This is Tom, I really like going to Appleseed because it truly help me stay out of trouble and my counselor give me assignments and keep me focused. I am on the Spectrum on an eating disorder. Everyone on the third floor is incredible !!!!! From therapy to legal advice they go above and beyond to help - I had a very difficult time in my life and was left with NOTHING - received therapy and the advocates attempted court with me since I had nobody and I simply needed someone in my corner. The second floor on the other hand isn’t really kind and acts more like you are bother when you have questions. They were very unpleasant to talk to ( reception/ intake second floor )

I'm positive this place saved my life. They have the best staff in the world. You can't find a more caring staff any place. They go above and beyond what is required of them. I learned so much here in just the short 45 days I was here. I have over a year of sobriety, that's something I hadn't achieved in over 20 years. Highly recommend this place!!

For the first time in all my life I was put through intense trauma in all apsects imaginable. I became so unattached, not allowing anyone close to me near or be in contact. After 2 solid years being wrongfully manipulated,set up, following all rules being promised protection told to rely on our police and the system and evey single one failed me caused me more mental and physical harm and influenced drastic changes to my character. Known in my home town as a huge influence with my practice Wooster hospital, College of Wooster, Saint Mary Immaculate Church and School all organizations The harm that was done ethically inappropriate to manipulation and influence of anyone important that affects safety, shelter, organizations not including Goodwill they are still in good standing that your truth your history wont matter. Wayne co almost killed me by allowing me to be harmed so severally for 2 years that finally hes prison uncovering the amount of trauma from cops, supervisors of establishments that when my legal team uncovered a ridiculous amount of calls into the poloce stations about ke screaming for help and the times i valled for help hours later they would come to tske a teport and basically put me down and accuse me of things i never have done. The treatment i received cauzed many to loose there jobs and showwd through video footage how I was at a shelter and a worker allowed my predator to force himself on me in the mens room just to name few what I have went through along with being set up so many times making me have a record I am thankful all will be removed by Feb 2027 Ruth from Wooster Ohio Anazoa never gave up on me no matter where I was or what i was going through. Her capabilities to navigate, be firm yet anle to handle how harsh and frantic I wasnt able to speak or react kind or even normal. I would have taken my life if it wasnt for her belief in me and how she was able to connect and get my attention to grow, heal, acknowledge and learn. I have never felt so helpless or worn out from Wayne Co trying to break me along with life at the hands of an ex that i wasnt aware of his past how extensive it was and his influence through drugs, stealing, known from his peers even influencing Wooster poloce and courts. Thank you Ruth and Anazoa for now everything os coming to light for me freedom and my mental and physical health. I suggest everyone to go to Anazao Wayne co can ot make you go to One Eighty

I sent my client here as a PRS. She has been safe, well managed ( for detox ) and have gone above & beyond! We were 3 hours away & a Uber was there within 20 minutes of us calling for her admission! I don’t know where I would be today without Kerri and Marcia. In some of my darkest days of addiction and mental health they were always there for me. Stayed after hours for me, called to make sure I was okay when I didn’t show up for my appointment, always encouraging me and taking time with me to truly figure out the help I needed. I have been out of foundation's care since Nov 17 2023 and when I first got the I had this gint wall up I would day things to try to push them away but at the end of the day they were always there and I will always remember when people say how did u overcome this by yourself I will say the funny part about it is I wanted the help I was reaching out for it in my own ways and guys tried to help but one staff say I can't help u if u can't help yourself and that really stuck with me thank u guys

New Beginnings is a great residential treatment facility I've ever been in. This facility is very structured for those who truly want to give up drugs and or alcohol, and deal with their mental health issues as well. The staff is very compassionate and very helpful to all their clients. The clients are assigned in facility chores such as cooking and cleaning, after being promoted up in the program, the clients are allowed to apply for a job within the programs vocational/employment department here you able to earn a income while continuing your treatment in order for you to have monies soon that you can obtain housing, transportation and anything else you may need upon completion on the program. There are three phases in the program, you start off as a phase 0 within a two week period and you have met all the program requirements such as (program group meetings which consist of 5 to 6 meetings M-F starting at 8:30 am with the last meeting at night at 8 pm, please understand that there are breaks as well as a lunch and dinner in between these meetings. Any yes, there are meetings on Saturday and Sunday as well, not as many as during the week). New Beginnings has three separate housing facilities; Withdraw Management Facility, this unit is designed to help prepare the clients in the first seven to eight days to withdraw from the illegal substances that may be in their system, get them on any medication that is needed for them; the other two facilities is one for men and the other for women. The women facility has the same substance abuse and mental health programs as the men's facility. One thing about all of the units, a client is not locked in, a client has a choice to either stay or leave the facility at any time. The decision to receive help for the addiction/mental health problems is totally up to the client. New Beginnings has outside speakers who have been sober for years, that comes into the facility and teach the clients the way to recovery and sobriety.

