The staff were patient, kind, funny, respectable and caring. Personally i would have preferred an 8 hour day but then again i am an older female who rather spend my day resting, eating and watching movies! I was quite fond of Marrow even though i am sure i am spelling her name wrong. The other lady who did so much in activity wise was a super encourager. Sorry i dont remember her name. She may have come from Germany but anywhoo Hope House and the dancing staffer who taught a lot about gardening and painting were a great inspiration. Keep up the good work. Hope House, YOU ROCK!!!

This is an amazing place, it's more personal they teach you coping skills and help you make a foundation to start your sobriety on. Most of the staff are also in recovery and know what your going threw. I am now over a year sober since October 2019. I just had a daughter. I have a whole different life now that I can appreciate and be proud of. Thankyou Kelly and Michelle for this wonderful place you have here.

I recently had a surgery with Dr. Spencer and her team. We had a fantastic experience and they kept my husband updated the entire time. I recovered on the OBGYN floor where it seemed like the red carpet was rolled out for me. The 3rd shift crew had a student and I really appreciated the time they spent with her showing her what to do and how to do it. Also the anesthesiologists were great as well! They also had a student and he was fab! I highly recommend Dr. Spencer and her team as well at the OBGYN floor at Hillsdale Hospital.

I have to say from my experiences that this sober house is amazing and has the potential to be life changing. My case manager Paige is one of the biggest supporters I've found that is truly there to help and makes a difference from case management to just being there for us on the daily to make sure we are okay goes above and beyond in every aspect. Beverly is one of the most dedicated and compassionate supporters of recovery Ive ever met. That woman truly cares no matter what state or condition you are in she loves you for you. Jess is one of the absolute best sober supports I've ever met she is there at the drop of a dime to support you and work through your problems even when it complicated her schedule. I haven't used their services in person yet. Though I just spent a half an hour speaking with Tabbin doing a phone intake. He followed up with me after I called interested To go a few hours before. At this time I have called several places and went to one in real life. Tabbins customer's service skills put them all to shame including his resolve to follow up and even manipulate the situation in a positive maner to make sure I'm coming in the morning.
