry guys. It's a problem. 😅

Several years ago. I made an appointment with seacoast mental health. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Betty. I was in a very bad way in a very bad spot in my life. I have had many problems with doctors that just didn't care and was ready to give up I pushed his poor ladies buttons as hard as I could. And I was good at it. And from that point on I will say this lady has saved my life. It has been several years and I owe my life to this one lady at seacoast mental health. I will say in a few short years my whole life has changed. As he perfected the proper medication for me I have become such a better person in life more people like me I deal with everyday problems so much better. And my life has changed 100%. She also got me a case manager. His name is Patrick. And I will say Patrick has the neck to help me deal with the other problems that appear in my everyday home life. He teaches me how to deal with problems with DHS social security problems that arise at work. And keep a proper running household. I will say without these two people I would not be able to make it in normal everyday life I thank them every day I talked to them and I appreciate everything they do for me. My advice to everybody is give seacito's mental health they really do care about their patients and try very hard to make themand try

First time at their office but have been with them for a little around a year or two online, Parking was good There were two areas and plenty of spots which was very nice, The receptionist was very helpful and quickly got me all set and the Provider I have been seeing was great as per usual.

I’m under the care of Ellen McFarland, and after seeing an array of people since 2003, I can say that she is the best therapist I’ve ever seen. She is so realistic, talks to me instead of down, and uses my language, instead of quotes from a book. I can change the office environment at anytime. I’ve sat on the floor for an entire session and she’ll sit low as to not break eye contact. She’s absolutely wonderful, with a great sense of humor

My child spent two full weeks here as a “step-down” program after inpatient care, and we had a very positive experience. She genuinely enjoyed her time here and was able to learn more about herself while continuing to work on the skills she needed. The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly, which helped make the transition much easier for both of us. From the beginning, the entire process was straightforward, organized, and went very smoothly. I’m very grateful that my child had a safe and supportive place to continue her care during such an important transition. I would definitely recommend this program to other families looking for support after inpatient treatment.

The negative reviews seem to be from people who don’t quite care to discover the reasons behind things or can’t comprehend how some guidelines/rules came into being. The partial hospitalization program really helped me in getting structure back into my life, figuring out what works best for me, etc. Someone complained about not being given the phone numbers of other patients and in group and that we are dissuaded from sharing contact information but as a rule it *makes sense* there should be exceptions to most of the rules but as a baseline it is a safety concern. People can trauma bond and form unhealthy dynamics or cyclical negative behavior patterns. People can be in for all different reasons and some may not feel safe with their information being given out. This place isn’t perfect but it deserves a higher rating than it has received here- people just don’t like being told what to do even if the whole point is to get a better outlook and have our views challenged.

I was in acute rehab for five days. The nursing care was excellent, and the PTs and OTs were excellent. The OTs, Megan and Abby, did such an excellent job that I did not have to have an OT come to my home after the initial visit and evaluation. Kudos to everyone!

Tough review. Ill keep it short. Providers here aren't bad at all but practice seemed to cut back over time on each session in the 4.5 years I was a patient working most of time as a truck driver to this date still. I actually did get well for a most of time but at end lost it on everyone quitting practice and burning bridges with them. It's goes both ways as far my how I was and my thoughts with experience there. 4 to 5 stars first 3 years and 3 at end of tenure as a patient. I blame myself for some of it and should have kept a journal on my progression.

