Steps to recovery was a great program. The bhts were great and understood what I was going through with a lot of them being in recovery as well. As well as the therapists being well trained and met my needs. Overall a wonderful program that I would return to.

My treatment here was absolutely a success. I came here highly depressed with a negative outlook on life with zero hope. In combination with group therapy and individual therapy, my whole perspective was changed. I’m leaving here refreshed and ready for what life has in store for me. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is struggling with substances and or their mental health.

Relevance Treatment Center was a necessary step in my recovery to secure sobriety and live a life worth living. Their PHP, IOP programs helped me to regain tools and skills to support my mental & physical health. I have been struggling very much and when I arrived, I was met with the upmost respect, care, support and kindness. It is a comfortable & safe environment for those struggling with mental health issues, substance addictions, etc. and it is all owed to the loving staff. In their own respective manners, the amazingly sweet receptionist LeaAnn made the environment feel warm and friendly from the very beginning, she always said good morning and how is your day, truly caring about how you felt and being honest, it was hard for her not to make your day better. The technician and maintenance team involving the hilarious and comforting Joe & Rob would always find a solution to any of our needs and make us priority #1, yet would always have some time to talk and joke around with us during our groups in between groups. They are tremendous and I thank them for making rough days better. Words cannot describe the level of care and effort put by the clinical team, but Chelsea, Gracie, Henry, Monika, Josh, Julie & Victoria (Both case managers who helped individual clients with housing, financial, income, etc.) were monumental in my recovery and ability to cope with my issues in life. I am grateful for the work they do and their passion behind every intent. I felt validated everyday and I cannot thank them enough. The medical team including Dr. Paul Gazzara, nurse practitioner Latifah Oparison & Nurse Patty were incredibly helpful and understanding in the medications that were necessary for me in my beginning stages of recovery. Everyone in the admissions team including John, Gina, Dan & Tabitha made the initial steps very easy to grasp and helped throughout the way. They helped majorly ease any financial burden. Clinical directors Jess & Melanie deal with a lot of work and not often did I see them, yet they always made time for anyone to come and talk about any issues or just to have a conversation with them. They are incredibly kind and amazing at their field of work, they care and I am very grateful. Would definitely recommend for those who have or are currently with mental health/substance abuse. In my experience of rehab centers, detox, sober living, this has been one of the greatest.

Despite after reading some negative reviews, both my daughter, Elizabeth, and I cannot say enough about Relavance ! From the first phone call I received from Gina, & completing my intake with Leah Ryan, on 2/10/25, both my daughter, and I knew, this was the solution for me to get better.❤️‍🩹 From day one, everyone in this facility made me feel welcomed, important, and not to mention , safe enough to open up, share my heartaches, without being judge or embarrassed. I have learned so much about myself, and for the first time, in a very long time, not only am I “Worthy,” but I am “Important,” and I don’t need a supplement of any kind to achieve this. When people say, “First impressions mean the most,” what I experienced on my first day. It made all the difference to my world. My name is Gabriel and I’ve been to more than one rehab. I have to say I was impressed by soba. The facility is very nice but the staff and other clients it what made this place so impressive to me. The staff cleaned me up when I was sick and filthy mentally physically and in the end it hit me spiritually. When I say I was sick I was seriously withdrawing from my drug of choice fentanyl cut with xyzlazine and the whole step of my journey the staff was with me and the other clients welcomed me and understood what I was going through and supported me as well. Addiction is hell but hell is not addictive. If the truth hurts then the lies wont faze you. Be open honest and concise when it comes to focusing on repairing yourself and what you’ve broken because life is short and using my DOC is living in the fast lane slow down breath and see what’s really going on. This was my 3rd time in treatment and my experience here was wonderful! I have learned much more here about my addiction than the first 2. The staff, the nurses, the clinicians, the techs, Hov, Ryan, Ry, Jessica, Jen, Pat, Cara, Rashida, Matt, Louis, Rich, Scott, Justin…to name a few, were always accommodating. The food ….Oh My! Amazing Mike C. is the best. You will never want for nothing. Thank you so much Soba for your help and support in my recovery. I am now over 1 year and 3 months sober. SHOUT OUT to the staff here..I have been to many many rehabs, and there is something different about these people, and this place..they are in my opinion, Earth Angels. No judgement, they really just want to help and are good humans! Also, the way they go about treatment, I felt really cared about , from the 1st day. I need a higher level of treatment but I will be going to Outpatient there after.. I can't recommend this place enough. They have no hard chairs that your ass goes numb from sitting in for hours, they have leather, lazy boy chairs, in the entire place, they have a quite room where you can rest if you are detoxing or dont feel good, they feed you great food, they have snacks and sodas and I was literally told "think of this place as your home away from home" and from the clinical staff, the nursing staff, the Dr., they're all special people. xoxoxoxo

This place save my life the staff was beyond great.I recommend Malvern for new clients the nurses was the best the food was a solid 8 2am smoke breaks you can not ask for anything better my counselor Ray help me get to the root of my addiction the after care staff went above and beyond for ipo ...love this place I really don't understand why would anyone say this place was dirty the have staff cleaning everyday my room was spot less

I loved Malvern. Their counselors, their techs, and the groups especially helped me a lot. I am 7 months sober since July 13th, and I can say Malvern helped a lot in that. Thank you so much!!!!!!! I have established life long friend connections because of that place. I will never forget when they helped me out when my cigarettes got stolen. I have been coming to Stress Care for several years now and at first it was a little rocky but about six months ago I was assigned to Christina. I cannot recommend Christina highly enough. She is an incredibly compassionate, skilled, and insightful therapist who creates a safe and supportive space for real growth and healing. From the very first session, I felt truly heard and understood. Christina has a unique ability to ask the right questions, offer meaningful perspectives, and guide me toward clarity in ways that feel empowering rather than overwhelming. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shine through in every interaction. I’ve noticed so many positive changes in my life thanks to her guidance, and I feel more confident, grounded, and hopeful than I have in years. If you are looking for a therapist who is both deeply empathetic and highly effective, Christina is truly exceptional. I leave every session feeling a million times better. She truly tells me what I need to hear instead of what I want to hear, which is something I have never been able to receive through many therapists in the past. I have since loved going to Stress Care and look forward to going to my sessions, instead of feeling like it was a chore.

Such a sweetheart helped me with my forms for 45 minutes straight and did not leave my side until they were complete. Definitely knows his way around the office.