My son has been there for nearly 9 months, I have seen a big difference in him. I've seen the meals they are being provided decent food. Reading these other reviews makes me so mad, I see my son on a regular basis I have never been told I can't see him until I have a drug test and background. As far as the staff they are all amazing I have not had any bad encounters with anyone, the counselors are absolutely amazing and everyone cares about the progress and if my son!!

This is me in my welding uniform at the Career and Technical Center I go to. If not for my time at The village Network I would never have gotten to where I am today. I’m extremely grateful to have gone there (even though I wasn’t able to finish my course). The staff may not believe it, but my small amount of time there hallowed me become more responsible, honest and self proficient. I was referred here, not always thrilled about getting new counselors, it's hard to open up to some. Not here though. My hour long sessions go by so fast, it definitely doesn't feel like an hour. I got Lauren for my counselor and it feels like talking to a friend more than a counselor. I clicked with her instantly. If you want a real connection this is the place for you. I don't have any regrets. Not sure how anyone has had a bad experience. You have to be open to it, and there are waiting lists everywhere for counseling. Especially mental health.

I did not do no complaining about things That were meant to be grateful for Sam. My counselor was on point with not bullshitting me. Justin was a very good person as well. Ashley the nurse took the time to really help me on my medication‘s trying and doing the ones that were really worth for me and I’m so grateful today to be calm and not be so full of energy, but enough to just Focus. Rachel absolutely sweetheart, and she does all kinds of great things for the clients. Xavier was one of the best teachers that we had along with Nautica. She was a very straightforward, not letting us bullshit our way out of it, but focusing on the real problem me! This place has given me what I needed. I’ve been in addiction now for over 20 years in my life, but sometimes you just gotta quit complaining take a good hard look at yourself and start changing things and that’s what they help. All of these people help me. Do I give this five stars The rooms are magnificent TV in every room bathroom in every room only complaints I’ve seen came from people who absolutely did not want to change or hear any other person’s view. I Love, aero passages, they help me get rid of me the biggest problem there was thank you aero passages for saving my life taking the time to be straight with me. The people who didn’t make it were just not willing to take a suggestion if you really want to change your life this is the place to go 100% truthful from my heart

The place is very comfortable and everyone is very welcoming. The counselors are very professional and extremely nice. Most groups at Arrow are very informative, fun and enjoyable. They also provide food at both the house and office. And you can do Walmart orders or have family and friends bring other foods/snacks to the office to take back to the house while you stay.

Arrow Passage Recovery is a program that truly gives you what you need if you’re willing to show up and do the work. The help is absolutely there, but this is a place where you genuinely get out of it what you put into it. If you come in with a bad mindset or resistance, you’re probably going to have a rough time — but that’s true of recovery anywhere. Going in with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude makes a difference in every single aspect of the process here. What stood out most to me was the expert level of care combined with real kindness and humanity. The staff doesn’t just tell you what to do — they guide you, support you, and give you the tools to take control of your own recovery journey. You’re not treated like a number. The employees truly care, from the techs to the clinical staff, and it shows every day. The clinical team is exceptional, and my counselor Danielle quite literally was a lifesaver for me. Her support, honesty, and commitment to my growth helped me through moments when I didn’t think I could keep going. Having someone who genuinely listens and believes in you can change everything, and that’s what I experienced here. The environment itself is structured, safe, and supportive — and honestly, it’s better than jail by a long shot. Meals are decent and consistent, which matters more than people realize when you’re trying to rebuild your life. And Ashley’s waffles deserve their own recognition — easily the best breakfast in town and something I still talk about. This program gave me guidance, accountability, and hope, but it also taught me that recovery is self-driven. Arrow Passage provided the foundation, and I had to choose to build on it. Because of that combination — their guidance and my willingness — I can say that I owe my life to this program. As of today, I am 83 days clean, and I am living proof that this program works if you work it. I’m incredibly grateful for Arrow Passage Recovery and the people who made a real difference in my life. I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about recovery and ready to give themselves a chance.

What stands out most about RIO is how much emphasis they place on both accountability and understanding. The programs feel thoughtfully designed, offering a balance between clinical and support classes. Staff members are present and willing to listen, and that consistency can make a real difference during difficult moments in recovery. Overall, it’s a place that feels committed to helping people rebuild their lives in a steady, realistic way through a blend of privileges and accountability. Only negative I would add is that rules can be inconsistent and seem to appear on a daily basis, Other than that I loved RIO.

Nowhere did I see a sign saying Hilton Regency. Its not a resort its a treatment facility. I destroyed my life with Alcahol and lost everything... New Destiny restored my hope.
