I loved it here so very much. The staff is amazing and have experienced or have had a loved one experience addiction of some sort. Their testimonies are so so inspiring. Special thanks to Ms.Jen for feeding us amazing food and making us gain a lotta lbs before we leave LMAO. Thankful to Devin for his groups with us ladies, where he was able to get us to become vulnerable with each other and left us thinking about the topic even when group was over. Never thought I could be so honest with myself nor vulnerable like that with a group. When I seen the reviews I had thought ‘Wow. All these five star reviews, it cannot be that good’. But my disbelief was corrected immediately. Thank you so much Buffy and Mary for everything <3. Thank you Ally for all the cool books and also Cayleine and Seth for setting up amazing activities for us and always being kind and welcoming. Very helpful in many areas concerning mental health. Having an outside ear to bend is at times easier than talking to someone in your circle. Have learned to deal with my Anxiety, PTSD, and associative disorder. Some things that those close to me just really couldn’t understand. Have been to some of the group sessions and those have been very helpful on many levels. I have recommended this place to others. I don’t know if any of them have taken that first step or not.

I had a small (HUGE) problem with Bayshore a few years back that even resulted in policy change but since then with staffing upgrades the place is awesome. My therapist Chelsea is hands down the best in the industry. I've been in therapy for over 30 years and never made the personal growth I have experienced with my team at Bayshore. They. Eat the other local option, Firelands, alive. I would have given 5 stars but I hold resentments for my incident there, but I'll add that to the list of things I need to work on.

There is one person that I personally am rating 5 stars because ever since I got there she has been very nice, has more manners than royalty, and a lot of others feel the same. She donated food clothes and helped me out when I was in need. Don't take kindness for weakness though if you pull up with bad energy? I went there to determine the quality and cost of using my VA hospital benefits versus my current Medicare Advantage plan. The people at the facility and the facility were excellent, but many changes to my benefits made it impossible to use the VA. For example, co-pays have gone up significantly. They are now far more than my Medicare Advantage plan. I live in Ohio, and the nation's second-leading hospital system, The Cleveland Clinic, is in my Advantage plan network. If I use the VA, only conditions, tests, etc., that can't be conducted by the VA would allow me to use the Cleveland Clinic. All this means, for me living in Ohio, the VA Hospital system is not a viable option. I would suggest visiting the VA where you live and making your own choice.

Brightveiw has been such a blessing for me. They do things a little different there….but, IT WORKS!!!! It is totally a no judgement zone where they don’t make a person feel bad for anything. The entire staff will welcome you with open arms. I know I’m in the right place when the staff are genuinely happy to be at work. I love the whole team, but one smile in particular really made me feel unafraid and at peace on my first day there (and everyday since then) and that’s Jeremy!!! He is so kind and welcoming. He is the first person you see when you come in and the last one to wish you well on the way out. I am so thankful for this place!!

I have been coming to BrightView for around 6 months after going to pinnacle for 6 years. It is a wonderful place. All the staff have been awesome and treat the patients as humans not as just another addict. From the front desk to nurses to the counselors to the Drs. A lot of the staff have been there a few years which that right there tells you its a good place bc thats rare in this line of work. I do telehealth for counseling which I love . Carrie has been one of the best counselors I have ever had or seen. She's at #2 in my own chart. I hope to start taking the steps to wean off and this is first time I've ever felt confident about doing it despite the pain as I know there are ways to deal with it now. I'm so happy I switched to here.

I had a lovely stay here! Brittany was an amazing therapist as well as Kellie. Shout out Doug & Elliot for being amazing group facilitators, definitely made the group attendance worth while. The food quality was great, plenty of options even if you’re picky. I would definitely recommend a stay here, definitely exceeded my expectations and see the bar pretty high for my first (and last) stay at a recovery center.

After experiencing an accident, I had to join a program while also managing communication with the court — a very stressful time in my life. Thankfully, my consultant Chyna was with me every step of the way. She went above and beyond, offering guidance, encouragement, and all the resources I needed. Arrowhead cared for me when I was unable to care for myself. From the time I walked through the door to the time I left, they cared. They bend over backwards to move us to a healthy mindset to succeed. It's not uncommon for The Admistrators to come out of their offices and walk through Unit and talk to us and ask how can they help us on our journey and address our needs. What can they do to improve? I know this personally because one day this lady dressed in sparkling white was walking through the Unit with a clipboard. I asked "Sooo are you the Good Witch of the East?". She smiled (and that particular day I needed that smile) and replied "Actually I'm the CEO". I was like "So you're in charge?" She continued to smile as she nodded her head. I asked if we can go on a field trip. She laughed and said not now, but after you're discharged you can anywhere you want. Then she asked if I had a couple of minutes and we sat and had a conversation. She immediately started taking notes. How was I being treated, did I have additional needs they could accommodate and questions along that line. We talked for 20 - 30 minutes. Why would a CEO talk to ME for that long?...because she and her staff really do care. I have no doubt that should ANYBODY findself themself in a situation where they realize they need some help, Arrowhead is where you wanna start. They've got your 6.

I did a walk in for severe pain in my leg without any appointment! From the check in desk, to my primary doctors,. Nurse, physical therapist gentleman, and x ray staff all were absolutely incredible and kind!!! Wait was short and treatment was absolutely wonderful!! Be thankful the lord has blessed us with truly amazing individuals at the Toledo clinic!!! God Bless them all and thank you all for caring for us veterans!!
