I am giving 5 star for this place. My kid was transferred from other out patient program. I definitely experienced what a big difference the service of High Focus comparing the other one. The facility might not be shining, but the service was right on spot. The staff are very experienced. They are calm, professional and compassionate. They don't response on minute to my email. But they know when to communicate with me and listen to all my important observation. They conducted the treatment in the right pace and told me to be patient when I was super worried. They provides parent education sessions which is very useful. The front office is also very friendly and responsible. I would highly recommend this place if you are searching the out patient program.

I am very grateful for therapist Alex Z. and all the staff at GenPsych Princeton who carefully supported my daughter- the transformation has been incredible. The small group and therapeutic environment created a safe space she looked forward to attending every day. The groups were effective and everyone was incredibly supportive. She was able to develop and use coping skills, effectively communicate with family, and advocate for her needs. Her confidence and self- esteem dramatically increased. We have been through several different PHP programs, and this by far was the most effective in improving her mental well being. I am forever grateful!

The experience I had at Avenues Bucks was everything I knew I needed and even more I didn’t know I needed. The facility and programming, and especially the staff and clinical team is unwavering in their dedication to the process and clients. Bucks utilizes a combination of accountability and supervision, while allowing me the freedom I needed to create a life of recovery akin to what would be required of me outside of a program. Coming to Banyan was most likely the best choice I could’ve ever made in terms of my treatment. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and they are very supportive to everyone here including myself. The therapist I was assigned as well, Dani, did everything in her power to help me as best as she could which means the world to me. Overall if I would have to come back to a treatment facility I would always choose Banyan.

Pyramid Langhorne is a place to show you if you are ready for sobriety. Not just to do counseling with counselors or administrative staff that actively undermine each other but BHT staff who can honestly be their for the clients and show them a better way of life. Some of the nurses are better than others but for the most part the care and compassion is there. Shout out to the welcoming women at the front office of the administrative building or whatever. I can’t say enough good things about this facility/program. I did my IOP here and from day one, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Courtney and Mika are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate—they don’t just go through the motions; they truly invest in your growth and wellbeing. The groups were meaningful, engaging, and actually useful in real life, not just “textbook recovery.” I learned tools that helped me rebuild structure, confidence, and balance in my life. The environment felt safe, nonjudgmental, and motivating, and I always walked out feeling better than when I walked in... they even have recliner "lay down and share" chairs oh and the Coffee is top notch This facility played a huge role in my progress, and I’m grateful for every counselor, staff member, and peer who helped me along the way. If you’re looking for an IOP that truly cares and makes a real impact, this is the place. Highly recommend.

SHOUT OUT to the staff here..I have been to many many rehabs, and there is something different about these people, and this place..they are in my opinion, Earth Angels. No judgement, they really just want to help and are good humans! Also, the way they go about treatment, I felt really cared about , from the 1st day. I need a higher level of treatment but I will be going to Outpatient there after.. I can't recommend this place enough. They have no hard chairs that your ass goes numb from sitting in for hours, they have leather, lazy boy chairs, in the entire place, they have a quite room where you can rest if you are detoxing or dont feel good, they feed you great food, they have snacks and sodas and I was literally told "think of this place as your home away from home" and from the clinical staff, the nursing staff, the Dr., they're all special people. xoxoxoxo

433 days ago I walked into this treatment center scared nervous, but ultimately I had a goal. This place was welcoming. The staff was nice, respectful and intelligent, very compassionate, and patient also, The cooks the counselor’s The Doctors, the day-to-day staff even the janitors were all nice and helpful and respectful. Anyway, the place was always clean. I was always respected. I was able to get the help and treatment that I needed and after let’s say about 25 days day, I was discharged with a treatment plan also with numbers and addresses that I might need help with outside of the treatment center. My appointments was set for me before I left making it Easier for me when I got home I thank everyone there

Food was alright. Accommodated the fact I didn’t eat pork or seafood. Beds are very uncomfortable, but it’s rehab. Most staff were great! If severe get you to the hospital in a timely manner. Had vending machines for snacks and cigarettes.

One of the best places that you can go to get help with a certified recovery specialist and people that are very good at their job and actually care about helping other people. I would highly recommend this to anybody in the area and they’re all throughout Pennsylvania they have 15 district officers spread out in different counties. I am a proud member and also a volunteer and I love this program and the great people you meet with in it. I like the saying says don’t just complain volunteer so after they help you give it back and help another person that will always come back.

I had to sign my son in here yesterday. He is Autistic and is having some serious mental health challenges at this time. At intake all of the nurses are very kind to me and I could overhear them sweet talking him up the hall which made me feel very comfortable because they did not know I could hear what they were saying. They were very patient and kind with my sweet boy. Today I received a call back quickly to give me an update and let me know his visiting dates as well as what to bring him. The doctor has already seen him and made some changes to his meds and they seem to be very attentive to his needs so far. I’m going to visit him tomorrow so I pray this place continues to be amazing and save my son and teach him to live life with a positive outlook and be kinder to himself. They are also working with us and teaching us about how to best be there for him.

I was very apprehensive about getting help at first because of embarrassment and the stigma surrounding mental health, but choosing High Focus Treatment Center was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Treena Lewis was my therapist in the Women’s Trauma IOP, and I now feel even more blessed to continue working with her as I stepped down to GOP. During one of the most difficult times in my life, she became a true source of strength and support for me. She is incredibly supportive, encouraging, and professional, but what truly sets her apart is how deeply she cares. Treena shows me that I am safe, heard, and never judged. She has a way of treating you like you are her only client; always giving her full attention, truly listening, and making you feel like you matter. She truly has one of the purest hearts and her smile is a reflection of warmth and love. Being in her care helped me open up in ways I didn’t think I could or even wanted. This is the third company I've used. The 1st 2 were awful - if anything, they worsened my situation. This place is exactly what I needed. Everyone is easy to get a hold of and they do what they're supposed to do - help. Christen at the front desk is great - she takes care of a lot by herself. If she's unable to help, she let's my counselor know ASAP. That brings me to her - Christy. She literally fixed an entire (bad) situation for me. Simply amazing. Thanks!
