This place gave me HOPE something I didn’t know about. When I walked into them doors they told me that they were going to LOVE ME UNTIL I LOVED MYSELF & that’s exactly what they did. I am forever grateful for each one of the staff members for helping me & no matter what believing in me. Recovery is not easy either is life. Life happens on life’s terms & alls I know is they gave me the tools, experience, friendships & bond. They became my family & I know I was NOT easy but trust me they will NEVER give up on you SO just make sure you NEVER give up on yourself. The staff were patient, kind, funny, respectable and caring. Personally i would have preferred an 8 hour day but then again i am an older female who rather spend my day resting, eating and watching movies! I was quite fond of Marrow even though i am sure i am spelling her name wrong. The other lady who did so much in activity wise was a super encourager. Sorry i dont remember her name. She may have come from Germany but anywhoo Hope House and the dancing staffer who taught a lot about gardening and painting were a great inspiration. Keep up the good work. Hope House, YOU ROCK!!!

I went to serenity haven about 3 & 1/2 years ago and to this day I still have them to thank for me being where I am in life. Since I have lived in Michigan(3 years). I just found this hospital, was in their ER twice and the staff was completely understanding! Dr. Gerkin, (nurses) Kelsey, Allison, Bianca!!!! I have to say from my experiences that this sober house is amazing and has the potential to be life changing. My case manager Paige is one of the biggest supporters I've found that is truly there to help and makes a difference from case management to just being there for us on the daily to make sure we are okay goes above and beyond in every aspect. Beverly is one of the most dedicated and compassionate supporters of recovery Ive ever met. That woman truly cares no matter what state or condition you are in she loves you for you. Jess is one of the absolute best sober supports I've ever met she is there at the drop of a dime to support you and work through your problems even when it complicated her schedule. Was having a mental health crisis due to PTSD. I am very thankful there is a psychiatric urgent care at the Ashland location. Dr. Snyder was amazing and so understanding. Very happy I can start on a road to getting through everything in a more stable way, just needed some help to get started! Would recommend if you have a long wait to get into a doctor for medication. They also set you up with a psychiatrist to manage the meds going forward if you dont already have one. So helpful. ♥️ really grateful this care exists.

I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the incredible support I received from Unison. After experiencing an accident, I had to join a program while also managing communication with the court — a very stressful time in my life. Thankfully, my consultant Chyna was with me every step of the way. She went above and beyond, offering guidance, encouragement, and all the resources I needed.
I also want to recognize Mrs. Gaston, whose warmth and kindness lifted me during one of my lowest moments. Her support made a huge difference, and I’ll never forget the role she played in helping me through.

Wonderful staff. They really want to see you get better. Only downfall is that there are some patients that can be unruly or are just there to detox and not actually heal themselves. I still would recommend this treatment center to anyone going through addiction or mental health issues. Thank arrowhead for turning my life around.

After my panic episode, I knew I needed help fast. This place was quiet, respectful and really let me focus without feeling exposed. The CBT work hit deep. I even kept in touch with my team back home, which mattered to me. Food was okay, not great, but I wasn't here for that. Worth it.

Honestly I was skeptical at first but Midwest helped me reset. Being 23, I felt kinda outta place, but staff didn’t judge. The music groups were a lifesaver, gave me space to express myself. Some rules felt strict but I get why. They helped with court papers too. Solid spot.
