No one ever said that it would be a picnic, or luxurious. The staff helps you to be as comfortable as you possibly can, while going through such a change. Such helpful, polite and respectable staff. I've been to Audiology several times and they have been great, as were the operators making the appts.
Today, a huge shout out and thank you to two VA police officers and a young man driving the golf cart around the garage picking up veterans and taking them to their destination. After walking around 20 min to a half hour attempting to locate my vehicle which I thought I parked on the 3 rd floor, I had to contact the police for assistance. I told the officers I would meet them on the 3rd floor parking garage, as the room in the back seat of the cruiser was extremely limited and claustrophobic. While waiting on the 3rd floor, the young man driving the golf cart in the garage offered to drive me around, as the police officers looked as well. Within a few minutes my vehicle was located. I'm 70 yrs old and was getting a little anxious about not finding my car while I walked around in a somewhat hot garage. I didn't get their names, but they know who they are and I say thank you! Next time I'm taking a picture of the row I'm in.

It was the single best accident of my life I was sober or clean whichever you use and had been since 2016 when I started seeing Applegate in 2018. This place performs miracles. I am living proof. I have a life that I can take part in and enjoy now and Applegate recovery is why I have that luxury. If you're thinking about a place please just call, I am so glad I did. These people truly care about every single patient they know you by name they know your backstory they don't forget your backstory and I will say that the best change I've seen over the years started with Applegate and that is it is a forgiving program that works. resort to take time and clear away the buried wounds and unneeded past regrets of ones life. The new path of a day set out for with a positive reset of one's own destination for daily rejuvenation of peace ✌️ love and deeper true self. Food was good! Every nurse did a job that can lack care but kept the patients healing. at the top of the list. Truly I had a wonderful experience faced the wounds the demons. Let it Go. Fun for sure. I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

Please know you literally changed my life several years ago and I wanted to thank you. I moved to this town and had been suffering for 1.5 years because the doc I had refused to change my med that wasn't working. The first visit your docs changed up the med and in 2 weeks I was no longer suffering. So Thank you for caring enough to try something different. I suffered unnecessarily for a year and a half...it's difficult to just find a new doc when you are suffering terrible. Moving to GH town and Charak saved me. When docs don't listen or work to find a solution it's difficult but go somewhere else. Advocate for yourself because 1.5 years of suffering that obviously was not necessary is IMHO criminal. I wish someone would have helped me get a different doc or had told me to keep trying different docs til I found one that cared. Thank you GH office for giving me my life back!

Such helpful, polite and respectable staff. I've been to Audiology several times and they have been great, as were the operators making the appts.
Today, a huge shout out and thank you to two VA police officers and a young man driving the golf cart around the garage picking up veterans and taking them to their destination. After walking around 20 min to a half hour attempting to locate my vehicle which I thought I parked on the 3 rd floor, I had to contact the police for assistance. I told the officers I would meet them on the 3rd floor parking garage, as the room in the back seat of the cruiser was extremely limited and claustrophobic. While waiting on the 3rd floor, the young man driving the golf cart in the garage offered to drive me around, as the police officers looked as well. Within a few minutes my vehicle was located. I'm 70 yrs old and was getting a little anxious about not finding my car while I walked around in a somewhat hot garage. I didn't get their names, but they know who they are and I say thank you! Next time I'm taking a picture of the row I'm in.
