Went into the emergency room at approx. 2am. Possible afib, after checking in I was taken in after about 10 minutes of waiting. all the nurses were awesome. The doctor answered all me and my wife's questions. When I was brought upstairs to my hospital room, I couldn't have received better care and friendlier treatment. I heart this hospital.

Not the first place I look forward to give a review. Though, life put me here (thankfully in the Chilton) for 12 days, and their service is TOP NOTCH, not one hospital in my 35 yrs of existence can compare to the quality of service this place offers to its patients!. The doctors, the nurses, the rooms, THE FOOD! just everything about this hospital is exactly how you would want to have if you ever, God forbid, you or a loved one has to be hospitalized. Now, important to highlight that the Emergency Room can certainly get backed up. Thank you Chilton, thanks for all the patience!

Choice Point offers excellent mental health services with group and individual therapeutic sessions. When I began the program, I was assigned to Jeff Gish. As I worked the program and had inevitable difficulties, Jeff went way beyond his counselor role and engaged me as a friend. That was the turning point for me that helped ensure my recovery. Everybody shoots straight here and you truly know how much they care about your mental health…oh, and the medical services are equally valuable. They helped me find medications that worked for me and were always attentive when I called. I can’t say enough about Jeff and Choice Point. They helped me turn my life around and that deserves all the stars in the heavens.

Hello, my name is Kathryn Power, and I am a 19-year-old female who had a transformative experience at High Focus Centers. During the first semester of my sophomore year in college, my mental health began to decline significantly. It started to affect every part of my life—my academics, my social connections, and even the way I dealt with issues and cared for myself.
When High Focus was recommended to the adults supporting me, I was open and willing to give it a try. I was accepted into the co-occurring mental health and substance use program, and that’s where things began to turn around. Through the program, I not only experienced a major improvement in my mental health, but I was also given an entire set of tools and coping strategies that I now carry with me every day. While there are always flaws no matter where you go, it's not a one-size-fits-all. I have personally witnessed for four years many people succeed who are committed to changing their lives.
Truth is you have to not only want it but also be willing to work for it. There comes a point in an addict's life where they will do anything to change their circumstances and patterns of behavior that led to their current state, and those are the clients that succeed at Odyssey, or anywhere else.

The staff at MCAC is exceptional. From the intake process to the regular meetings with counselors, everyone is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The clinic’s counselors truly listen and work with patients to create individualized treatment plans. They are always available for guidance, and genuinely care about their patients progress. The nurses and medical staff ensure that dosing is properly managed, safely administered and adequate to sustain recovery. The medical staff is thorough and they check- in to monitor health and progress. The facility is state of the art, clean and inviting and leadership is invested in ensuring that all patients receive quality care in line with the mission.

While attending a program at the Harlem Parish next door, my mother of 91 had an non-emergency, urgent situation. We entered the facility not knowing what to expect. We were greeted with upmost respect and kindness. From the security detail at the door to the 2 receptionists at the window, these wonderful people worked collectively to get us what we need to attend the program comfortably. This place is generally clean. I came here for a possible CO2 Carbon monoxide poisoning, but for some reason they refused to put that as the reason for my visit. The first night I went there they put headaches. The second night they put blisters which are symptoms of co2 poisoning. I’m not sure why they refused to include the reason for my visit on the paperwork. Anyway, at least I’m not dead so I’m thankful for their care. CO2 is odorless and can kill. At least that’s what I’ve read.

Although it's very discreet on cleaning lunch room, day room, hospital area and other parts of locations the staff here is very warming in who and why there able to help you.
