These are great folks here. A close friend of our family (Single Mother) approached me about her Son. He was in bad shape with drugs and had been on the Street for 24 months. It was life or death. I was totally helpless until I got the # for Never Alone. We were able to get James (Her Son) in treatment almost immediately, followed by after care programs. James is now clean and sober and counseling other youths struggling with drugs. They saved his Life!!

As a parent, choosing treatment for your child is incredibly difficult, but sending them to Never Alone was the best decision we could have made. The staff showed genuine compassion and truly cared about my child’s well-being, not just their recovery but their emotional growth too. We saw positive changes that gave our family hope again. Communication with parents was great, and my child felt safe and supported the entire time. I’m so grateful for everything they did for our family.

Navigate through the most challenging times; it is a commendable organization that provides assistance to youth and families during their most difficult moments, particularly when they feel isolated and misunderstood. 'Never Alone' aids children and families in discovering hope and guidance during their darkest hours. I will always be thankful for their empathetic support.
Outstanding care, very proud and so courteous. I would recommend this Medical Center over and over again, it was one of the best VA facility I've received care at. They were very compassionate and listened to your concerns and addressed them with very sound medical advice and best care.

The best. I've never had a doctor better than Rehmani and the receptionists/nurses are the kindest. I feel much more understood here than my previous past doctors.

Wanted to take a moment to dote on counselor Richelle Atkins. She has been instrumental in helping me change my life and work through my addiction. When you find someone like Richelle who is not just passionate about her job but truly cares for the people and community - that kind of dedication to the cause helps me to feel not so alone. Judgement has no place at Restorative and Richelle is a true reflection of that. I could tell her anything and she would only try and make it better for me or challenge me to think of how I can do better in the future. Even in the midst of her own personal struggles she shows up for her clients 100% each day. Thank you to Restorative Management and especially to Richelle for helping me get my life back - And the journey has just begun!

I enjoy going to group at Restorative Management. Evan who is a counselor there is AWESOME. He's very funny and has very good advice and ideas on sober living. I would go to Evans group forever if I could.
Over the last 5 years I have been a patient in many world class hospitals in New York City and in the last 2 years I have been a patient at Health Alliance Hospital twice. During those stays, I can say that the doctors, nurses, and nurse assistants are exceptional. They are as good if not better then some of the personnel in the highly touted hospitals. Some of these reviews are stunning since they do not reflect my experience here on two different occasions.

I was in Astro home for children back in 1972 and I remember they put me in the cottage I’ll never forget Frank Mulhern, and his wife Donna Mulhern, and their son Keith I remember Artie Freeney I remember Dave Tompkins and Terry the house maid I remember sister Patricia wow so many years ago and I still remember their names. I am now 56 years old going on 57 this year so you know that was many many years ago. I had some good experiences there, but I’ll never forget the day. My mom dropped me off how sad I felt at five years old.
RRCOC I am forever grateful for. This place guided me on the right path of recovery and I am still sober to this day as a result. No relapse not even a thought has crossed mg mind. I realized how valuable family is and this short time we have on earth to really cherish the things that matter.
My life has dramatically changed for the better and I can’t express my gratitude for this gift of life. Thank you to all the staff there for being so kind, warm, welcoming, and supportive. Cathy was an amazing counselor and guided me to St. Christopher’s for a longer term program.
I was at RRCOC on October 25th, 2022 and today is February 25th, 2025.
I remember being lost at a train station off the NJ transit, and a man asked me where I was going, and I told him a rehab. He drove me 1 hour to RRCOC and dropped me off in the front instead of me getting a hotel room for the night because the facility wasn’t available a certain time to process a new intake, which could have been a bad idea for me if I went to the hotel. That man named
Tom was sober 33 years and proactive with AA. My entire outlook on life changed at that moment. Time seriously flies. Thank you for everything.

Have you ever been sick and tired of being sick and tired? Go to RRCOOC! The facility, the staff, the counselors, the nurses, the back of house hospitality team, everything is there rooted in helping you achieve your goals. Whatever they may be. A lot of people are at different timelines in their recovery journey and it being my first in patient I was confused / concerned about how I would get the care I needed, but with the structured group schedules, the work/preparation/treatment plan with your counselor and the help of the RSS staff AND (most importantly!!!) your willingness to truly lean into all of the above, you will find within the first few days you have a tailored wellness retreat in your hands. You will discover things and rediscover things that will make you excited and curious for life again. A life with so much more to offer you! I truly LOVED everything!! Well, I think my one complaint is that the outside pool was not open since I went in October. Obviously kidding! A huge shoutout to EVERYONE there, but also my counselor Nicky, who truly blessed me with an improved blueprint of my life! I am forever grateful to her and the tough love approach because at the end of the day, everyone in that building is on your side and are rooting for you to TAKE YOUR LIFE BACK!!! Well, now I’m crying and I’m going to see the Wicked movie tonight! Thank you for listening!!

