New Pathway has been the best experience in my recovery. The way the program is run is different than any other iop. The counselors train you physically, mentally, and emotionally. With the soarfit workout, the yoga/meditation and groups, I always feel great when I leave. And when you graduate, alumni can come back and continue with the workouts! It's a wonderful group to belong to.

As 2025 winds down, I can’t help but look back at this past year — especially the four months and 21 days I spent at Rolling Hills. It was the hardest, rawest, most transformative stretch of my life. And now, for the first time in I don’t know how many years, I’m heading into Christmas and the end of a year with resilience, clarity, confidence, and a real sense of who I am. When I think about how I got here, one name hits me right in the heart: Doreen. Don’t get me wrong — every staff member played a part, especially my primary therapist, Brian, who walked me through things I never thought I’d face. But Doreen… Doreen is different. She’s the force of nature you don’t forget. The one who doesn’t judge, doesn’t look at you as a diagnosis or a story someone else told — she sees you. It’s like she can crawl into your brain, read the instruction manual you never got, and somehow understand exactly how to reach you. She does it with every single client, every single day. The amount of effort, planning, and heart she pours into her groups? Unreal. This woman is a superhero — cape optional, impact guaranteed. She also has this Santa-level magic. Not the “ho-ho-ho, here’s a present” kind, but the “here’s the truth you need to see, whether you’re ready or not” kind. She’s not there to make things easy. She’s there to break down what’s been blocking you so you can rebuild — stronger, clearer, and honest with yourself. And as hard as it was in those first weeks, I can say now: I love her for it. Rolling Hills is unbelievably lucky to have her. And I am unbelievably grateful to have crossed paths with someone who changed the trajectory of my life. Today, I’m living with gratitude, purpose, and pride. And I owe a huge part of that to her.

I highly recommend Mountain Side for recovery coaching. My family worked with Travis to help support one of my children with addiction by coaching, educating and being a sounding board for the entire family. He is exceptional at what he does and has been tremendously helpful through this difficult period of time.

I hired Travis Alfonso to work with my son as a recovery coach. Travis was down to earth, easy to talk to and caring. Both my son and I found him easy to relate to--thanks Travis.

I am so thankful for Mountainside and everything that they have done for me. my gratitude could not be expressed in words. All of the staff are wonderful, but Travis, my recovery coach has done so much for me. He is amazing, and changed my life. The doctors and help is outstanding. Since President Trump redid the VA system it is now top tier.

Mountainside Ramsey has proven to be a fantastic step down treatment options for clients leaving our care. The outreach and admissions department are so easily to work with each and every time. Clients have also spoken so highly of the quality of the groups, keeping them engaged the entire treatment process.

Mountainside Treatment Center is a great place for recovery I highly recommend it wonderful staff and the place is very clean and neat. I love Amy she is on the counselors there she is super sweet and she can teach and help you grow as a new person in recovery she has helped me so much. I highly recommend her as a counselor!

All of the staff at this program go above and beyond for their clients, and truly care. Amy is amazing also!

Outstanding DOCTOR'S and nurses.

I was really surprised on how nice and professional all the staff are. This is a great VA hospital with staff that staff that really cares.

The VA gets a bad rap but the people make it good. The system is tough to work with but like I said all the workers, from janitors to Doctors and nurses make it bearable.

Wonderful place they treat you with respect, really nice beds with a TV in each room. Great meals served too!!!

Serenity at Summit provided my son with exceptional care from the moment we made the first call. I was relieved that my insurance was accepted, but even more relieved when my son was assigned to his counselor, Sean. From the very beginning, I felt confident that my son was in the right place and working with the right person. Sean kept me informed of every major development, whether positive or challenging. He communicated clearly, consistently, and with genuine concern for my son’s well being. When my son wanted to give up, which happened more than once, it was Sean’s dedication, patience, and steady guidance that kept him grounded. He supported my son through some very difficult moments and helped him stay committed to the program when he felt like walking away. What impressed me most was that Sean never pushed my son to make decisions for anyone else not for me, not for him, not for the program. Instead, he helped my son understand that recovery only works when you choose it for yourself. That shift in mindset was transformative, and it happened because Sean knew how to reach him, speak to him, and guide him without judgment. It is rare to find someone with this level of compassion and dedication for people they do not know personally. Sean’s own experience and journey make him a powerful example of what is possible. You cannot teach that kind of empathy. It comes from lived experience, resilience, and a genuine desire to help others out of the same darkness he fought his way through. In my opinion, Sean is nothing short of a blessing for individuals and families facing the challenges of addiction. My son stayed, listened, and moved forward because of the support he received, and for that I am deeply grateful. Serenity at Summit is fortunate to have him, and so were we.

I am forever grateful to Serenity and Sean. He went beyond to help my loved one. He is a man that cares. A man with compassion. Sean gave me hope for my loved one. Brianna is also great. I would give this place a million stars if I could. Serenity made my difficult journey a little easier.

Absolute Awakenings is a great place and my experience with them was very positive. The counselors were a tremendous help and truly listened to the concerns of every client. Both group counseling and individual therapy were extremely beneficial and made a real difference in my progress. The staff is respectful, supportive, and genuinely cares about your recovery. I highly recommend Absolute Awakenings to anyone looking for real help and guidance.

