Dr. Hubsher helped change my life. I have so much room for joy and have better relationships with everyone in my life. Life is easier and less stressful every day. I can’t believe how long I spent getting misdiagnosed with anxiety, depression and OCD. And still managing my emotions was a struggle every day. He gave me a super power I never knew existed. If I had been on this medication my whole life I think it would have changed my trajectory. I have a great life but this is next level.
He is treating me for a mood disorder I never knew I had. I am 40 and have been in and out of talk therapy and on and off medication for anxiety and depression for 20 years. I was at a point where I knew I wasn’t depressed or suffering from anxiety but something was still off. I thought maybe it was ADHD because my son has it. I met with Dr Hubsher for an hour and he changed my life. He said I have very deep intense emotional reactions to situations and its a genetic trait. He said if I tried a mood stabilizer it would help make my emotions easier to manage. He was 100 percent right. I no longer have to manage my emotions or try to speak in an appropriate way to people. I am able to respond naturally without coming off as aggressive or angry. I have room for joy because of the extra emotional bandwidth I have. Thank you Dr H!

As a professional in the behavioral health space for 14 years I am very impressed by Rolling Hills’ operation. The facility itself is beautiful and clean with the clinicians offices and group rooms spacious. The staff really show up for the patients with a desire to help that you can feel. I was surprised and impressed when the Lyons VA reached out to me to see if I needed an appointment. Prior to them reaching out to me I hadn't realized when I connected with the East Orange VA medical center that they have an over abundance of patients. The call was outstanding because no VA hospital has ever done that for me. That's outstanding and squared away and I'm very impressed with the East Orange and Lyons VA medical centers.

I have been receiving medical treatment at Lyons and East Orange for over 12 years.. and have interacted with many medical professionals and staff.. in any large hospital setting, you will encounter dedicated people and sometimes, some that are just not smart enough to gargle.
I recently had shoulder surgery and I rate it 5 stars 110%. Drs, nurses, staff were outstanding and the scheduling was perfect.
God Bless all those who take care of us veterans at both hospitals.

My son has been working with Morris, a Recovery Coach at Mountainside for the past eight months and the experience has been exceptional for us both! Morris truly understands how to support recovery in a real world, day to day way.
The coaching goes further than check-ins. It includes accountability, life skills, emotional support, and sometimes honest hard conversations. My son has learned how to manage challenges, make healthier choices and is learning how to stay focused on his long-term goals. The progress he’s made has been remarkable and I credit much of that to the consistent well informed coaching he receives.
Not only does Morris provide coaching to my son, his expertise extends to me as well. He is highly responsive and always follows through.
Mountainside’s Recovery coaching is more than a service. It feels like it’s a true partnership. As a mom navigating this process, I am grateful for the guidance, structure, the encouragement and situational advice Morris provides. Id love to give these guys a 5 but recently I was dropped due to insurance. ( I have medicaid. Which makes me less fortunate then others who pay for there insurance) so after about a year and a half. Outside of that the groups are excellent the facilitators truely care, and the people who are the ones that really make the groups they are great. I thibk due to the telahealth aspect people are more willing to dig into there traumas and passed. I can only hope they 1 day accept medicaid again not only for me but all the other addicts and alcoholics who cant afford insurance to 1 day be able to receive treatment in the same manor I did.

This is by far the best place I've ever been to. They actually care about you and your recovery. Touching base and keeping you healthy physically and mentally. Not only do the staff care about you they always have smiles on their faces and make you laugh and feel welcome. I completed this program after my 12 weeks and still show up when i can to do the recovery based workout and yoga/meditation. That is one of the many perks of this program. When you complete your part of the soarfit family for life as long as you keep doing what your supposed to do. Highly recommend!!!

I coined out of IOP last week. When I first started in mid July, I was a wreck. I was on leave from my jobs, I couldn’t do simple daily functions such as, shower, cook, hold a conversation with someone, or even organize my thoughts enough to write a to do list. I kept crying, on and off every day. My anxiety was crippling. I was starting to become paranoid and even hallucinate because I was so unwell. But there were three things I kept telling myself, “trust the process”, “stay consistent”, “be engaged in each group you attend.” I did all three of those things and I got my life back. Started my jobs this week, can complete all daily tasks, I’m calm, I’m confident and I’m positive now.
It truly feels surreal the positive impacts everyone has had on me at Absolute Awakenings.Staff & peers. And even more surreal to have learned the positive impacts | left on so many peers & even staff.
This program saved me. From myself.

I had a very good experience at Absolute Awakenings, I came in from detox for alcoholism and completed the PHP program at Absolute Awakenings. The staff was attentive, professional and encouraging. Nicole who was my clinician was great, she really helped me in our one on one sessions and in my relapse prevention plan. I can’t say enough about the professional staff, Matt, Amy, Dina,Courtney, Kayla, Brian, Jamie and Nicole, Thank you for the foundation to begin my recovery journey and the courage to admit I’m an alcoholic and not care what people think. I’m proud I admitted to needing help to stop my drinking and made that phone call for help.

I’ve never been compelled to write a review like this but hopefully her superiors give her a raise or some acknowledgement for being such a kind and professional person.
I came into the hospital last night 10/26 around 6pm and my pain is was at a 12, I could hardly walk or function.. I have a chronic condition l and can’t say I’ve always had the best expediences in the ER. It can be a scary situation on top of being profiled and pushed away.
Annabella was assigned to me and was an absolute angel. She made me feel safe, took me seriously and made me feel like a human at a very low point in my life. I’m a hard stick and I could hardly even feel her pit in the IV. I’m not allowed to eat food and she made sure to bring me juice and liquids and listen to my vents and concerns.,
Thank you again and good luck in future, you really helped me on a dark day.

