It's hard to describe the level of care and support that Rose House provides. No family ever wants to be in this situation, but Rose House provides a level of knowledge, confidence and assurance that we couldn't find anywhere else. The fact that it is female specific makes its mission that more effective in not only dealing with addiction but the underlying roots of abuse and trauma. We were desperate and they gave us our daughter back. This place is not an adult daycare or resort. They require not only the patients to do the hard work, but the families as well. BLESS YOU All. To the nurses and Doctors in the ER at Estes Park Health Thank you . For also making sure I had correct directions knowing i do not drive in new places. Everyone went above and beyond for us knowing we were away from home and family. I have always said my favorite place on earth is Estes Park and this made even more special to me. I’ve had a great deal of exposure to recovery-focused businesses/programs and this was by far my best experience. Betty Jo, Alisha, and Ceana at the Fort Collins office truly understand the assignment, and treat everyone with respect and genuine care. They create an atmosphere that is both comfortable and solution-focused, which is a very difficult thing to do - a labor of love to say the least. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, because I love this place. I have been seeing my current therapist here for a couple years now and have seriously experienced a complete turn around in my life in every single area. I cannot recommend this place enough. When I first came to this class I was terrified. I sat in the back watching from a distance. I didn’t want to participate, afraid I would be treated poorly. With this said, Anne held my hand and lifted me up. She is an Angel sent from heaven! I truly believe God placed me with her. The receptionist was very understanding and helped me find a good counselor to work with. My counselor is great, he fit for my needs. All the rest of the staff have been amazing helping me too, being supportive and understanding. I don't know what I would have done without all the help and support I've gotten from the staff there.

We found AIM as our son was finishing a therapeutic wilderness program. AIM was an excellent transition program and supported all of us along the way. The staff are skilled, compassionate and purposeful. The phases of the program allowed for growth at a participant’s own pace. AIM House is an incredible program that caters to all walks of life. As a previous participant, I feel that I was cared for in a way that was not overbearing. They provided us with countless resources, activities, and communities to engage with throughout my time there.
I really like that you can make a program that works for YOU! They give participants the tools to pursue what they enjoy, make mistakes in a safe environment, and grow into a more mature individual.
AIM House does a fantastic job of creating a community that leads to life long friendships. I completed the program a little over 6 years ago and continue to speak with many of the other participants I was in the program with, as well as some of the staff!
I can confidently say that I would recommend this program to any young adult going through debilitating hardships in their life. This is, and will always be, a special place to me.

I received info about connections from my PCP, looking for a way to find a counselor or therapist in my post-partum phase that accepted my insurance. I called and spoke to Kathy: she was warm and empathic and it truly felt like she cared about my well-being. I gave her my info, preferences of what kind of therapist I was looking for, and then that day or the next she sent me a list of providers that were in my insurance network. She did ALL the hard work. I picked one and began therapy. It’s one of the best things that’s ever happened to me. She even followed up a week or so later to make sure I was alright and able to connect with a therapist. This was almost a year ago. I had been a problem drinker for years (let’s just be real: the worst drunk you can imagine). Although I had tried to quit several times before, I always ended up failing and winding “right back in the bottle.” While the outpatient rehabs were fine, they never prepared me for what came after: actually having to live and cope with what the world throws at you.
Even after a full year of sobriety I was still struggling when the VA referred me to New Hope. During my first session I was amazed that Toni understood addiction and where I was at with my struggle with my own mind and addiction to alcohol. While on vacation in Estes Park I became ill and disoriented. I entered myself into the emergency room at Estes Park Health. I was immediately impressed by the speed at which attention was provided to me. The concern shown by all the staff, nurses, doctor and associated providers was outstanding. After numerous tests and monitoring I was diagnosed with high altitude pulmonary edema. The oxygen after care provided by Bill was phenomenal. It made me feel well cared for. I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff that attended me at Estes Park Health. For anyone with health issues I highly recommend this hospital to provide the best care possible. I have read all of the reviews and I would like to leave a different perspective than the 1 star reviews. I have been a patient somewhere around 6 years of North Range. In that time they have always treated me with care and respect. I too have had issues with prescriptions being filled on time here and there. However, I want to put this into perspective. Some patients have requirements that need to be met in order to continue to refill medications: keeping up with their regularly scheduled appointments or maybe it is a type of mmedication (narcotic) that requires a monthly review. That is not a failure of the staff. It is a behavioral health organization. They have rules and regulations to follow in order to protect their patients, especially the ones on medication. In my own experience, it was almost always some failure on my part when meds weren't filled on time. I have always been treated extremely well, even a couple times I was a little short over meds not bring filled on time. My best advice: if they set up a treatment plan with you, DO THE WORK. KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS. FOLLOW UP...and you will have a great experience just like I did!!!

I like this place, my meds are helping so much, but I don't fight with them about what I'm taking anymore, I just take the meds nowadays.
Has made pretty much every aspect of my life better. I could list a few just off the top of my head. Give this place a chance if you have mental health issues, it's really not bad.