I was in serious trouble with alcohol and substance abuse not to long ago, so I finally decided to reach out for help and I have to say it has been the best thing that I ever did for myself thanks to NJRC. The entire staff is excellent from the front desk, the administrators to all of the Clinical therapists, Medical staff and Case Managers. If you are in trouble with alcohol, substance abuse and mental health, I would highly recommend NJRC to anyone looking for help.They will definitely give you the help that you need. My life has changed so much for the better with the help of everyone at NJRC. Did I mention the yoga classes, gym availability and the excellent lunches, compliments of NJRC. Moving Mountains exceeded every expectation I had for a treatment center. The team was amazing. They were compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to helping every person succeed. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Special shout out to Eric, Miles, and my therapist Curtis. The groups are amazing, they were meaningful, and the environment felt safe and positive. The structure of the program helps rebuild daily habits and reconnect with yourself on a new level. I can't thank everyone at there enough for helping me find start to find myself again.

We had to send my friend to treatment and they helped us with the intervention and they were so incredible to work with from start to finish. It’s been 6 months and my friend is doing SO WELL and she’s so happy she went here

Putting my review in a nutshell,"my mother always told me to "fake it until you make it" and by becoming a rehabilitated human being at,Carnegie Hill Institute,again,I no longer have to fake it. And if there were anyone else I'd thank,besides the Lord,for seeking life' purpose,I thank the generosity of spirit and the way they come from love first and of in their successes at making sure I can regain the trust of others because they trust in me. And without gaining the trust of others,it takes away your will to live.

I've been a client at Carnegie Hill Institute for quite a number of years. I had been in treatment for years, and I can sincerely state that the treatment plans offered by the staff are the most effective that I have encountered so far.

Sunrise cherry hill was a godsend. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol! On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. Im just lucky im not someone who is WAY more fragile and sensitive amd nothing terrible happened 🥺

Supportive and non judgement staff at Brentwood location. Very clean and group sessions were great. They truly make you feel like a human being a person. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Absolutely the best facility and most caring people I’ve ever come across. Shout out to everyone at the nurses station for holding it down for me when I was at my lowest. i’ve been here for a month and it’s been the happiest and healthiest i’ve been in years. the clinicians and staff are so friendly, supportive, and understanding, knowing exactly how to help carry each person through their recovery journey. i’ve seen every staff memeber go above and beyond for their clients, as well as go out of their way to be friendly and helpful on a daily basis. i’m continually confident in my sobriety and skill-building each day that i spend here, and want for nothing mentally or physically. they meet all of my needs and then some, offering assistance with reaching out to outside parties including insurance agencies, ensuring all communication is thoroughly managed without concern or stress on the client’s part. i’d recommend this organization to anyone looking to get sober and build proper support systems, because they have the skills to achieve those goals in strides for their clients. thank you to BlueCrest, your kindness and efforts do not go unnoticed.

My Mom was brought there with an aneurysm at the end of October, and even though she didn't make it, I would like to say thank you to every person there. From Doctor to Nurse to orderly or any other employee walking in the hallway that was polite, helpful, informative, you really helped our transition be a little less painful. I forget her name, but the therapist/counselor that talked to us as we were waiting for the worst was truly good at her job. She helped us see things in perspective and calm out nerves. I am so glad that the ambulance driver decided to bring my Mom to Morristown.

My daughter had a wonderful experience at the Breast Center! The nurse Renee T. was very compassionate and held my daughter's hand with reassurance and care. Renee, RN was very exceptional with her reassuring demeanor. From the mammogram tech Jamile to Dr. Menendez I felt I was in good hands. Alison the admin clerk was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this breast center to anyone who requires further testing.

I had such a wonderful experience during my labor and delivery stay at Morristown Medical. From the moment I arrived at the admission desk to the incredible care I received from every nurse, pediatric doctor, OBGYN, tech, nursery staff member, and even housekeeping—everyone was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and supportive across both day and night shifts. We delivered our baby on a very busy night, yet our entire stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding care and compassion—you are truly amazing, and we’re so grateful for everything you did for us.

I was scared after reading reviews on my way to er but I had a nice doctor who made me feel not scared,. and care a lot about me and my mental health even though we just met. maybe they hired new psychiatry? if you go to er ask for doctor gueruro I am probably misspell her name (she is tall, pretty, dark hair.) social worker was nice too and got me a appointment. thank you.

My Experience at the recovery center has been truly life-changing. Cat and the team have been extremely helpful. Also, Evergreen clinicians are knowledgeable, patient, and have played a significant part in my recovery. 5 stars!!!!

Dr. ABBAS My psychiatrist is amazing! He really investigates mental health very well! Because of him I am going to hope my sleeping and other mental health issues get better. Also wanted to compliment Tiffany, the woman in the behavioral health department and the other secretary's, Tiffany was very nice over the phone and I person and deserves a outstanding customer service award! The other secretary's are also very nice, even remembering you by name!

They already made arrangements for Dad's transport to and from dialysis tomorrow, then they took his dinner order and brought him his dinner early. I'm so impressed!
