The nurses and CNA‘s at section 2C of the hospital were absolutely wonderful during my three day stay. I wish I could remember all their names. They were attentive, sweet, and I loved talking with all of them. They were always there when I needed attention. Keep up the good work, ladies your team is outstanding! Thank you all!

Let’s be clear the staff here 10/10. Wish they could do primary care. Dr Wong AMAZING bedside manner! Martha Lee and the other nurses.. Unmatched energy at 3,5 5am. Without the love from triage to check out . And the wait was not bad at all! Would’ve been out even sooner if my granddaughter’s IV was able to move any faster that was really the only thing that we made it a little longer than it was, but that was not on the fault of the hospital Best Emergency Room visit in awhile (considering!) . Glad we took the extra miles to come here.

This review was based on my partial experience of ADS. I arrived Thurs (good security). I was screened (great nurse), evaluated by a counselor (Les- amazing), & the doctor would see me the following Mon (bit of a stretch). I didn't make it but they were willing to see me Tues. Otherwise, I'd have to wait another week (another stretch). The facility was clean and inviting. No one other patients there at the time, but I watched them roll through the drive-thru to pick up their meds. Traffic seemed to flow well. I give it four stars, excluding one only because I did not get the full experience. I believe this is a good facility. The staff I meant are truly amazing and I've heard good things. However, I'd plan to go several days before running out. It may take several days to get your first dose. Best wishes on your sobriety. 🙏

First I want to say I went up there of my own free will, I had no court dates no probation nothing, and honestly if it wasn’t for my counselor Christine I would not have given this review!! She was the only in there that was actually understanding and would do anything to help you stay clean!! The director Les only cared about the rules no matter how out dated or ridiculous they were!! If it wasn’t for Christine helping me out and changing her schedule those rules would’ve cost me my job which Les seemed to not care about!! The other staff was very nice but you could tell they were tired of those out dated rules as well!!

They went above and beyond to make the Sublocade shot happen for me and I’m on my 2nd month sober. Look at GOD! Thank you staff at ADS.

No words can truly express the gratitude I have for Daymark. No matter which location I’ve visited across North Carolina, they’ve always welcomed me with open doors and a light left on—especially during my darkest moments. When I felt hopeless, they gave me hope. When I felt weak, they reminded me of my strength. What makes Daymark so special is the compassion you’ll find from a team that truly understands—many of them have walked the same path and found freedom from the very struggles they now help others face. You’re not just a number here; you’re met with kindness, empathy, and real support. I’ve seen the negative reviews, and sure, no place is perfect. But to me, those are small things when compared to the hell of addiction. Daymark has helped me find my way back to life—and for that, I thank God.

Before coming to RFH, I felt worthless and empty. I lost everything and had no one. Being at the Alpha House facilitye gave me a way to cope with my feelings of worthlessness. In the past I would have drowned myself in drugs. I'm only 19 and lost everyone and everything of importance in my life. My son will turn 2 years on March 31st, I haven't seen him since he was 13 weeks. My heart is filled with hate, pain and regret. I lost him due to failed drug tests and he was placed with my grandmother that raised me. I though he would be protected so I continued to use and got myself into a lot of trouble. My son was physically abused by my father’s girlfriend due to my bad choices, my using progressed until it was more painful to use. I'm learning how to stay clean, to do the next right thing for the next right reason. I have a chance at life today. I've learned how to be responsible, dependable and respectful. I'm employed, saving money and I'm considerate to others. I'm grateful today.
