My name is Lucio Torcivia. I am a client at Morris County aftercare. I just wanna say this is the best clinic that has helped me so much. My counselor Regina is the best. She’s always there and ready to help me in any situation all the counselors one specifically Betsy, who’s been there for very long time she’s always at the middle window with a smile on her face to greet me or anybody in that case And the head nurse I forgot his name. He’s a great man too. Everybody, everybody in that clinic will always open their arms to help you trust me. I’ve been there for almost 8 years now and I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else and thank God I’m starting to do good in life. It took a while, but nobody ever gave up on me especially Regina. She never gave up on me and now I’m finally I can say that I’m clean one day at a time I would like to thank everyone at Morris County after care for the smiles the warm welcomes and all the help that I’ve needed through my course in life. I’ve never have been in a clinic better than Morris County aftercare in Denville. They are aces in my book. Just want to thank everyone there, especially Regina and the whole medical staff Betsy everyone they’re just a great bunch of people.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ If anyone is struggling with drugs, especially opiates I recommend this program because it’s the best one and if I can do it one day at a time you can do it. Seriously the best clinic ever! I recently switched due to moving and it’s the biggest regret I’ve had yet in my 8 years of sobriety. I had no idea how lucky I was going to MCAC. They truly love you and treat you with respect. I’d give anything to go back here over where I’m at now. Complete 180. I went from the best clinic to the worst and regret it. If you don’t have to leave here, don’t do it. If you’re looking to get clean, go here! I promise. If you’re willing to do the work, this place WILL help! I have 8 years of sobriety thanks to them. The staff at MCAC is exceptional. From the intake process to the regular meetings with counselors, everyone is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The clinic’s counselors truly listen and work with patients to create individualized treatment plans. They are always available for guidance, and genuinely care about their patients progress. The nurses and medical staff ensure that dosing is properly managed, safely administered and adequate to sustain recovery. The medical staff is thorough and they check- in to monitor health and progress. The facility is state of the art, clean and inviting and leadership is invested in ensuring that all patients receive quality care in line with the mission.

I called for HR 3 times and the receptionist hung up on me 3 times- time to find a new receptionist!!!!!!!

I been a client since 2022 and I would like to leave a 5 review to my counselor Mr RahJohn Rouse . He has been my counselor for almost a year and what a great guy he is. Very easy to talk to and a guy who really cares about his clients recovery and would go the extra step to make you feel comfortable. I would also like to leave another 5 star review to the staff member who whe front window Mr Sadiq Rouses he is very pleasant person and a great guy to talk to he makes the morning very easy since he knows ever client by name he will never have to ask for your number he knows ever one by face and have you checked in and tell you what you need to do before you go to the window.. It's been a year later and MR Rouse is still the man if you come here try and request him if you can. He is a amazing counselor and person

I REALLY appreciate the kindness and compassion that literally greets you at the door... I've only been on the program for a couple of months and I haven't met any staff member or supportive staff member(i.e. nursing, admissions) that have not been respectful and helpful... Ms. Smith is so-oo down to earth and knowledgeable, she makes it easy to identify and address my issues...I'm so glad that I chose Lennard as the foundation for my recovery... I am feeling like I'm gonna be a success... So if, like myself, your issues got issues, come to Lennard, open up to one of their awesome counselors,(like Ms. Smith and/or Rajahn) find yourself, and reach for the stars🌠...

I have been going to this clinic since my first pregnancy 7 years ago. I loved the doctors there, the front desk staff are amazing most of the time. The nurses and doctors assistant are great. I just started taking my child to the dentist there that was good too. I will recommend them to anyone.

I was in serious trouble with alcohol and substance abuse not to long ago, so I finally decided to reach out for help and I have to say it has been the best thing that I ever did for myself thanks to NJRC. The entire staff is excellent from the front desk, the administrators to all of the Clinical therapists, Medical staff and Case Managers. If you are in trouble with alcohol, substance abuse and mental health, I would highly recommend NJRC to anyone looking for help.They will definitely give you the help that you need. My life has changed so much for the better with the help of everyone at NJRC. Did I mention the yoga classes, gym availability and the excellent lunches, compliments of NJRC. Thank you so much for everything.You all have helped me turn my life around for the better. I could go on and on...

This agency used to be good back when I was part of it as a kid. I'm not sure who runs it now. But the workers here from receptionist to the social workers SUCK. COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE AND THEY LUKE TO GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. I reached out to a news reporter yesterday who will be calling today to talk about this place. How unorganized they are. And the things they do. Very unprofessional here.

NY State PLEASE investigate this agency again!! I cannot believe they are still in business! Do not become a foster parent with them and do not work there. If your children are part of NAC please please talk to a lawyer about switching agencies! Stay away!!

Greet experience from same day surgery.

I came for a surgery and was treated with the best care from the administrative part with Margie, to the nurses (big shout out to Meghan), anesthesiologists Dr. K, and phlebotomist.

Id personally like to thank Rebecca and the lovely staff whom assisted my cousin and I on September 18,2025. I got the process done October 27,2025. I didn't luck up and get the swaddles (sling) #ladyliberty #metoo

I went to this facility for a planned same-day surgery. The facility is very clean and modern appearing. The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. I was rather anxious leading up to the procedure and the nurses were excellent with thoroughly explaining what to expect. This, coupled with excellent bedside manner helped to calm my nerves. This was my first time at this facility but based on my experience, I would highly recommend!

After my experience from me being admitted never again will I show up here for any type of treatment.... A simple pitcher of water took me HOURS to receive it asked for water when I arrived i didnt get water until the next day. Then when I was receiving meds my body started to react to it....the doctor turned around and asked me " well what do you want me to do?".....my call bell wasnt working i literally threw up all over myself and was calling for help and no one came....the nurse said the button was accidentally unplugged 🙄....it was ridiculous how I was treated.....I threw up white foam and they werent concerned....😒 they had no care that I wasn't holding anything down.....oh and the place is dirty there was dry blood all over the side of my bed.....mind you i was in maternity....smh. I was trying to add photos but its not working My doctor's who work out of this building are awesome, I dont have a problem with them they werent there at the time I was.... Update.......12/6-12/8 2025 there is no warm water or any heat in the mother baby units we had to stay in a cold room with zero warm water 😐

The reception and registration staff are really welcoming and polite even the doctors and staff within the facility BUT for some reason every time I come here for an appointment, I have to wait more than 1hour past my scheduled appointment time. It’s so frustrating as we have work and other responsibilities so it’s infuriating to keep waiting with no real reason why. Maybe the specialists have delays but everyone I come here I have had to wait over an hour. Once I waited just under 2 hours. It’s a shame because this is the only hospital in Hoboken. I wish they practiced their time management better.

Greater Essex has a great staff that doesn't turn their back on you or condemn you for your mistakes. Its the only place that helped me be willing to get sober. Combined with the reading the bible, I feel like all these things changed my life.

Excellent program and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I learned a lot about my addiction and recovery as well as relapse prevention. The absolute best hands down.

I used to go to the lower east side service center. It is a great program it help me get clean. ... no problem .. I have my own place and I'm no longer a slave to drugs and what it put me through drugs suck ... the people there helped me gain inner strength to kick the drug habbit and lead a better life .
