Was here back in 2021. It was one of my longer stays. The dr and social worker were helpful and supportive. I loved the fresh air breaks and I met some great people. It was also nice to see snacks given out in the evening. Unfortunately, I wound up staying an extra few days because I had a crisis and lashed out after my estranged sister passed away and my father was less than helpful during a phone call while I was there. I liked the groups as well, and I never forgot the concept of the Drama Triangle that I learned in one group. Being here helped me get back into drawing as well. While this was one of my more challenging time periods, I gained a lot and appreciate everything the staff has done to support me.

The administrative personnel are great and hands on ,the nursing staff is attentive and caring, and the clinicians take time to personally connect to each client with compassion and empathy , this place helped to save my life ,words cannot express my gratitude, I found myself in a “ Hell on Earth” situation with my addiction,I couldn’t stop using but could not continue either, fortunately the people here showed me an alternative, that ended up saving my life, I don’t know where I would be if Lynn Comprehensive Services were not available to those of us who desperately needed it. Ryan House is a wonderful experience. The staff here are very responsive to client needs and really try to make sure each client has a recovery path that is catered to their individual needs. Some of the workers are really nice. But they're always so full. But they always accept appointments and walk-ins even if they are full. It's always nice to have some type of help. This place offers good selections on formula and different types of food for babies and infants and women as well if you choose to go on the program. Thank God for programs like These.

I love this church so much. I've never had an experience where I felt so welcomed by the entire Church family but what really blew me away is the amount of outreach they do in the community, especially for people in recovery and young adults. I highly recommend attending a 7 PM Wednesday welcoming night ("connect night.") This is where you'll meet the pastor & staff and learn about all the ways that they have been a blessing to Lynn and outside community. From having a walk-in welcome center for women in recovery on Washington St to purchasing a business to employ people who have been incarcerated to buying and refinishing buildings so that there's housing for our homeless there's just so much going on here and such a beautiful way please do yourself and your family a favor and check it out!!!

The staff at RCA made a difficult time much easier for myself and my loved one. From the beginning, they treated him with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. You can tell they truly care about the people they help, not just professionally but personally as well. The nurses, counselors, and support staff were compassionate, attentive, and always willing to listen. As his partner, it gave me peace of mind knowing my loved one was surrounded by people who genuinely wanted to see them heal and succeed in recovery. I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I’d be lucky to make it back to this place… meaning that I’d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how “horrible and defiant” I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying “one of you is going down a dark road” really? These are the people to trust? These are the people “getting me better.” Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious. So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them. I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I’m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I’d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won’t name you but I know that you know who you are. Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don’t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I’d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn’t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It’s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down. That’s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder. Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can’t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. Forever I love you, and miss you, and wish you the best. I would love to come speak one day at an event, I don’t live close by anymore but I’d love to make something so please contact. Anyone wondering if they should come here, yes. Yes you should.

I have nothing but good things to say about bedrock recovery. From my great case worker Alessandra to the motivated clinicians. A part of me did not want to leave there. I was forced to go there was planning to sign out after 3 days. I stayed for the full 21 days and graduated. The techs,nurses also care about you and treat you with respect. If you need help with a substance abuse or have trouble with your mental health please give them a call

Any veteran struggling with their care should transfer to this facility. The staff is responsive, intelligent, and happy to genuinely help you. A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had — I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us — she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us… it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don’t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

I don't usually write reviews, but East Coast Recovery was so great that I felt like I should. From the start, everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. What was a really stressful situation ended up being much smoother than I expected because they kept me informed every step of the way and were always quick to answer questions. What I appreciated most was that they treated me like a person, not just another customer. The team was honest, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about helping. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. The whole experience left me feeling confident that I was in good hands. If you ever need the services they provide, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend East Coast Recovery. Great people, great communication, and excellent service all around. Great place to get sober. They had the best staff helping me to receive comprehensive care. I ended up staying with them 7months, I found it that helpful. Definitely not my first program, but they stand out from the rest. Perfect place for aftercare for people who have detoxed or done residential treatment. They work well with various sober living houses. They are also very flexible with the different levels of care that they offer.
