I truly appreciate her transparency, authenticity, and genuine compassion and support for her group members, all grounded in mutual respect from both sides. My wife had to go to the emergency room on Friday night, May 15th approximately 11:15 pm. She got something in her eye that was causing much pain. We were there until 4:30 am Saturday morning. The experience was horrible but this review is for a lady named Dawn, she was very personable and had a bedside manner that was impeccable. My wife was in so much pain but she made the experience better. Dawn deserves an award, a raise and definitely an acknowledgment of the excellent service she provided.

Was visiting the hospital and we used valet service a sweet young man named Jordan Gibson helped us and did an excellent job he is so polite and caring. We laughed and jokes that our last name was the same. The facility is lucky to have someone like him. He deserves a raise. This was my first experience. I got there on Thurs (good security). I was checked my nurse, talked to a counselor, & the doctor can't see me until next Mon (it's a long time). Doctor wasn't there on Monday? Apparently, doctors are there Tuesday and Wednesday only. Otherwise, I'd have to wait another week (another stretch). It's clean. No one else there at the time.

First I want to say I went up there of my own free will, I had no court dates no probation nothing, and honestly if it wasn’t for my counselor Christine I would not have given this review!! She was the only in there that was actually understanding and would do anything to help you stay clean!! The director Les only cared about the rules no matter how out dated or ridiculous they were!! If it wasn’t for Christine helping me out and changing her schedule those rules would’ve cost me my job which Les seemed to not care about!! The other staff was very nice but you could tell they were tired of those out dated rules as well!!

I love their ENTIRE staff, I was alittle nervous at first because I was not sure if my insurance was going to cover it or if I was going to be able to get state funded. They went above and beyond to make the Sublocade shot happen for me and I’m on my 2nd month sober. Look at GOD! Thank you staff at ADS.

I must say that the intake receptionist 💚💚 PEARCE 💚💚has done an outstanding job, taking my information in a comforting, caring, professional manner as always . Amazingly providing me with the assistance I need ; Let me explain I had to call and search around for a OB to get appointments for me being pregnant. Pearce took me by surprise when she suggested that she would help me with 1 or 2 calls (realizing I did not have a phone). When she seen that those calls did not come through, she continued on her search for me a OB SURE ENOUGH * PEARCE FOUND ME ONE * located near me . She has always been very determined to help when I and others come into the office. Thank you so much Miss Pearce for always being so patient with the intake process with the clients of this facility. God bless you .

Caring Services Inc is a heaven for anyone in need, period. No favorites, no labels, just 360 degrees of help for the addict who shows up. I was lucky enough to enter the Vet Safety Net program roughly 10 years ago, and I still thank God for it every single day. Becky, Jason, Sarah, and Brian are nothing short of angels. Since my time here, I have traveled the country clean and sober, and I can say without hesitation that this place is the real deal. I have been here for a long time and have 27 take homes. If u actually wanna get clean and not just use it bc u can’t find anything else than the place is good plus since getting a new head nurse “that we needed so bad” n when Anna was the director things have gotten much better. even tho Anna is not there anymore she got it together and it seems like the new director is following her lead, the only bad thing I can say about Baart is if someone skips line or being disrespectful and you say something then I would be punished by holding my take homes over my head while the other person who started the mess has no take home’s receive no kinda punishment.

I graduated this program in 2016. I had my daughter while I was there. I wasnt the easiest client to deal with. I gave them hell. Had a horrible attitude. Was so ungrateful. Looking back im so grateful for this program. They took me in with just the clothes on my back, got me hooked up with medicaid and foodstamps as well as a strong support system within the program. They offer parenting classes, therapy, child therapy, case workers, they house you while you are there and make sure you have somewhere safe to stay when you leave. I was allowed an extension by 2 months just to make sure I had somewhere to go since I was homeless when I came in. The staff are stern in policy but they truly care! They wouldn't be in this if they didnt! That's for sure! My daughter will be 10 in a couple months and I catch myself using the things I learned in parenting classes I took here before she was even born! I stop by there from time to time hoping to see some of the workers that were there when I was, and there are still several there!. Im forever grateful for unc horizons and I would highly suggest this place to any mother who is truly ready to get their life back!

I've been to another treatment center and this one is by far the best one. Workers Drs nurses counselors and everyone else are amazing. No judgement, works with you, very helpful, nice just awesome place all around. Intake takes 2-3 hrs but it didn't seem that long. Plus they have intake everyday unlike some places.

I just deleted a post that someone handwritten and had my name on it.I have nothing to say about Athena or Harley.As they let me clarify that. As far as the clinic gays, it has helped me for almost 2 years. It has helped me with my Dystonia. Also it has helped me to stay clean. Brandy is my counselor and I love her she is really good. She cares about what's going on she has time for me whenever I come to her door. She's always there above and beyond. So I just wanted to say that y'all have done a lot for me and I love the nurses.

I love my doctors! I've never had a doctor or their office actually meet me halfway. My therapist and psychiatrist are always there when I need them. I don't have to worry about making sure that I have a ride to get to and from my appointments, the virtual visits are very convenient, especially when you're a single parent. They work around the minor inconveniences when you have kids in the background yelling for you. They don't keep you on the phone any longer than needed, when you're the only parent taking care of them. The patient portal is very convenient as well, especially after hours. You can still get a hold of them to talk about changes to your information, needing to make or cancel an appointment, etc...they say that it could take up to 2 days for a reply. But I've never had to wait, but just a few minutes to get a message back.

I want to extend a special shout out to Miguel, Mana, and Charlie. When my father-in-law's ride home was canceled and the companies he uses didn't have any drivers available for four hours, these men became our guardian angels.
