Loved my experience at RIO. They saved my life and helped prepare me for the next step of my journey. I’ve never seen a treatment staff be such a family among themselves as well as with clients, I miss them everyday. Made some true friends while I was there that go back with me to visit. It was truly an educational experience and I wish other treatment centers had such beneficial material and educated facilitators, I couldn’t be happier with my experience; they’re head and shoulders above the other treatment centers I’ve dealt with. If you or a loved one need help with recovery from addiction, this is the place to go!

The Recovery Institute of Ohio helped me turn my life around. The staff truly care and get it — they know what you’re going through and are open and receptive to your personal care and situation. The program teaches you how to rebuild your life and believe in yourself again, and there’s an amazing recovery community built around it that continues to support you long after treatment. *Editing to add that I continued this care with Dr. Streeter, who is the best! I have been stable for 19 months and counting! Was having a mental health crisis due to PTSD. I am very thankful there is a psychiatric urgent care at the Ashland location. Dr. Snyder was amazing and so understanding. Very happy I can start on a road to getting through everything in a more stable way, just needed some help to get started! Would recommend if you have a long wait to get into a doctor for medication. They also set you up with a psychiatrist to manage the meds going forward if you dont already have one. So helpful. ♥️ really grateful this care exists.

Awesome place to go through recovery. In the 20 years I have been in recovery I have never experienced such a professional organized staff. They assist with medication, case work, are flexible with scheduling. They get you your meds right away at the facility and it's a great place to go to find the right path

The staff were very helpful, professional, and willing to meet clients where they’re at based on their own individual treatment needs. They were the only agency that I found in my area that believe in a dual diagnosis treatment model, which allows you to continue taking your mental health medications, while also getting help for SUD.

Honestly love this place! With the kindness and they respect they give you, it gives you hope for a better future.

BrightView really supported my son through a tough time. I liked that they involved me too, not just him. The staff explained things clearly, and they had plans in place for after treatment. I just wish follow-ups were a bit more consistent. Still, I felt God's hand moving in that place.

As a mom and daughter caring for both my kids and parents, I didn’t think I had time to focus on myself. But BrightView Marion really helped me feel seen. The staff were respectful and didn’t judge, and I liked how the outpatient program let me keep up with my responsibilities. Sometimes the wait time was a little long, but the support I got made it worth it. I also appreciated that they had resources to include my family in the healing. It felt safe, which mattered a lot to me.

Can we just take a moment and thank these beautiful kind souls for everything they do for us. I love that I came here I wouldn’t change it for the world they all have truer showed me what it’s like to be understood. Also look at this amazing meal they made for us.

Unison Health is amazing!! especially Ms Tequila Smith! shes passionate about helping people better theirselves and it shows in her work. she was able to help me with services in housing, dental, eye doctor, finding a physician, etc.. give that lady a pay raise!! seriously, if you need help finding any services, go to unison health the cherry street location, they'll help you out with everything you need.. its good to know some people actually care about helping people change their lives.

After experiencing an accident, I had to join a program while also managing communication with the court — a very stressful time in my life. Thankfully, my consultant Chyna was with me every step of the way. She went above and beyond, offering guidance, encouragement, and all the resources I needed. I also want to recognize Mrs. Gaston, whose warmth and kindness lifted me during one of my lowest moments. Her support made a huge difference, and I’ll never forget the role she played in helping me through. Wonderful staff. They really want to see you get better. Only downfall is that there are some patients that can be unruly or are just there to detox and not actually heal themselves. I still would recommend this treatment center to anyone going through addiction or mental health issues. Thank arrowhead for turning my life around.

Phenomenal groups, therapists and food. Case management was a bit hard to get in touch with but you could chop it up to busyness. Special thanks to Kellie and Gretchen the group facilitators, and Brittany the therapist for making FRC feel welcoming and safe to kickstart my recovery!

Amazing people and amazing place to go for recovery!!

Findlay Recovery Center is truly life-changing. The facility is clean, welcoming, and filled with people who genuinely care. My case manager Kalee was my light during one of the darkest times in my life — always bright, encouraging, and reminding me there was hope when I couldn’t see it. My therapist Megan always knew just what to say and never made me feel like a burden. She helped me start to appreciate myself again. Kody made learning both fun and informative (we both have lots of useless knowledge bouncing around in our heads, and somehow it worked!). Devon made sure everyone felt seen, validated, and—let’s be honest—kept us from getting too squirrely! Vickey, my favorite driver and tech, was the first to rescue me from the darkness and help me find my light. Always smiling, always uplifting. And thank you to Mike, who runs this incredible place—you can tell he takes pride in it because the staff are happy and it shows. Oh, and Elliott—never a dull moment (in the best way)! The Brownies were amazing, and so was everything else. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares, this is it.