I just spent 7 days at this hospital . I’ve been there before bc I had my original surgery on my intestines there 15 ya . This time I came back to having emergency surgery for a blockage. The original admitting staff was so quick with getting my surgeon to me. By the time he got there he was up to date on my scans etc rushed me into surgery saying they would explore first then try to fix any issue . My recovery was in a beautiful wing had my own room . The nurses were amazing specifically Morgan , Danielle . Victoria and Raasha . All of the primary care techs were also great. I wish I could say it was a good experience but beigg ng sick never is but for a bad one it was good. Dr Flanagan under my original surgeon Dr Rolandelli were also great .

My experience at this facility was genuinely positive and something I will always be grateful for. From the friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff to the clean and comfortable environment, I felt supported throughout my stay. There was a great balance of structure, recovery, and opportunities to enjoy ourselves, including AA and NA speakers who shared their experiences and reminded us that recovery is possible, movie nights, group chats, and trips to the park and gym.
One of the biggest things this experience gave me was a sense of stability. It helped me quiet my mind, regain perspective, and, most importantly, restore hope. I left with a healthier outlook and lifestyle, along with an introduction to the AA and NA communities and the importance of building a support system outside of treatment. These are things I honestly don’t believe I would have been able to establish or accomplish on my own.
All of the staff were wonderful, and I genuinely appreciate the kindness and care they showed. Mike always found a way to keep the environment light and fun, make us laugh (something I hadn’t done in a long time), make sure our bellies were full, and check that everyone was doing okay.
I came in feeling overwhelmed and unsure of myself, and I left with something I hadn’t felt in a long time: hope, perspective, and a renewed commitment to myself, my children, and my future. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who is ready to make a positive change in their life.

This isn’t a resort, so don’t expect a different meal every day or luxury accommodations. Like any program, there are some downsides, but for me, there were far more positives than negatives. I left with valuable lessons, support, and hope.

Christian Health brought my dad back to life! After a a terrible two months in the hospital, my dad had weakened his swallow muscles and couldn’t eat or drink. He had a stomach feeding tube when he entered the rehab facility. He wasn’t walking independently but Amanda Burkart, the speech pathologist at Christian health brought so much energy, positivity and consistency in her care that my dad started eating and drinking and passed his swallow test. The nurse and care staff: Jetta, Nancy, Akina and Marwa were all so attentive and caring. I also appreciated Trisha who helped me manage all the follow up appointments for my dad. I can’t say enough positive things about Christian Healths Rehab staff. All the PT and OT staff were amazing too! Thank you for bringing my dad back to life! We are all so grateful!

Sunrise cherry hill was a godsend. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol!
On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. Im just lucky im not someone who is WAY more fragile and sensitive amd nothing terrible happened 🥺

Hello I'm John B. Blue Crest is an excellent place to not only overcome addiction but actually understand the reason behind your addiction. I am so glad I came to this place. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was not expecting to actually quit drinking forever but after being shown the facts and making sense of the illness, which is alcoholism, I can not think of a rational reason to drink. One of the staff (Sue) made an analogy completely blowing my mind by comparing alcohol to a bottle of bleach and that stuck in my head. The majority of the staff made great points and got me back into hobbies such as reading, and other things I abandoned doing due to drinking. I recommend anyone looking to change their life to go to blue Crest. Follow the rules and follow the steps and you too can change your life for the better.

High focus in cranford i can honestly say this place saved my life. I had a mental breakdown and never did outpatient before. I didn't know what to expect, but immediately felt safe here. The Clinicians are a group of the most wonderful caring people. Shout to my Clinician Kaitlyn!!! They take time to get to know everyone and help them individually. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Hospital Experience I’ve Ever Had
Today I had surgery on my right hand at Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, and I honestly feel that I have to share my experience.
I have had many surgeries throughout my life—from C-sections, hernia surgery, partial hysterectomy and tonsillectomy, to right ankle ligament repair, cataract surgery, and now my hand. After all of those experiences, I can sincerely say that Holy Name has been the best hospital experience I have ever had.
From my pre-admission testing to the phone calls before surgery, the nurses and staff were caring, professional, patient, and reassuring. But the OR nurses, same-day surgery nurses, anesthesiologists, and entire surgical team were exceptional. Their warmth, charisma, attention to detail, and genuine compassion made me feel safe and cared for at a time when I was naturally nervous.
Even the transportation staff were wonderful. Every person I encountered seemed to understand that a patient is not just a procedure or a chart—you are a person who needs kindness, reassurance, and dignity.
I did have one brief interaction during the admission portion of my pre-admission process that was not as welcoming. I said good morning and did not receive a response, and the staff member appeared to be having a difficult moment. I chose to give her the benefit of the doubt because we never know what someone else may be going through. Thankfully, this was an isolated experience and did not reflect the incredible care I received from the rest of the team.

You made an experience that could have been stressful and frightening feel comfortable, organized, and reassuring. I am truly grateful for every nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist, surgical team member, technician, transporter, and staff member who played a part in my care.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and caring. What impressed me the most was the great teamwork among everyone.
