I really don't have a bad word to say about Healing Transitions.I didn't finish the whole program on my own accord. But the staff is awesome. Mr Raeford,Mr Dickens,Mr Hubbard really great guy's.. I was initially very apprehensive about starting treatment at a methadone clinic, having heard negative things about such facilities in general. I expected JRS to be no different, but they have completely transformed my view of methadone treatment and shown me how compassionate and caring the staff at MAT centers can be. The team at JRS is exceptional, and my counselor Hannah has been one of my biggest supporters—I am incredibly thankful for her. If you're like I was, scared or hesitant to start treatment, but considering JRS, please take the step and check them out. You won't regret it. They've not only supported my mental health but also ensured from day one that I received aid, making my treatment free, and quickly provided other invaluable resources that have been life-changing. Went there are new staff and new Program Director it's been 4 years since I went back I came from another clinic wanted to switch back to Sanford because its way closer then the other clinci go to and not to metion i am a resident of lee county so when I switched Dr.Gwen was not there until that following week so I guessed dose and I was discharged from my previous clinic so i did paper work basically every thing but see Dr.Gwen I had done at sanford so when Dr.Gwen received my file she rejected me as a patient would not dose me could dose at my old clinic because I was discharged so I could attend Sanford Dr.Gwen is a NP not actually a doctor she's been doing ridiculous stuff to people not letting them return after years of being gone always lowering clients dose because they have drugs in there system we pay to go there and are asking for help but she lowers there dose sends them to higher level discharges them this is a clinic not everyone's perfect I feel she has no copasion once so ever staff members that have worked with her previous had said she's very different she needs to change categories because she doesn't need to be working around attics or recovering attics all she's doing is not right once so ever:)Sanford Treatment Center needs a New Real Dr a actual Doctor no Nurse Practitioner she needs to make a change go somewhere else hopefully soon

Never thought id be saying im so close to being 100% sober. If it wasnt for this clinic id still be in bed in pain and tears wondering where life is gonna take me the next day .. All the staff are excellent, and the Black Nurse there is so kind and polite, cute too..when i make it thru this chapter ill have them to thank. Are until I figure out a miracle! As for the ones saying it's a place to get high don't really knows how this works! My mom was in and out of this hospital for the most part of 2024 with cancer and blood transfusions. As most employees were great, there were two nurses that cared for mama that were outstanding. A white nurse, Annette and a black nurse, Sophia. They went beyond to take care of mama's needs. They both deserve a raise. Maxine does have a strong personality, however, she has been extremely professional, helpful and loving over the past two years while working with me and my children. Excellent Place! I would give 10 stars if I could. I had an appointment the same week. Even though my insurance wouldn't cover the initial doctor visit it was still affordable being self pay. I had been looking for a facility for weeks with no luck due to cost of services at other places. But I left today after my visit with prescriptions needed to help aid in my treatment and recovery. Dr. Sandy is the real deal! She's not in it for the $. She is there to really help people. I highly recommend this place! Ms. Kim was super efficient in the whole intake process and was on top of things and responded quickly. Thanks to all that work there that made this process so easy and comfortable.

I entered NCRSS in February of 2016. My therapist was Miss Donna. I was in the intensive outpatient program in Clayton, NC that lasted approximately 12 weeks. I am still clean and sober today almost three years later. The program was extremely beneficial to me because I was at a point in my life where I wanted it to work. I learned a lot about myself and my behaviors and how to live without using a day at a time. I not only utilized what treatment had to offer, but the program of Alcoholics Anonymous as well. Today, I am proud of who I am becoming and I help others who struggle with this disease. I am grateful for NCRSS and Miss Donna for all the help that they gave to me. Miss Donna believed in me when most people didn't. From that belief, I was able to find a belief in my higher power and within myself. I am a truly blessed individual and love my sober life.

My overall experience with Green Leaf Care Center has been phenomenal. What I loved about it is when we did the initial tour, I noticed both the caretakers and the residents were happy. They were doing activities and some physical therapy. Some people were in the dining room and they were just getting ready to eat meals and have a good time. They also have outings for those who are capable. My mother was very excited that they went on an outing to view Christmas lights. She hasn’t stopped talking about it! The surroundings and the area are peaceful, and the rooms are spacious. I just feel safe with her being on this property. The staff that assists me anytime I call with concerns have been great. I would say that they have succeeded my expectations, and they really care about their residents. I am happy I can trust them to ensure my mother has the level of care she needs.