Jackie is a senior counselor in Madison unit and she was absolutely the best. I was on the tail end of the flu and got sick because of my anxiety and she was there and helped me same with the nurses and we played card games and talked A LOT she really needs her own mental health days and genuinely loved my stay because of her. Bought pizza for the unit and everything. The nurses were great one bought ice cream and the other understand my anxiety and why I was so sick and Megan with my meds she knew what I needed and how I could take them. Emma(Emanuel) was genuinely the funniest and sweetest friend there (another counselor) we played card games and btw I taught them all king corners. But he was super awesome super nice. When it was night he closed my door so it was just a crack because the loud noises of walking and the lights in the hallways. He made sure it was a safe environment for me. Now onto the actual mental health stuff I had a good time with the groups mainly anxiety made it bad but they were definitely fun we did a lot of art I painted my nails and the staff in the activities room let me play my type of music heavy metal. So definitely great. I met some awesome people won't say any last names but Connor and Ava and adysan made my stay so much better because they had similar stuff going on and I could really connect with them. I hope Jackie sees this cus y'all did really help me out cus I needed this escape. Thank you so much.

i just got discharged from this place yesterday and it was the best experience i have ever had, this place has helped with my anxiety so so much and the staff are so incredibly nice and supportive and helpful. i was on the pierce unit and i absolutely loved everyone that was there and all of the people i met there, and i absolutely loved everything about it i was honestly sad to leave because i made friends and the staff were so supportive of me and genuinely cared about how i felt, and i got used to it very quickly and the people that are saying that this place is bad and saying that they made you sleep in the cafe and wouldn’t let you contact anyone are just lying to you because that is not what happens at all and they take very good care of you and actually care about you and about you getting better. thank you so so much to all the staff that works there (in the pierce unit especially) i love all the staff (sarah,jill,dady,tracy,megan,duncan,sean,wil,philip, ari,rodrigue,thaly,alanna, i literally love you guys thank you for helping me)

I have been going to NFI / TCA on and off for many years now, overall close to 20 years. At first I was very upset that I would get a therapist and then they all seemed like they left after a year so after just getting settled in, it's like i'd get thrown to a new person every year. I was very aggrevated until it was explained to me that a lot of students intern here. I spoke with the person who places me with a therapist and requested a more permenant person. I have had many therapists, some good, some horrible. I am very happy with who I have now and I am also very happy with the current med doctor who goes above and beyond in making sure I am doing all I can to try and stay happy and healthy in body, mind & spirit. I recommend NFI. I would LOVE if they had a DBT Therapy Group though. My only complaint is that they don't seem to help when it comes to filling out papers for SSDI / SSI applications. Other than that, I'm happy with NFI.

My experience at NFI has been amazing. I had started about a year ago and everyone was so welcoming. I had a great experience with my first therapist, Tracy. She helped me understand what I was going through. I was in a dark place and didn’t know how to overcome it. It took many sessions to get to where I am today. When Tracy suggested to see the nurse, and I was bit hesitant. When I did see the nurse, Dimaris she was so sweet. I loved that she was very understanding and took her time to evaluate me. When I was ready I then started the medication. It was so helpful. With my therapist and my nurse it helped me so much I have been better and in a great place in my life. I love the way I feel and if it wasn’t for them I don’t know where I would be. My only complaint that I have is my therapist only lasted for about 6-7 months and then to has a new therapist it did make me feel like I was regressing back, but with my new therapist Joy, she has been amazing as well. I would like for them to be honest about the therapists not staying for long. But other then that I love my therapist Joy. I love my nurse Dimaris she has been a god sent to me.

For anyone looking for a great place to receive holistic treatments for whatever illness you may have. The Sante Center is a top notch facility to go to. Look no further! I have stage 4 prostrate cancer. Which through their hair analysis, can see what I’m lacking in my diet etc. I’ve been going to the Sante Center for over a year, with the most positive results. The staff is second to none, they are very friendly, caring, knowledgeable, professional and I can’t see myself going anywhere else!

I found this place for my Dad who was diagnosed with Cancer last May. This place has been one of the many moving parts that have contributed to him being here a year later. They are a small group of professionals focused on understanding the whole body health in order to provide the best path of treatment. Dad has done the blood work, hair analysis, met with the Nurse Practitioner, and goes weekly for the IV therapy. The staff is friendly, caring, and have a passion for helping people beyond what traditional medicine can do. I appreciate everything they have done and continue to do for my Dad. 🥹