THIS Recovery Center is 100% TOP NOTCH!! The facility and Staff, (especially Barbara) are WONDERFUL!! The atmosphere is Uplifting and the Staff Truly Care. Love Lexington!! Started on 412 Main Street, they got me into the methadone clinic and both places saved my life! I’ve been sober for 3 1/2 years thanks to this program. The groups are great, the counselors are the absolute best in the area, the doctors and nurses care about not only your dose, but how your feeling and if you have any issues they bring you right to the doctor! I couldn’t of asked for better people during the worst time of my life… Thank you Lexington Staff 💙❤️
My cousin, who is more like a brother to me, has been to DYC more than once. While he is no longer there today, that is not because of any shortcoming on DYC’s part. This place is truly a diamond in the rough.
DYC is one of the very few long-term treatment facilities available for youth, a rarity that in itself makes it invaluable. But beyond that, what makes DYC extraordinary is the people: kind, compassionate, dedicated individuals who consistently go above and beyond not only for its members but also for the families who walk alongside them in this difficult journey.
From the Fallsburg residence to the Brooklyn program and beyond, DYC offers so much more than treatment. It provides dignity, holistic care, and the life skills, introspection, and tools needed to break free from addiction’s grip. It is a place that treats people as whole human beings, worthy of love, healing, and hope.
Although my cousin is no longer a member due to his own circumstances and decisions, DYC has never left me behind. For over a year, I have been attending the family groups virtually every Wednesday, and in that time I have been heard, understood, guided, and supported. These groups have profoundly shifted my beliefs, my approach, and my ability to support not only my cousin but also myself as I navigate the long and painful road that addiction weaves into families.
I especially want to recognize Jen and Scott, who lead our Wednesday meetings with such care, wisdom, and compassion. Their ability to hold space for every single person in the group - through laughter, tears, and honest conversation - has been life-changing. They embody the heart of what makes DYC so special.
I have cried with this community, laughed with them, and learned from them. I have been humbled by the strength of other families and, in turn, found strength of my own. The gratitude I feel for DYC, the staff, the families, and the space they create together, cannot truly be captured by words. But I can say this: DYC has given me hope, perspective, and a community when I needed it most. For that, I am forever thankful.

I spent 14 months there in 1979.80 they saved my life. I went from shooting dope in bklyn to a 100 acre farm like setting God bless Ed Kenny dose anyone remember him or the staff?

I'm so grateful to have gone to Joe's house. It is an excellent place to stay sober and get your life back. The staff is so caring and do really good work on your behalf. I am so glad that Joe's house is here helping my community. And I believe that there leaders in the community and help so many of our brothers and sisters get there life back. Recap was a place that has helped me while I was in recovery... every year they give out turkey basket they have a good food pantry... They have a men's half way house, subsidized housing for men and women, and an outpatient... If u need help while you are in recovery I definitely recommend
My daughter has received services from Astor for the last 2-3 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the receptionists, staff, therapists, nurses and NPs. They have been a blessing to us! When my daughter does not have an appointment one week due to a holiday or whatever, someone will call to check on us. I really appreciate that. It is tough having interns as my daughter's therapists but they need to train somewhere. If your child has extreme difficulty with change then ask for someone that is consistent.

When i was there in 2018 it was very strict which most people cant complete theu get kicked out or relapse. The then director Andrea was a tough woman to trick or get one over on. Counselors come and go thst normal. Brian the house manager was also amazing and there for a long time. I heard its not the same its easy to get over on staff which isnt good for the people trying to get better. Id love to know to who the new director is. Also the house is amazing compared to like renwick house in newburgh.

New location convenient. They're closed every day from noon to 1 for lunch. Golden rules mean that they are sticking pretty close to appointment times.
I was there from either 78 or 79 till I think 82 or 83 , can't remember, but about that time . I remember Mike dent aka droopy . A woman in the office we called twiggy . And the one counselor that did help me more her name was Michelle . It was definitely a learning experience. And it looks way different now for sure. He did it at first but liked it at the end before I left..

This place has changed sense 85 thru 1987. Wow! I wonder if any counselors from back then are still working at this Old building its kept up well. Love to see it. The memories and good People had a great impact on my life. I will add old stock photos if their interested.

My is Christopher harris, I was a resident here around 1994 I think, this place saved my life. Mr Clinton Mrs Edwards tough sometimes... but fare. It was a great place to keep kids off the street. Thank you an God bless the staff. Btw we almost beat one of the top teams that year felt great to be apart of something thank you.
The urgent care staff is really good. The wait times are short and I have been here on several occasions. Everyone provides good service; Nurse practitioner Theo is not only professional but a great person, and nurse Arlent (sorry if I misspelled it) provides great service as well.
